Normally donate few times month. Went to donate today and there was this new girl with really long braids. She was really rude. Over heard her being rude to another donor saying she couldn't take needle out cause he was tensing his arm up. He said he didn't mean to. And she was like real hateful, ?well you are and I can't take it out until you stop. ?. I was just like wow. Cause most time I come in everybody really nice and joke round with you. For the most part. But this girl just had bad attitude like she

I am not even sure where to start on my horrible, and terrifying, experience while donating plasma at Griffol's Plasma Donation Center of Chattanooga, TN. To start, I had a set appointment for 10:30AM. While I understand that businesses get busy, it wasn't until 30-45 minutes AFTER my appointment time that I was seen. Then, the lady who stuck me at station 2, Trish, violently jammed the needle into my finger in order to get my iron and protein levels. If that wasn't worse enough, the "physical", so they cal

I had a horrible encounter with the a woman who said she was in charge her name is Raleigh Barber . She was rude and would not even let me talk . I live in Alabama and donate regularly at Decatur Al ,Grifoks . So I'm visiting Chatanooga for the weekend so I got on donor hub and asked the question if I could donate while out of town and it said yes all I needed was to bring my drivers license , social security card and I could donate , so I came to Grifoks on Brenard and the manager "head person in charge "

Hi there, I wanted to reach out about my recent experience when I came in to donate. Honestly, one of your employees really put me off. She had short hair and seemed really upset or maybe even rude when I asked her a question. It felt like she didn't care about the donors at all. Because of this interaction, I'm not planning to come back and donate again. I just thought you should know that this kind of attitude can really turn people away. Thanks for listening. P.S I was a loyal donor for years here til

New doner for me I can't complain nice clean and friendly. The worker here Megan is very patiant and kind. she deserves all the stars! Happy people make me ??

As a Canadian. Right now I have to stick with Canadian. They are American and they want your social insurance number. The money, it's a great incentive but my trust levels on any usa anything aren't that high right now.

I had an amazing experience. Ashley was more than accommodating, very polite and went above and beyond to make me comfortable.

Love it here after CSL and Octapharma I will stay loyal to Grifols. Love they go by appointment only, chairs to sit in if there happens to be a small wait which is rare! Can schedule appointments ahead of time for entire month!! Awesome staff makes it even better plus $50 bonus for referrals of new donors which you get after their 2nd donation and your. I have gotten $300 already for referring friends ??

Today I had the worst experience in my life. I followed the rules an did it the way I was instructed to get in w.an appointment. The lady working the front desk I can say without doubt she does not like me.... She found yet another reason not to let us donate. ...she says to me there is this bad smell all of a sudden is it coming from y'all?? I get offended immediately....she leaves an goes to get the manager....they say we smell bad an can not donate!!!! Never in my life have I ever had someone be Soo rud

Super nice and friendly. Tuesdays are hectic wait till Wednesday

I have been calling the Chattanooga branch for 3 straight days to ask them about their new donor compensation, and set up an appointment. They have yet to answer the phone. If this is any indication of how the conduct business, I'll stay at CSL.

I'm gonna give it 5 stars today. There's a phlobotomist in the back named Molly. That did an absolute amazing job.You guys need more employees like her.She absolutely deserves a raise.

The atmosphere and workers there are spot on professionals that show care and compassion, they all work well as a team and also usually and most of the time have a great amount of workers, as well as quick on their feet and awesome problem solvers, they still work well under pressure with being packed sometimes, also very clean and tidy facility, best place to donate plasma and help saving lives 10/10 ??

The ladies that work there definitely seem like they do not wanna be there nor be helpful , I acknowledged I was a new donor when I walked in wed nov 13th and they stated I had to scan a QR code with my phone in order to register to donate I explained I did not know how to do that and could not , they handed me a binder with about 12 pages to read through which took about 30 mins then gave me a tablet to watch a video on which they could not get to play 2 times, did not attempt to help me afterwards as well

First time donating plasma so i had choices for a bonus. I heard good things about biolife and horror stories about CSL. This one is new and has a bunch of kids that "can't find a vein" waste your time there and get nothing out of it. I went to CSL plasma right after leaving there and they got me just fine. Seems like a nice new place but these kids ain't making them look good.

I've been waiting for three hours to be compensated for my donation this morning. No one answers the phone or returns messages. Every other plasma donation center I've donated at in the last 18 years has never had such a problem compensating donors.

As a first time donor you will most likely spend around 3 hours or more which is already insane especially when it's a scheduled an appointment. After returning for my next donation, I spent another hour and a half before my name was even called, yet again with an appointment. After my name was called I was told they could not take me for what I can only say is the lightest bruise I've ever had on my arm. One lady was friendly and the rest bark orders at you as if you are a prisoner. Will not be coming back

My first and second time donating here went perfectly fine I had no problem. I've donated mutliple times at other plasma centers in the area. The system they use is awesome. It is a quick and easy center to donate at. But on my third donation I was turned away due to their not being enough workers capable of working with only one vein. So unfortunately was not able to complete my new donor bonus. So unfortunately If you're petite with smaller veins I do not recommend donating here.

Great experience from the start. I was greeted warmly by the ladies at the front desk and talked through what to expect. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Sam - the phleb who started the donation for me - was phenomenal and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the procedure. Highly recommend donating here.

