Quick and simple process. Areas seem to be clean and cleaned down well. One of the best facilities to donate. Recommend for beginning and experienced donors. Staff is pleasant.

I came in as a new donor today, and I waited an hour or so and was never called up to be put in their system so I just left. There was two nurses but it seemed like only one of them was helping while the other one sat in her office and did nothing. The girls up front who took my information and checked if I could donate were amazing, but that one nurse definitely needs to be counseled on teamwork and her laziness

The staff at the donation center were incredibly friendly and professional, making the process as comfortable as possible. They provided clear instructions and took the time to answer all my questions, the facility was clean and well-organized.

I am highly dissatisfied with my recent experience with Grifols. I would most definitely not advise anyone to go here. I arrived eagerly to donate at this center. Upon arrival I was greeted by a staff member who directed me to the kiosk to answer the required questions and then wait to have bp and other levels checked for donation. Brung in a family member who donates frequently. The manager named Quita was very rude and impolite. I do no recommend this center at all. If that is what they hire for a manager position then my family will not be returning and i will spread the word. Outside of few, the staff are unprofessional. I was told that in order to donate with my service dog present, I would have to be placed in a separate room and have the machine used on me thrown away to keep sanitation secure. Yet every nurse in this conversation played with him and forgot they had to throw their scrubs away. To add, gossiping over patient's lifestyles is a trend there. On the upside, it does give the highest pay hands down.

They take entirely to long they worry about things that are not important versus the donors. they sit and they curse and they talk entirely to much for them to have things and donors that need to be taking care of the amount of time wasted here is ridiculous

They lack professionalism. I came in on Saturday December 14th. They needed an approval from my doctor which I got and hand delivered on December 19th at 10 am. April handled my stuff. She then told me their doctor had to review it which is something she didn't tell me the first time. She told me to call back between 12 pm - 5pm. I called only to find out that April didn't even put me in the system!!!!! I was told that maybe next Friday!!! ????. This is ridiculous!! And not to mention they weren't even busy

The Monday before the 4th the employees gave out cards for extra pay on the 4th the cards say the business hours that day would be 6am-2pm. Myself and another lady got here at 6 am and they said they don't open until 7. They have to calibrate their machines and get things running but they wouldn't be opening until 7. Then when I looked in the window there were 3 ladies standing near the back chatting and looking at the door clearly talking about us. I drove 45 minutes and the other lady walked 40. Did they

I had a reaction while donating and this amazing staff stepped in and took such great care of me. They went above my expectations of what I thought would happen if I were to have a reaction. One minute I was fine, the next I was going in and out of Consciousness. I can't thank them enough for all being there. Helping me through that scary experience and not just being a great employee but a wonderful human. I could tell they were genuinely concerned for me. I've been donating at this center for about 18 month. The staff, is great here! They are all kind, respectful and compassionate. I'm always comfortable when I donate here and sometimes I can get a good laugh. Also the building is clean inside and the parking lot is clean. Great place to donate!

I'm a new doner. My first donation was great. I was told that I would receive an additional $125 for my second donation. During my second donation everything seemed to be going good until one of the staff came over and repositioned the needle in my arm. I looked over at my arm about 3 minutes later and my arm was blowing up like a balloon. The employee moved the needle out of my vein and the saline solution was going into my arm. Went in for a donation today at 230 pm. Walked in the building everything was fine and smooth. I been going here for nearly 8-9 years. Never had any problems.. noticed like 4-5 people was waiting to be retake for high blood pressure. I have never had any problem with my blood pressure. So it said 108. The 2nd number did. Should check the people they got working for them. Because I felt like I was being racist out bye white people, and I'm white black people where good to me. So far I'm giving them a 3 hopefully in a few months I can give them a better grade. I'm a new donor there the 1st day I went everything was good, staff was very nice. Well I went back same week to donate the second time and they turned me away because I didn't make a reservation. I explained to the staff that I'm a new donor and if that was the case y?all should have told me when I donated the first time. To make a long story short they turned me away. I came in expecting it to be a long wait due to volume of people at the center. From screening to donation everything was super efficient and I was in and out within an hour. Shout out to the phlebs on the floor killing it. Whole sections were coming down at the same time! Amazing experience!

I used to really like this place, but not So Much Anymore. So I call First and they tell me to come by 1:30 on a Sunday and that's to be a new donor. I show up at 12:30 and they say we can't take anybody new today that I told them what I was told. So I just wasted an hour and a half of my time 45 minutes down and 45 minutes back. My first experience went well the second visit not so much . Ask to bring mail to verify address then when I arrive with mail they say it has to be within 30day period which I was not told when they said bring mail but luckily one piece I bright was with in time line that starts my aggravation then I see check in nurse and the arm they used first time and was badly bruised due to the improper taping after first time they wanted to turn me down from donating due to their incompetence but when nurse looked at

My first time was less than 3 hrs which was alot shorter than my past experience from 10yrs ago. Staff was good and answered any and all questions. Was paid on a card and it was on it before I left the building so over all it was a good experience. I have to take a star away from my original post because the staff are not informed. I was told several times after my initial 2 visits that they pay $100 a visit 8 more times an that was not true. I was told this by the staff. On my 8th time they only paid $30.

As a new donor NO ONE told me to place a sticker on paper before leaving. I called the next day to receive my compensation. Today I go back for my second visit and they tell me I need a piece of mail to verify my address. Again NO ONE ASKED THIS OF ME BEFORE LEAVING MY FIRST VISIT. I am only giving this facility three stars because of a few employees and one particular phlebotomist who were extremely friendly and helpful.
