Customer Reviews

I come to the donation center here all the time. It was where I first started donating plasma and now I've been coming to this facility for over a year. The staff is always smiling and friendly. I have never had a bad experience here and I appreciate all the hard work from everyone. It's always clean and smells good.

I have been coming here for a couple years now, and the staff is always great. I live closer to another location but rather come to this one because everyone is always helpful. Thanks for helping me give back.

I started donating here a couple of months ago and I have to say it has been the best experience! No wait times and the staff is outstanding and very friendly. I'm in and out in about an hour and 10 min. I already feel like family and will continue donating.

WORST place ever. My sister is disable and pregnant and her bf was donating plasma they wouldn't even let her sit inside until he was finish because she didn't want to be in the heat she explained why she was inside to try and charge her phone then they threatened to call the police. People think that just because they sit at a desk they better than the whole world you still making the same as everyone else get a life that doesn't get you the right to talk to people treat anyone different.

Get rid of the bad apples with their unprofessional attitudes in there, the staff relationships, and keep refreshing staff on how to take blood pressure. Other then that some staff need raises for their hard work and friendly attitudes. O if you make someone a VIP because of one staff member mess up, make sure the other staff honors that.

The employees here really know their stuff! They are friendly, attentive, and good at what they do. Everyplace else I've gone to in Fayetteville bruises me up so bad that it messes up my donating schedule, but I normally don't have that issue at the Grove St Grifols. Miss Wanda and Z are both amazing!

Brianna Nicole is correct. They are unprofessional. Even the supervisor if you mention that the workers are aggressive. She won't do anything about it. They will play in your arm to make where you can't donate. They don't like it when you match energy. There are some who are kind.

Awesome and friendly staff. Would recommend donating here over all the other plasma donation centers. Shout out to Mrs. Meeks!! She is the greatest

I honestly love coming here I'm actually afraid of needles but Meeks and Mrs B made me comfortable and safe. Thank you and keep up the fantastic work ??????

It's a nice facility and wait times are never long. Staff are always professional and cool to be around.

Haven't been in about a year.. I did recognize two familiar faces! Shout out to MRS. B AND MARIO!!!!! Yall are amazing. Yall made the first time process so easy. In and out and was so respectful and helpful... That goes a very long ways in my book.. Yall are literally the best and I'm not just saying that it's from what you showed me and brought to me... Again shout out to MRS. B AND ALSO MARIO :)

the best center i have been to.. all the workers are nice and amazing, i can say i get amazing service. 5 STARS

Great center to go to, but not having a great go of donating. I have donated plasma at least 70 times and is the first time I have seen my protein fluctuate without explanation with the same diet and routine. What has really irritated me was the last time I visited where a trainee setup the machine, a tech hooked me up, but it didn't go in the system or the absent tech that said absolutely nothing when the line split until 10 mins after the affect when the techs around them just shared war stories of how it

Ms.bee is awesome!!!!!! She welcomed me in my first two visits & got me in and OUT! I now come regularly

My experience was great!! Haven't been in two years and recently came back and still loving the experience ????????

I've been donating at Grifols since 2018 and the staff there has always treated me with courtesy and respect. The service there has gotten a lot better over the years. Keep up the work Grifols.

Kelly did an awesome job sticking me and was very polite and respectful. The staff was a pleasure dealing with.

I switched to this one and I do not recommend they never game me my card and didn't tell me it wouldn't be on my other card I already had. I haven't eaten all day and now I can't bc they are closed

Been going for years love the the ppl that work there always do a good job

They are very nice and they all work as a team .. they are very respectful to the Donors....they make sure u are ok before u leave.. they are very good

They are friendly and quick better than any other ive been to 446 grove st is the best

The staff are really nice. I honestly didn't spend as long as I thought I would as a new client. Years ago it would take 3-5 hours. I was out of there in a little over 2hrs as a new client. The staff are very attentive and down to earth. Really easy way to make extra money around friendly people.

