Would not recommend they ghetto af they take for ever to even attend you I been waiting for 15 min just to talk to someone to become a new donor nobody?s up front nobody?s answering the phones this place is just horrible
I always have an enjoyable experience. Nina is usually the person I go to, in the blue bay and she is a pleasure to be around and always has a great spirit when I come in. She makes my needle stick painless every time and sharing movie, music and food stories has kinda became our thing to discuss while preparing me for my donation????????????
I been coming to grifols for awhile now . Always been a pleasure coming to see everyone . I really enjoy Chellie she always nice to me also Earl is a very good poker. They BOTH deserve a raise !
Good experience every time I donate especially when I'm in Earl's bay he always makes u feel comfortable & he's a great person overall...like I said good experience every time
Well from the beginning ' it was a very strong ' work ethic and positive ' energy as I walked in ' and allowed them access my 'Credentials downloading it into their system' . Well then I was allowed to take " my physical which was ' perfecuonal and by the book . I'm now skipping ahead '. Now in the back ' a lounge chair ?? #9, was pointed out to me and I was ' lead by a young women gentelly , and my coat was then taken and she placed it underneath in cubical . As I positiond myself ' she placed a very c
One of the few good blood banks to donate at. Staff can be found distracted but also very caring and helpful about concerns and questions. Was a newcomer but now considering donating more after quarantine though next time.
I enjoy coming to donate twice a week. Always good vibes and customer service . But I have to give the biggest shoutout to Chellie
I love it here, the staff n the fact that they play some jamming music helps set the tone for donating plasma, rarely am I ever bored or is there a dull moment! ????????
I would say Grifols is a place i would recommend anyone goes to the staff there are great and helping keep up the good work Grifols family appreciate y'all services
Good work Anika be sticking deep tho the only problem but they do have some fine workers fs
Because of a false postive test i am now deferred forever and the workers there were rude about it when i told them i had proof it was infact a false postive they got really snotty and told me they cant do shit
Identity theft using biometric information to steal my finances 1099 employees are horrible and I had a covey vaccine in my chest is hurting so now employees are paying for the patent to try and cover up the case and I want everybody charge who did not deliver my income for my taxes being withheld because when you donate you supposed to receive a form
My first time coming here was fast the second time was slow as hell I had a 12:30 appointment and wasn't seem until 4:00, finally donated just for them not to put my money on my card and have no explanation their unprofessional as hell, I wouldn't recommend them.
Just wanted to stop by to say I've had the best experience, with Earl the phlebotomist he's a great poker , he's also people?s person I've had several conversations with him he makes me feel very comfortable thanks for the hospitality. Just needs more help he's always working by him self thanks Grifols unless Chellie?s there GIVE THEM RASES!
I haven't been there, but I have people that I send there so they tell me is wonderful and I want to be there so myself but at the moment I cancel when I do come, they get another five stars
I have a good time easy going people great service and good conversation
Chellie,Neenah,Miriam,Tammy,Oneika,Brittany,etc are all great workers
Overall the process goes pretty smoothly they get busy like any other business soo it's not always swift moving. However they do have some really sweet and attentive employees that makes the experience a bit better.
I go here twice a week whenever I can. It's busy at the typical times but if you can go in between rushes it's really quick and easy. The staff are awesome. They treat me with respect and it's nice to see them every week.
Hi I'm Jeffrey Callahan I have been donating at this blood center for the last year they have the best of people and they care for you and treat you kind as ever big ???????? your one of the best blood centers in Milwaukee wi
Never had an issue since I've been donating here. Been going here since 2022
Amazing service from Ciara. Afraid of needles and she made it easy.
