Staff is nice but they are ALWAYS short staffed! starting to seem like the money is not worth the wait and wasted time. Bathrooms are out of supplies and dirty.

The best Clinic and people I ever meet in my life. I feel all of them like my family ?????? They have a lot of patience with me and all my Drama and comedy between me and nettles I do come up every time I'm there, they know me anymore.....?? I can only say that they changed my life positively. If I had a 6th star to give them I most assuredly would. The staff here are second to none and I am grateful for the whole bloody lot of them. Plus it's conveniently located next to the best taqueria in town so come show them some love , help save lives and treat yourself to a taco afterwards. It's a win win ( wait , that's across the street ??)

Understaffed!!! There is only ever one person doing the readings and handling the front desk which happens to be the most slowest person working the front. It takes two hrs just to get to the back and no one knows what there doing

Grifols is a great facility. I've only had great experiences. Very clean, very efficient, and all the staff is very knowledgeable, especially Natalie. This is the best donation center I've been to compared to others in Moreno Valley, highly recommend.

I've been coming here for almost a year and a half now and this has been a great place in every aspect to give plasma donations! All of the staff are truly professional, patient and nice. I come here nearly twice a week and mostly all of my donations have got smoothly with no major issues. Phlebotomist Elizabeth and Nurse Brian are awesome! I highly recommend this location! ~Dom

All is fine nicest people. Restrooms never have soap. I have been going for 6 months, twice a week and no hand soap. Feels unsanitary.

Was hesitant at first to try donating here, Brianna made my experience comfortable and worry free. She has a light hand therefore everything was pain free. i?d definitely recommend to those wanting to donate for their first time.

I been going here for a few months now and the atmosphere is phenomenal. Everybody here is super sweet and nice but Joseph and Aaron are above the best I highly recommend this place.

I first donated here back in December mostly because of the new donor bonus. I didn't really like this place so I did not come back until I received a "we miss you" email with a bonus offer. After donating there this week I do not plan on returning. The reasons I initially didn't like this place is due to not trusting the phlebotomists there. Most do not seem to have much experience. I've had 2 bad pokes in 8 donations. They could use some training from the other plasma place in town, where the phlebotomis

Staff is unprofessional there's never a worker at the front desk came here donated one of the workers stuck my arm wrong it was stinging so bad I had a big bubble on the side of my arm swollen it bruised my arm so bad it didn't heal till a month later took months to go away the bruise was so bad it was blue black purple no one asked me if I was ok only gave me an ice pack n that was it I couldn't donate anymore because of them!!!! They messed me up so bad n I did not once get an apology from anyone not even

I've been donating at this location for a long time. The staff is very respectful and they always attend to me with kindness. Phlebotomist Aaron makes me feel comfortable every time I donate. I love that I am in and out quickly thanks to the attentive staff. This makes it easy for me to donate then go to work.

Highly recommend very professional and great at their job my favorite phlebotomist is Evelyn H such a sweetheart gorgeous and hard worker and understands my complicated veins.

I have donated at different Plasmas centers but this one is definitely one of the fastest ones and cleanest one I've been too. Very quick service even the bathrooms are kept tidy. The lobby is always nice and open and not too busy. The parking lot is nice and spacious and not full of transients and handicap accessible. the Blood pressure machines are literally a joke they never work!!! You can get better blood pressure machine from TEMU! I've never donated before GRIFOLS and I'm so grateful I started here. The staff is cery nice and outgoing definitely Jessica. She is amazing and goes out of her way to make sure donors are comfortable and it's breathtaking to have someone tend to you that actually cares. The rest of the staff is also amazing and wonderful people but Jessica made me not scared of needles and makes the process goes by wonderful. If you're thinking about donating go there quick!

Star is very professional,polite an willing to help you with anything at Grifols Plasma. Id say she one of my favorite with others here.

