Today I came in as normal. Usually the service is really good and the inside is really clean but today The trash cans outside are full completely dirty. It is 806 in the morning. My appointment was at 7:45. I went to get my vitals and because of my donation two days ago I have one vein that has a hematoma. Bruised and still sensitive from fishing from my last donation I had three pokes in one donation. I was just standing at the screening. (I have hearing issues and wear noise canceling headphones after a g
The girl with the bob on THURSDAY really had an attitude since the second she realized nobody was helping people at the front desk. There were 3-4 workers standing there who never acknowledged us. I now know it was her job to help us and she did not provide a pleasant experience. Basically dismissing me when I asked about my referrals, which by the way aren't returning thanks to her poor delivery of service, attitude, and time management. 1. One of my referrals made an appointment for 12 and waited all the
They are always slow. Staff inattentive and lazy; this is the 2nd time I came and sat 30 minutes just to check in; just to have to be turned around. I would give 0 stars if possible. The only people that shows any concern, positive attitude or attentiveness are the nice ladies there. There was a young man there who saw me walk in at 6:10 just to turn me around at 6:45; after I walked to the front for help. No one asked if I needed help; no one asked if I were a new donor (I AM).
Horrible service, slow staff, low payments, very unprofessional! If you like being treated like you don't matter, this is the place for you!
I mentioned Heathers horrible reviews and bad attitude and she deferred me permanently. She knew i was saving for a lung for my infant child. She knew. And now that child is dead. My husband killed himself because of the grief. All because Heather is the Devil. Why?
Anna was a very genuine Nurse here at Grifols Bellfort location, she made my experience 10x better with her unique personality!! Keep being the very polite amazing person you are! Thanks again Mrs. Ana. for the very great experience!! See you again soon.
This location is horrible. Lack of urgency. Very unorganized and unprofessional. If you book an appointment expect to still have to wait a hour before you get sticked. They hire immature kids who don't take the job seriously and it's an Indian/arabian guy at the front with glasses that need to be the first one fired he has no type of customer service idk how he got the job.
This place used to be a good donation location but the new staff doesn't care about anything. They act as if there not happy with the job. Most of them can't insert needle properly they have attitudes. I'm a regular donor and they refuse me because they're saying now that it's difficult to find my vein told me to go home and come back tomorrow. This place is not a good place to donate.
Not professional always ready to get off work before they closed if you don't like your job then quit. If they could service you and it's about to close then don't waste your breath if you going to refuse customer then making closing at that same time example if you close at but don't want to do shit after 530 then close at 525 instead of having available appointments and not letting them be booked.
Heather & Jessica are the absolute BEST!! Dont get me wrong there are a few other's that are also amazing, Im just horrible with names. Jessica & Heather are very attentive and always willing to help they deserve a BONUS AND RAISE! WITHOUT A DOUBT!
JESSICA & HEATHER BY FAR THE BEST ONES THERE . THEY HAVE GREAT POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND ARE SO GOOD TO NOT ONLY THE DONORS BUT THEIR TRAINEES!! THEY PUT IN ALOT OF WORK & HEART! DESERVE A RAISE ASAP AND A BONUS
Where do I start I been calling since 7 am let me remind you they never answer than when you go here they rude in person it's crazy a place like this is still in Buisness
I went here to donate and I had to stop the donation because I was about to pass out I was extremely hot, shaking, could barely speak, and the room was going dark. I got to 92% and only got half of my pay. When I asked the manager about it I was told I didn't get my full pay because I chose to stop the donation. I was told In order to get my full pay I would have had to finish the donation or pass out and let EMS come treat me. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THAT!!!!
I got here at 11 am and here it is 2 pm and everybody who came in after me has already gone and not only that they dont walk you thru the process and they called one guy multiple times
They should update their hours. When I spoke with someone over the phone they told me walk-ins were accepted after 6pm. I went to check in before 6pm but they told me they were closing and the regular hours are 6am-6pm Monday-Friday. The weekend they're open till 3pm.
Terrible staffing ???????my appointment for 9am I didn't Make it to the vitals until 10:15 a.m.. why even set an appointment if you're not going to be seen at your schedule appointment time
They don't even get a 1 star..don't come HERE to donate unless u like hood energy and crackheads its a poor environment and they will take over 50% of your plasma and won't give u all your money....don't come here unless u like druggy vibes, I had to go to the RR and at almost 80% completion 78% to be exact they really didn't orchestrate the distribution of those funds correctly..so I don't encourage it! They have other locations!
The staff here has Great Customer Service Skills and Care.
