Customer Reviews

I've had a great experience at this plasma center. The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive, and the facility is consistently clean and well-maintained. It's clear that the smooth operation and positive environment are a result of excellent management. You can tell the team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about donor comfort and safety. Highly recommend this center to anyone considering donating!

This place is pretty awesome! They get you in and out fast. You don't have to wait to be started and you don't have to wait to be disconnected. Abby and Liz are super nice and always happy. I enjoy seeing their smile.

I had great techs each time I've donated, however they deserve Sunday's and the 4th of July off! What the heck, Grifols! Do better!

The Grifolds in Pocatello is fantastic! They get me in on time, they make it a smooth process and they are honest with me about my health. Such as when I should take a break for the sake of my veins, or when my protein levels are low (protein jail ??). Over all the staff there is great and I would recommend to anyone!

Several of the people I work with come in here during the holidays for some extra cash. As I am always down for some extra money, I asked their experiences and they all said that Kylie was their favorite. After my own experience, I would have to say that they are 100% right! Very skilled at her job (as I would know, I'm not the best with needles), and fun attitude and personable too. Probably not a all the time thing (see previous aversion to needles), but when I come back, I'm asking for Kylie!

Love the staff. They should not have to work on holidays. At least give them half a day

Dominic is literally the best! He is always in a good mood and always makes my donation so much better. My veins are extremely hard and he's gotten mine every time without fail!

I know three nurses that are extremely rude to people One of them female won't say her name she loves to yell at me I made one mistake and she yells at me it wasn't a big deal your first donation of $35 it isn't worth the gas to go anymore I have to drive 30 miles $35 is not enough to know make plasma and keep me on I will not call the 855 number because they're all that does is take me to the nurses that I'm complaining about

These people where very rude to my friend he was in there for almost two hours waiting mind you this was his first time and there were also other people there who come after him who went first before him he waited patiently and after asking how much long the guy said like 30-45 more min and was very disrespectful the people who where working where all laughing and talking badly about the other people who where there I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to deal with disrespectful people

The people here have no clue what they're doing. I've never had a problem with finding my veins, but for some reason, they just can't seem to get it right, at my expense. After the last time of going clear through my vein, I told them I didn't want to try it again. The tech wasn't listening and I had to literally pull the cuff off myself. Then, they make it seem like it's my fault that the needle just happened to go almost down to bone. Painful and not worth the time.

Summer was PHENOMENAL! I've never been treated with such kindness. She got right into my vein, with no chitchat. She's straightforward and gives me a great donation everytime

Very misleading. App sucks. Every person you talk to, you get different information. Makes it difficult to want to go back.

the local Grifols is easily one of the most relaxing experiences of any week. the whole staff is courteous and professional, in particular Tacia Martin. we worked together at a previous job and she always has a welcoming smile and very personable demeanor. each visit is something to look forward to, major thanks to the team!!

Zoe and Alma were very kind and super informative when doing my plasma. My first visit time donating plasma made me feel less alone. Thank you girls. Y?all truly made this experience a safe one.

The management team only cares about profit. The staff is clearly over worked due to scheduling too many donors and not enough staff.. the place is so full that donors have to stand around as they wait for the next bed to be available.

Kylie is the best! She always makes sure to take care of me every time I come in.

Discriminatory, legit not going back; Had a friend that had been donating for years and then he goes in to update his medical history with a schizo-affective disorder diagnosis, they said that that's a permanent disferral and couldn't give a reason why (he has no history of psychosis, and it's not bad enough to be on anything, could very easily be cleared by his psychiatrist); at most places it's like 3 months if u get a tattoo or piercing but I was told it's a whole year wait; which just also feels discri

Liz, Steven, Ashley, abby, Harith, Sam, Grace, Zoe, kylie, James, summer, tacia, Hally, Amberly, Makayla, Vanessa, Frank, Jason, Marie, Angela, Marleise, alma, Tressa, and Anna are all wonderful hardworking staff that make grifols worth it to visit! BEST PEOPLE EVER.

Kylie and Liz are just the best!!! Steven, Ashley, abby, Harith, Sam, Grace, Zoe, James, summer, tacia, Hally, Amberly, Makayla, Vanessa, Frank, Jason, Marie, Angela, Marleise, alma, Tressa, and Anna are all fantastic. Always had a great experience.