This is without a doubt the best plasma place. It's demeaning enough to be forced to sell my life's blood; so I can buy food which in turn creates blood for me to sell. Still times are rough and the staff here has never made feel unwelcome infact it's quite the opposite. The nurses are super chill and fun to interact with. A special shout goes out to Ashley. Even at 8 months pregnant she has continued to greet me Everytime with a smile on her face. If an adorable pregnant woman doesn't make you feel better

I'm new to donating...so I'm cautious on being stuck..The lady with the green braid and half shaved head is great also Carla is my favorite...she gets it done sorry to leave out other great team members I'll review you next time. Super busy environment but quite..

Clean facility, friendly atmosphere, friendly front desk employs. I prefer grifols over all the other plasma centers near me. The plasma machine looked well kept and updated compared to the other ones. The phlebotomist there are awesome. Give it a try I am so glad that I did. Shout out to Samantha,Kalla,& Riley they always make me feel comfortable.

Second time here and again was told they couldn't fit me in as new donor. Nothing like the other donation centers in the area who want your donation. It's like they try anything and everything to get you to not donate. Staff aren't very friendly and come off as you aren't good enough to be there or something. Place looked clean. Definitely not busy. I refuse to keep trying to donate here, like I'm begging them to accept me. ?? I'll keep donating at my normal place. This isn't worth my time.

I love how private they keep everything. It is not an open space for everyone to see what you are doing. Places like this can make a bad reputation for itself, because the typical person already thinks that you have to be down on your luck to donate plasma. You do not have to be down your luck, you just need to understand the importance of a donor. Some plasma centers are just as bad as the people who donate and some are well organized like Grifols. They're clean, quite and professional.

Don't donate at ANY grifols . Personally I'd referred a friend to get the 50$ bonus for telling her about the place so she went and donated twice but because she didn't donate at the same location as me I won't be getting the 50$ even though she's new at grifols annnd put me down as a reference. Grifols is twisted. Don't donate at any of their locations. They lie . Doesn't say anything anywhere about them having to donate at the same location! Should have gotten the 50 for the referral but they aren't righ

I mostly want to thank Julia! If it wasn't for her giving me and my husband the best EXPERIENCE and was so helpful no matter what the problem was she would always have a smile and help you thought it.. THANK YOU SO MUCH JULIA FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!

What a wonderful staff, clean and just approachable for questions! Would highly recommend!

Long wait times and no sense of urgency. They will have 4 employees up at the front desk and only have one screener. Once you get sat in a bed you're sometimes waiting another 10-20 minutes to even get poked.

The people that work at this location need to be trained on customer service and how to do their job properly... They tell me I can't donate yet I drive down the street to another center and have no problem donating. They are terrible at their job.. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Oh and I make an appointment and hours later th r y finally see me... terrible

I went to grifols one day to see if I liked it then I went back to octapharma plasma center to see them and they told me that there was a red flag on my information in the system from grifols so grifols messed my information up on the system so I'm not able to donate until the red flag is gone out of the system thanks to grifols

Best donor center in Chattanooga. If you want an absolutely painless stick, ask for Cala or Liv in the back. Seriously couldn't recommend a better team or center.

1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. The business hours online are wrong. Staff is very rude and unprofessional nor are they considerate of others time. I will NOT be returning.

Best plasma donation place I've ever been to. Julia is such a sweet person and will help you in anyway she can. Always smiling and more than willing to help.

My first time was efficient fast and friendly. I almost passed out and how no problems communicating my needs and receiving immediate attention, I would recommend this place to a friend. Will go back again.

The place is awesome and most definitely well staffed. The staff knows what they are doing to the exact T. I would refer anyone to come on out. I love it here

Awful!!!!! They make you set an appointment WHICH MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Because they will make you wait 4 hours to be seen!! No one gives you this information until you get here! If you question the staff about the process they are very condensending and don't really help. The worst experience ever!!

I never leave reviews nor have I ever had a problem with here till this last appointment. They managed to burst both of my veins and were extremely careless and rude when I was trying to express the pain I was feeling.

Love this place! They get you in and out! The machines are way better! And the staff??? They are awesome. They speak to u by name!! Always sweet and caring!!!

My fist time going there was last wk...and I got turned away because they didn't ha e any nurses that evening to do my physical...so got rescheduled for the next wk end around 10 am.....when I got there I was told that the lady that was doing physicals had to leave do to a family emergency which is a crock of bull....I did not get compensated for my time and effort for driving the all the way from lafayette which is all most an hr due to traffic I just want go back period just to be turn away....I drive a t

I've been going to this place since they first opened. I asked to be disconnected , had an anxiety attack. They deferred me for life!!!! Not such a nice place

The staff is super friendly and amazing, Kayla ,is very professional, and careful with each donate I highly recommend them and this center

Quick, efficient and without discomfort ^^ Friendly and attentive staff who do their best to ensure a smooth donation process

My experience was great , comfortable place , Mariah was a great she was friendly an on top of her game !

You might have to wait a while but CSL Plasma is way better you get paid more and they are more caring. Some of the workers here are rude.

This place is not professional at all really don't recommend them people they was really rude with my wife for no reason instead of Raising your voice at people be professional not a rat

Mariah is good worker easy to talk to and help and take her time when she is sticking you.

The workers take care of you and make sure you are okay well and they are very friendly as well will recommend to anyone else to go to them
