Worst experience ever since the beginning Marisol who is the person that takes you in checks vitals horrible people skills and it's hasn't been once it has been multiple times that she has been rude to me and I have heard her be the same way with other people don't even know how she is still allowed to talk to people so unprofessional she told me I need to consider not donating anymore from the history I had and I heard her tell a lady wow you gained wait what happened so rude of her part please I hope yall

Very bad management. Sorry but as an active donor I expected the process of transferring from Ft.Worth Grifols center to be quick. It's been 3 weeks and the management can't seem to be able to transfer me. Today I asked for the complaint number and I was put on hold without being told by Elisabeth. So I called back Cladia answered she tells me that they cant find the complaint number if I can hold for another 5 minutes. Get the idea ??. There's this misconception that donating plasma is for the poor or unfortunate. The fact is that donating plasma is to help a life, to save a life. When the pandemic happened my family was affected like many others. And I kept hearing how plasma was helping save many lives but there was a shortage.
