First review: 5-stars Just started donating and it has been a great experience! Update: 3-stars My first two visits were great. However I got a bruise which honestly wouldn't be a big deal except they didn't explain the deferment process. I waited until the bruise went away, came back in and got checked out THEY scheduled an appointment for me later that day and when I arrived at my appointment they told me I couldn't donate. By the time I can finally donate again two weeks will have gone by for no reason

I've been donating twice a week for a year. Robert, Whitney, Skyler, Collin, Geno and the crew are so pleasant and do great! Love seeing them, however, Dana and Karla are consistently unprofessional and rude. Dana is so aggressive when doing the sticks and removal, both of them ignore people and their machines, glare and make snide comments about people and Dana YELLED"ugh, omg!" on the phone when I called and asked to speak to a Mgr about my account. They are bullies and it's so uncomfortable dealing with

It's a job, and we all work, but the staff is very friendly. We know each other by first names. Karla, Whitney, Skylar, Elle, and Robert are just a few of the names and faces I recognize when I donate. They are just as friendly at work as they are in public. I feel donating is a great way to give back to those in need.

I have been donating here for a couple of years and I have seen a lot of staff come and go, some good phlebotomists and some not. Of all of them Diana has been one of the best, she is precise when doing a needle stick and is always kind and professional. She is one that my sister's and I always look forward to seeing when we donate.

All the employees are very nice and keep you informed on how your donation is going. Ive actually learned alot about plasma and how its helps others for medication. Robert is a very nice person and he does he job well always see him working and keeping the donors in a good mood and keeping them informed on thier donations. Very peaceful environment too.

DEFERRAL BAN .. Where i start .. So got a deferral BAN for taking a Pic , Thier police should be NO phones outside your pocket while they are doing a procedure .. any Employee can Accuse you and Deferral Ban you , change a station on your phone could get you accused and banned .. Fix is No phones in the donation area , Second is they pay you $30 and $70 .. Have no Twin Falls programs as advertised so they give you $30 and sell your plasma for THOUSANDS $$ If I ran a company and took Thousands of Dollars in

Always the best experience! I've been checked on several times now by xyochitl and she's extra kind and so friendly. Shes the best!

My second time donating and the two girls who worked on getting a needle in were completely unprofessional. The one wasn't even watching what she was doing couldn't Even be bothered to talk to me. Then as expected the needle wasn't in right so the other girl had to adjust it and shoved it in my arm further causing a lot of pain I finally called a different girl over and she adjusted it. I won't be coming back. They ruined the experience for me. The lack of professionalism, communication and compassion was r

Always a great time every days I go donate! Super friendly staff, and I always tend to have long, entertaining conversations with Robert and Whitney!

The staff here is absolutely wonderful!!! Bridget and Meagan, Destiny and Taylor and Beth are terrific ladies Update 02/12/2024 Diana has been absolutely amazing the many years that she has worked here. I have gotten to know her quite well in the 5-6 years that she has worked here. She's a 10/10 employee

Emma is the absolute ?? she always does my stick with such patience and concern!!! All the staff is great

Gabe Lauda did a fantastic job sticking me. He also was very good at explaining everything!

I love the people here. They are always so nice and fun. I love how friendly everyone is. It's nice to walk in and have people greet me by name. As soon as I walked in Robert grabbed my stickers and hooked me up. Karla came over just to say ?hi? and make sure I was doing ok. I wish I could name every single person here because they all deserve the recognition.

I've had a great experience at Grifols each donation is made pleasant thanks to the staff and especially Lance for the always warm greeting

I have been a donor for almost a year. I have gotten to know most of the staff and they all have been caring, attentive and patient. I've struggled with difficult veins and that has lead to a short temper but they have always dealt with me in a gracious and kind manner. They always make sure that I am doing and feeling okay. My first donation was rough and I became pretty faint, they were all supportive and made sure I got through it as comfortable as possible. ??

Grifols is amazing! I hate needles and they make it as painless and comfortable as possible. From the physical to get started, to the screening process, to donating, the atmosphere and friendly setting makes it always an enjoyable experience. The whole staff is kind, respectful, and professional. I work online and I look forward to donating every time for the small talk and interaction (Looking at you Emma, Robert, and Whitney)! Donating plasma to help others is a wonderful thing and the Twin Falls Grifols

I'm always happy whenever I get to be screened by collin. He's always so friendly and polite

Great easy inviroment just bee pn time

Dana had a Super fast check-in with me and had amazing customer service!

