Had bonus compensation for returning after a lapse i did not receive. Called the customer service line off the app got no help. Tried calling the location got no answer. I will not be returning as it seems this location and company do not care if they have donors. Longer waits to inprocess and long waits to be disconnected from the machine. The customer care line is no help and makes excuses for locations that don't make sense. Like closing early for a storm that came 6 hours after regular closing time. I w
Staff in front and back were super friendly and informative, and the process was a breeze. People get the medicine they need, I get to feel good about donating and I get paid. Woo!
I left a review earlier today and it seems like it got deleted so I'm going to leave another one, Crystal or Krystal or how ever you spell it never tell she never wears a name badge, but listen folks if this woman sees you as you walk in to the front desk for all who don't know her she will only help you if she finds you worthy , or she knows you personally , cause any time I go in to that place she finds any reason to give me am I girlfriend a hard time with her lies that they're not taking walk-ins, or he
My mom donated plasma on 1/26/24. Her arm looked swollen and already bruised within hours. Today, her arm looks like this. Grifols, explain? I've given blood and plasma(not with Grifols) many times, and have never come away from it looking like a domestic abuse victim. If I could leave zero stars I would.
The ladies at the front desk don't have any people skills or they just don't care. The girls in the back are excellent. The biggest issue that I have is that it's very unorganized with no set standards. They change by whomever is behind the desk or whomever they may be helping. There needs to be one set of standards for EVERYONE to go by. What I've found with my experience is that they treat you like they're doing you a favor by purchasing your plasma and that's totally wrong. The donor is providing a valua
The employees that have been at the front desk are not nice at all. If you can get past their attitudes the employees in the back are great!! Not sure why they think it's ok to be ugly even with just a general question. If you're a new donor good luck! Life is already hard why be one to make it harder. Let's help each other out goodness. You could be the one to change someone?s life with just your smile. Everyone has life they are dealing with. Good luck!
I am SO frustrated with this place. And it is 100% NOT the staffs fault. They were amazing. Grifols only used Automatic blood pressure cuffs, which are inaccurate at best anyways. But they have no manual cuffs at all for people who can't use the the automatic ones. (My mom and myself have never successfully had our BP taken from these) so I was turned away. Also my daughter made it over two hours into her appointment before finding out that because she had a baby two months ago she couldn't donate. After us
I have been coming here since earlier this year and it is always a great experience. The employees are wonderful and funny. I love donating!!
First visit was 5 hours long. Took 2 hours before they ever called my name. Their staff is Super judgemental. There's way more conversation than working. And if you're even one single point lower than that necessary on the iron check, theyll defer you til next day. If your blood pressure is high they don't give you time to try and get it down they just tell u that you can't donate
Today was my second appointment phase 2 and I wasn't able to donate bc my weight and they were so sweet and supportive. I am going back again hopefully I'll be able to check my weight again before I go through the process with the family of Grifols
New plasma donation center. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great compensation payment for every donation. First time donor bonus and referral bonus. Facility is nice, clean, and comfortable. Bring long sleeves or a blanket cause it's cold all the time. Donate plasma and save lives!
What a joke! After answering the questions on the app and being given a QR code, instead of scanning and getting in line for screening, you are told to sign in on a clipboard and have a seat in the waiting area and wait for God knows how long until your name is called. My name was called only to be told to sit back down again in the waiting area. Beyond ridiculous. Meanwhile, several staff members are literally standing around doing nothing. I have never had these issues at any other Grifols location.
I was denied my right to donate my blood due to my living armaments at Parkwood Manor. At the blood bank, I was told that my blood could be tainted because residents moving in and out. I call the manager told me it was a federal law for residents living in a Manor to be unable to donate blood. I know this was nothing but lies. No way can humans' blood could be tainted because of living in a Manor. There is no federal law against anyone living at Parkwood Manor from giving blood. I am willing to bet that Gr
Sat there going through the process for over 2 and a half hours just to be turned away because you have to wait 6 months after having a baby. Someone could?ve informed me of that earlier seeing as how I'd been talking about said baby. So frustrating and a giant waste of time.
They do more talking then working an no one should know it someone is being trained an make sure you get your money card before u leave because they will have u leave without it I transferred from carbondale an now I wish I didn't super slow it takes hour in half to donate but there it's more like 3 in a half
The first time took long after that walking in was ok just scan your phone and get on line or get on there computer answer the question and get online but now with making appointments it's kinda hard to get the day you want or time you want doesn't work out all the time with working schedule but there ok people working in there I never have a problem but time that's it.
Hi Alex, come in here and everybody has a smile. I've never ran into anyone rude, and even if I walk in, they can always squeeze me in.
I was denied being able to donate because I have my medical marijuana card and I let them know because it technically is a medication they told me that medical marijuana is more likely to abuse but if it was just recreational it would be fine which makes no sense because #1 it's guaranteed to be clean safe weed #2 it's way easier to get ahold of street weed than to get your card and go to a dispensary Now I have to do ithe impossible task of getting ahold of the doctor that approved my card and get him to f
Great and friendly staff. Always professional and kind.
Always get great care at Grifols, the staff is very nice and welcoming.
The staff are super sweet and I am in and out very fast most of the time!
Took a while to donate the first time but thats to be expected. Super friendly staff. Great experience.
They are good people. Very kind and informative.Getting about $500 a month not bad either ;-)

I love giving plasma!!
I like helping others
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
