Understaffed, lazy, and rude. You have to wait 30 minutes to a hour to be seen, only three booths will be open when all the booths should have a employee working. When you get to the back you have to wait another 30 minutes or so to be hooked up to donate. The price is 50 for first donations and 70 for second donations. With all the money they are making it should be 85 for first donations and 95 for second donations to be somewhat fair. Maybe another actual plasma donation center should open to light a fire
Those donations are priceless and this place is only giving people $50 for them. Should be 10 times that amount. You know life is not that cheap. It's a real shame.
Wow Beautiful Staff very Kind and friendly. They welcome you with open arms, very clean and rules are enforced.
Update: I have since went on the Grifols website and sent a message request, still haven't heard anything from them on the bonus they were suppose to give to us donors. I will not be going back to Grifols. I did not misunderstand there ad on the bonus. They are not truthful. The February/March bonus is a SCAM!
I just finished my fourth donation in two weeks and I'm very pleased with the professional nature of the staff and the expedient process. It's also a blessing to know I am helping to save lives and I even got paid handsomely for my time! For the first four donations, they pay you $500, which is very useful in economic times like these when gas is $4 a gallon!
I'm new here from out of state. I went here today as a first time donor and was turned around. The lady stated her on duty manager said they weren't taking anymore new donors today and it was only 10:30am..they close at 3pm today..nothing on the site says it's a cut off time for new donors. It wasnt crowded or anything. I'm not sure if they was short staffed or what. But it's definitely disappointing.maybe next time, I'll try..but CSL never turned me around.. Update** i went back for a 2nd try. I made it t
Tried calling 4x's between the hours of 12 and 2 and NO ANSWER. Wasted gas and time to drive over there, 3 employees standing around behind front counter gossiping, WHILE the phone is ringing, TRIED TO IGNORE ME, only to be turned away because they aren't taking walk-ins this late ?? LAZY, UNQUALIFIED, PERSONEL.
I had a great experience here and it's very helpful. Worker are nice and they treat you like family. I will recommend people to come donate.
Some of the girls that work there are just so unprofessional and rude and act like they don't care at all!
We're homeless because we rent an rv and live in it. Its $800 a month.
very good experience. Only things I would suggest for new patients is making sure your schedule is free for the day, long waits. Improvements would be trying to speed up the progress of checking individuals in. Having one person on the floor is hard to make a fast and smooth process!
Grifols has a very friendly staff! Today was my first time donating Plasma! The process took a little while because they we're super packed, but today was a Saturday!
I love the staff here. They are very courteous and professional. They are very helpful with any questions you may have and explain things so that anyone could understand. Everything is sanitized and all stations are very clean. I love coming here. I get to help others and I get to have a few laughs with the staff.
I was the second person in line but had to be pushed further back due to the express line tablet being dead. This is completely grifols fault why do i have to reap consequences? 1 or 2 more people in front of you can be the difference between minutes and hours. I arrived 30 mins early and sat out in the cold just to be pushed behind people that i was in front of. Not fair and not professional
Great service but the waiting process is entirely too long even after your first do action it's enough workers her to get everyone in and out I'm a timely manner
If you want some quick cash this is the place. Great Customer Service and will make you feel comfortable.
My first time going I was a little worried because of my past with donating blood, but all the staff members were extremely helpful and efficient. It is a great cause and they definitely make it worth your while! I have been many times now, and every time is a breeze.
There blood pressure cuff never work's I've been differed 6 times because of there messed up blood pressure machine but every where else in the world can't take my blood pressure so annoyed.
I was wanting to become a patient how much is it as a first time patient
To know that I'm helping save a life is rewarding enough. The professionalism, friendliness, and dedication the entire staff employs is just icing on the cake. Grifols helps people all over the world and I'm honored to be a small part of the impact this great company has worldwide.
This place has a great staff and atmosphere. They make sure you are well aware of everything and that you are comfortable. They're very well organized as well as keeping on a bright smile making everyone feel at home??
I'm on my second month of doing donations. I like how they have early and late hours to make donations so things are flexible. The staff is nice and helpful. The experience at first takes a long time but follow-up appointments/donations go much faster. Thanks
Hi this is Chauncey Taylor, I'm proud to represent the wonderful staff at Grifols. My personal experience with these guys is extremely awesome and I embrace the warm personalities in every staff member. Keep up the good work people. Let's go Grifols ??
