There's a difference from doing your due diligence vs just being out right lazy. And this location today? Was pure laziness. I went in to donate and was told because I only had ?one good vein? they denied me. No medical checks in the office or anything. Just right over the counter. I was respectful and left but I couldn't get past it. I gave the customer service line and was told that they usually will still do a donation.. I've donated for over 10 years on and off and at this location but never have went t

I've been coming here for along time now and the staff know u by name when u are a regular. Brittany and all the staff are really great. Yes sometimes you have too wait but these staff are doing there job and going as fast as they can. Just be patient and u will get through the process as fast as the staff can get you through well being safe. Much appreciated

My wife introduced me to this location and I've been donating here ever since. The staff has been wonderful to me, most especially Mandi and Nikki for being so kind and welcoming. They even got our newborn son a onesie that says "Future Plasma Donor." I love donating here and recommend this location to all my friends and family!

I enjoy coming in and talking with the staff. They are awesome and take good care of us. They are very helpful. Sara is always a joy . She is very welcoming and professional. Definitely makes the donating process fun!

Been coming to this location for awhile now and I always have a great experience. First appointment is always the longest but after that it's a breeze. I can be in and out in about 1 hour/1 hour 10 minutes. The staff are always so nice even when I get there at 730am!

Great donation center. All the staff are outgoing, inviting, and professional. The center is super clean and the pay is top tier especially for new doners, something like $100 for the first visit and $125 for the next 5 donations. Wish I had some kind of constructive criticism but I really don't it was just that smooth. Marlen was awesome, one of the least painful sticks I've ever had while donating 10/10 nicely done thanks for making it a smooth and pain free process ??.

This location is by far the best location I have been to! Mandi, Sid, and Nate always welcome me with a smile and keep the environment clean and friendly. I don't go to any other places even if they pay more because of how great my experience is here. I only trust this location!

These guys always make sure to do their job and take very good care of donors. Karla did a wonderful job sticking me in the arm! The people here not only have amazing people skills, but do their jobs properly with care and effort. Thanks grifols!

The staff here are so wonderful it makes it an easy decision to keep going back. My first donation took a long time, but after that, it has been very consistent. I use the app so I get to skip the kiosks. Recommend 100%.

Donations are quick and easy. Everyone is professional but some are slightly better than others. Sid always greats with a smile and her pokes are nearly pain free.

They said my social security card was too dirty. Even though you can clearly read it and I had it with me, my id and like 5 forms of proof of address. I don't think they realize it took me an hour bus ride to get here and my last 5 bucks. Now I gotta go to another donation place even though I had an appointment and called in today.

They are so great! I love donating here. I get a little pocket change and I get to help someone else in return~ The staff are so nice and the facility is nice! Note your first visit will be the longest, but it doesn't take more than an hour and a half to be done and out the door every visit after. You are allowed 2 donations per week. Your first visit will be a physical and then each visit you answer questions and get a few things checked, like blood, weight etc. I would recommend this place hands down!

I had a great experience last time I came into give plasma! Lupita was very helpful with a great attitude and makes it a pleasant time coming into donate!

Sat for 15 minutes past my appointment time before being seen. Then the tech couldn't set the machine properly, so my donation took 2 hours. Finally someone realized how slow it was and switched arms. Still 2.5 hours long, won't be back.

Great staff they take good care of you very polite want to give Lisa a shout out great job

Marlen at the south Sheridan grifols location is awesome....the rest of the staff is alright...but everyone one of visits to this location is a fast process

Great place and very friendly staff. Been donating twice a week for a while now. Great for a little extra cash

This place is a complete joke! They had me sit there for 3 hours, literally get back to the chair and they tell me they're too busy and they are just gonna take a blood sample and I get a whole $30 whopping dollars for sitting there for 3 hours! Not only that but the compensation for your "life saving plasma" is hilarious. While they shaft you on the compensation they turn around and sell it for hundreds probably thousands of dollars. The CEO's doesn't care about saving lives haven't we learned that already

This has been one of the best donation places I have ever been literally every single person I have met from the time I started donating till now has Has been so amazingly, helpful and sweet. I honestly love this place. I would not wanna go anywhere else. I've been to a couple other places and not everyone was nice like how they are here and they're quick you schedule your appointment you get in you get out you're not waiting for hours. They make the process for donating very smooth and they are very organi

Great staff and great experiences. Everything is efficient and the staff is super friendly. One of the fastest places to donate plasma in the metro area.