I really love to visit Grifols on grove street they are doin a great job I would love everyone to come out and donate if possible!!!!!

Imani is the best and she makes your time go by so fast come Check them out

Wonderful staff!!! Very caring and welcoming would very much recommend

My experience was wonderful, excellent communication and the workers are very friendly and gentle.

i love talecris!! Been going here about 4 months! The staff are awesome!!

Been coming here for years the staff is the best. Quick and effective

I donated today at 230 didn't leave until 4 even though it wasn't busy and I still haven't been paid as of 5pm. The building is closed until Monday morning so I guess I'm just ass!

Very professional, wayyy better than biolife. At least you can get an appointment here

Love this place makes me feel at home while I'm donating plasma when it will save someone's life.

Wonderful facility. The staff very friendly and attentive. Didn't take too long getting in and out. It's a vibe everytime. Come in make a difference and get paid for it. Come EARLY. Closer to COB it's gonna be a wait?

Best place around staff are very down to earth come check em out

I love the Grifols family everyone is so kind I would recommend others to come here

The service is good everybody is kind. And respectful

You have a hand full of staff that is amazing and respectful and then you have some who are just absolutely rude and horrible. I've been coming here for a couple years on and off and it's always the same people who are rude unless they know you personally, i just thought maybe it was because they were having a bad day or just their personality but once i get on the floor and im donating here they come giggling and laughing with employees and other people donating that they know so why is it every time i com

I'm giving them 3 stars because most of the time they are great, I have difficult veins and have had to be restuck, but they have always been extremely nice about it. Except for the last time I went. I informed the young lady who was going to insert the needle, that there have been difficulties in the past and to please be careful and ensure that she sticks me properly. She completely ignored what I said and stuck me in about 30 seconds, didn't take the time to make sure it was a good vein. It worked for th

????? I had an excellent experience at the Grifols-Talecris plasma donation center. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles, and the team made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured I was well taken care of. I appreciate the dedication and kindness of the staff, which made my donation experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this center for

I'm confused at how there could possibly be so many positive reviews. I have never spent less than 2.5 hours here and usually walk out because they have missed my appointment by over an hour. What is the point in having an app to make an appointment if you don't get seen for over an hour after? What a waste of time. If you dare to ask the employees about the time, prepare for a hostile and unprofessional response. Like it's somehow my fault they are running late... I'll start looking for another place to do

Dont bother waisting your time coming here if you new in North Carolina or even if you is from down here there customer service ass they give out false information over the phone

I love y'all frfr but phlebotomist Imani is my new bestie.

Sabrina Meeks and Imani are the coolest helping save a life is great

I have been a plasma donor for many many years I even got my husband to start going. I enjoy the atmosphere and the staff have become like family and great friends?.. come save some lives and have so laughs you never know it could save the life of someone you know?.. #savinglivesbydonating

Great staff I highly recommend going here !!!

Staff is great in thing go's smooth

My experience today was Amazing! Amanda was so personable and nice. She was able to not only assist me and ease my fear but my friend's that came with me as well. To get connected to the machine was a breeze. She was able to do it with only one stick. Highly recommend this location. The whole staff was professional but at the same time cool to be around.

The best plasma center around....all staff are friendly I like donating a lot

Love visiting the center,,, they really treat you like family!!!

Very polite workers and always nice to me

Very knowledgeable staff? and funny too!

I love coming in, always a good time in here

Ms Meeks is a wonderful person and very friendly.

I've been donating here for about a year and a half, maybe more, and the experience is ALWAYS profession, efficient, and friendly. That staff are all good at what they do, in addition to being attentive to every donor. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to help save lives. 10/10

I REALLY LOVE GROVE STREET CENTER ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE MY FRIENDS

It was very laid back process and everyone was very helpful

Good staff and great hospitality

The staff is very discreet, focused, prompt,& care about each donor. Michael j Young

Brittany and Meeks are THE best. The staff is friendly, thorough, efficient and caring. Of all the donation centers I have been, Grifols on Grove in Fayetteville is top notch! See ya next time!