There slow unorganized and don't stick with appointments
I'm a loyal doner, and I'm very upset that my center has closed down as of yesterday on 76th St. THE STAFF THERE WAS Caring, and every staff member knew your name. I read some of the reviews for this location on state st; some good, some bad which has had me on the fence as to weather I should go, or try a different plasma center all together! So I decided to call to check out the procedure with the transfer/swtich, and right away the young lady that answered the phone had a NASTY ATTITUDE, AND SLAMMED THE
They're professionals and friendly..ive been donating at Grifols for about a decade. Havent had any problems..you may run into people that would complain about the basic rules as far as loitering goes and waiting areas, smoking areas, but those are general rules that one would find in most businesses and are common sense rules..for instance.. ??this is ridiculous, im not bothering nobody just chilling and smoking my cigarette ?? ????is because you're standing at the entrance and just because you enjoy you
Been going to this place for about a year now, and for the most part my experiences are always the same except until last week I found out that they changed our pay from $40 on you're first donation and $80 on you're second donation ($120 total) to $55 each donation. Now it's not off by a lot but for the loyal donors like myself I'm getting shorted $10 a week and that's money that I forget about and save incase of emergencies? why is Grifols paying us less? Is my plasma not worth $120 a week? (if you ask me
This place is very unprofessional I wouldn't advise anyone going here they need a whole new staff all they do is stand around and talk. Their always arguing amongst each other and have no respect for customers
There very cool people I just don't like that u can't charge your phone or use it during donations
The quality is very good and a fast paced place
I'm always welcomed, and feel very comfortable thanks to Chellie? she's an amazing person and always keeps my spirits high reminding me I'm doin a great deed in life. Chellie is a reason to keep me coming ????
This place is unprofessional alot of young workers who don't care about you or the job will take your plasma and not pay you promise ive only sold plasma 2 times in my life unfortunately it was this location on state street where i was played by employees I thought the card they gave me had money on it there was 0.00$ I went back to the location and go the hardest time of my life Terrible experience i was poke 7 times because they didnt know where my vain was still hurts my inner arm till this day ive watch
Thanks you guys nice and clean place ! I get in and out no and what's or buts ! Earl is literally one of the best pokers there thanks to you you make me feel at home I be needing a shoulder and to talk thanks very much sir
This is the best plasma center ever. They treat you like family here. Every one is so nice and attentive to you . I've been coming here for about 3 yrs now and have never had a problem Highly recommend.
I am thankful for Barbara at Grifols at the state street location. She went the extra mile to assure I wouldn't be out in the cold not knowing if my family member was able to donate. If 1 can't donate, you are not able to wait inside the building for the 1 that was able to donate. It's so cold and my daughter or myself don't need to be waiting outside especially in that location for each other. Barbara went to see was my daughter able to donate or did she have to leave. That really helped.
The staff are cool and efficient. I never have a problem with them sticking me. I be in and out with no problems. Definitely try them
Clean, friendly all staff had a smile an Thank you..
I am a long time donor their. At the beginning of my donations their about 3 year's ago : the full donation time was 6-7 hours. That was frustrating and discouraging to return. Now I must say that the management has done a awesome job in listening too the donor's concerns and taking action to resolve issues with great outcome. I am very proud of the staff etc... The center is very good at getting donor's to the donor chairs fast. I spend about 1-2 hours their now. Awesome! They understood donor's have thin
They are very good people like family, they are always understanding very respectful. I've been donating for for years barb is of my favorite shes been there for years
I shared a post recently and got one of the ladies name wrong. It's Malana not Lana sorry about that. Also Bree is a very nice lady and a good worker.
It's always a pleasure coming to the center. Great vibes . Chellie and Miriam are my two favorite always a great time talking to them
Grifols I've been coming to for 2 years now. Service is genuine, area is clean, and the staff knows their roles well. Great work.
I come here every week 2 times a week. It's a great place to donate plasma the staff is extremely friendly. I am usually in and out fast.
I'm a loyal return donor, the staff gives great customer service. I have built a relationship with a lot of the staff they like family.
5 1/2 hours as a new donor! Are you kidding me. Either this place needs new or doesn't have any management. When I told the tech how long I'd been there for, she replied with a snarky attitude saying "that's what happens when you come late". I got there at 230 in the afternoon, they close at 7pm, I would hardly call that late.
