Today I came in as normal. Usually the service is really good and the inside is really clean but today The trash cans outside are full completely dirty. It is 806 in the morning. My appointment was at 7:45. I went to get my vitals and because of my donation two days ago I have one vein that has a hematoma. The girl with the bob on THURSDAY really had an attitude since the second she realized nobody was helping people at the front desk. There were 3-4 workers standing there who never acknowledged us. I now know it was her job to help us and she did not provide a pleasant experience. Basically dismissing me when I asked about my referrals, which by the way aren't returning thanks to her poor delivery of service, attitude, and time management. 1. They are always slow. Staff inattentive and lazy; this is the 2nd time I came and sat 30 minutes just to check in; just to have to be turned around. I would give 0 stars if possible. The only people that shows any concern, positive attitude or attentiveness are the nice ladies there. There was a young man there who saw me walk in at 6:10 just to turn me around at 6:45; after I walked to the front for help. No one asked if I needed help; no one asked if I were a new donor (I AM).

Horrible service, slow staff, low payments, very unprofessional! If you like being treated like you don't matter, this is the place for you!

I mentioned Heathers horrible reviews and bad attitude and she deferred me permanently. She knew i was saving for a lung for my infant child. She knew. And now that child is dead. My husband killed himself because of the grief. All because Heather is the Devil. Why?

This location is horrible. Lack of urgency. Very unorganized and unprofessional. If you book an appointment expect to still have to wait a hour before you get sticked. They hire immature kids who don't take the job seriously and it's an Indian/arabian guy at the front with glasses that need to be the first one fired he has no type of customer service idk how he got the job.

This place used to be a good donation location but the new staff doesn't care about anything. They act as if there not happy with the job. Most of them can't insert needle properly they have attitudes. I'm a regular donor and they refuse me because they're saying now that it's difficult to find my vein told me to go home and come back tomorrow. This place is not a good place to donate.

Not professional always ready to get off work before they closed if you don't like your job then quit. If they could service you and it's about to close then don't waste your breath if you going to refuse customer then making closing at that same time example if you close at but don't want to do shit after 530 then close at 525 instead of having available appointments and not letting them be booked.

Heather & Jessica are the absolute BEST!! Dont get me wrong there are a few other's that are also amazing, Im just horrible with names. Jessica & Heather are very attentive and always willing to help they deserve a BONUS AND RAISE! WITHOUT A DOUBT!

I went here to donate and I had to stop the donation because I was about to pass out I was extremely hot, shaking, could barely speak, and the room was going dark. I got to 92% and only got half of my pay. When I asked the manager about it I was told I didn't get my full pay because I chose to stop the donation. I was told In order to get my full pay I would have had to finish the donation or pass out and let EMS come treat me. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THAT!!!!

I got here at 11 am and here it is 2 pm and everybody who came in after me has already gone and not only that they dont walk you thru the process and they called one guy multiple times

They should update their hours. When I spoke with someone over the phone they told me walk-ins were accepted after 6pm. I went to check in before 6pm but they told me they were closing and the regular hours are 6am-6pm Monday-Friday. The weekend they're open till 3pm.

They don't even get a 1 star..don't come HERE to donate unless u like hood energy and crackheads its a poor environment and they will take over 50% of your plasma and won't give u all your money....don't come here unless u like druggy vibes, I had to go to the RR and at almost 80% completion 78% to be exact they really didn't orchestrate the distribution of those funds correctly..so I don't encourage it! I literally sat in the chair waiting to be hooked up for over an hour. I watched five people get hooked up and finish before they even started on me! Like dude who sat me followed some chick around the entire time. I was in my chair at 3:15 and didn't start until 4:30. Just unprofessional!

I've been coming to this donation center since 2016. They've made a lot of improvements over the years, like adding the check-in kiosks and new screening equipment. The staff is top notch and they work very hard at what they do. However, last year they did away with their appointment system. When the appointment system was in place I could donate in 2 to 2-1/2 hours on average. Now, it takes a minimum of 3-4 hrs. The wait time is ridiculous. I got here at 10.30. I did the paperwork and had my picture taken. It is 11.46 am , I am still waiting in the lobby to do the kiosk stuff. I will suggest they do the screening and physical first. That way you don't waste your time waiting around for nothing. This is just insane.

I've been getting extra funds just by donating

1st time donator. Both ladies were extremely rude. Got bad vibes and decided to go somewhere else. Very unsanitary too not worth the small amount of money to get an infection. If you are a 1st timer don't go here.

I didn't like how little they cared about me, their donors. One lady in particular, I didn't get her name, but she was a on the plus size African American lady that disregarded my comments of discomfort and just told me she needed me to just pump my fist and the needle was in the vein. Additionally, at the end of my donation I FEEL she removed my needle in a repugnant way.

I've had pleasurable experiences at this place. The employees are helpful and very polite it has been a good experience to be able to earn money and help others at the same time.

I've been donating at this center for over 3years and certain employees there always turn me around so i can't donate one of them name is Cynthia every time I come when they paying the 80 dollars. It would be 5 stars of it wasn't for that poor person that handles the cards at the end. Very disrespectful, you can see clearly that is someone who NEVER should be working in customer service. I always have a good experince .This is one of the best donating places that I've been to and I can honestly say every single person that works here is really kind and respectful and they make sure you're comfortable during the whole process.