I would highly recommend this place the staff is just amazing and I always have a great experience
I am not happy with the intake procedures at this facility. I was furst turned down for donation due to my heart rate being too Hugh. This was my fault. I drank a Monster Energy Drink that morning not thinking. The second time my heart rate was OK, but during the initial questions during the physical I was asked if I was taking any prescription medications. I replied yes, Diamox and Albuterol. When she asked about what the Diamox was for I told her. Mind you this medication nor the condition it is treating
Well I had a ruptured vein bc of them putting someone on the floor that wasnt ready.amonth ago same thing same person .then I cant use otger arm next visit bc they say its a bruise bigger than a qwarter .so if your not starving dont donate
I have donated at this center in 2019, 2020, and this year I have referred 2 people one in 2019 and one the other day but the center said I had to do 2 complete donations and they had to complete 2 donations before I could get my referral bonus well done that and still have not got my bonus because they said I had to be a active donor!!! When my friend told them my name they showed my picture to make sure that's who referred her if I wasn't an active donor then why would they have me in there computer syste
Definitely enjoy the visit every time. Friendly stuff. Clean everywhere. Easy and personally fun. Definitely recommend ??
Kept giving us wrong information. We showed up around 6:30 pm one day since the site says they close at 8:30 pm. They said they weren't accepting donors past 7 pm (even though we showed up earlier than that), and to come back before 7 tomorrow. We come back the next day only to find that they're CLOSED. We call them the NEXT day and ask for a time we can donate when they'll be open, and they say the same thing-- to "come before 7 pm tomorrow.". So, we go at 3 pm, and they still do not accept us! Their excu
All the employees are very professional, they all work as quickly as possible to make your experience go by quickly. The facility is very clean and all. Employees always wear proper ppe. Highly recommend grifols hattiesburg
I'm updating my review to reflect the changes made in the past month. Used to I could be in and out in about 1.5 to 2h. Now my average time is about 4h. The people on the floor are pretty awesome except for 1 or 2 with a bad attitude. If you complain about the people who do your screening you'll get attitude, excuses, and deflection. Also, there have been times it's taken them 2h for my money to hit my card. So, if you really need that money when you leave then I'd suggest waiting to make sure you get your
Grifols is the place to donate! I've been coming for over 2 yrs and there's nothing like helping others in need. Grifols staff makes you feel great and comfortable throughout your whole experience! Great professionals!!
Everytime I go here there's always something SMALL I IGNORE. This time I left after they say me down 15 minutes after already waiting 45 minutes because of my pulse. They wait to see everyone else first after another 20 minutes go by. These people will lie to you about your vitals just because you're a regular donor trying to benefit from the "bonuses". Employ some halfway decent people who will be considerate of other people's time!!!
A great place if you want to make a little extra money and help others at the same time. I would suggest for new patients is making sure your schedule is free for the day, long waits. Stay hydrated!!
Very good experience for my first visit to this location. The service was professional and the staff was courteous for my entire visit. I recommend calling ahead to verify what documentation they may require first though, if you are a new donor. As they will be unable to see you until you complete their verification process. Other than that, it was a breeze.
The staff are professional and friendly. This is a clean and well run establishment. So happy I found a way to give while also helping myself!
My name is Oliver Young I've been donating with grifols ever since 2000 I think it's a nice place I met some awesome workers Sam Michael Ms Amanda and a few others been very helpful in between there and now I had my ups and down but that was on me not drinking enough water not eating right but all the above Griffin is a great an awesome place to donate if you want some extra money it do helps out right by is anyone that want extra money grifols is the place to be it's full of smiles greeting they have bonus
Grifols has a great friendly staff and I love the bonuses and rewards. They give back to the donors in so many ways. Friendly atmosphere and caring employees makes it a great place to be. MS CONNIE IS THE BEST NURSE EVER!!!
Have been coming to Grifols for an year. There seems to be a trend of longer wait time. Thomas is great along with several of the ladies in the back. Sam and Michael are the best. BUT the personel management has much to be desired. Two people screening when almost every seat is filled waiting. I feel the Nurses are the ones that have the most attitude and are not pleasant to deal with. Not all are like this but I won't mention names of the other ones. The equipment is clean but the facility itself has to ha
My experience was very pleasant once I made it to the floor. Nina was so polite & professional. I was extremely comfortable under her care
Nice, friendly staff! Always try to get people in and out! Love the smiles and laughter from the staff! Also, the people in the back are wonderful!!! Go help people while making some money!