Last week I came in as a new doner. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I've been to other places, and it usually takes quite a bit of time to get through the new donor process but here it I was getting through it quite quickly. However, when it came time to take my temperature, this is the first facility I've been to that is using hand held thermometers that go across your forehead. The lady took my temperature and told me I had 100.8 temperature. I knew there was no way that was correct. However, b

Kennedy Was great it was my second donation I felt welcome and definitely would continue to come back.

Staff is great, they move quickly. Their app and express check in is so very helpful.

Had an awesome quick session donating and Brittany made the experience nice and easy. recommend donating here!

Sid is my favorite person, she very sweet and outgoing and always smiling.

Good crew very much treated like family shout-out to Josh!!

For 9 years so to speak I was donating plasma with them, and only on one occasion did I stop donating for more than a year due to the fact that my protein was not good, finally in 2016 I returned as a new donor and apparently for approximately 5 I was donating with them for years, at the end of 2021 unfortunately I was a victim of cobit 19, and obviously you can't donate for two months. Finally, when I recovered, I went to donate and in the first donation everything was fine. When I was going to donate the

Wonderful staff. Made me feel comfortable the entire time.

I can't say enough about how good this place is. I've been going to CSL for years and kind of assumed that's how all donation centers were, but Grifols just blew me away. Friendly people, places to sit when waiting, quick and efficient service. I was a new donor there and the whole process took less than two hours. It was awesome.

I have been donating for 7 years at various places. This is by far my favorite place. All the employees are extremely nice and all donors are nice too. I am in and out within an hour. The new donor bonus was very nice and it levels out to $120 a week. Not too bad! Highly recommend this place!

Sarah,Zack,Jess and everyone there are nice overall better donation Center compaired to other competitors

Lisa Medina is a very good worker and always recommend her!

This is the nicest plasma center I've ever been to. They don't pay you based on your weight! The staff is insanely nice too! You can tell how much people like Samantha and Kris really care. They always talk to me throughout my donation and answer my millions of questions. Sam and Kris put a lot into their work and I hope they get recognized for it!

Josh is awesome. Been coming here for years.

I have had great experiences here since I started coming 10 months ago. I've been to a couple plasma centers and this is absolutely the best one! The staff is amazing, so kind and friendly. They are always moving quickly and taking care of those who come through the door. A very clean facility. I will continue to come here and refer them to anyone!

Extremely friendly staff. This was my first time donating, so I was a bit nervous. From the front desk, to the phlebotomist in the back, everyone in there was helpful and kind. They made sure my whole experience pleasant. I will gladly return.

Everyone here is amazing! The veteran employees and the beginners alike. All are well trained and very informative so well that it's fairly difficult to distinguish between the old and new employees. Miss Nikki is AWESOME and so is Jen (both of them)! I've donated hear for years then left for some time but because this center is so well run, I've found myself back here donating with no intent to leave them anytime soon! ??????

I donated plasma on Saturday this week for $80. I kept checking the balance on my card waiting for the money to be deposited, and after two hours it wasn't there. I thought maybe there's a problem with the system or it is still pending. I tried calling the facility, and they were closed. Now today the balance is still not on there. They are closed today as well. My bank account had to go negative to get gas to go to work, and I only have four diapers left for my child. That $80 was supposed to support me an

Great place of business. All the staff I've met are super friendly and patient. It's a great way to serve your community and get a little something back in return. Overall it'll take I'd say based on my experiences around 1 hour and a half depending on how long it takes the individual to donate. I've been frequenting this establishment for some time and have had no bad interactions. Highly recommend for anyone who's got a little free time and wants to serve the community. 5/5 for sure.