The starting process was simple for me done thoroughly by staff. Staff was attentive caring and helpful. They know what they are doing from a customer service aspect and I have yet to feel any discomfort in my 4 visits

I enjoy donating at this place because everyone seems pleasant and I enjoy the appointment system. Saydi does a great job sticking me and I appreciate it. Also want to mention my anxiety goes up when a new person sticks me for the first time so I was extremely relieved when Star stuck me today and did great. This location is my favorite place to donate plasma. They have been increasing their fees which is a big plus for me. The staff is very friendly and make my donation process go by fast. They always help me make appointments around my busy work schedule.

Their customer service is horrible. There's never anybody at the front desk. There's no one ever to answer your calls. They're extremely understaffed. Get it together Grifols! Good sticks every time allowing great blood flow and faster donation times also allows less movement of needle

Staff is great and they do a good job of getting you in and out quickly! Facility is very clean. 2 stars off because they have sadly become the lowest paid plasma center. Almost anywhere else values their customers and pays them well.

Place is clean and staff is very good usually when it comes to finding veins. I didn't care when they lowered prices from time to time but the switch to BMI is probably the worst change they've ever made.

The staff is real nice ! I started donating on April 14th. They had a big banner outside saying, earn $600 in a month, for new donors. So I figured they start the 30 days after your 1st donation ? Which if that was true ? I should have gotten $75 dollars for each visit, at 8 visits would have came out to $600. But that wasn't true. On my 5 visit I was only given $35. So when I asked an employee she said, no you can make up to $600 in a month. That doesn't make any sense, either you do or don't? 8 visits at

I have donated at 5-10 different locations due to my work. I have never seen a staff as under trained and unprepared as this location. I had a donation take more than 2 hours due to the general staff and management staffs complete inability to solve a basic issue. Not only could they not solve the issue, but they put myself in danger and offered no answers as I kept asking why they couldn't solve the issue. Hi I've been donating here for over 2 years. The staff is very nice. Christina and Shakira are some of my favorite lobotomist . You never feel the needle at all when they stick you. I had asked one of the new lobotomist evlin to please stop pulling the bandage off against the hair, go with the hair. She complained and made a report on me that I was being rude. She said I touched her hand, which I did not. I put my hand up above the bandage without touching her and said please stop because it hurts that way

Been doing plasma here for years now never a bad experience and its comfy and cold so make sure you bring a blanket or sweater to keep warm as it does get chilly.everyone is friendly here especially ?Evelyn Phleb ?,shes good at sticking didn't feel it at all ,would recommend this plasma center , getting paid to help people.

I have only donated blood once before coming here and I was really nervous. 12 donations later I have really enjoyed coming here because of the staff! Super helpful, great customer service, and excellent work on the needlework (the most challenging)! I also like the monthly promotions and the stress free check-in process!

The staff is nice but this place is severely understaffed. It is obvious the upper management doesn't really help with those who are working the floor. Every time I am here it takes no less than 2 hours every time due to low staff levels. And if the machines malfunction, good luck getting an employee to help fix the issue since they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to get other people hooked up on a machine or taken off the machine. I would recommend going to another donation

My experience with Grifols was great. They have some of the best workers especially Evelyn and Daniela they always bring great energy and when I use to check in with the other Evelyn she was a nice and professional person.Also Jessica she was one of the first person I meet when I first started coming her professional experience , great personality n energy make me want to come back more.i thanks yall for the great experience coming.

I love coming here to donate plasma, because the staff is always super professional and attentive, always open availability its close to my college which is perfect before I donate for my classes.

The staff here is very friendly and professional. I always feel comfortable about the donation process when I come in to donate. Even when they're clearly understaffed overwhelmed, or told by corporate to pinch pennies, the floor staff never takes it out on the donors. The facility is clean, safe and modern. My only gripe is that they keep the temperature chilly in the donation room, so bring something that can be used as a blanket while you're on the donation couch. Disgusting amount of time waisted here. How are you going to schedule an appointment and not assist that appointment for 2 hours exactly ??!? 2:30 pm app and took until 4:30 pm just to do a physical. We already know another hour doing that if we're lucky. Then who knows how long on the machines. ? I'll update as I waist another 4 hours. ..