I Love this place for the last 9 year

They always do good work

Speedy process and the staff is friendly and very helpful

The staff is always really welcoming at the grove street Talecris! I love talking with them as I wait (which is never long). I love the new system of appointments it makes donating very simple. Love that I decided to move my plasma donating from Bragg to here. (It was over 2 years ago the one on Bragg was my donating center)

They don't never answer their phone. I've never seen a business that doesn't answer the phone so unprofessional.

The total donation process was quick. From the beginning to the end the techs were really knowledgeable and great the stick wasn't bad either (quick and easy).. Amanda made my first time experience fun.. really feel good about returning.

I receive great service at the Grove St. Talecris Plasma Center !

Appointments system is a joke in this location you'll have a 9 o'clock appointment and 2 hours later still sitting there waiting to have your vitals checked while walk ins will do the questionnaire on kiosk and be called a head of you. Watched the black guy skip people who came same time just due to the fact they've bought his cakes prior while telling others they'll be next to them come back out change it all around again. My advise for anyone come here when you don't have plans or work for the rest of t

Meeks, Sabrina, Amy & staff are awesome

I love coming here I enjoy coming to save a life

Awesome place, great workers!!

They don't answer their phone

I have been coming since October and I have never had a less than awesome experience. Everyone is friendly and professional and you can tell it's a team environment. Gabriel has been the one to take care of me most of the time and he's the best.

Though I know some donations take longer than others, and I understand that certain people don't do what they are supposed to do while donating. There is no excuse for the wait every time. Every time I come here with an appointment, I'm waiting at least an hour just to get my vitals done. Once sat, another ten to twenty minutes to get stuck and actually start my donation. So that is an extra two hours when this is supposed to just be just an hour with an appointment. Either stop allowing so many people to m

Really slow to get in the back and they are racist and do not care if you make an appointment or not. They let the friends skip every one and of you say anything they differ you. Nasty appearance and no customer service. You either get skipped and yelled at or just go home. I choose to stay home

Been once and never go back. Left bruised and when i came with my vip was told protein levels were too low. Seems to be too low when it concerns anyone getting the 80.00. Not the only one complaining about this.

I enjoy coming into donate. The staff is friendly and makes my experience cool. Shout to Ms. Meeks and Ms. B and all staff!!!!

Felt uncomfortable i ended up leaving y?all definitely have to look at your staff and teach them proper care and customer service they're unprofessional and rude went to bio life instead

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable with what can sometimes be a rather long wait. I had an issue and they took the tome to explain and gave me a pass for my next visit for the trouble. Most places like this are very rude and I will definitely say they are not.

They are professional and know what they are doing.

Great place to donate wonderful staff

The staff is great and they always greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Jacob L is a nice guy and every time I come in and go to his booth he's very friendly and professional. I tell him all the time he needs a raise. He's one of my favorite employees

Staff really care about you and make you comfortable. They make you feel like family instead of making you feel like a resource. I can truly say this because I'm a long time donor and I have been from cost to cost. I have been to places where you feel like a number and that's it. Thank you to all of the staff from the front to the back. You are a wonderful team. Keep up the great work . I can't call out all of the names because I don't want to leave out not just one of their names. Love from crazy ma.???? M

I enjoy everything about this place but the appointments. I'm sure its a reason for it but, the first come first serve was better in my opinion. Say for instance, its 3pm and all appointments times are taken until say 7pm, and you have people not show for earlier appointments, you still have to wait until 7pm. Yes you planour appointments in advance but some peoples work/home schedules will not allow them to do that. That's why I feel first come, first serve is a better option.

I started donating again after maybe a 9 or 10 year hiatus ?to help pay for tuition. I appreciate knowing people can supplement their income and help provide medicine that save lives at the same time. As a student, the time spent here also always me some of the best time to focus and study while I'm here. I see people from all walks of life donate. I even see staff donate. Something I notice is how the staff seem more personable and friendly compared to years ago. They joke and have a good time with everyo

Great experience dealing with all the staff! I had a young lady named Aaliyah that looked after me during my donation, when I began to heat up she fanned me and got me cooled down she was very caring! She was awesome and enough can't be said about her!

