The last 3 visit have took over 3 hours and it's only getting worst the paid needs to jump back up or get more staff asap because this place waist so much time for a little bit of money. Staff is rude and unprofessional. They forgot to give me a new card when I donated, then gave me an attitude the next day when I told them I never got paid. Then proceeded to say that I can not keep up with my cards even though the error was on their end. Worse place ever!! They were slow and they didn't pay attention to what was going on with my draw and machine. For 14 mins my blood pressure cuff stayed tight and light on. I said something but was brushed off. Ended up the tube was kinked. Can't get anyone?s attention while donating there is no one around which is completing unsafe! My first day donating here and first day donating here and an employee came over in my last draw cycle and for some reason he felt the need to adjust my needle. He was adjusting it and the trajectory was moving at a different angle than where my needle was laying. He pushed on the needle and it poked me very hard causing me to jump in pain. I've been donating for a few months and never really had a problem until today. I've been met with disgusting looks & nonchalant attitudes. I don't know what's going on in people's personal lives but you can't bring that negative attitude to your jobs especially when you're dealing with the public. It's just a few employees not all. This place is a damn joke. At the vitals desk the lady moved my arm around 5 times while taking my blood pressure which made it register at a dead persons rate so I had to wait 15 mins because of her mistake the once I got to the donor floor apparently everyone was to busy standing in a little group gossiping to do their job. I was just at Grifols on Cherry Rd in Rock Hill. We were giving 800 units maximum. We'll on Today it went to 925 units with No explanation and no compensation. I asked to speak to the Manager who was very rude and told me he didn't have to give an explanation and if I didn't like it just don't donate anymore. The Manager name is Daniel. This is a cool place. However they should offer some bonuses. The place down the street gives bonuses. This place started taking more plasma from us without a headz up. Amazing and most comfortable experience donating you could ever ask for. The center manager Sue makes sure that her patients are happy and feel like family every time you walk in the door. I have donated other places and none of them are as good as this one. Staff is amazing and professional and always puts you at ease during donation.

They have a big a$$ sign in the lobby that says you get a 25$ bonus for your 4th donation for the month of October. Today I did my 4th donation and only got 40$ I called to see what happened to my bonus and the lady on the phone is telling me that only applies if you donated in September as well. Literally save your blood and go to CSL because they will give you 100$ the first 5 TIMES. I wish I knew that before I wasted my time and DNA here.

I have been donating here for a while, and it is definitely different than it was a year or so ago - and not in a good way. They are short-staffed, and I realize there's not much they can do about that, but it is frustrating to stand at the front desk for 10 minutes just waiting for someone to take your temperature so you can check in. K.e.d has the best staff and I've never had a problem there. The staff is really nice. Me and my friends that go miss ms ginger she was sweet. She rolled up my car windows for me while it started down pouring and I was in the chair. Very professional and clean. Way better then CSL

This place is awesome. Everyone is super nice and helpful! Especially these few: Queen, Allison, Deanna, Brittany, Noah, Amanda and honestly just all of the staff! They are great! I highly recommend Grifols in rock hill!

This place is not worth your time!! I drive 40 minutes for them to have everything messed in their system yet again. Yall owe me gas it was your systems mess up. Update - 08/12/2020 - My original review was written in May 2020. And as of June 1, 2020 Grifols in Rock Hill put a mask requirement in place for everyone inside the facility - donors and staff. They have also reduced the number of people inside the building at one time, take donors only by appointment, conduct temperature checks at the door, and offer hand sanitizer immediately upon entry. I feel safe and enjoy visiting this facility, and I feel good about making this contribution for people in need. Or

I've been donating now for a year. I stop going bc of COVID upon returning I received a text promotion saying I can receive an extra $20 until 6/30 never did it say a 1 time use & I used it twice the 1st week & the employee said it was for the entire month of June. The 2nd week I went using my coupon again the check in rep took my coupon & set me up. I donated & after I donated another employee yelled my name from the front of the donation center and walk up to me abrasive saying it was a 1 time & 1 time on

I have been donating here for about 7 or 8 months . i have never had a visit like this one. Honestly i dont know if i will ever visit grifols again. They dropped my sample last week. And i return this week for them to tell me they dropped it and now they have to restick me and i have to wait another week before i can return. Wait what i didnt drop my sample yall did. I went in to start donating on Feb 12th and had all paperwork needed but they said my proof of residence wasn't sufficient. They were supposed to send me a piece of mail from them that I still haven't received. I found a price of mail that did fit their criteria and went in yesterday to start the process of getting more. I was told they did not have time for me, they were too busy, and once again was turned away. This was at 12:30 pm and they don't close until 3. I guess I'm going to find somewhere else to

This is one of the cleanest facilities that I have ever seen. And the staff is outstanding. I have never seen such skilled phlebotomist in my life. They have never hurt me or made my injection site bruise. I have met some of the best people that also donate which makes it fun to be there. I look forward to it every time I go.