The greatest experience I have had and Mrs Xochitl needs a raise she absolutely amazing

I had originally reviewed Grifols with four stars due to a scheduling error. I have included the original review below. Now a big five stars after months of donating. The staff is super helpful & friendly. In particular, Whitney & Robert always say hi & are very positive. It's enjoyable being around such great people. 4-3-24 I had set an appointment to donate for the first time, but that somehow got messed up & I was not in the system. However, Judy was very helpful & was able to get me in anyway. I apprec

Love this center, the staff is the best especially Dana, always there to help and answer my questions!??

Lance is the best always ask how my husband is doing and like that very much thank you so much

I have the pleasure of being a donor with Grifols. I cannot express how wonderful the staff here is. Coming into an establishment twice weekly, you build rapport and look forward to seeing certain individuals. I can tell you, they are all so very kind. X?chitl always makes me laugh and I love seeing her. Gabe asks about my adventures with a smile, and honesty. Diana lives in the same small town as me so we share our news of home, and Yadi, Emma, Karla, Skyler, Barbie and Judy are just as warm and friendly,

Kathryn did an amazing job handling my donation today, and was very sweet!

Karla is the best lead Phlebotomist!! She does an amazing job! I appreciate her patience with my stubborn veins. Emma is even the bestest! I appreciate the whole staff at Grifols.

Diana is amazing five stars is not enough she deserves ten

Wonderful friendly staff! I enjoy going in and being treated so well by the staff especially Vivian she is so sweet and is very attentive to needs of the people donating! Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful when I've had questions! Great place love the staff!!

Robert hooked me up and I didn't even feel it! He's the best!!

Absolutely love the staff! I've been donating for a few months now and I always get greeted with a smile. I love going in and seeing Diana and Naveah. They are so incredible at what they do.

The Plasma Center staff are great very fun atmosphere been donating for years thanks Grifols and Staff Xochitl

This is the worst plasma center I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Since day one I have faced nothing but problems. It took me visiting three times a week for a month just to find out if they'd got my records transferred from a different center. All because they wouldn't tell me yes or no on the phone. Finally after solving that, the first visit was long and miserable because they claimed to be short staffed. It's been a year of donating twice weekly and they are still as slow as ever and still

Awesome!!! My first donation was today, (10/24/24) they were very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back.

Going to gcam not only has been a second job for me but a place where I interact with amazing people. Everyone here has been so kind and respectful. They are also such hard workers being on their feet for ten plus hours a day! Have recommended this to many people. I always have a great experience!

I really enjoy going to Grifols all the employees are super nice and make others feel comfortable. I donate twice a week every week. Almost everytime I come in I get a very welcoming greeing from Xochitl. If your looking to help I would suggest donating at Grifols Pasma Center in Twin Falls, Id.

Today Ella helped me with my donation and she was amazing!!!

I enjoy donating plasma here, especially because I know it's for a great purpose. I've been going long enough that I have seen many faces come and go, but the staff is always kind and helpful. The reception staff and nurses are welcoming and reassuring. Bridget does an excellent job; I enjoy our chats about airplanes. Diana and Maria are the sweetest; they each have a fantastic bedside manner. In honor of our shared love of The Office, Meg always leaves me satisfied and smiling. Overall, I've had a positive

Have been donating for years. Most of the folks are very good. My very favorites are Emma Gabe, Karla Sidney and Yadi. Some of the new folks seem ok, just haven't dealt with them much

I gotta say, I love this (Twin Falls) location. Being able to help people (and get paid for it) is a fantastic feeling, not to mention the fantastic customer service. As a regular, ive gotten to know nearly all of the Phlebotomists and Screeners, and have become decent friends with many! I do feel i need to call out some exceptional work though, from my friends Chris, Emily, Theron, Bridget, Danielle, Destiny, Brooklyn, and Emilia, all of whom have taken the time to get to know me and treated me with endles

Meg was awesome got tge arm every one has no luck with. Painless friendly why I keep coming back. Have to throw Chris in there as well, you can't have a bad day in there if he's there. My man always has a smile on his face and an upbeat soul and attitude. Hard not leaving with a smile when he's got everybody smiling. Between him a Bridget (hope the spelling is correct)it's nice to see to a genuine smile! You guys are awesome

Zooey was great she had me relaxed

Robert always makes the time spent here enjoyable!

Introduction was a very friendly experience with awesome customer service and a easy to walk through process to our first donation. Tons of thank yous to Judy! You got me and my partner a seat together to donate!

I had a great first visit recently. Judy was incredibly kind and patient. The facility was clean and all of the staff I interacted with were nice.