A great center to go to. Ms. Amanda as well as many of the other amazing workers will have you in & out as quickly as possible. Be patient and enjoy the compensation!!!!

When I get here on time or early, I end up waiting an hour or more before I'm hooked up. But if I get here a few minutes late, say about 10 or so, I have to be rescheduled. Make it make sense please.

The wait is insane. It had gotten better, but then they reduced hours and went back to 8 appointments every 15 minutes, which they cannot process in a timely manner. There's a 45 minute wait to even get called to the kiosk. The staff is fine, I'm not blaming them. They seem as annoyed with the situation as the donors are. But whoever is in charge of the appointment system needs to fix this. They are undergoing renovations, which I hope will include replacing that gross seat in the women?s bathroom and fix

It's been years since I have been, but decided to go yesterday and it's like they didn't miss a beat. I went in off of spur of the moment decision at around 1 pm. The staff is still friendly as I remember, very helpful and they get me to the back pretty fast for returning/new donor. Plus anyone staff I talked to was able to answer my question or was in arms reach of someone who could, very well staffed. I been to other plasma centers in the city and they took them 5+ hours just to be seen for a new donor e

My 4th time donating and the staff is very unprofessional, the wait time is ridiculous considering you have to make an appointment! They just sit around a chill. I was literally waiting on the back for 1 hour , finally got out on a bed and waited another 30 minutes to be stuck while the staff just talked and chilled out! This will be my last visit here because I can't deal with the unprofessional mess they have going on!

I have been going to this place for years and there is friendly staff. However make sure you check your debit card prior to leaving after your donation. They have failed to pay me now three times. After closing hours no one will answer the phone even if the staff are still in the building. Today i went to a store to purchase somethings and my card was declined. I was embarrassed and when i called to tell them what happened they immediately sent my money but offered nothing for the inconvenience. I do like t

Some of the employees have nasty attitudes and are very rude!!! The last 5 or 6 times I have came I have had appointments and they are always atleast a hour and 30 minutes behind. And alot of employees just stand around talking. ?? I have never been here where they were not behind. Why make appts. If you can't keep up with them? Thanks ??

I think Telecris Plasma Resources are great. They care that you care and has been a great deal to me. To know that what they are doing for the people and for me to be a part of an awesome team of people really gives me a sense of belonging and show it show that I too can help millions of people by donating. Thank you guys and I will continue to show my gratitude and forever be grateful ??

This establishment has caring staff that operate as a team. They greet you with smiles and they are willing to go the extra mile for any donor. Hands down, the best.

This was my second visit to this place and second time donating the experience was horrible! The girl who stuck me evidently did it incorrectly I don't work there but I do know the needle was not relaxed ! I could tell something was not right from the previous time I had been there! Then I felt like I had to tell them how to do their job! Once the culp loosened and never started back I immediately knew something was wrong! Her and some other workers had walked by but no one attempted to check the machine un

every time i come here, everyone is so nice! especially marisa, she's pretty funny and young and hip. the wait times have calmed down a bit which i love and i?m in and out in under 1.5 hours

Not all of the staff but a select few people are rude. Have zero care for the donors and treat them as if they dont need us that the donors need the money. Every time ive been here they have been way behind schedule and run my appointment several hours late and then when i have to leave miss the money and wasted my time and gas coming here on a 45 min drive there is never a solution or good customer service this place is going down hill and even my favorite employees that made it worth coming are burning ou

This office is great especially the staff. They are always kind and concern about you. I enjoy coming here and knowing I have done something to help someone makes me feel good. No long wait in and out

My experience with Grifols was great. The technicians are friendly and courteous. They even collect school supplies to help the local area. They help others in many ways.

