Grifols Talecris Plasma Donation Center Moorhead, MN

I love Grifols. Every time I am here the staff are so friendly and kind. I especially love Kal, she does my pokes perfect every time. Jennifer always remembers things I tell her and makes me experience very personal. She's so fun to talk with. Jackie is amazing as well. I love Joe?s trivia he has every time. Hannah is also so lovely. Honestly they are all amazing. Going to be sad when I move and have to find a new plasma center because the staff is so welcoming

Cut me off from the kiosk after coming up there to donate. Me and another guy and I was 75% of way done w my kiosk. Chris the manager sucks for that. Thanks for wasting my time. I donate 2x a week for past 10 yrs. Yup Me again. Sat an hour waiting to get into a bed. And when I did finally get in one I continue to wait. And watch the two workers (the bigger gal, and Jackie) I think it was really irregular to have me sitting like I did and still continue to wait 20 min to even be approached. Idk her name bu

The staff are always kind and caring with donors, even when they are overflowing with donors, they try their best to keep the queue moving and they work together to figure it out. Angie, Kal, Nikki, Jackie, Katie, and Donna are awesome. So much better here than at my old Grifols donation center, the workers actually talk to their donors and act as if they care, and I appreciate that.

I set a new donor appointment for 3pm at 3:45 I asked how much longer before I get called back and I'm met with terrible attitude stating that they only have one nurse and it could be up to another hour. I set time up to donate and I only have so much time set aside. I wasted an hour sitting in that lobby watching as a half dozen people who were obviously high on meth walk in and go straight back to donate. I am embarrassed that I even went in that building with all the homeless and addicts sitting around t

One of the worst places to give. Not sure why you even schedule an appointment. I often wait upwards of 20 yo 30mons after my appt time before the process even starts. Matter of a fact that is exactly whats happening now. Multiple employees standing around talking while 1 woman has to check in a lobby with 7 people waiting.

Bre is an amazing lady. She is so professional and has a amazing sense of humor. She just loves ti smile and does anything she can to help you be comfortable and see you smile.

Had a horrible experience on Sat, Dec 21. I specifically asked for Jackie to poke me and I would've waited for any length of time to an I stated such. But Dan jumped in, someone who has NEVER poked me before, and AGAIN I asked for Jackie. But he insisted. When it went wrong and I began to bleed, Mike came & made it worse. My R arm was horribly bruised. In the end, I could not get my blood returned. Now I am deferred until Feb of 2025. Dan was incredibly rude because "his feelings were hurt." I am fed up wit

The staff is great and nice, however, wait times are a lot longer than BioLife, not to mention the music. I have never heard such horrendous music in my life. They play it super loud and not a single song did I even recognize, nor did they sound good. I swear they're trying to annoy either the donors or the workers because boy I've never had a worse headache from dogshit music I've listened to in my entire life, at least turn it down. Waited for an hour to get screened, with only 3 people seen in that time. and still had about another hour wait before I would get seen so just left since I still had 3 more people infront of me to be seen first. Please fix your appointments so people are not waiting forever. When you get in everything is fine but the wait times are getting out of hand again.

I've been a donor at Talecris for 5+ years! The staff are always more than personable, very kind, and a joy to be around. I never have any issues with my sticks, the phlebotomists are very good at what they do here! ?? I definitely recommend everyone who's interested in donating to come to Talecris!

With the military I've donated off and on all over the country throughout the last decade. Found my first few donations to be very smooth with the Moorhead, MN facility. Really like how you can do the questionnaire on their App makes the overall process a little shorter. Facility is clean and staff was very nice. No complaints so far.

Sat and there for an hour before being connected to the machine, the whole ever couldn't hit the vein had to ha someone else come and change the needle in the same spot. the told it's reliant on my pumping when ive never had issues anywhere else.

Hope you don't have a problem with the manager named angie, because if you listen to their site manager and tell him that if there's a phlebotomist that pokes you that bruises you every time let them know in the beginning that way they don't put you in that area, if you do tell them you get told at the end of your visit that you're being disrespectful by doing what the site manager told you to do? And then when you repeat what the site manager told you then you're being disrespectful and that manner as well

I switched over here from a different local plasma collection center. The difference is night and day. These people actually took the time to explain everything, answered any question that I had, checked in repeatedly to make sure that everything was OK. And then a follow up phone call the next day to make sure that I felt OK and everything was OK. And when you call, you can actually connect with somebody. And if you can't, and you leave a voicemail, they actually call you back. I cannot recommend enough.

Absolutely ridiculous time Don't ever expect to schedule an appointment and for them to be on time. Always expect to sit around for at least a half hour longer then the scheduled time.

The staff is very friendly one stands out in particular Kal I believe that was her name she just gave me the best stick I've ever had it was soooo smooth I didn't feel a thing I wouldn't of known it was in if I didn't watch her do it...thank you Kal and all of talecris you guys do a good job

Multiple times have I been there only to be ignored while the staff stands in back chatting and laughing. They need to be a more attentive and caring towards their clients and just do their job.

Staff are very friendly and professional. Rarely ever a wait when I've gone in the middle of to late mornings. Pay-outs are quick. Procedure is a bit different from many plasma centers I've visited, and seems more streamlined. Definitely recommend. Tell them Wesley Derby sent ya.

I made the switch to Talecris and I wouldn't go back. The staff is amazing and it's a great way to make some extra cash while also helping others. The service is also fast takes only 45-1 hour in and out!!