Very terrible service inside they take for evert to properly attend someone
Very disrespectful place if you report them for their rudeness they will retaliate and deferr you
Ms. Savannah and the girl with the pink hair ?? was rude as hell. She seems pretty racist too. I wasn't aware that I couldn't check in before my schedule time because I've done it before and she had the audacity to catch an attitude and laugh like something was funny.. all because I said ?I understood her the first time? now what I said wasn't at all disrespectful in anyway other than me confirming that I got what she meant. Then make a stupid ass comment about me being rude because I said that? girl pleas
Very clean place! The staff is very down to earth and friendly! Also very pleasant as well as informative. I highly recommend coming to this location. They will get you in and out quickly!
Chile I'd give 0 stars if I could. The first time I came it wasn't too bad. This is my second time here. Got here at 9:20 for a 9:30 appointment. They couldn't find my information in the computer because my first visit they told me to make an account then I got here today and they said I have to delete that account because they made me one. Now here it is 10:46 and Im in the back in the table waiting. No ones even looking my way. Just steady walking past me. Just going to wait and see how long they take to
Workers want come fix machine when high pressure return they just look at it want knowledge it
I advise no one to go to this location they need to be out of business or shut down so nasty in there and stink then I finally had one day off from work, went to this location, which used to be Biomat, but have merged with grifols but didn't know my return day the white lady with blue eyes said o we went searching u have a account at put me back at the back of the Line to wait 3 hours after she just pulled up my account just to tell me they are going to deferral me for 7 days because my time to donate was t
I love Grifols they are soo amazing and ima able to save lives
Came in 15 minutes before my appointment time as prompted yet not seen until more than an hour after my appointment time. It's ridiculous you make people do appointments yet and will cancel an appt 15 minutes late. Looking for a new donor center that will respect my time the same way they respect time to be respected.
Came here recently for the promotion and I must say I was skeptical at first due too the reviews. But everything actually went smoothly from beginning to the end. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because waiting in line took so long and that was only due to having 1 or 2 people doing vitals. Also people would skip , they really should do something about that! Only reason I didn't knock somebody in the head was because I didn't want my heart rate going up. I knew once I took it there it was gonna be
Been coming for a while and any other time I would given 4-5 stars but lately seems like they're just hiring anybody. Some these people can't stick, some will stand around laughing with each other while you are sitting on a bed waiting. As someone else stated you'll be placed on a bed and forgot about while others get put on and set up before you do
If I could give zero stars I would for this company. I was deferred after waiting two long hours and right before being stuck for sitting in a chair that only new donors are supposedly allowed to sit. However not only myself but majority of all return donors sit in these chairs. Not to mention I am a very loyal donor that's been donating plasma with Grifols since I was 18 and I'm 38 now. I've referred many people to your company over the past twenty years. This was my second donation of the week so I was go
I bet you $1,000,000 that if you call them right now. They will not answer the phone. I could call them everyday of the week 20x a day and nobody will ever answer. This is not a fast food joint, this is a plasma center. People have questions. One thing about me is, I hate making dry trips. I don't like going to places if I don't have to. If I have questions, I should be able to receive an answer before I make a long trip to the building. I have to catch an hour drive on the bus. Recently I called the place
I love going to Grifols they are respectable workers that are there and they are fast. I recommend anyone to go there.
Very competent and efficient staff. This is a busy place, so you can expect some waiting on most days, but the techs are not wasting any time and are consistently responsive to patients throughout the donating process. I'm typically in and out the door in 2 hours or less (hydrate!).
Some days/times are way busier than others. Staff is usually super nice. Although there was a squabble between the staff and a young man earlier. He started getting disrespectful, but I completely understand why he was upset, because the same thing happened to me yesterday. They started locking the doors 15 minutes early. There's no sign on the door or anywhere about the time change so of course people will get upset. A lot of people use the bus to get there. I traveled an hour and a half on the bus to get
For my experience they did really great job for me but I'm not sure about other clients. does anybody knows if they're open tomorrow Christmas Eve ???
Sometimes line is too long and workers take long to check in or take your vitals.
The people are cool they are understaffed noticably and despite my last review the appointment time is the best option.
This place will literally drain your energy! The workers are rude they don't care about barriers of communication verbal or nonverbal they need to learn customer service etiquette because we're humans regardless of what the need to donate may be they do not care about you here.
Leaving one star for now, called in the morning, Actually called 3 times throughout the morning before I got someone to answer, and asked what time they stopped taking new donors for physicals. The lady said "to come in as early as possible" I asked "okay if I come in at 5:30 will that be okay?" She replied "we just urge donors to come in as early as possible" okay so I got off work as early as possible and got there at 5:15. They told me they stopped taking new donors after 5pm... why wouldn't you tell me
The absolute worst plasma center I've been to out of all the different ones I've been to. Let's start by saying that the staff are THEIVES. They tell you that your gonna get a certain amount then after your donation you check your card ( to the ones who do like me) and your short , better check your card before you leave or stay in the parking lot and check because if you leave and check your card and realize that your whole amount is not there you will call them and they won't answer the phone at all you c
The dirtiest filthiest plasma donation center there is my first visit the phlebotomist left my dry blood did not clean my wound with iodine Staff picks and chooses when to donate and are extremely rude Restrooms are filthy They will deny you just because they want to. The WORST PLASMA center there is but since their incentives have raised that's why their business Is booming so high because they know they have poor quality customer service skills and bad ethical practices that the incentives were raised
I literally sat in the chair waiting to be hooked up for over an hour. I watched five people get hooked up and finish before they even started on me! Like dude who sat me followed some chick around the entire time. I was in my chair at 3:15 and didn't start until 4:30. Just unprofessional!