They over booked and are so backed up and understaffed. They need to do there schedule different and not over book the apts. I've been here waiting for over an hour. This is really inconvenient. I scheduled around my jobs. And this is awful. My apt was at 11 and I've been here since 1045. And there's still like a dozen people in front of me.

Most of the staff is great?friendly and attentive, but there is one lady there who is very rude (I believe her name is Crystal) every time I see her or have to have any interaction with her! It's like I almost dread it when she comes over to either set me up or unhook me. It would have been 5 stars if it weren't for her

I love that you make your appointment at our convenience. Staff is friendly, they work well together, it's my choice to continue to go here instead of the other places. I don't have any issues with them at all.

If you don't have you ssc bring a W2 & Birth certificate. They use Watchdog to confirm your identity. Staff is helpful. Christiana was awesome. Alejandro is awesome. In the back Jennifer and another girl helped me and they did good. Calling could be a wait or no answer but come before 3pm to get in as a new donor. And check for the promo deals.

You spend more time waiting then giving plasma. They are really nice people working here but they take forever to check you in and sometimes even longer for them to start the process. You will have an appointment at 11am and you won't start until 12. If it didn't take long where I have had to cancel my appointment because I had other things to do because they were taking long. Again the people are great but the place as a whole does not care for your time.

Grifols plasma is the best in town. I love the set up the location and the staff is nice. I would recommend anyone to come here if they want to make a difference in others lives plus make a little money.

This is one the best centers I've been to. All the staff is wonderful

I've been coming here for the past 2 months and it's been by far the best plasma center experience compared to the other two. The staff is amazing, so nice and they work to get us in and out. The process here is very direct and disciplined so I never usually spend more than an hour to an hour and half. Of all the plasma centers, this one is by far the good one!

The staff are always kind and understanding they always make sure your comfortable and always leaving. With a smile on your face. Brianna . D is always so helpful and so amazing and kind to me I was so nervous at first but now I go all the time because they make it that much easier ??

This place is Great...The staff is very friendly and helpful. My donation experience is wonderful every visit. I have recommended friends and family here. [Warning] If you're not interested in letting someone cause you bottle harm don't come here. Inexperienced phlebotomists are let loose on trusting people to do a deep dive into your arm there is no lead to watch them stick people. [Why not?] I watched a lady mess up 5 people's arms before she got to me and against my better judgment, I let her stick me. She went straight into my arm through my vein and began to dig as deep as she could till I told her to please stop. She got another person to come help fix

I followed the directions of the staff I made my appointment on line then I did the kiosk questions on my phone as well before coming to my appointment which was at 9 am. I got there early to check in got in line and waited for an hour before being seen then they told me my blood pressure was high.?? well of course my blood pressure is high because I've been standing in line for over an hour after my appointment time. That would stress anyone out! Don't believe what they say. Definitly schedule your appoint

Edited from my previous 5 star review. They recently decreased payouts on your first donation of the week which is absolutely ridiculous, especially since this is one of the few locations around the area that do plasma donations. Some people depend on these payouts and the fact that they undoubtedly only did this to lessen traffic and save themselves money is horrible. Do better.

Everything is great EXCEPT this lady that works there. She's the white phlebotomists with blonde hair. I've only had her twice and both terrible experiences!! She's so rough when hooking you up and rips the needle out. She doesn't smile and doesn't ask if your ok. Everyone else is so nice and welcoming. avoid her!!

Very slow and they take people ahead of you that should be behind you and they keep telling you it won't be much longer! They don't care how long it takes as there fees continue to drop, it's not even worth your time to donate at that center unless you are a new donor. As there famous saying it won't be much longer.