Really disappointed I wasn't allowed to donate because only one of my arms had a good vein. I've been donating blood for decades with the one arm and it's never been an issue to not have a "backup" vein. Went next door to CSL and passed the prescreening enough to donate.

They phlebotomist had to move the needle three times I never had this problem with anyone, I had a big vein. She pushed it too far up the whole needle. It was drawing plasma just not fast for 30min time frame. Then she pulled it out Second try. Machine was beeping. The last time she wiggled needle and I told her that's the last time she's touching the needle. I wasn't happy I was beyond terrified. I'm will not be going back

Have been donating plasma since June 2019. Investigated before starting to donate so I was informed of the process and why it is done. Everyone answered my questions during the entry process as well as during any other donation period. The employees are all great people. Have not had any issues at this location or with any of these employees....yes some are better then others but in all they are good people.

They pay less than any center with the worst service. They had to re stick me and gave me a pinched nerve2/26 it is 4/17 and I am just getting better

Purposely deferred so that way they could clear me out, I was told my hematocrit was too high by 1 point after "double checking". I've seen this before with others and didn't think they would be like this. I've never had anything out of scope and find it funny that now is different. I'm done donating here and wish any of you the best of luck.

This ust to be a great place too come. If you have 3 or 4 hours to just sit around WAITING then this is the place for you. Very inconvenient and time consuming! Employees play around and talk too much and are not providing quality service in a timely manner. I am here right now and it's been an hour and 27 minutes and I've ONLY been screened. If you are here to provide a service to donors don't take advantage of their time! So now that I left over an hour ago my money still hasn't been applied to my card!!!

It's always a blessing to be there. The staff is so friendly, and if you got an issue they help you really quick. I am honored to go there twice a week. Thank you for everything.

They are slow. There is a lobby full and the staff just walks around with no cares. My husband and i went in at the same time. He got sone with his questions righr after me but there where 5 people's vitals taken between us. I just dont see how they xan choose when to call someones name

The people are a LOT more polite but VERY SLOW!!! I've been here an hour and still haven't gotten stuck. It's a regular visit with no issues, I'm not sure what the problem is.

They wouldn't let me donate because I need a service animal. I was trying to give to a good cause and pay it forward but unfortunately due to my disabilities I am unable to here. Hopefully the next place I try won't unjustly discriminate.

Staff is very nice, but they are extremely slow and inexperienced. No TVs are ever on, the seats are uncomfortable and it took me 2 hours to donate smh the staff is very respectful, but may just need a lot more training. I would recommend CSL Plasma.

Absolutely the worse place to donate. Unless your a bum living off government assistance and welfare and no life or anything to do allll day. I would avoid this place like the plague. Average time EVERY donation is 4-6 hours from start to finish. So plan on coming on day off.

This place is very unprofessional. They take forever and they don't pay you right. I had to go back for 5 dollars I was missing. I also haven't got paid for my referral! When I called somebody picked up the phone and hung up now it's going straight to voicemail! Don't waste your time at this place!

I normally have a great experience here but today I go in as normal get through vitals and apparently was entered in as being 236 pounds which is 100 pounds more than my weight actually is so theytook 880 instead of my normal 690 now i felt fine but was not compensated for the extra nor did I recieve the extra 10 that was on my golden egg for this months promo needles to say I'm a not upset about this visit

My suggestion is to keep in mind why you are going there - you are going there to sell plasma, get paid a pittance for your efforts, and leave. You won't always get the "rock star" treatment; it won't always be fast and efficient, and it won't always be pleasant... Think of it like the DMV - you're probably unfortunately there because you have to be, and gold standard customer service isn't the reason.

Some people they are cool and sweet but the lady that I talked to today is so judgement like for real, some people can't help it if they smell or wear clothes that's comfortable on them when they donate

Came in as a new donor had a 3 hr wait the first time so I left they told me if I came back I'll get a $20 bonus so I did only to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes and leave because nobody would help me look my way or even talk to me

Love this place been donating off and on for over 17 yrs.and this place is the best place I've been.this first time takes a while but that's normal.ive been in there before and out within an hour and a half.cant wait to go back

Called to ask if I could donate because I have a p.o. box was told yrs I can. I drove 45 minutes to get there to have someone rudely tell me that I can't because I have a p.o. box! Place was rude and inside incredibly nasty!

I refered someone and they donated twice but did not give my money talking bout i gotta donate thats not what the poster say ..so i came Monday of this week and got bruised so i waited til Saturday to come back didnt get to donate or get my refered money thats some bs will not be going back but i love the staff

I haven't donated there but my husband does and its very clean and the staff if very friendly.. They told me i couldn't donate because i have 2 middle names but its ok i still like it..

Clean facility, some nice people but too many inexperienced workers that dont know how to put a needle in you. They never answer phone.

They deferred me indefinitely because the workers don't know what they are doing and management is not at on the floor to make sure everything is ok with the donors.
