First review: 5-stars Just started donating and it has been a great experience! Update: 3-stars My first two visits were great. However I got a bruise which honestly wouldn't be a big deal except they didn't explain the deferment process. I waited until the bruise went away, came back in and got checked out THEY scheduled an appointment for me later that day and when I arrived at my appointment they told me I couldn't donate. By the time I can finally donate again two weeks will have gone by for no reason

I've been donating twice a week for a year. Robert, Whitney, Skyler, Collin, Geno and the crew are so pleasant and do great! Love seeing them, however, Dana and Karla are consistently unprofessional and rude. Dana is so aggressive when doing the sticks and removal, both of them ignore people and their machines, glare and make snide comments about people and Dana YELLED"ugh, omg!" on the phone when I called and asked to speak to a Mgr about my account. They are bullies and it's so uncomfortable dealing with

It's a job, and we all work, but the staff is very friendly. We know each other by first names. Karla, Whitney, Skylar, Elle, and Robert are just a few of the names and faces I recognize when I donate. They are just as friendly at work as they are in public. I feel donating is a great way to give back to those in need.

I have been donating here for a couple of years and I have seen a lot of staff come and go, some good phlebotomists and some not. Of all of them Diana has been one of the best, she is precise when doing a needle stick and is always kind and professional. She is one that my sister's and I always look forward to seeing when we donate.

All the employees are very nice and keep you informed on how your donation is going. Ive actually learned alot about plasma and how its helps others for medication. Robert is a very nice person and he does he job well always see him working and keeping the donors in a good mood and keeping them informed on thier donations. Very peaceful environment too.

DEFERRAL BAN .. Where i start .. So got a deferral BAN for taking a Pic , Thier police should be NO phones outside your pocket while they are doing a procedure .. any Employee can Accuse you and Deferral Ban you , change a station on your phone could get you accused and banned .. Fix is No phones in the donation area , Second is they pay you $30 and $70 .. Have no Twin Falls programs as advertised so they give you $30 and sell your plasma for THOUSANDS $$ If I ran a company and took Thousands of Dollars in

My second time donating and the two girls who worked on getting a needle in were completely unprofessional. The one wasn't even watching what she was doing couldn't Even be bothered to talk to me. Then as expected the needle wasn't in right so the other girl had to adjust it and shoved it in my arm further causing a lot of pain I finally called a different girl over and she adjusted it. I love the people here. They are always so nice and fun. I love how friendly everyone is. It's nice to walk in and have people greet me by name. As soon as I walked in Robert grabbed my stickers and hooked me up. Karla came over just to say ?hi? and make sure I was doing ok. I have been a donor for almost a year. I have gotten to know most of the staff and they all have been caring, attentive and patient. I've struggled with difficult veins and that has lead to a short temper but they have always dealt with me in a gracious and kind manner. They always make sure that I am doing and feeling okay. My first donation was rough and I became pretty faint, they were all supportive and made sure I got through it as comfortable as possible. ??

Grifols is amazing! I hate needles and they make it as painless and comfortable as possible. From the physical to get started, to the screening process, to donating, the atmosphere and friendly setting makes it always an enjoyable experience. This is the worst plasma center I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Since day one I have faced nothing but problems. It took me visiting three times a week for a month just to find out if they'd got my records transferred from a different center. All because they wouldn't tell me yes or no on the phone. Finally after solving that, the first visit was long and miserable because they claimed to be short staffed. It's been a year of donating twice weekly and they are still as slow as ever and still

Going to gcam not only has been a second job for me but a place where I interact with amazing people. Everyone here has been so kind and respectful. They are also such hard workers being on their feet for ten plus hours a day! Have recommended this to many people. I always have a great experience!

I gotta say, I love this (Twin Falls) location. Being able to help people (and get paid for it) is a fantastic feeling, not to mention the fantastic customer service. As a regular, ive gotten to know nearly all of the Phlebotomists and Screeners, and have become decent friends with many! Meg was awesome got tge arm every one has no luck with. Painless friendly why I keep coming back. Have to throw Chris in there as well,you can't have a bad day in there if he's there. My man always has a smile on his face and an upbeat soul and attitude. Hard not leaving with a smile when he's got everybody smiling. I had a great first visit recently. Judy was incredibly kind and patient. The facility was clean and all of the staff I interacted with were nice.