The staff does an excellent job they get 5 stars? But upper management needs to make some changes. Plasma is a 24billion dollar industry!! Hire more staff, pay them top dollar, keep your attrition rate down and get the turn around times shorter. The wait times here are ridiculous! From Appointment time to hooked up is consistently 45 - 60min. Unacceptable!! Hire More & over staff the donor floor!

I've been donating here for a little over a month now and so far it's been nothing but a good experience. If your are eligible to donate, I would definitely recommend this place! The staff has been nothing but nice and professional each time I donate. James, Jason, Kennedy, Liz, Cole and Flin, to name a few, are some of the ones I have interacted with the most and they very helpful, professional and answer any question I throw their way. The location is clean and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. It was a

Great center. Always looks clean and they move things along fairly quickly. If you're nervous about needles, Alexa is the one to ask for! She's very quick and good at what she does, I barely ever feel it when she sticks me. You can tell she knows her stuff!

All of the staff are amazing! Specifically Justin, Liz, Avery, Isaac, and Kenyon have been great to me. They reach out and make me feel like I am more than just a donor. Some of them have actually become friends of mine outside of donating. The experience is always great. Even when I had a problem with my chart Lumen and Emily did a great job taking care of it and helping me. They are all very understanding.

They are always super fast and professional highly recommend Summer to poke you, she is the only one I ever let poke me it never hurts and she is always so kind and professional

Never been disappointed. As some other reviews say, the wait time can be long. However, we have to understand that issues do occur and veins aren't as cooperative as most people may think. It's not uncommon for a place like this to get backed up. But they have great staff who do there best to keep things running smoothly. Most of the time I'm in and out in an hour. Patience is a virtue. Plus, you earn money and indirectly save people?s lives in the process. I think that's worth the 1-2 hours if my day.

All of the staff has been very friendly and down to earth. Some are better at sticking you with the needle than others which is to be expected. Overall the donation process isn't bad at all besides the initial poke. Definitely a nice side gig to earn money and help others in the process :)

Usually my visit goes good and in a timely fashion. Today was my worst experience. Although there wasn't many people and lots of empty spots, I waited for more than half hour to be acknowledged by staff to begin donation, and it's not the first time and probably won't be the last. I'll still keep coming to donate because there are bigger issues at hand that are more important than my time...like saving lives.

Easy way to make some extra money and feel good about it! Recently they've been faster than when I first started. Brooke is one of the staff and does an excellent job everyone she's had to work with me.

The money is good. That's about it. The customer service is very poor. They act like because they're paying you they don't need to show you much courtesy. They are hyper-fixated on their online system but will hardly give you information on how to enroll and use it. Some of the staff are great and super nice. Others pretend to know a lot more than they do and it becomes evident as they say blatantly false things. I'll likely return as the money isn't terrible, but I definitely wouldn't come here otherwise.

Being able to donate to help others and to have it help me financially is great. Abby and the staff here at the center work hard and always looking to improve.

My experience donating has been very positive. Their facility is kept clean. The staff is friendly, organized. They are well informed .They try their best to get you in quickly and out. It's an easy, quick way to warn a little extra spending money and it helps those people in need. If you haven't gone yet, what are you waiting for? ??

Well I waited all week wanted to start donating plasma. There system told me to make an appointment, so I did a day that would work with me. Just to come in and fine out its a first come first serve deal not by appointment. Ended up getting turned away because of it. Drove from maccamon just to be told we can't get you in.

Anna, Liz, and Steven are great on the donor floor. The CMS team Marleise, Frank, Marie, Jason, Angela, and Alma are very knowledgeable when discussing any test results or dealing with a reaction.

I've been donating of and on for the past 2 years and usually they miss the vein the first time they put the needle in but this one woman that works there, I believe her name is Summer, she has gotten the needle in first try every time.

Everyone here is so wonderful. They treat me kind. They acknowledge me and care about everyone there fun they are joy to be around.

Staff is great, seem to always have a high turn around so often times they are consistently short staffed during busy times and alwags new faces. Usually have some sort of issue with bonuses not being applied and having to call back later. Overall not bad but it gets frustrating seeing no hustle when they are behind schedule.