They started making donors use the app to schedule appointments. I have been waiting for an hour past my appointment time. Some people are saying they waited 4 hours after their appointment. Think twice before coming to Belfort.
I've been coming to this donation center since 2016. They've made a lot of improvements over the years, like adding the check-in kiosks and new screening equipment. The staff is top notch and they work very hard at what they do. However, last year they did away with their appointment system. When the appointment system was in place I could donate in 2 to 2-1/2 hours on average. Now, it takes a minimum of 3-4 hrs. The other factor in longer donation times is they continue to take on new donors. Becaus
The wait time is ridiculous. I got here at 10.30. I did the paperwork and had my picture taken. It is 11.46 am , I am still waiting in the lobby to do the kiosk stuff. I will suggest they do the screening and physical first. That way you don't waste your time waiting around for nothing. This is just insane.
I have to give a shout out to Ms. Kierra, a phlebotomist at this location. She does needle sticks very well, with patient care in mind. I appreciate her care, thank you.
I be waiting in line 2 hrs and the back be packed up as well only bright side of this place is getting your money and Valeria is great as well she pretty too ???? Celestina, Reggie, Mariana, Leona, Stephanie, Evan, jaysean, Poonam, Sonam, as well are great employees I can't speak for the rest of em and I feel like management always have a attitude I'm only doing 4 stars bc of the employees I named ???????
Terrible and unsafe place. Lady employee African American maybe 45 -50 yrs old extremely rude and disrespectful. I was a regular She snatched my hand . Too many disrespectful and ungodly employees please do not come here.
Love coming here the service is very fast I'm always there no longer 2 hours unless it's really busy. The staff is very nice, very helpful and friendly. This place is a 10 out of 10 and I suggest coming here if you donate because the even have a grifols passport that you get rewards for completing like extra money.
I've been coming here for almost a month now and l must say that the Staff is ALWAYS courteous, friendly, concerned and willing to assist and help you with anything you may need. The environment is clean and sterile, l would recommend this location to anyone in the City of Houston.
I have been there 3 times now. No problems at all. Staff is very nice . Aksi a clean environment.
Ya jus gotta know leave all your mess and whatever else at the door leaving maybe coming, either your decision is to deal wit the fact you are there doing your own business or to put on a seen, the staff is cool no problem wit me in moment face to face handling business even if it's not what you have expected and all what you do have to go through threw ups and down times only remember God is wit every step of way, in hand in hand weither it's your decision to not go and d
They have always been a clean and very nice place. By ne helping someone they help me also when i need a little extra they are there. I have never has any issue with the place. Thanks to them there have been times where i was able to pay a bill or put gas in the car. They are awsome i would recommend them to anyone you help save lives and they help you pay a bill
I've been getting extra funds just by donating
1st time donator. Both ladies were extremely rude. Got bad vibes and decided to go somewhere else. Very unsanitary too not worth the small amount of money to get an infection. If you are a 1st timer don't go here.
I didn't like how little they cared about me, their donors. One lady in particular, I didn't get her name, but she was a on the plus size African American lady that disregarded my comments of discomfort and just told me she needed me to just pump my fist and the needle was in the vein. Additionally, at the end of my donation I FEEL she removed my needle in a repugnant way.
I've had pleasurable experiences at this place. The employees are helpful and very polite it has been a good experience to be able to earn money and help others at the same time.
I've been donating at this center for over 3years and certain employees there always turn me around so i can't donate one of them name is Cynthia every time I come when they paying the 80 dollars. I thought we are to help save lives but the employees run us away so I divided to my help some where else they sent atheist ten people home today on 12/12023
It would be 5 stars of it wasn't for that poor person that handles the cards at the end. Very disrespectful, you can see clearly that is someone who NEVER should be working in customer service. A person that doesn't like to be there, who is suffering in that job. Someone that doesn't like to help and to answer your questions properly. I don't know the name but is someone always wearing a wooly hat.
I wasn't sure what to expect but everyone is nice and professional. I now go twice a week. They are doing a great thing and now, so am I.
Everything was going great till the lady decided to lift whole arm when I had a needle in it??.