This plasma center is a huge part of my life. I benefit greatly. The staff is pleasant, professional, and very likable. It doesn't take many visits before you'll have favorites. Us old guys that value good bedside manor, sadate realism, and maximum competence like people like Diana. All the staff is special in that they seem more balanced than the average person. What a great place to meet people and save lives! Staff members are so kind and do an awesome job. I have never had issues with them and totally recommend going there. Plus, it gives a little extra money to spend or save!

Absolute joke of a place. They pay you $30/visit but you end up having to wait an hour after your booked appointment time to even get hooked up. It then takes an additional hour until you are ready to be unhooked, which the staff will take as long as possible to unhook you. So if 2-3 hours is worth it to you for $30, by all means, visit. This place was much better when it was GCAM.

Really wish I could give a higher review but the service is so inconsistent. Wait times are sometimes 2 hours even though you have a scheduled appointment. Staff is sometimes great and sometimes very difficult to work with. Sometimes I have a very good experience while other times it is terrible.

This great experience was only made better by the amazing staff! I wanted to stay and chat, sing, and debate, Jenessa helped me through my whole process start to finish and was wonderful.

I have been going to this plasma center for about two months so far and I have had a great experience with the staff. They are friendly people who are meticulous about what they do and have been largely dependable about informing me as a donor about any issues as well as making me feel welcome at this center! One recent experience felt like my patience was rewarded when one employee accidentally put in the wrong data and I got a $10 bonus for sticking around instead of deferring me over a mistake like that

The staff is very friendly and helpful! I have seen many of the employees grow and improve in their jobs and it's so fun to get to know both staff and other donors who come in! It's also a great way to give back to help people who really need plasma medications! 10/10 reccomend :)

Overall is good. Sort of like going to court for rules. We can't be over 6 minutes late yet may have to wait. No soap in the restroom. Not much communication. Good money for playing on your phone.

The idea of plasma donation terrified me, avoided it for years... I've been donating twice a week for two months, and I actually enjoy the time now! I was super nervous to donate at first but the whole staff made it comfortable and easy for me, now I go as often as I can. I've been donating plasma for over a year. I have learned that there are a lot of hoops to jump through and you've really gotta be patient because standards are high for plasma. But, it will pay off. The people at Grifols are all very nice, friendly and professional. They make the whole experience enjoyable. Some of the staff are amazing. But I have had issues with my hematocrit there so many times and I got it going good and fixed it. For a few months. Then when I have 2 low times I was told medical just had to sign off on it then I could come back and was told I could call back and find out. And then I call this morning to be told I can't tell you anything medical over the phone and that I would just have to come in. Excellent staff. Very professional and caring. With the amount of time it takes the moment you step foot in the doors to the time you get the payment takes a little over an hour. Who do you know that makes 25 minimum an hour? Plus you save lives every time you donate. I give it an A+++.

I have been a regular for awhile now and its been great i have come to know most everyone here and it feels like im visitng friends when i come in . i love the activities and trivia they provide and the money helps too. Over all i love comming in and participating in GCAMs program. The funniest thing is i used to be afraid of needles use to cover my face when being poked and now thanks to the staff it no longer bothers me has become a regular routine and nevers hurts thanks to everyone on staff.

This place is unprofessional there phlebotomist are extremely inexperienced and constantly infiltrate veins. This place is a joke I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. There always hiring and cannot keep staff they will train anyone to stick needles in people's arms. I've been donating for 6 years and Never have had a bad experience until I come to Idaho. Mike the PA however is amazing guy and he needs a raise.

I started donating plasma here about a year ago to get a little extra cash while I read a good book or two. I've found that I enjoy it more than I anticipated. Their pay to donors has increased, the games they have for us are fun (and sometimes give a little extra cash), and I feel that I'm part of the GCAM community. I've gotten to know the employees and feel happy to see them when I come in. I hadn't anticipated that and it makes the donation process enjoyable.

For the most part the people are nice and friendly and they try to treat you as gently as possible when sticking you with a needle. I only have one issue and that is the length of time I am left sitting there with a needle in my arm after the machine is finished. I have been left waiting for someone to disconnect me for as long as 15 minutes. Sometimes the person who stuck me will walk right past me when the green light goes off to go write something in a file when she could have done that after she disconn

I went here with my nephew it was his first time. We walked up to the counter and he gave them required information but because he didn't bring in the envelope said mail came in that was a big deal. Second big deal was ME. "Visitors can not wait in the building !" well excuse me for bringing him in there and wanting to know more about your business. They will NOT answer any questions you have unless you make an appointment and go in a private room. I still don't know what the requirements are. What I do
