This place is horrible on time and management on the floor in the back. They want to do anything else other than there job. They have beds full of people to be stuck and there running there mouths and do anything else. So don't come here if your looking for a quick visit. The people in back don't care and it will be 45 mins before they start the process in the back.

I have been donating here for almost 8 years and I love the people there! They become like family and treat you very well! I've donated at other places and none come close to the Grifols in Monroe. If you're in need of some quick and easy money, go to Grifols on Desiard!

Grifols is impressive. The staff has a great customer service. My experience is always good and fast.

There is a woman named Ashley who wears a stitch name tag, DO NOT LET HER STICK YOU!!! She can not stick and she bruised me. They wouldn't let me donate until the doctor comes, once a week.

The staff are all very nice and makes you feel welcome from the time you walk in until the time you walk out. Facility is clean. Staff is professional and will remember you and jokes around to help you relax. 2 weeks later and my review is the same. I really enjoy coming here and the friendliness of the staff.

Very caring and professional. You are treated with respect. It is a 3 hour one time screening and if you miss a couple of months between donating you will have to be screened again, it's protocol. I love coming here. Different, unique personalities. The employees here make donating fun. Sometimes lines get long but that's anywhere, worth the wait,nice people, good place to donate.

Ridiculous wait times. Half the employees good and the other half need to be let go. Be at the front booth on their phone texting, no sense of urgency, be mad looking like they hate their job. If you don't want to be here get the heck out!

The employees care more about socializing, and checking phones/smart watches than they do your time. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLASMA CENTER I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Also, they seem to always be understaffed. Management needs to get their employees in line, or find new management.

I have been here for hours and hours waiting to be signed up as a new donor. All I see are people behind the desk, laughing and cutting up, no one is working. Ive literally been here for almost 5 hours. They don't treat you like any other company treats a customer or a guest. No one has a name tag on so you have no clue who is who. They know your here because you need the money and therefore they do whatever they want, talk to you however they want and take how long they want because they know you'll stay..

Update - 2nd Saturday that they have lost my paper and skipped me. I've been here 2 hours and have been pushed to the back of the line repeatedly. I nicely ask for this to be checked and they act like I'm crazy. I'd appreciate the manager contacting me because this is totally unacceptable Waited for 2 hours while the whole back section of 20 chairs was totally empty. Read that again - 20 empty machines with techs standing around. Seriously? It's very obvious there is zero concern for your time here

This is a great place to go. Staff is very friendly and fast. The new system they have now is the best, wait time is a minimum. The staff know me when I walk in. I would suggest this place to anybody that likes to help save lives!

I really like that this place is open 7 days a week. Most of the employees were funny with good conversations. This was my first time donating and the experience was fine. Help save someone's life by donating. If you have nothing to do today, tomorrow or the next day then come save a life please.

This is the best lab in Monroe LA, very fast , not time wasting , pays good, & its great for meeting new people. The staff are best , no attitudes or nothing. Its just a get in there & get out thing.

They are just unprofessional they left the needle in my arm for over and hour and it was high pressure and my arm swelling need better staff

Yesterday we arrived at 1:15 they said they weren't taking anymore people bc they closed at 3 but to come back tomorrow...So 15 mins out and I to let them know we'd be arriving they said the nurse had an emergency situation which they can't control .. I really believe they aren't telling the truth and just like I'm trying to give money for plasma their people out there really needing it..If they don't want to do their job that's important to others then they should find another place to work bc this is una

Have been coming here for some time now and the Staff is one of the most unprofessional group of employees. The ones at the front can't even do a simple finger stick correctly. When something is said to them they get an attitude.

We have updated the staff along with the facility, so if it's been a while since you have been here come on by. We have added many employees in all positions and have decreased the wait time to an average of 90 minutes on most of the days. If you ever have any issues, don't hesitate to ask for me. I love that they updated the place, it looks really good. I wish the phlebotomist were a bit more professional. The newer girls seem professional but there are two girls who have been there for a very long time and they act very unprofessional and impatient with the donors. One is Pam I don't know the other one but I think management needs to speak to them about the way they treat the donors and also their fellow workers too. Update the staff along with the building management!

Rudest ppl I have ever met very unprofessional.. and Noone seems to know what's going on when you ask questions... different answer from every employee and they get attutude like youre bothering them . Even the manager is rude when you try to complain and threatens to defer if you want to push the complaint. Needs new management and professional training for all employees

I've been coming here for 6 months regularly as I miss a day my days change to later in the week. When I ask if I could change my days back to sometime earlier in the week I was I had to skip a week. That doesn't make since but that's exactly what I'm doing.

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL... staff speaks to donors as if they are all just bums. I JUST overheard them tell a guy pump faster, you probably dont have a home but we're trying to go home. Not one person has on a name tag so I dont have her name but any real investigation into this besides and auto generated message would be nice. I will also be going to your website to submit on the contact us.... as well as reaching out to the proper officials to regarding the lack of rules being enforced

I've been donating for a few years now, have had the days that weren't as good as the rest but that's life. Everyone here is respectful even when being fussed at. I have had nothing but good experiences at Talecris.

My experiences have always been pleasant. The workers are friendly and they get you in and out depending on blood flow. I won't don't anywhere else!!!!!! They also show good movies to keep you at ease!!!

They told me that I couldn't give plamas do a lie they told me and I well every go to this center again in my life and the front is so bad and they well make u say something to them you don't want to say. They would put fork before you they know and you be sitting there 2 hours before them and they would tell they call your name you must been outside when call you. And you know they haven't call your name because you been sitting there hold time and they will tell a lie quick. To y'all didn't go they!!!

Terrible, Someone sent my new folder off to the warehouse, instead of my old folder. Now I've been waiting almost a month for them to still not have it back at the center. I came there to donate because from what I remembered, they used to be professional and helpful. Now that I'm back after about a year, I see everything has changed. I think I'd rather go back to Octapharma on Louisville and get paid less for my donation, just so I know that Things will be handled in a professional manner.

This is the best place to stay in lines and people only is the best way to Savers a like to give and give respect to donor and and staff members but that do a great job in their work and support plus it's pay off but giving blessings too people's in the the world. so if you know that I know Save a Life and give another life to save better peoples in the world is best to save other people in the world but I love saving a life every chance I get so god blessed the world?

Fast, Friendly and Profitable. Extra money that only takes a few hrs twice a week. Having a child that required blood products and tons of medicines, I understand the importance of healthy people that donate plasma.

I have been going to This plasma center for years now, they have always taken very good care of me. They have tons of opportunity to make extra money. Talcries has a well trained staff and everyone here is friendly. Fastest plasma lab around and Clean building they have also done some remodeling and it looks great! All in all I will continue to donate here and hope others will to!

I called the grifols company and it says your first visit should be no more than 2 hours. This is my 3rd day coming here as a new donor and I have waited for over 6 hours each day and still have made no progress. They need someone specifically for new donors because they literally just take their time and do it when they feel like it. This is ridiculous.

I have donated here about 10 times now and all i have to say is the screening staff is lousy! Have fun waiting three hours to not even been seen by a phlebotomist. This place needs serious new management because they are lazy. The workers like to stand around and hoot and holler with a select few patients. You can't hear them call your name when you finally get to see one of the women who do the screening process. It's the worst place ever to donate at. I've donated there three times these past few months. They're so unprofessional. Very rude and disrespectful to their donators. Well except their friends. If they know you youre in fast and out fast. When my husband went to donate the first time they forgot about him. The donation process is great, but they don't answer phone calls. I keep calling, but I've never gotten an answer. I've had to make extra trips to the center just to ask a question.