I have been donating a little while now and I personally don't have anything bad to say about this place. All the employees have wonderful beside manners.

Saving lives on grove st is wonderful. The staff is professional and they are always so friendly. Sierra and Laura C are a couple of my favorite people to see when I come here!

Sabrina is the go to 446 Grove come thru

I have been donating at Talecris on Grove St for the past couple months, and it has been a great experience for me every time! The staff is always very friendly and professional, and the atmosphere they create is very welcoming and enjoyable. Stephania was the last person who hooked me up to the machines, and I enjoyed her pleasant demeanor and friendliness. I am starting to feel like family each time I walk in! GREAT place to donate plasma!

The staff here are wonderful. It's like being around family and doing a great deed at the same time! FYI...Gabriel Heckrotte is my favorite and yes u can request him! ??

Absolutely love the staff at the grove street location!! Super friendly and considerate of your needs!

Stephania is an awesome phlebotomist. Every time I come in there she greets me with a smile and a hello. She has stuck me several times and I have never had a issue. She is very professional and I see how she is with other donors. Very friendly. I look for her every time I go in. ??????

I'm very disappointed to see that after all this time and all these complaints, nothing has changed at this donor center!.Always the same story: they are short staffed!. They introduced the online appointment platform on their app, but that didn't change anything. You get there, few minutes earlier most times, yet you still need to wait an hour to be called in the booth. Many times even to get to the kiosk takes time. But if we are 5-10 minutes late to our appointment, they turn us away and we lose our spot

I'm on my third visit. Very courteous staff. Professional. The staff was very nice and helpful on my first visit when I got a little I'll, but I have had good experiences so far. Plus the extra money is great.

UPDATE AS OF NOV 24 2021. If I could give a negative score I would. This place has gotten the worse I have ever seen. I have been coming here for over 10 years. Wait time now is literally out of control. Extremely slow staff. Doesnt seem to do anything to fix the problem. I'm sorry but telling us youre behind doesnt fix anything. If you refuse to have more staff that wants to work vs just walking around talking then you guys need to take away appt slots. Waiting two to three hours just to be called into bo

Love the hospitality I get every time coming to this place. The girls are so loving and caring. The best stickers are Sabrina, Meka, Ciara, Dee Dee, and FahFah.

The staff are truly helpful & knowledgeable in their jobs....they keep everything organized & well managed. They will get u in and out in no time. And when u come ask for Laura C, she's the best;)

They're very fast and friendly. I love going here they really take good care of you.

One of my favorite employees that always see to it that im well taken care of, is none other than Ms. Destiny!!! She has a warming smile which is always presented when I walk through the doors!!! Among her are a host of other loving, caring employees that go the extra mile to do there job correctly and see to it that you have enjoyed your visits and made giving your donations worth it!!!

Grifols is a great place to come and donate blood and get compensated for it. Mrs. Sabrina was a great help.

On Sunday (11/20) this center had no staff. They were 4 1/2 hours behind on appointments, yet donors still waited patiently. After finally getting screened and placed on a bed, the donors were told that there were issues with the water lines and no more people could donate for the day. How disappointing it was to wait 4 hours and not donate. What's more disappointing is that the donors were not given an apology, no form of compensation (for our second donation of the week), and majority are now disqualified

I love the way Miss Stephania is, she works in good spirit. She is very funny and always does a great job. Thank you Talecris on grove street for giving me the opportunity to save a life and make extra money.

The one thing I hate about certain places is that when the employees find out you're an easy going person, they begin to act like they don't have any sense. I may be cool, but I am all for professionalism. The ladies at the front desk just don't have it. They talk across the lobby and hold personal conversations that every patient can hear. I find that distasteful. Call me stuck up or whatever but there is proper business etiquette that should be practiced in all medical facilities.

