Love this facility. Grifols in Central ave is highly recommend you check it out. They treat their clients with the very best respect as well it's the cleanest facility I've ever been too. Their staff is the very best and I think Jasmine is the greatest person she's kind, compassionate about her job and gets me in and out every single time I go.

It's like you your fam wll of those lady?s hard workers very nice. Life is short but sweet for ceirtain. Celebrate we will though your legacy is ur family. I'm ranting but if I can dance one more day with a loved one I'd thank the goods, a faceless stranger. Blah thank everybody in the world cause we all connected for the better. Very well run. They have professional and friendly staff who work efficiently and are amazing at their jobs. Also they always have great music playing in the donor area! Even when it's busy you're not here an exceptionally long time. Might be one of the best in Chicago!

I've been donating plasma at Grifols for approximately 4 years starting at the Maywood facility then moving over to the North Central facility when it opened. Prior to donating at Grifols, I was going to a different company, (who's name I won't mention), where I would schedule an appointment, arrive on time and end up waiting for upwards of 2 hours before I would even be put onto a machine, once on the machine I would wait again for someone to get me setup, by the time I was finished I was there for nearly

The staff is friendly and professional. I am a new plasma donor. At my first appointment, the doctor said that the first four donations would be paid $100, but the third donation only brought me $50. And I also received a text message that this visit was missed. How so? I called the reception several times - no answer, wrote to the feedback form several times - no answer, wrote to email - zero. They don't care about their clients. Bad experience. I do not recommend.

I enjoy the atmosphere and the employees working here are thorough and considerate. Hamza is my guy, always get the needle in the vein on the first go without any pain too. I come here once every Wednesday looking forward for next week. Give that brown man a raise.

walking into this place ..it's like walking into an alternative High School.. the music and a/c are both on blast. the only people actually working are the older women. everyone else is gossiping and on their phones. not sure what y'all got going on in here, but there's clearly a lack of respect for others and leadership. whole conversations that can be saved for lunch break instead of ignoring your donors and gossiping. phone just rings off the hook,there's like 5 people walking around with their phones. i

I showed up by curiosity and I am now committed to donate plasma to maybe save lives. I like the fact that the staff is very friendly and know what they do. I like the way I am treated with dignity and respect. Among the staff, Nancy is an associate that is always doing something. She is taking the vitals and a minute later she is supplying the stations with the necessary equipment and later she is attending a donator to go back to the front a take vitals again. Majority of the staff can't stick, if 3 certain people aren't here I get stuck multiple times. A training needs to be undergone for the phlebotomist. It's so frustrating coming here every time. Then I was told they let go of the person who could literally stick anyone. This place is just getting worse and worse. It sucks that people really could use the money but they come out stuck up and bruised.

This is a good plasma center, they get you through very quickly, i?m able to get in and out in less than 2 hours. I'm very impressed with the speed of the plasma processor Christopher Cangas. He does a great job in all areas.

Grifol's Plasma Center's policies are discriminatory. My wife was denied a simple request to wait in the lobby due to her feeling unwell. Yet, individuals who smelled strongly of marijuana were allowed to donate. This clear double standard is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their practices. I'm questioning Grifols Plasma Center's priorities. They turned away my wife, who was feeling unwell, from waiting in the lobby. I've been going to this Grifols for over a year and everyone here is fantastic. Friendly and hard-working. I see most of them more than I see good friends so chatting with them is fun. Wonderful team! So wonderful that I still go to see them even thought I have to commute an hour to get there now.

Best to plasma donation center around. They respect you, and maintain professionalism. There are chairs, no standing in lines, and you can talk on the phone if you need too ! I thought the other places standard was going to be at all donation centers, not true !

I went for the first time and had a great experience. All of the workers were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The wait time was not bad at all, I was helped within the first few minutes I walked in, and wasn't there for very long despite it being my first time. The place was also very clean

So I was skeptical about giving plasma again, because of past negative experiences at other locations. But this place opened up close to my house, so I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, the staff here makes your experience amazing. Everyone is so friendly, Mohammed, Lindsay, Claribel just to name a few were amazing! Always smiling and very friendly. I would recommend this place, it's fast, clean, and has a great staff.

All my visits have been smooth. The staff is the most professional outta all the other centers I've been to. U won't find them huddled up in the bk corner gossiping when they should be monitoring us. The facility itself is clean and well organized. The staff are all professional and very attentive to the Donors. However, there should be more monitoring of what happens in the parking lot. It's very disappointing to see people getting high and drinking in the parking lot. It is definitely a reason to not go to this facility unfortunately.

I've been donating here for a few months now and I have to say first and foremost the staff are absolutely wonderful. They are professional but friendly and kind. The location itself is clean and new, quiet. Occasionally, there is a wait but certain times of the day are quicker than others. First appointment will take several hours as there is a lot of paperwork and a physical but after that I've been in and out in about 45 minutes. Definitely recommend if you need some extra cash.

I think they need more staff. You have to go as soon as they open if you actually want to get in and out. Majority of the staff are nice for the most part, though it seems some could use a touch up on their training. The phlebotomist Reina is incredible! She's always professional, personable and works carefully. It's plain to see that she not only knows her job, but she cares about her job too. Shoutout to her!

They are a walk in clinic so it's first come first serve. If you have time to wait and they aren't too busy you might get in. Pretty good experience, staff was friendly but clearly very busy. Get there early for your first time because intake takes longer. I was told I wouldn't be able to donate, but I waited around and they were able to get me in after all.

Been donating here for about a month and a half now and this place rocks from top to bottom. It's clean and staff is extremely professional, courteous and efficient. The check in process is the fastest I've seen anywhere. From the time I walk in the front door to the time I'm in a donor chair is usually around 20 minutes. And all their equipment is up to date. I literally have not one negative thing to say about this place.

Update: Another update for anyone that cares I've had to call this clinic every. single. time. I've donated because of some issue. They now don't count seven days as seven days from your donation, but it apparently restarts every Monday which they don't explain to you, but apparently there's a calendar somewhere that says so. The same manager that told me this is the same one that promised me an extra $10 for my PREVIOUS inconveniences, which I never received. Unfortunately I can't transfer clinics but I'd

They need less. I was deferred with no reasoning. They had to find a manager to make up a reason for the blatant discrimination. They don't allow you to transfer out and the managers are the downfall of the location. They need new management asap.

I went to donate plasma for my first time. It took slightly longer than I expected (say two hours fifteen minutes, rather than an hour and a half). Negligible, really. Everything seemed clean, and the staff explained the entire process well.

Very easy and straightforward. Staff are all really nice. Place is clean and not dirty. Felt safe donating my plasma. Word to the wise - first time expect up to 3 hours between filling out forms, the physical, the questionnaire, and the actual donation. Afterwards it's a lot quicker (like 1ish hours).

If I could give 0 stars I would at this point. Corporate will be receiving a call and a letter of complaint from me. I will also be filing a complaint on the BBB website today. If you really want to donate plasma please don't come to Grifols. Find another plasma company if you can. I will aso be making a video with what is and has happened with this location.