My favorite thing about this place is the staff. When I talk with them, I feel as if I'm one of the family. Especially talking with Tauna; she has helped me a few times and it's obvious she really loves her job and takes pride in what she does. I'd recommend going here to anyone and I'm sure you'll have a great experience!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The building and equipment were clean. The environment while donating was calm and relaxing. Thank you Adam, Anna, Avery, Emily, Lumen, Steven and Vanessa for answering all my questions and making my first time donation a smooth experience!

This was going to be my first time donating. On the website, it states that if you do not have a Social Security Card, you could use a W2 or a current paystub (from the last 30 days). I was turned down when trying to use my paystub. If the facility does not accept it then why is it STILL on the website? Another question? if you have a tattoo/piercings can you still donate plasma?

I have donated on and off for awhile. It is getting to the point I have to block out my mornings to donate. I literally wait in the lobby for 20 minutes before I get to the first step and then in a chair in the donation room for an hour which leads my donation time to almost 2 hours. There is staff in the front that can assist when it's back logged like it is. The staff is nice but please figure out something that expedites it like it use to be

Professional and friendly staff. Had a few questions that we're answered by what I assume was one of the floor leads (shout out to Chace). Made me feel very comfortable and like the employees knew their jobs and had things in hand. Not something that can always be said in that line of work.

Originally I would have left a better review but lately the scheduling has been terrible. You sign up for a time slot and then an HOUR later you are finally able to start the process. They went to the time slots to try and avoid going over but they are over scheduling their actual capacity. No one has all night to wait around, if you set time slots, make sure you can honor them.

I've been donating twice a week for over a year. The place is clean and efficient and the employees are skilled and friendly. Sure, it's easy money but more importantly, it's saving lives and allowing people to live better. Win win!

I don't donate for the profit I donate because my grandpa had cancer and was on a treatment that required plasma. It was hard to get the treatment and took 6 months before he could receive it. He passed away January of 2018. I come here twice a week to donate and do my part so other families can hopefully not go through what mine did. Typically I have issues with the machines that prevent me from donating but today Randee took every step to not have those issues and have a successful donation. She's the bes

So been rejected after doing what the guy on the phone asked, eat well drink water, no smoking and than get rejected at the center? I was told I'm not in the system despite I made an appointment just two days ago and get told "Were not letting in new donors?" I'm sorry but what was the purpose of going in and getting rejected immediately? Grifols needs to update their systems or actually do something because my experience was embarrassing. Because it feels like the center is a joke right now.

This is a great place and the staff are all very nice. Sometimes it's hard to go donate when you've got a busy day but grifols does a great job at getting people through the whole process pretty fast. There are times when I'm in and out in an hour. Excellent work everyone, keep it up!!!

Such an awesome place! Love the workers and the vibes they create. They always work so hard to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Have been coming and going for years and have never been dissapointed. Sometimes it gets busy but it depends on what time of the day you go.

Husband donated there for years now all of a sudden they are declining him over making him ?draw lines? on a diagram to where his tattoos are located. Before they only made him draw a line to the areas in which he has tattoos, now forcing him to draw a line to each individual tattoo, because past paperwork different rules applied, the former drawings are differing from the new one based on different instructions from staff. I don't see how this is our error or problem, however this place has always been a n

Today I went into Grifols to start donating again. Angela the nurse was allegedly going to help me she started by asking me a bunch of questions which I asked why was this the process as I was told the process was simpler on the phone. Obviously I had a "poor attitude" as Angela told me in her still cheery voice. Donating is something i have done for decades. I dont need a condescending, know it all, who had to point out several times she's the nurse. I dont think i will be back anytime soon . Why should

This Pocatello Grifols location is always a pleasant experience. The staff is kind, caring, fun, and professional. To this date all of my visits have been smooth without the slightest complaint. Thank you for all the hard work you do. This is for management: Currently your desire to increase numbers and profits outweighs the wellbeing of the employees that are on their feet working hard 6 days a week already. This is soon to be 7 days a week. When we forget to show compassion to the people working for us

I've been donating here for almost 2 years and over that time the wait time has gotten worse. All they have to say about it is that they are short staffed or throw each other under the bus for calling in or going home early for the day. The staffing and professionalism needs a little work, if I didnt desperately need the extra cash I'm not sure that I would come back. There are currently 15 people sitting in the waiting room waiting to be screened with 2 screeners at 6:50pm. They won't even let most of us

The staff are very kind and skilled. I get in and out in an hour. I have enjoyed donating plasma for over a year. I recommend it to anyone who needs extra spending money or who is feeling like doing some good.