Very polite and professional staff, never had any problems in the year and a bit I've been donating regularly. Everyone is nice and I've never had a misstick by any of the phlebotomists! They're very quick to pull people through and make it nice enough to want to come back over and over to help people in need of the resource they collect

Marisa is awesome. She always makes sure to ask how our day is, work or family is doing. And always makes us laugh. Ober all a great place to make extra money

I have been coming here for a few months now and all I can say is that the service is really great and the staff is very friendly. They are very professional and I am satisfied with everyone. I will continue to come here

The 3 stars are all for the friendliness of the staff. But they could do better with excuses and avoid a lot of donors leaving bruised up and then blaming the donor because the staff member didn't stick the needle correctly. ?? - Sincerely Karen ??

I love the staff here. The technicians are always true and friendly. Everyone at the front desk does their best to accommodate all donors. Keep up the great work. Thanks a bunch!

I went here as a new donor, the staff were all standing around talking never ask if i needed help, i walked up to the desk noone ever said may i help you. i asked one of the girls there im here wanted to be a new donor, okay everything went smooth went to the back, after i waited 5 hours the girl snatched my arm, never said hey nothing, never said her name or nothing. then tried to stick the needle had blood shooting all out of my arm all everywhere, rushing and snatching on my arm and stuff, so i told her

Fast, friendly, I love the people and employees. That being said, I feel like the status need better equipment, came from a BioLife plans center where all filling was electronic, less mistakes, and staff had more time and energy to focus on donors.

This facility is amazing! All great and caring professionals. My first donation day was Halloween 2018 and Gabriel H. took good care of me. He is very gentle and gets to know his favorite donators (there are a LOT of us lol) . I give 5 stars for this great group's professionalism, speed, care, efficiency, and overall just being an awesome team!??

Me and my wife where first time donors and had a few hiccups with how everything worked but one of the employees Jamal English was the most helpful person that he could be...he went above and beyond what any employee ever should be expected. If I could just rate him he'd get 10 stars and should definitely get a raise because he is passionate and does a excellent job of doing his job...overall the center is good...I give 3 out of 5 stars

I've been come here for many years. Like anywhere you go you have very good days and some bad days. But I do this for the medicine that health sick people. So if you have some extra hours come on down. Become a dono.

Came back after a year and some change and the atmosphere is just as friendly as ever. Awesome way to help people out and be helped in return. Highly recommend the Grove Street crew!

Love the staff very friendly and inviting. Clean professional with a personal touch to this place. I would recommend this location to all, and I'd like shout my girls Sam, Jade,Gabby,Maria, and my big homie Gabe

Staff are friendly and didn't take my kids like the employee from the Bragg location so we are good. They have smiles and welcome me every donation

Staff is typically friendly but can be unprofessional. I'm not exactly comfortable with that when it's in a medical setting... Wait times are long! I got there at 7:05 and didn't get to donate until 9:30. They don't do appointments here -- only walk ins. Last attendant I had inserted the needle incorrectly, causing me pain the entire donation. I told her multiple times that it hurt and didn't feel right, but she was clearly annoyed and after adjusting it once, told me it was fine. I have donated several

I really love the staff at the Grove Street site. They are very warm and competent in the service they provide. I love that there is a level of consistency with what I perceive is a very low turn over rate. However I wish there was more diversity in management, and no I don't mean white woman. It pains me to see most of the leadership on the floor dealing with the clients are minorities, and even though a vast majority of ppl who donate are ppl of color the management does not reflect that. Its my feeling t

Staff is absolutely wonderful, genuinely care for patients and the staffs upbeat attitudes always make my visits enjoyable

It is so bad. You sit in the back waiting to be hooked and there is 8 people waiting and everyone working is standing in a group talking about stuff that don't matter. Maybe you won't be an hour behind on appointments. If you just stop talking.

They take their time to make sure they do there jobs fast and efficiently and have fun while doing so with communication and laughter.

I enjoy donating here at Grove St. The staff are all friendly and inviting when you come in. Gene set me up today & he was awesome. Laura C. is all smiles and I love to see her every time I come in for her to stick me. My favorite place to donate. Saving lives on Grove St!