Great staff. The experience was nice!

The center is clean and organized! Staff are friendly.

I've been donating at the center for 6yrs and I will continue to donate here. The staff is amazing and I've only had one problem the whole 6yrs. I've always felt safe with who ever Is doing my needle stick. Always in and out. As long as you take care of yourself, drink lots of water and eat a healthy meal the night before and I promise no problems.

I've been going here for 5 yrs and it has always been very positive experience for me. . All of the technicians are respectful to me.. Since I'm 64 yrs old ???? Thank you everybody ????????

Came here and it was very pleasant!! The ladies here are very nice and friendly. Just made me feel comfortable especially when I hate donating. Quick and easy!! Lol overall I pick the wrong location at first but decided to come back here. Thanks for making the experience a lot more easy then other places.

I had an amazing experience here. As a new donor, it takes awhile which I understand as well as the staff being incredibly short during this time. I cruised through the process. Jess (medical staff) is amazing and is able to keep such a positive attitude even when things seem stressful. I enjoy donating to help others and being reimbursed is a great incentive. This place certainly made up for my first experience of donating.

Awesome staff and even better pay outs then most..love it here

Most of the staff here is amazing. I feel like I've worked with nearly everyone on the floor and they all offer something to make your visit pleasant. There is one power tripping nurse that just does things her way instead of the right way. I also had to speak to one manager on a Saturday afternoon just before close who was ridiculously rude. Despite this one incident with this one b!tch, everyone else here is just great and I won't let her tarnish the pleasant professionalism of all the other employees. I

Was such a great experience. The staff members are always in high spirits make your time worth while. Always feel welcome. Thanks Liz M. She has amazing people skills and is very good at her job. Always makes you feel comfortable.

I love Talecris Sheridan! I used to go to Biolife but made the switch. It's crazy how everyone here is so genuinely nice. The experience here makes me comfortable and I already have met most the techs. Two me there's a huge difference in buddy the way you're treated. Thank you!

Avoid the old sandy blonde haired woman in the back. She was so busy trying to act like she was cool that she blew out my vein. I had a 4 inch bruise. Was told I couldn't donate again until it heals. Now it has healed and I still can't book an appointment on the app and no one Is answering the phones.

Had a really good experience here. The staff was friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable donating for the first time ever. The woman who did my physical was very nice. It does take 3 hours your first time, but I was given fair warning that that would be the case, and there was very little sitting and waiting. Even though it was crowded I got in and started with the process right away. Would recommend this location, and will be back for more donations.

This place is so amazing! The staff is so friendly and welcoming make me feel at home hehe ?? I love coming here! They always take care of me here! 10/10 recommend coming and checking it out

I have been donating for going on two years and I love Jen Delaney Kris Dawn and Gail!!!! They are so kind helpful and go above and beyond!!! There are others as well just don't know there names but I can safely say you won't need sorry if you take the time to get to know them!!! Just like any where they are over worked and respond to your attitude so if your rude you can't expect them to be overly nice. They are people too they have bad days maybe you should be the exception and bless them!!! Love these pe

This place is amazing. They all make me feel like a VIP when I come in. They know my name and are genuinely great people. People who are saying negative things are people who are not following the basic rules of the establishment. Or people are just coming in with a bad attitude. Which causes issues. I go every single week. Twice a week and I see for myself some of the rudest people come in there. The donors are a problem at times...not the staff. Do what you are told and fix your attitude and all will be

I will not lie. I was pretty nervous when I came in here the first time or two. Though, with the care and professionalism of staff like Liz, I felt very comfortable and lost all concern quickly. I am truly thankful for the good experiences that people like Liz ha offered me and because of staff like Liz, I will continue to come to this location only. Thank you Liz and all the great staff here.

I've been donating plasma now for 3 months! I'm very happy going to this location! The workers are so kind and gentle! If I had a problem they are right there to resolve it! I'm hoping the bonuses go a little higher for the holidays? Anyway 5 stars is well deserved to most all of the workers! Thank you for your kind words and great care!