The staff is helpful & willing to answer questions. Not only do they make sure you know the required information, they give you pointers and advice. Grifols offers incentives, including monetary benefits for your donation.
Friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. They're wonderful at what they do so, it was a very pleasant experience.
The staff is always so nice. It's for a good cause and they make sure to get you in and out as quickly as they can .
I have been donating here a long time. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They make the whole process as quick and smooth as possible.
When the weather place is crowded, they only open 2 processing booths, although they have 6 in total. This makes for having to wait a long time, whereas it would go a lot faster if all 6 booths were open. ??????????
These are lovely people. I enjoy coming here. Sometimes it gets busy so don't be in a hurry when you come. Drink lots of water the day before your donation and eat.
It'd be cool if the staff could do anything without stopping to mess around with each other. It's ridiculous how often they stop everything and keep you waiting because they're so unprofessional. There's an acceptable limit to that stuff. If you have issues while donating they'll just ignore you. Edit: originally gave them a 2 star but gonna go ahead and make that a 1 because the staff is truly terrible. Not all but the majority are insanely lazy and/or inept. Donating is really easy. It's basically free
Grifols is the place to go to if you are looking for some quick money. The ppl that works there are very nice & respectful to others. The bathrooms are always clean & all so the building is well put together. They allways have me in & out. Just know it is very cold in there so bring your own blanket because they dnt give them out. Make sure before you go donate drink alot of water the day before so you will be hydrated.
Don't try to call...there's no reason for them to have a phone because they never answer the phones. I've been trying to call them since Friday last week and it's Wednesday.... I called in the morning and at night. The techs are nice and nothing wrong with the facility; it's just really unprofessional to have a business line and not have the staff to answer it.
I have been going to Grifols for the past few years and I love going there especially knowing that I'm saving someone life. The staff is very helpful and I always feel at home with them,
If I could give no stars I would. The wait time is absolutely awful. An hour for vitals and so far over 30 minutes waiting to go back. The system designed to make it faster is a joke. I know when I go back I will have to wait an hour for a stick and another hour for them to take me off it. This shouldn't take 5 hours
I've been coming to Grifols for a couple months and the professional aspect of every worker is great - you really feel great when your here!
Other than the staff being increasingly switched out, and general disinterest in watching the volunteers. The rules keep changing on when and when you cannot donate and it screws people over who want to donate but miss a day or not and you're stuck only being able to donate on certain days. When you could donate any time within a 7 day period.
I been going there for a while now and the service is great there. The employees there are friendly and very professional. I would recomend them to others who may ask about them.
They should do something about keeping the order of people who have been waiting and people who have just arrived. I arrived early just to be send back behind people who I came before. Very unprofessional
This is a great place offering an easy way for families to have a little extra money. I have never met a staff member who I had issues with. I imagine it's a stressful job so I am always as respectful as I can be. I really don't like people so I shudder to think of a career where I would stab peoples veins for a living. It's very clean. Literally my only complaint is please PLEASE get new faucets in the bathroom. Those things are straight from Satan. Ladies beware: There is a man who hangs around sometimes
Very rude and I haven't been back because they turned my arm purple from constantly raming the needle in and out of my arm and I have excellent veins and never had a problem before they hire just anybody now
The first two times, everyone was moderately friendly. The third time I went, I took my sister and received a bonus. I got done before she got hooked up and stopped to talk to her and calm her before I left and was yelled at and spoke to very rudely. (I let them know that that was uncalled for, such rudeness, and didn't let it go.) After 5th visit when supposedly the pay goes to "normal" ($40 per visit, so I was told), I go for my 8th visit and only $20 was deposited on my card. I called to find out why and
Really comes in handy for bills and other items. I also like having a little spare change in my pocket every little bit help. Donating plasma aslo is a positive thing cause some people don't have it, why not especially if you can replace it.
I was informed that only active duty military personnel were allowed to receive an bonus for donating. But then I read that ALL military personnel (retired, veteran, active duty) were eligible. But, EVERYTIME I ask for my veteran bonus. An certain nurse gives me the run around. .MILITARY DUTY AND SERVICE SHOULDN'T BE SEPARATED..VETERANS DID THEIR DUTY AND ACTIVE ARE DOING THEIR SERVICE. EACH OF US SHOLD BE ENTITLED TO THESE BONUSES WITHOUT BEING TURNED DOWN AND THEN HEARING " THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVI
Very nice staff! Easy experience that is completely worth it! Don't be nervous, it's light work for a better outcome.