Sat there as I watched about 50 come in and pass me some didn't sign in at kios, some were told to go straight to the the back threw the door ! I sat there 4 hrs to find out the the hound make didn't do anything with my folder ?. An older lady started pushing me forward after 3 hrs of waiting , I heard the lady say 4 need screening one was me but I am the last one still sitting there ! I have been there 5 hrs today was my first time but as you see they pick who they want ! Not precessional at all , when I

I personally donate twice a week. Most employees tend to be friendly, patient, and understanding. A needle isn't so bad when you're saving lives! (Plus there's a tip :D)

Great and fun place

They Definitely enjoy wasting your time they need to do better I havnt successfully donated in 3 weeks because I end up leaving and if I'm not leaving my arms are getting bruised because they are untrained! I'll use today as an example my appointment was at 930 and here I am still not in a bed at 12pm this is the reason they beg people to donate and send you fliers and texts to come back NO ONE WANTS TO WASTE THEIR TIME ALL DAY FOR SMALL DONOR FEES IF YOU EXSPECT US TO WAIT PAY BETTER! THE STAFF CHIT CHAT I

Being able to come to such a warm and inviting place is a nice change of pace when you get to earn a little money and save lives at the same time. The people who work there are amazing!

I have mix feelings about this place. Some days are better than others, it really just depends on what staff is working that day. The first day I ever donated went pretty smoothly and I didn't have to wait too long even though it was quite busy. Staff is usually always pretty nice to me which is always good and welcoming. My biggest complaint though is that I feel the phlebotomists are not the best experienced...they all seem to have no problem with other people but when it comes to me they all usually have

Absolutely love the staff here at Talecris Plasma Resources!! This is a great way to not only make yourself some extra cash, but also help someone in need at the same time. It's a win win situation!! The monthly promotions are always worth returning for and if you haven't ever donated, then the new donor incentives are even better!! Like right now, a new donor will make $140 for their first 3 visits!!!! That's $420 in less than 2 weeks!! All around tho, this is an awesome location!! I'll continue to donate

I have been coming for a while and I have never had a dull experience everyone is friendly and professional and you can tell it's a lot of teamwork...Gabriel,Cierra,Stephanie keep up the good work

Love this place. Very friendly staff and they work really hard every time I'm here

Ms. Jodie is an excellent phlebotomist and I always ask for her! The staff is amazing and so friendly! My wait times are never over 20 minutes!

I love the people at Grifols on grove they treat me like I'm part of the family so if anyone out there wants to save a life and make some extra cash come on down to Grifols on grove st

If you go in the afternoons look for a lonnnngg wait. I rather go early mornings they are faster and get you in and out. I advise not to go in the afternoons unless you have plenty of time to spare and nothing to do the rest of the day....??????

Amanda's customer service was awesome, my visit was excellent! Staff is prettycool..

Stephania has been a greater worker since I start back in 2016 I'm very particular about who I let stick me and she? is one of the ones that does her best to make sure I'm comfortable and have a great donating. When I come in down n I know she's working she actually brightest up my day I appreciate you and thanks for all you do. #StephanieYouRock

It's always fun to come and be with the technicians at Grove st. I have never had one treat me wrong or have an attitude they go above and beyond their duty. If it was up to me they would all get five stars. If you have never donated come and save a life

Aside the actual monitary profit i make here i enjoy the conversations and quality time spent. I love the staff. Great stickers such as stephania and jordyn...i love the patience put in their work..... make a win win for all

Great place great people working there!! I suggest you KEEP your iron up by having a big meal complete with iron rich meat and protein rich veg's Spinach, pork, beef, shrimp, broccoli, and a tip buy NAKED DRINK PRODUCTS WITH HIGH PROTEIN AND IRON MOST TASTE AMAZING

Super friendly staff. Everyone is always smiling and happy to see you. They try to make sure the process is smooth. And the pay is decent.

Today they are moving sooooo slowly and standing around doing nothing but argueing over who needs to be stuck when. Absolutely ridiculous. One of the worst days I've ever experienced here and I've been donating here approximately 6 years.