I went to this center during their construction period and I have to say, the staff handled having a construction team going in and out and cranky donaters very well. One person kept complaining about the construction like it was the staff's fault. They handled it well. They also had an issue with one woman who actually busted one of their new windows with a hammer. They made sure the other people in the room were safe and away from all broken glass. They quickly returned to work and kept everyone calm and
I been donating here for over 3 or 4 years already everyone always have smile ?? and they always make you feel relax
I agree with many of the reviews, all of them negative. This place is the WORST in terms of customer service and satisfaction, knowledge, and unprofessionalism. If I could give 0 or a "-star" I would. They don't even deserve a "1". They are in the habit of losing charts and their record keeping is in the stone age. When they finally do find the chart - IF they find it they may give you a measly amount like $5 or $10 for the 1-2 hours extra that you waited. In general, the wait time is usually about 1-
I called ahead of time. I asked if having a new tattoo would exclude me from donating. I was told that I had to come in so they could see it, ask about where I got it and the like. I went in, filled out all the paperwork in about 15 minutes and then waited another HOUR before someone told me that I could not donate until 12 months after getting tattoo work done. That seems a little ridiculous to me that they could not just tell me on the phone or say it right away when I handed in my form.
Very nice staff. Gets me in an out pretty quick , even on busy days !
Been going here for a few months now but just recently had my car swiped out of the parking lot.
I'm a long time donor and I've been to every plasma location in Milwaukee for years but currently this is the worst place I've ever been to in terms of new donor throughput. Their own literature reads that you can expect 2-4 hours your first time. I'm sitting here after 4 hours waiting still to watch the video prior to the physical exam. There is one nurse and so I've seen 3 people make it to the chair in over 4 hours. Though they apologize, they could have been honest about the time commitment and saved a
I would not have a star after today 2020 never going back they don't care about you and your health and benefits of donating they just want to stay open they should be shut down or new management after I donated today and didn't receive what I was verbally told I was told to leave like I was nothing cause the manager James did not want to really help me only help them selves get donations that come from people like me. They can touch money but can't help governor should be looking into this establishment an
They don't answer their phone. Literally. I am interested in becoming a donor, but need to ask them a legitimate question before I waste my time going out there - I've been calling over and over and over all morning, leaving voicemail too, and no answer. Nothing. For all I know, they aren't even open, and could be a shut down business. Don't waste your time with them.
Friendly and fast for sure. The staff are wonderful and the process is in and out . 10/10 experience.
This place is only still open because of the people desperate enough for some money or don't have transportation to go to a better donation place sat finished donating with the needle in my arm for 30 minutes when I first got stuck the lady told me I better not move or else and just shoved the needle into my arm proceeded to walk away and the machine wasn't even working right had to wait 15 more minutes for her to come back and adjust it sometimes they only have 1 or 2 kiosks open out of 6 this place is rea
why dont they hire more people it shouldnt take 5 to 7 hours. i got there at 10 and didint get out til 440 and it only took me 40 mins to actually donate.. this place needs to either hire or close on days they fall behind due to lack of employees
This is the only plasma center where all the staff knows exactly what they are doing and they are every welcoming. Monica and Miriam are they best..
Being here takes so much longer than It needs please don't take your time. I understand having to wait but everytime I come here Im here for at least 2/3 hours. And I need name tags because one of the workers is cute and I don't know his name ?? he has the bee tattoo sksk
After not donating for 4 months, I received a postcard to receive additional $10 if I return. So upon returning was told to return next day because I got there to late for physical. So I returned next and waited 3 hours for physical, only to be told that I need to be processed as a new donor. On top of that my additional new postcard for the $10 was misplaced and was that they can't verify that I received one. Very very unprofessional. This center redeemed itself by compensating me for losing my file for
I love this place they really know how to treat people nice quick and perfectly managed
Honestly earl is one of the best people there if he wasn't there I would stop coming ive been coming for 10 years
Worse and slowest place ever. I sat for an hour in the new donor section and was skipped numerous of times before someone finally told.me.i had to sign a clip board which was not on the front desk when i walked in amd neither was an employee to show me the ropes. Employees play around and talk too much which is probably the reason it's so slow. I went here one time and never again. I.attempted to go back and get my 2nd $50 and was told after an hour wait that i would only get $15 because" something went wro
Thank you earl you nice with the needle over all great place clean and respectable there all staff are amazing
The employees there are good and pleasant ppl. They always take care when sticking you. Madi, Milian and Shaudea are very pleasant and courteous when working. They make every donor they come in contact with smile. It's a joy when they are working. My objet issue is the wait time. As well as the $20 pay out... I feel it should be $40 for the time spent waiting.
