Griffles is the best place i've ever been to way better than C.S.L.Or Octopharma, shout out to my favorite person who sticks me Brandy Kerschner, 10 out of 10 staff is so friendly. Really feels like a family.

Personnel are very professional and knowledgeable at making sure you are pain free and the process of donating goes smoothly. The Mobile App is great to utilize prior to arriving and knowing when you are eligible to donate. Highly recommend the plasma donation center to help those who need your plasma to save lives as well as getting compensated for your time with bonuses.

The best plasma center in Terre Haute by far !! Haley is awesome and everyone of their staff are amazing always friendly and very good at their jobs .

Today was my first donation at Grifols in Terre Haute. I can already tell i'll be making Grifols my donation center. Angela was an absolute sweetheart! I was a little anxious today and she was understanding and caring. Even after years donating at Octapharma, I haven't had this good of an experience. ??

I am constantly impressed with the friendly, professional, and hard working staff. Kenneth and Nicholas always make me feel welcome and appreciated first thing. It's always nice to be remembered. Liz and Chelsey also go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one. Miss Angela, who never fails to brighten my day with her smiling face and positive attitude has been a major blessing in my life beyond your doors even, helping me find resources in the community. Clean, friendly staff. Very fun people to talk to. Wonderful people work here and the entire experience in nice. Place is nice and cool and they take things very serious. They take everything to do with the job seriously and address any problems in a very quick and effective manner.

I have been going here for 6 years and have watched the evolution of the business. They FINALLY found a solid system and a way to get people in and out quicker and it's been working for a while. Now they lost machines and I waited 30 minutes just to find out I couldn't donate today anyway. Not being able to donate is fine?.waiting for 30 minutes is not okay. They have gone back to having you wait in the back before you are seated by a machine. Seems backwards to me. Disappointing for sure.

I love Grifols and ive been coming for a while but it just isn't the same without that diamond girl ?? I love the staff but diamond was always my favorite sticker....I wish you all would get her back!

The phlebotomists are very good. I have been to the other two facilities in town and I prefer coming to this one. Brandy and Sarah both do a great job getting me started every time

I used to enjoy going their to donate and to help others when i was allowed. I had a rough time in the year back in December because of personal issues I was dealing with, and they weren't understanding at all and permanently deffered me from donating there again due to it. Will I reffer anyone there, not anymore after that. Octopharma and Csl pays better from what I've heard anyways.

The place I like they are under paid and under staffed but they get the job done

I have been donating at the Terre Haute facility off and on for several years and have over 100 donations.... As long as I have been properly hydrated the donation process as usually been fairly painless and quick. Anytime I've had an issue with pay I've called in or returned to the center and they've made my payment right in a speedy manner.... I'm average on the chit-chat but some of the employees are super friendly, acknowledge me by name, and after time have built "working" relationships. The facility

The staff are very friendly and offer quick assistance. I've had little next to issues with the newer machines, and what issues i did run into were resolved in an efficient manner without a ny negligence, always there to assist when they can. I would recommend coming to this plasma center.

As far as customer service, friendly staff and how good they are at getting you in and out they definitely rate at 5 stars. However..they have decreased their pay from 120$ to 110$. That's disappointing. We all know they will get the same amount if not more for selling the plasma, so why decrease the payout to the donors? Of course this wasn't a decision that was made by anyone at the donation centers, it comes from the greedy people way up the chain. It's just sad because I feel like they are going to lose

Good service get in and out quick the workers are very friendly

I've started donating at octa. Octa takes less plasma, even though I weigh more now, than grifols takes. The machines are also much faster at octa despite being the same machines grifold uses. I'm always hooked to for an hour and once almost two hours while donating at grifols. Crazy, crazy, crazy.

The most sweetest people u could ever be around they r so sweet and do an amazing job u couldn't ask for better if there's a problem they will do there best to fix it and very responsible and respectful I love them so much it's so clean better then u could ever ask for

I never gave plasma before I came here, I was nervous and hesitant.. but the staff really made me feel comfortable and at ease. I felt light headed the first 2 times I went, and they responded quickly and made sure I felt better by taking the necessary procedures. Big S/O to Bailey and Justin too, super cool people and they know what they're doing! I recommend this place.

I can't say enough about the screener girl Diamond I've been coming to grifols for a while now and ever since she started she has always had an amazing attitude ?? I have never seen here upset or annoyed she is so kind and caring and you can tell she really loves her job and love the people she works for!!!! Was happy with my first initial visit but when I came to donate the second time was turned away. Apparently during my first visit they were supposed to inform me that I would be unable to donate without a piece of mail (and also have to keep the envelope too) so because of the staff failing to inform me during my first visit, I wasted my time and a trip over to donate for no reason as well as my friend who drove me over to do so. I had mail from the public defender that was dated and had my address as well

If you were ever unsure about donating plasma or nervous, come to grifols plasmacare on locust. They are super friendly, informative and attentive during the donation process. The employees here are VERY well trained. There is always an RN here too. Seriously amazing.

DJ's Awesome! and don't forget the staff! They're cool people. They make it enjoyable even on the somewhat slow days. Most days you're in and out as long as you avoid the rush hours, but even then Two hours max. Be cool, they're cool. The rates are also really good. Absolutely worth donating here.

My first 2 donations went pretty well but the 3rd one was horrible. My saline bag was falty dripping everywhere. When I told them they walked over and shrugged it off before wrapping it in tape and paper towel. They told me to just keep an eye on it and tell them if it leaked through the paper towel. After a while it did and I told them. They told me I was close enough to the end of the donation it didn't matter. Saline dripped all over my arm the table floor and bed. When I told them I didn't feel right at

Started coming here in 2019 (then took a break because pregnancy) and came back a few months ago. They have been great! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Never had a problem.
