Customer Reviews

Grifols Plasma Donation Center in Owensboro, KY lied to me on the cellphone, told me that my first donation doesn't require mail as proof of my address, and had me walk a total of 5.6 miles for nothing. Their employee by the name of Amanda or Amaria, a short and stocky woman, even sneakily took my picture and banned me from donations, because I share a bathroom and kitchen with others. Ironic, given that others where I currently reside have donated Plasma using false addresses, and one of them has recently

I don't normally write reviews because I work in the public and it's hard these days. But good lord the experience I've had at this place. Used to be a regular, but in recent months the quality of care and professionalism has gone completely downhill. The last 4 times I've come, the phlebotomist (in 2 out of 4 times, the nurse on staff) caused my arm to swell causing pain, and continues to leave the needle in. One time left my arm bruised for weeks. If this happens to you and they offer a restick, i suggest

Too long of a waiting time to be seen. Apparently if you don't make a appointment they take all appointments first. So you could be seen a hour or wait 5. Doesn't matter if your a walk in and 8 people walk in behind you after youve been waiting a hour. Not to mention the stories the staff shares between each other and people donating are very unprofessional. As I was waiting way to long to be seen. 3 people walked out from donating and came back in pouring blood all throughout the lobby cause they wasn't pr

I called to ask a question about eligibility and was met with intense hostility, deflection, and the nurse loudly making a dramatic show about the question to those around them. She ended the call with being intensely disrespectful and hanging up.

Horrible staff has changed since covid . New staff create a high school atmosphere that's lots of drama. No one prioritizes getting people in and out it take hours to get out even on a slow day cause they lost anyone that was decent because upper management refused to fix problems I can't be a regular anymore it's not worth wasting 3 hours of time where it used to take only about an hour.

They do appts now (and walk-ins) so there's less wait time. Staff are always nice. Pay is decent. Right now it's $125 the first 2 visits and then $40 first visit of the week and $70 the second visit of the week (Monday-Saturday)

This place man makes me hate police even more. If you are arrested and booked you are deferred a long time. I guess don't let them arrest you or keep it to yourself. It isn't that big of a deal i wasn't even in general population smh.

Everybody here is so friendly and willing to answer all of your questions! They do appointments now so if you come in without one expect to wait????? or make an appointment and come back then.

It is what it is. You need funds they take care of you. It's clean. They are friendly. Some stick you better than others but it's a good place if need funds.

There way of handling things are irresponsible, Some of the staff are disrespectful. They pick and choose there favorites. They don't clean there machines after a donater finish donate. Only respectful person who is great is Lotta and the little brown headed nurse. They are super. They treat you so good.

Amazing staff and management. There's going to be short staff sometimes and the place is busy ALL THE TIME! Some people just don't have patience.

Awesome place. Staff are really nice and friendly. They are very skilled at there job

Good rates for new people first 4 donations 100$ I love helping and giving back

People are nice, especially nice.... Place is haunted though.

Fast and easy experience. Clean and professional.