Grate staff really well at training new hires really made my transition into this filed easy
This place is beyond awful , the employees especially the manager are rude & inconsiderate about how you feel no matter how much pain you're in during donation they will never accommodate for your needs because they don't have a situation where they would have to do what we do to help the world .
Donated at Grifols in texas for a year. 2 years in Arizona at another place. Come here in Wisconsin and I was turned away for "veins not good enough" by what appears to be a very very incompetent front desk person. If my veins were to small, I'd have never been able to donate for YEARS elsewhere. Not a good look to have unqualified front desk associates - turning away perfectly qualified customers. ??
I always have a good experience when I'm back here. Super and friendly.
Unorganized & slow!! Employees take more interest in small talk then doing there job. Drexel location is clean, organized, fast and friendly! Employees and mgmt are seen just walking around while there are dozens of ppl waiting and dozens of beds available. 1st time took 6 hours, no exaggeration. Several times in which I was on bed waiting to be stuck as they say for 20min plus before anyone helped.
A friend of mine trying to pull his life together after being incarcerated was denied the opportunity to donate plasma at this place because he was on an electronic monitor. Why does he have to be denied the opportunity to earn a little bit of money to sustain himself. There is no way a monitor affects the quality of your plasma. This is just pure narrow mindedness. It is time we support people trying to pull their life together, not make up phoney rules to continue to make their life difficult.
Earl is the best. He really cares about his patients. He deserve a raise.
I love coming here great service good people nice vibe in music thank for the good work.
Whomever the woman is from the Appleton office who was at the 25th Street location on 6/28 needs to learn some serious people skills. Screaming at employees in the back like some little kid having a temper tantrum? GTFU! You told someone he was on a deferment list, didn't tell him whether it was permanent or temporary. If it was temporary you FAILED to tell him when the deferment expires. I heard him tell someone that the staff there caused the bruising by DIGGING in both arms. Hire people who care about th
Lady with TERRIBLE attitude swears, and gets angry as she messes with my machine on my last return not knowing what she is doing, and instead of asking for help. She mixes my blood up with my plasma!... now I'm deferred for 2 months even though I did nothing wrong?! I was counting on using the money I would receive this month for a vacation that's already booked (don't know what to do now.) Also sat their from 7:15am-10am all for this to happen and screw me over!!!! All she said was "Sorry have a nice day"
Service is great. This is my second time donating and I didn't have much issues. Only giving 4 stars however because they NEVER answer the phone EVER... LITERALLY NEVER
So I went for my third donation of 2022 the machine wasent letting me clock in so I had to sign up on the app I did all that than they say I have to wait for the nurse to take me off hold so than she comes and tell me I have to start a new donation bc I donated
Yes this place is very unprofessional, if you need a receipt for your social security card, the receipt doesn't not show your number and the lady try to argue with me about it when I got it done on my birthday
The people here are really nice and accommodating. Great place for a first time donor.
A few good working folks there. Alot of ghetto workers and the slowest service i ever experienced. This place should be closed and reestablish with new management and new staff completely.
The most efficient and professional business I know the staff is the best I give them 10 stars
tried on 2 seperate occasions; first time a clerical error kept me from donating the second I was waiting around for 2 hours before I went home. If youre not willing to sit around being treated like a drug addict for less than minimum wage this place is not for you
I love them they get the job done I literally be in and out ??????
It's a coo place to go to pretty fast n very friendly people just wish they pay more
I love the Staff there. They make you feel very comfortable
Been coming to this location for over 10 years and I must say they make the process easy
Staff accommodates if the problem can be accommodated if you have any problems you can talk to the manager at the front desk be reasonable and they will help to the best of their ability, but they do run slow because of the amount of donors and interuptions such as ups, maintenance, food delivery, etc.
Great place smooth environment to get some extra cash plays music while donating.
Friendly staff. Cosme here twice a week usually in and out pretty quick
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