They do an amazing job with everything! All the staff is friendly and make sure you feel comfortable. The donation center is clean and organized. I am glad that I am able to help others through my donation.

I've been donating plasma for about 8 months and I've had great experiences. It's been awesome to earn a little extra cash on the side to put towards getting out of debt faster. I enjoy getting to see the staff and become more acquainted with them.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Extremely clean waiting room and donation room. They work quickly, efficiently, but with your health as top priority. I'd give them 10 ?? if it were an option. Best gift anyone could give to another person!!!

Everyone is great!! Usually very happy and talkative so it makes things go fast. And I heard they are getting new plasma machines that will only take 25 minutes to do an entire donation. That rocks!!!

The facility is clean and well kept, not to mention the friendly and professional staff that was there to help me with my every need. Especially a employee named James Henrie who calmed my nerves about donating for the first time, he made the experience one to remember!

Open full hours on the 4th of July??? Why do you hate America ???? Papa Grfiols?

I had such a great donating experience at Grifols! I had a small reaction, but staff members such as Kolton, Justin, and Adam all helped me feel calm and better within 10 minutes. Plus, I made $100 in one donation! Such good money and such a caring, efficient staff. If you need to make some extra cash, or want to do some good, then go donate right now!

These guys know what's up! I've only had a couple problems over the past year donating and they were outside of the control of the staff. They know what they're doing. It's also great to be able to profit from saving lives. Great place

Thought this would be a great way to donate, didn't care about the money. Had to walk through 4 people smoking at the front door, only to enter a waiting room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, overall uncleanliness, and almost resembled a dive bar. I waited 5 minutes with no acknowledgement I was even there, and finally left because I didn't want to smell like smoke when I went back to work and it was giving me a headache. There is no way to schedule an appointment, and not everyone has an extra 3 h

I drove for a half an hour to get there at 6:00 a.m. New donor at this location. Wasn't even there for 20 minutes before I was rejected for not having veins that could be donated from on both arms. I've donated on my right arm many times at another center, but apparently it is a policy at this location that you have to have workable veins in both arms. If you have ever been told you have small veins or can only donate from one arm don't waste your time like I did.

Horrible the guy at the front desk is straight up rude if u come in early for ur appointment he makes u sit and wait till it's time I sat and waited in a empty waiting room for 30 mins which I found ridiculous and then continuing in to the donating floor a trainee with purple in her hair missed my vein I then got repoke 4 times in the arm to wear my fingers got num if that wasent enough a senor staff poke me in the other arm after right in the bruise fm last visit which she wasent supposed to overall I will

Kylie, Ashley, hallie and Melissa are always so sweet to me and make me feel like I'm in good hands!

The staff are just okay and the compensation is horrible. They never raise it or do any promotions besides the buddy bonus! And it is not even comparable to the $650 a month I made donating at Biolife. Unfortunately this is the only place to donate in Pocatello.

All the staff are very professional and make donating a great experience. I especially want to call out Brandon. Whenever there is a problem causing delays, I hope he is working because he is always able to troubleshoot and get it fixed quickly.

staff is awesome, facility is clean and comfortable. the process is streamlined and easy to understand and assimilate into. The compensation for donation is great and they make you feel really good about your donation and what it goes toward.

Tate and Shayna are absolutely amazing! Really cool people who are good at their jobs. It would be 5 stars but the wait time to start donating was a little long. It felt like I was a member of the Taliban in Guantanamo bay with how long I was subjected to terrible music in the lobby. No offense if this was anybody's personal playlist but holy moly.

Donated at two different Grifols plasma centers with the same setup (online appointments and kiosks). At the one I could be in and out in under 1.5 hours. At the Pocatello location I'm lucky to get out in 2 hours. They always appear short staffed. There's either a long wait to get screened or a long wait after screening before getting set up. It seems every time my donation is complete I am ignored until I start looking around for someone. Today I finished while the person next to me was being disconnected.

I had an amazing first experience here as a donor. I was very nervous when I first walked in; needles have never settled well with me. I had Ty Case as my phlebotomist and he sat me down on the bed, and he must have known how anxious I was. He looked at me with his ocean blue eyes, his hot breath against my cheek, and whispered into my ear "everything is going to be just fine." He grasped my sweaty arm and began to palpate for my vein, saying he found a juicy one. He brought out his needle and punctured my

Good way to earn some extra cash. Especially with guys/gals like Ty Case that work here and take great care of everyone. Really tho, Ty is freakin amazing, from his glorious mustache to his enchanting smile, you'll be glad you went in.