I love it here! The staff here is really amazing, they engage with you and make sure you're ok at all times! Never have problems!

Gabrielle was very professional kind and understanding. He took his time to assist me when I was a donor there. He always maintained his professionalism and I miss going there for him to assist me with my spider veins A very good asset to the company.

Nice friend staff

I love coming here. The people are always so pleasant. I enjoy the different themes and appreciation days. Great staff, keep up the good work.

I come here alot and every time they make me feel welcome and try there best to make sure I get seen as fast as possible. I have even referred some of my friends and they to enjoy there visit every time. Thanks

It's a great way to earn some extra cash and help out a good cause. The employees are kind and knowledgeable. Ready to answer your questions and help you feel comfortable.

Been coming here over 2 years, The staff is great. Very nice environment. Shout out to P Mac, Laura C, They was on it today in bay 2.

Staff here are like family by the first name love it here. I love getting to see. I love seeing Sabrina & Donor floor team. My Nemesis lol.

I love coming to Grove St to donate. This center has the most friendly staff who are always warm & welcoming. Laura C is sweet and always does a great job. I will always be a donor here at Grove St

Very kind and nice workers. They try their best each and everyday

One word . . . . AWESOME! I'm not one for needles. I mean, I get lightheaded just thinking about needles. But the staff help you: be calm, smiling, comfortable, & be safe. All prfessional, while keeping it light.

Friendly and informative staff. Even when short staffed, they maintain urgency and strive to assure that with donors in a positive manner.

Clean friendly service. Employees are very kind and answer questions as best as they can. Happy smiles as soon as you walk in the front door. Guve thanks for donating when you leave.

Ms Stephania is a very respectful an kind person she works hard to help at all time an now what's she doing. I like all people but she just braning life out some people an u see an hire it .

I love donating at this place the staff is so nice i just love miss Tammy Sabrina Brittany and mrs wanda they so nice funny and sweet nothing but good vibes the best plasma center ever.. the staff is so amazing feel like my second family love it here ??

WHY HAVE APPOINTMENTS IF IT IS 2 HOURS AFTER THE APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED BEFORE YOU CAN CHECK IN AND GET INTO THE BACK. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL....I CAN NOT COUNT HOW MANY TIMES THEY HAVE MESSED MY ARM UP, TO THE POINT I STOPPED GOING. OBVIOUSLY THEY NEED TO BETTER TRAIN THEIR STAFF AND HAVE BETTER TIME MANAGEMENT IN HERE (IF STAFF CAN CHITCHAT AND BE ON THEIR PHONES, THEY CAN BE WAITING ON THEIR CUSTOMERS), STOP OVER BOOKING APPOINTMENTS ALSO. I HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS THAT STILL GO AND ITS THE SAME THING. APPOIN

great way to to give back, fast easy and life saving if your not doing anything and wanna save a life come on down I come every chance I get plus the staff is amazing ??????

This is the #1 spot to give plasma at. Chasity is great and have an awesome personality. She makes me look forward to coming every week. Truly a viable asset to this center and should be commended on her excellence

I've been donating plasma at Talecris on Grove St. for two years. This facility is clean and the staff are professional and welcoming. When I walk in the door, Leilani is at the front desk with a big pretty smile on her face checking donors in and directing them where to go. The wait isn't long, even when the seats are full. They really work hard on getting you in and out. I can also choose the phlebotomists to stick me, I like Samantha and Gabriel, I trust them and that to me means a lot. Thank you Talecri

She gave me a great physical felt very comfortable thank you so much Ms. Amanda Jones.??

This place is actually really awesome. They are so nice and make you feel welcome. Patient, caring and funny literally all of the staff is so nice!

I would put -100 and no stars but not an option. This place should be shut down!! So many health violations and horrible unprofessional staff. 5 to 7 hour wait times and the "nurses" are not nurses. They are medical assistants at the most. What a joke!!