Was treated extremely rudely by staff when asking to end my donation early. I was guilty into staying by two staff members who claimed by not finishing my donation I would not be paid the posted amount. Would very much like to speak with management in person about this situation as I don't appreciate being harassed by staff when I have a giant needle in my arm.

it was my first time donating and sarah was super nice she gave me a cliff bar and Powerade she made me feel safe and comfortable , will be donating again

I have been going to Talecris Lakewood for years and love my interactions with staff. They have some folks that have been there forever and do a great job training the new ones. Through all of the changes they remain professional, even when donors do not. I appreciate all of the incentives provided for faithful donors and that these plasma donations are providing life savings medications. Thanks for all your services to this community!

I've donated before through another company in another state and this was a much better experience. Every staff member was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me, and although first time donor process does take some time they all made it as painless as possible. I will come back here again. Very clean facility. One person that did my initial check in was Jozette, very helpful, kind and professional. I want to thank all the staff for giving this an entirely different view and experience than

Probably one of the most comfortable places to be the staff made me feel comfortable for my first time, I will continue to go for now on, staff was amazing movies good people around

I have been going here almost 2 months. I have never seen a cleaner medical facility in my life! The people are all nice but I especially like Nikki. She always greets me by name when I come through the door if she's in the front. Regardless, I always get a cheerful hello from her no matter where we meet. Rock on TPR!

The process is quick and easy. Everyone was very friendly and the overall experience is rewarding. Kris, brittani and the rest of the staff were funny and made the visit go by fast

Friendly & knowledgeable phlebotomists. Especially Josh.

This place is really nice and the staff is lovely, but I wish the rules were more standardized. Different employees have different rules about temperatures and whether or not you can retake them. It gets really confusing when you hear a different thing every time. That's the only reason for 3 stars instead of 5

?????????? Employees are rude here. I had questions and the woman in front with the glasses was short with me, just kept repeating the same answer when I had a follow up question. Not exactly how you want to be treated if your are a new donor and are nervous about the process. Do yourself a favor and go to the other location off colfax and carr. Nicer staff, cleaner place that actually make you feel like your a person not just another inconvenience.

I am impressed with how kind staff members are. They give knowledge of what is necessary to be able to donate and why a person may not be able to donate. People should understand that there is the another side to giving. The receiving part is so important too. It's not just about getting money for the donation. It's not all about the giver and the money. Lighten up to those who have bad additude toward the staff.

After sitting in the waiting room for approximately 30 minutes And ignored I left. When I arrived I was one of 2 in the waiting room. They called the gentleman that was there before me skipped me and took the person after me who had appeared to be friends of the staff. I expressed my concern that I was in a rush, just how the lady did who they took and skipped me. Understanding that donating takes time and the most that I can do is plan for it accordingly I didn't plan to have my time disrespected or my pla

Nikki is one of the most amazing, kindhearted people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She brings sunshine everywhere she goes and does SO much for this center with the most beautiful, positive energy. Please give her and everyone else at this center a raise!! She and the other employees of this center have been heroes to show up during the pandemic to help people in need. Thank you SO much!

I've donated plasma for YEARS and this is BY FAR the friendliest plasma center I've ever been to! Literally every stage of the process is wonderful and everyone makes you feels so cared for. This is the first time I've experienced actually looking forward to donating plasma instead of it being a "chore". 10/10 highly recommend this location.

They are great! Everyone is super nice and helpful. It takes a little long, but they have tons of people coming to donate. They are much better than CSL! I especially like Elsa, Nikki B. and James. They are always happy, efficient, and make this whole process much better!

Never had a problem before. All the workers are very professional. A screener names Elizabeth has a positive attitude, and is always quick to answer any questions as many of the staff is. I always trust the staff with my health thank you to the staff and keep it up.