Great place always kind the process is quick.
They are very friendly. The staff works hard. Everyone always happy. I enjoy donating knowing I'm saving lives??
Wonderful place great atmosphere! Just don't have any plans around the time you go cause you never know how long it will take.
The workers are jus so sweet and nice wen I go they talk wit respect they are always smiling most of all I am helping to save lives....thanxxxxx Grifols
I've been going for over 2 years I love the staff. They are very courteous and they always put a smile on my face.
I was nervous at first but the staff at Grifols are great super nice they make sure you understand the process and you are comfortable
They're the the sweets and kinds people you want to meet. I've never had a bad experience always kind and polite
Everybody Ghetto , Rude , Play Busy , they take a year to pay you ! Majority of everybody in the back lazy !!! The front counter only has one Great worker ! The Pay & Physical people only have one good worker & you will have blood pressure dealing with them
EDIT: Today, donors could not sit down while waiting to be checked in!! That's how donating in Jackson MS was. Horrible. I can't stand in a line for hours! Hope this is temporary. Maybe they have new seats coming!?! My blood pressure would becway too high when i finally got to that point! Grifols in Hattiesburg, MS is superb! Excellent experience from start to finish. The card company they use to load funds on, "Paysign," however, is awful. They have put duplicate charges through and although I called neve
Had a friend go here to donate and get some extra cash..they messed up but iv's, they incompetent and disrespectful nurse bruised my friends arm to hell and then they refused to pay her because she didn't reach 800, she got about 700. They refused to give her anything for her time or donation. I've also had this problem in the past and I gave a FULL donation. This place is full of liars, and rude incompetent medical staff. Please if you're going to donate give somewhere else. This place is going to end up k
Honestly it's a bit of a time sink for what they pay. But the staff are friendly and competent. Being stuck rarely hurts and it's good extra money.
They have the best personalities. They really have the best performance . And the workers are so friendly. That's my second family
Great friendly place to come and make some extra cash while helping out others! Would definitely recommend! :)
I love how kind everyone is and how easy they make the process. It's great way to make some extra money! If you you're a first time donor, tell them Brieana Myers sent you
Grifols has been a very pleasant experience. Very professional staff with good knowledge of the program. Would recommend to anyone willing to donate!
This is Troy Johnson and I have a wonderful experience every time I go in there . The people are nice and will work with you in different areas.
My experience with grifols has always been positive. The staff is great and the extra money is always a plus.
Great place to donate and it is so nice to have employee's greet you by your name! I have always been treated great here. Thank you for all the employees who work so hard to make this happen for the donors and donoree receiving the plasma!
Gave plasma this morning and it did not take all that long to get back and get started. The phlebotomist was great and I never felt it when they stuck my arm. Easy way to earn a few bucks, also.
This place is going downhill so fast it don't even make a lot of sense to donate their payment has gone down drastically
Unprofessional Staff, I'm speaking of Ms.Connie who talk to the employees and donors as if she's above everyone. She act as if she hates her job so she has to lash out on the donors to blow off steam... I've watched excellent workers leave their job because of dealing with kaos on the job... There's a new director and I pray to GOD she sees the fakeness in some of the older employees of this company. You have to be professional at all times dealing with people and that disrespectful Ms. Connie has barked up
Blew my vein halfway threw and made me sick was unable to continue so they only paid me $30 of the promised $100 and had a text for $10 dollar bonus I didn't receive. Called back and said that was the policy to pay by volume if you don't finish amount set base on your body size but if I was thinner I won't have be ask to donate so much. So basically ripped me off! Will never go back and will advise everyone I know to find a better place to go
There staff are so respectfull an helpful would recommend anyone else who is willing to help are need extra cash to these guys a lot of love an fun at Grifols
Donating plasma at Grifols is a great way to make a life-saving donation to help others while also being compensated for your time and effort. The staff is helpful and friendly every single visit.
My first visit today and I had no complications. The staff was really nice and they made sure I was felt better than ok to go home
Hattiesburg Grifols has helpful staff that cares. As I've grown older, I developed a sensitivity to iodine. The staff makes sure not to use the iodine swipe ever time I donate. Good looking out!
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