This plasma center is a huge part of my life. I benefit greatly. The staff is pleasant, professional, and very likable. It doesn't take many visits before you'll have favorites. Us old guys that value good bedside manor, sadate realism, and maximum competence like people like Diana. All the staff is special in that they seem more balanced than the average person. That matters to me

Karla is always so wonderful and accommodating!

What a great place to meet people and save lives! Staff members are so kind and do an awesome job. I have never had issues with them and totally recommend going there. Plus, it gives a little extra money to spend or save!

Absolute joke of a place. They pay you $30/visit but you end up having to wait an hour after your booked appointment time to even get hooked up. It then takes an additional hour until you are ready to be unhooked, which the staff will take as long as possible to unhook you. So if 2-3 hours is worth it to you for $30, by all means, visit. This place was much better when it was GCAM.

Really wish I could give a higher review but the service is so inconsistent. Wait times are sometimes 2 hours even though you have a scheduled appointment. Staff is sometimes great and sometimes very difficult to work with. Sometimes I have a very good experience while other times it is terrible.

This great experience was only made better by the amazing staff! I wanted to stay and chat, sing, and debate, Jenessa helped me through my whole process start to finish and was wonderful.

I have been going to this plasma center for about two months so far and I have had a great experience with the staff. They are friendly people who are meticulous about what they do and have been largely dependable about informing me as a donor about any issues as well as making me feel welcome at this center! One recent experience felt like my patience was rewarded when one employee accidentally put in the wrong data and I got a $10 bonus for sticking around instead of deferring me over a mistake like that

The staff is very friendly and helpful! I have seen many of the employees grow and improve in their jobs and it's so fun to get to know both staff and other donors who come in! It's also a great way to give back to help people who really need plasma medications! 10/10 reccomend :)

Overall is good. Sort of like going to court for rules. We can't be over 6 minutes late yet may have to wait. No soap in the restroom. Not much communication. Good money for playing on your phone.

The staff are great at what they do. They do their best to get you in and out as fast as possible. Tasha is a great sticker would rate her a 10 out of 10. Front counter staff are always nice and friendly.

The idea of plasma donation terrified me, avoided it for years... I've been donating twice a week for two months, and I actually enjoy the time now! The staff is always amazing, going the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable, and they're friendly- they remember you, and it's clear they enjoy the work they do! It's a great way to escape for an hour and read, listen to a podcast, or just relax- plus, it pays well, AND saves lives! If you're nervous the first time, ask for Teddy, he made my first time no

Megan and Bridget are my favorite pokers they are always so happy and pleasant. Destinee is pretty awesome too. Really everyone is super nice and helpful.

I was super nervous to donate at first but the whole staff made it comfortable and easy for me, now I go as often as I can. I don't see where people are getting that the staff is stuck up, they have been nothing but kind to me. People are just too sensitive, get over yourselves. This place is great!

Vallyn is absolutely the best and always there with the information

The staff is amazing! Meg, Dessree sorry if i butchered that one, Beth and Bridget always make me feel safe and they are sweet!

I had a really good experience at Grifols today, the process went really smooth, all the personnel was really kind and helpful, I love the Donor Hub option that's gonna make my donations a lot smoother. Great place to donate plasma. 100% recommended.

I have been donating plasma for about a year now and I really enjoy when I come and donate plasma. The staff is very professional and friendly and have great personalities and make your experience while donating plasma a pleasurable one. I have been to different plasma centers in a few different states and I definitely will say 100% this is the best plasma center I have been to and enjoy the most. I never have any worries or concerns when I am donating at this plasma center and if there is something that

The facility is always clean and decorated to the nines for every holiday. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, hospitable, and extremely accommodating. Always a friendly face upon arrival! The Donation Process is pretty painless and the compensation is fantastic!

Judy is amazing medical and so helpful. Her bright personality and kind spirit is a refreshing change.

Megan and Dianna are wonderful. Megan is always so engaging and fun. These 2 troopers need a raise. No TV to watch but Megan makes sure we have country music to listen to.

Donate it for my first time today. Wonderful friendly staff, helpful. Nice environment love the ambiance

Absolutely amazing individuals working there:) All of their employees work really hard to accommodate everyone and they are always pleasant and smiling. They do a wonderful job and I am very happy with the service.

I've been donating plasma for over a year. I have learned that there are a lot of hoops to jump through and you've really gotta be patient because standards are high for plasma. But, it will pay off. The people at Grifols are all very nice, friendly and professional. They make the whole experience enjoyable. They work hard to get you in and out and do a good job dealing with all the challenges of staffing. Megan and Bridget are exceptional.