I was not able to donate. Do to a blood clot 40 years ago. They had put me on a no donor list years ago. I went in there to donate not knowing I couldn't. They totally avoided me for 2 hrs. After there was no one in the waiting room and it had been full the whole time.......they even took walkins immediately several times....then the girl rolls her eyes and asks me to a room to tell me I couldn't donate!! How rude they had my drivers license for more than a hour. They knew I couldn't that vfc entire

Been donating for years! Great professional, friendly staff that work very hard. They seem to be making improvements all the time for a better experience. I miss when they did cash, but I do understand why

Save lives and make money? Yes please! Everyone is very nice and the place is clean. Brooklyn is my favorite. I request her to poke me even when she is in the front.

The staff is friendly, respectful and professional. Clean atmosphere and positive experience. Jayden answered my questions and explained how donating blesses others- Definitely worth saving lives and earning extra cash!

The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and well kept. The online scheduling portal makes for minimal wait time. I can almost set my watch to the length of time I will spend at the facility.

WORST PLASMA PLACE TO EXIST! THEY REUSE NEEDLES ! THEIR PLASMA FLOOR IS UTTERTLY FILTHY ! THEIR ENTIRE STAFF IS AS RUDE AS CAN BE ! THEY DO NOT HONOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS! If you go here you WILL GET A BLOOD INFECTION! EVERYONE I KNOW WHO HAS GONE THERE HAS HAD THEIR VEIN BECOME INFECTED AND HOSPITALIZED!!

Staff is always friendly and professional. Never have any issues with my donations and I'm in and out within a reasonable time. Richard is the best nurse!

Every time I go everyone is very nice and professional. They respect you and take good care of you. Looking to donate? Go to Grifols where your in and out in a reasonable amount of time and the staff treat you right.

I was told I couldn't donate cause i have to take hydrocodone for back pain. Which is fine. But what bothers me is I asked them how they even knew and was told the doc there pulled my pharmacy records... I never consented to that! And I called a few times to ask to speak to a higher up and nobody would ever Call me back. I was also told they don't have to follow HIPPA? That's odd to me. But whatever. Maybe I'm not understanding fully.

Most of my experiences have been great at Griffols and the staff are great. Audrey is awesome at her job and is always nice to visit with.

Staff were friendly with Mildey slow due to space constraints. however, my main concern is inless was National grifols policy changed in the 6 to 12 months last time I checked the new donor policy or return new donor policy states that structure. Issue resolved

There is a certain manager that goes above and beyond her name is Lacey Berry. I might be biased but the truth doesn't lie. The phlebotomists are accurate and very efficient in making sure everything runs smoothly.

Everyone was very friendly super hospitable. They were very clean and sanitary and safe.

I do not agree with the pay of $25 per donation after your initial visit. It is quite the process and hopefully you get someone who is experienced at drawing your blood. The first time I went in they left a bruise over 2 1/2 inches long on my bicep. This is from the needle going out of my vein and into my muscle while they were drawing my blood.

Friendly, dedicated, & knowledgeable staff throughout the building. I'm very glad to go somewhere that wants to help others using plasma products. The compensation is great too & one can be part of bonus programs when available. They really care about you here & I'm thankful I get to make a difference while having good relationships with all of the staff. Thank you, biomat Pocatello! See you again soon

Absolutely disrespectful and horrible! My husband and I have been treated terribly by this center time and time again. Most of the staff is inconsiderate and not aware of their clients. We never had this much trouble at the Rexburg Biomat. One of the staff was so rude, he made awful comments about me to my husband and he didn't even know me! So unprofessional. These kinds of people should not be working here. Do not ever go here.

There was a time where the girl stuck me wrong and a guy went to squeeze the filter which it connected to the tube that leads directly to my arm and the ?Celine? went into my muscle instead of my vein. Once the happened my arm was in instant pain and i was done donating for 6ish days because my arm was all bruised. The guy said i had reserved all my blood back even though I could see very clearly that there was still blood in the machine. I didn't really care though because of how bad my arm was hurting. Ho