My experience donating plasma has been a good one thanks to the wonderful staff who are nice and ensure your comfortable during your time. During the busy days, it takes a long time to get all the way through, but other than that it's fine. Glad to be able to save lives
U guys have came along way from when I first came in to donate. I been thru all challenges but I'm glad to safe I love the staff Nd this location. Pretty consistent .
This is the worst plasma center , in Houston Tx The Staff Is Horrible The rudest Staff I've EVER ENCOUNTERED, THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT WANT to help out donors on multiple occasions I've seen staff yelling at donors I can not stress Enough how Rude and Unprofessional these people are the center should be closed or they need to hire a whole new staff
That staff is always friendly comforting always greeting with smiles and patience and the service is always great. Tamera West God Bless every hand in the facility
Some of These people that are working here in the front especially they treat people less than humane because they're donating. Its head shaking. Kiosk don't ever work properly ?? I had to sign in 3 different times
The routine they have is okay the wait sometimes be longer than expected the people are very nice though, once you get called it's not that long of a wait after that.
I had a pretty great day today. It was fast with no problems. And Sandra always take?s care of me making sure I have a smooth and comfortable donating experience.
Don't waste your time coming here if you are a new donor. They will waste your time and they are dismissive and not fully informed. It took over 4 hours & I waited and after i completed every exam only to get to the back and not be able to give plasma. (Small veins, which they didn't say anything about until the last minute) They took blood samples and then lied about me receiving the payment. I've been calling all day today and no one answers the phone. I had to come back to the location only to find out
Save yourself the frustration. I made a review not too long ago after my sample was forgotten once one day and then not entered on the second day so I had to start the donor process over twice, and now my fianc? who was supposed to get a return donor bonus never received any bonus with our last donation. It's supposed to be an extra $70 in a week and of course we came in a week span but the tech was arguing us down about how the days we came we're not a week yet I checked on the paper at the front desk and
This is the "worst plasma" bank that you can go to. One lady passed out cold while on the machine last week and they couldn't wake her up and the ambulance had to be called. The staff there is petty and they don't know how to stick you properly. Go somewhere else for your safety!!!!!
Clean place nice staff.. But, after this 1st donation i will not be coming back until they set up an appointment scheduling system... It's terrible you have to wait 3-4 hours just to get a chair... youll spend about 5 hours here, so if you don't have that kind of time to throw away, this is not a place to donate... i could easily give at least 4 stars when they set up appointments.
I've donated here this year and today I came in and they're telling me I have to start as a new donor process since two days ago my blood sample expired. Now I came in at 12 it's almost 3pm still haven't went into the back and I'm continuously getting the run around about old tattoos and piercings that haven't changed. No new tattoos or piercings but since they put something in the system wrong about the number of piercings or tattoos I have to wait for approval? After waiting over 3hrs the whale comes to t
They don't bother to answer the phone they just hang up on you
It's the cleanest and friendliest plasma donation center I've been to! All of the techs have been super nice and helpful when I come in, many remember me from my previous visits. The wait is never super long and I have never had a bad experience here!
The staff is nice and friendly and for the most post they get you in and out it's never a long wait for me I would highly recommend to others ??
Love this place there's great people and nice clean environment. The staff is friendly and the parkings is really convenient. Thank you to all the staff from the top to the bottom in grifols on West bellfort.. from your friend Jeremiah Mendez
Great place to donate. Staff is always friendly, attentive, and doing there best to always make the process go smoothly! Never have any issues here.
My experience at Grifols i will honestly say a Good experience every time. The people are very professional honest and easy going. I will admit the pay isn't the best but in actuality I'm saving a life as well. So far so Good. Thanks Grifols.
Came in today to donate and the women working the front desk was very unprofessional and unenthused about her work. Appointments meant nothing to this woman as she lounged around while customers just sat wondering. This is why I stopped coming here in the first place, because of the incompetence that was shown today
Horrible system. Waited for almost 2 hours just to answer the questions. I've been donating for 5 years and I've never experienced such bad service. I feel like all the positive reviews are either lies or people that have been coming to this specific center for a long time. I don't know if it's normal to wait in this center for so long but I am from Austin and if you aren't a new donor you're in and out in about 40 minutes to an hour. Center needs a new system for donors walking in rather than writing your
I give plasma there twice a week
I always have a good experince .This is one of the best donating places that I've been to and I can honestly say every single person that works here is really kind and respectful and they make sure you're comfortable during the whole process.
Grifols on West Bellfort are the most friendliest staff. They make sure you are comfortable. They are very knowledgeable. I love this location!!
I love this place I would definitely recommend
Grifols has a very good staff. Everyone I've had contact with has been very nice and gentle. They always seem to have good relationships with donors.
This my 3 rd time coming here and I'm comfortable and Evan is do good & fast !!!! I love him he make my stay here so much better
Every time I come here they are so professional i love the way they are pretty helpful and let's not forget the money im able to get for helping others !
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