I was banned for life over a mistake I made that happened three years ago, I'm so hurt and upset that I can't help people ever again because of it. I accidentally got a date wrong when putting my information in, I understand it's important to tell the truth and that it's important to look over information, I made a mistake and it's so upsetting that I can't help people because of it I have dyslexia and got a date wrong and I would never do it to harm to in danger people and I wish they would let me fix the

This has been a wonderful experience for me. The team that works here are very kind, compassionate & pleasant. It makes me feel good that I'm donating to a good cause to help others. I've had nothing but a great experience here! I will continue to do this....????

I was running late to my appointment, I called the and asked the if I still was able to go in and the lady said yes . When I get there it was 223pm and my appointment was at 215' the phone starts ringing and she answered. She was on the phone for about 3 min laughing and talking nice to the other person. When she hang down the call I asked, I had an appt and she said you only have a 10 min to be late, I was there on time but it wasn't my fault that she answered the phone. Really bad costumer service in this

Appointments for the required exams stop 3 hours prior to closing. This is inconvenient enough for the customer, but in addition, donors do not always get reminded that their exam is coming up. Then, since appointments need to be scheduled in advance, the exam has to get rescheduled which usually needs to be on a different day which can have high likelihood of creating significant hassle for the customer (donor). Even for regular donations, if someone (due to traffic/weather, sudden work schedule changes,

I have been going to this place for over 3 years. The staff here is friendly and make it very welcoming. Not only am I helping save lives it also puts extra cash in my pocket when I need it fast. ?? Love this place. Its so convenient.

Talecris Plasma Resources is GREAT! Staff is awesome, and the place is clean. I've donated almost a year and enjoy the kind, fun, professional atmosphere. I am blessed to have the opportunity to make a little extra $$$ and help people that need Plasma! I've had no issues here, and will continue to donate! I highly recommend this center!!

Im using my bfs account my real name is Leandra. Anyways, I've never had a problem here at this center. A few years back I tried to donate but was deferred because of piercings and tattoos which was no biggie.. so I waited and went back. The beginning process is long but hey they have to be thorough with every thing and it's worth it. I looked online beforehand on what needed to be done to donate to make sure I wouldn't get deferred for any reason and to make sure I would be a good enough donor. Yea people

1st, a shout-out to Jessica for speedy and friendly customer service. 2nd, this plasma donation center has had the best customer service and experience that I've ever had of all the plasma centers I've ever been to. I highly recommend you come. however, it is very popular so you might want to make an appointment ahead of time.

It's a great feeling to be helping people who need plasma for life saving medications. The staff is friendly (especially Jess who always has a smile on her face). They have great protocols during COVID. It usually takes about two hours for the whole process, but it's sometimes taken up to three when they are busy.

Go in here for a wonderful cause and you get paid for it. The staff here are friendly and efficient. Jessica was super rad, and answered all the questions I had about the process. I went in for samples a couple days ago, and will be back soon to see Scout and Jeremy again to donate!

Shoutout to Mandi, love her life.

I make an extra $120 a week . The staff is AMAZING. Nikki was gentle, kind and professional. I highly recommend this establishment.

Elizabeth Mayen is hands down one of the sweetest, most polite employees at this location! She radiates good energy and is very helpful and professional when it comes to needing any questions answered during a visit! She gets a five star rating in my book!

Wow! Some of these reviews make me wonder how some people survive. The staff is always friendly. If im deferred, it's because there is something wrong with me and it's for my protection. Thank you for a job well done!

I just want to say thank you so much to all the amazing staff members at Grifols in Lakewood! Yeah, sure they can hurt you with a finger poke here and a arm poke there, but they are all super sweet in the end. Plus they give you money when you leave! So either keep saving lives or start saving lives, but do it at Talecris Plasma Resources or Aka Grifols in Lakewood off Sheridan and Alameda.

I transferred over from another location and have been here for about a month And it has been night and day when it comes to efficiency with the staff here. It is incredibly slow, you can come and be the 1st or 2nd person and can take 45 mins to get through screening process and hookup and takes only 53 mins to donate. Although the staff are nice they need to find another speed then slower than a turtle. Edit? This place is a joke, waited 30 mins and left. Was informed they had no phlebotomy staff on site a