Excellent service every time with Megan. She creates a comfortable environment and is very personable! I keep going because of her.

These guys are great! They know what they're doing and they make the whole process easy and enjoyable. Love coming here knowing that it will help people in the long run and the extra money is definitely nice too!

This is an awesome place to be! I have thoroughly enjoyed every interaction I have had with this center! Their staff is so nice all the way up to their managers! Great people!

Some of the staff are amazing. But I have had issues with my hematocrit there so many times and I got it going good and fixed it. For a few months. Then when I have 2 low times I was told medical just had to sign off on it then I could come back and was told I could call back and find out. And then I call this morning to be told I can't tell you anything medical over the phone and that I would just have to come in. Some of us help donate our plasma to help and to use that cash to get by to get to work. Thi

Scheduling and checking in through the app is easy, and the staff is always friendly. Meg is always singing and engaging, and Bridget is very friendly as well.

Been going here for awhile and have to say Bridget is the best!!! Best person to tell stories to and great at figuring your "correct" name?? Just have to say thank you for all you do, and making it such a great place to donate.

I've been donating at this location for nearly 2 years and I love them! They're always friendly and do their best to get you in and out quickly! Plus, you get paid! Would defintely recommend!

I have been coming here since May and I have a the best experience with the staff. The first time giving plasma is a little scary, but the staff put me right a ease. They are very patient when answering a question, even though they probably heard the question over and over. They make it a pleasant experience.

Megan always makes you laugh and feel welcomed. Destinee always helpful. Overall good place since griffols took over. Dream of working here.

Well I was regular customer till I sit in lobby for 45 min I didn't get called in . but few ppl they came after me already on bench donating . so I got up and left never came back . But one good awesome thing came out of that place is my love of my life, nurse I dated and still together one year after first meet. I'm glad I went there I meet my fiance and wife soon to be .

Very relaxing, friendly atmosphere!!! Love going knowing that it is helping so many people out and of course making a little extra money!!!!!! Best of all is Lil Miss Megan and her spunky personality!!!!!!

Excellent staff. Very professional and caring. With the amount of time it takes the moment you step foot in the doors to the time you get the payment takes a little over an hour. Who do you know that makes 25 minimum an hour? Plus you save lives every time you donate. I give it an A+++.

It was a great experience throughout. Dylan did the plasma draw and was very helpful and great to talk to. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and will definitely be coming back.

I have been a regular for awhile now and its been great i have come to know most everyone here and it feels like im visitng friends when i come in . i love the activities and trivia they provide and the money helps too. Over all i love comming in and participating in GCAMs program. The funniest thing is i used to be afraid of needles use to cover my face when being poked and now thanks to the staff it no longer bothers me has become a regular routine and nevers hurts thanks to everyone on staff.

This place is unprofessional there phlebotomist are extremely inexperienced and constantly infiltrate veins. This place is a joke I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. There always hiring and cannot keep staff they will train anyone to stick needles in people's arms. I've been donating for 6 years and Never have had a bad experience until I come to Idaho. Mike the PA however is amazing guy and he needs a raise.

I started donating plasma here about a year ago to get a little extra cash while I read a good book or two. I've found that I enjoy it more than I anticipated. Their pay to donors has increased, the games they have for us are fun (and sometimes give a little extra cash), and I feel that I'm part of the GCAM community. I've gotten to know the employees and feel happy to see them when I come in. I hadn't anticipated that and it makes the donation process enjoyable.

Efficient, courteous staff. pleasant atmosphere. Initial registration requires divulging of ample personal data. Get paid to sustain human life.

This team is great. Very welcoming and friendly. Pay is great and it doesn't take too much time! Give them a visit for sure

For the most part the people are nice and friendly and they try to treat you as gently as possible when sticking you with a needle. I only have one issue and that is the length of time I am left sitting there with a needle in my arm after the machine is finished. I have been left waiting for someone to disconnect me for as long as 15 minutes. Sometimes the person who stuck me will walk right past me when the green light goes off to go write something in a file when she could have done that after she disconn

Very clean Quick and helpful.

I went here with my nephew it was his first time. We walked up to the counter and he gave them required information but because he didn't bring in the envelope said mail came in that was a big deal. Second big deal was ME. "Visitors can not wait in the building !" well excuse me for bringing him in there and wanting to know more about your business. They will NOT answer any questions you have unless you make an appointment and go in a private room. I still don't know what the requirements are. What I do