While I was being screened another employee came up to us and told me there was a dress code and handed me a shirt. I felt very ashamed and self conscious, as I wasn't even aware there was a dress code for donors. All their website says about clothes is to dress comfortably. I'm not claiming I would wear what I was wearing to church or anything, but it was my day off and I was outside a lot today. I just made my first donation at Grifols Talecris and it was the BEST donation experience I have ever had. Nikki was my nurse who helped me with paperwork and did my physical and she was amazing! Super welcoming and friendly, and a great nurse. Definitely recommend!!!

ROCK SOLID REVIEW! Joe was a champ taking me through the process. Clear and concise communication. Very personable unlike another plasma company in the area thar has a reputation to treat people like cattle. There are so many great workers there. I did have a bad stick but the workers are always on top of it. And when I come with a bruise from the donation before they are admitting on learning who to help to stop it from happening again. They are extremely friendly and I enjoy coming back. They have become more like a family. Most know me by name and are always so inviting. I have been donating off and on for about 5 years now. And as long as I can I will always come back!

You to donate here very often, but lately the staff members have no respect for my time even if I make an appointment I'm sitting in the lobby for hours before I'm served. And when I bring it up to staff members, they blocked my account Like I did something wrong by complaining about how long it takes even after I make an appointment and show up exactly what I'm supposed to.

There are several staff members that help create a welcoming atmosphere. For the regular donors, there is a feeling of friendship and for newcomers there is a feeling of understanding and certain trust. Bre has a smile and pleasant personality that brightens every room she walks into.

Angie, Katie, Donna , princess and Savannah are so wonderful. Everyone is great at their jobs, come to grifols , you will not regret it, wonderful stuff, clean place.

Every time I come in to donate the staff is very polite and extremely helpful, today I was helped by Bre, and she was absolutely amazing. I had a few questions and she was more than eager to answer them HONESTLY.! So thank you Bre. However, I feel like donors should absolutely be paid more than just $40 for their donations. Stopped in to donate plasma for the first time today. Nikki was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. All of the staff I encountered were quite friendly. Very pleasant atmosphere and the procedure itself was really easy.

I used to go to Biolife but i regret not coming here sooner. Employees like Kal and Evyn get me set up quickly and virtually painlessly. It's truly a pleasant experience every time.

This place has the best people!! As a previous extremely unhappy Biolife customer I was absolutely floored with my visit at Grifols. Every interaction with the Grifols employees was outstanding. I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised. I do have to give a shout out to Joe and Nikki, they rocked the experience and made me feel as though I was family. Absolutely LOVE Talecris! Their entire staff is amazing. I have had such great experiences since I have started donating a few years ago. Even when I have had trouble with the process. The place is clean and welcoming.

Terrible faculty, they are very slow at getting things done, they don't check on you throughout your donation like biolife does, and they just don't share the same excitement like biolife in Moorhead does, the only person on their staff doing their job in a timely and friendly matter is Joe, Kayla B, and Jennifer. Bre conducts her work at Talecris as a quality professional that I come to expect when donating plasma. She is kind and super considerate of my expectations as a customer. I like how quick and easy it is to donate. It takes me about an hour to be in and out. All that for the pay they give is worth it. Bre has done my screening today (01/03/24) and she's a wonderful person. Atmosphere is very relaxed and I have had no problems whatsoever in my experience here since I first started donating. What a great place! Bre is exceptional in all she does. She makes the donors feel comfortable. Just wish there were more bonuses as there hasn't been any in a while. I have suggested several times to put scenic photos in the screening booths to calm donors, especially during blood pressure and pulse screening

They have screening booths, is not just a counter where everyone can hear your weight, blood pressure, etc. Also if you have difficult veins to find, this is the place where you want to come to donate, they do have the best phlebs, all of them are super friendly.

extremely understaffed. The staff are nice but it's always wait and wait I used to go there last year it was relatively better I started coming this year again and my experience is basically WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT. There is a crazy ton of wait in every step. It took 30 minutes laying on the bed before someone did anything about it. The women working the floor spend way too much talking to each other. It's consistently 45 minutes after my scheduled time before I get connected to the machine, regardless of how busy it is. They always blame it on being short staffed but you can watch them and see how much time is wasted gossiping and giggling. Your lives aren't that interesting, I know because I get to overhear way too much

You are helping to save lives, and making easy money while enjoying some "me" time. It is true that sometimes the waiting time is long, but knowing this in advance I don't come here with limited time, and "budget" at least 2? hours for the donation. I do take into account that I have hard veins and my donations take longer than average. So I take this time to enjoy a book, listen to music, or watch Netflix. It's always a win-win. The staff it's amazing and if you have "bad" veins this is the place to go.

Been going here since I turned 18 and it's been fantastic. The workers have been very kind and they do good work. I've never had a bad time coming in and donating!

This center has a lot of great employees which make the donation experience quite enjoyable. They have also greatly improved on their wait times over the years. They now offer water and snacks by the exit door under the "recovery area' sign!

If you want to spend 3-4 hours here everytime you donate. Come here. I don't even know why they have appointments honestly. I took some time off from donating and not to my surprise they still are so unorganized when it comes to prioritizing donors. People with appointments after you will get stuck and leave before you even get stuck. There is no sense of urgency and care for people's time. Will be my last time donating here for a while until they get a better system.

My appointment was at 6:15 it is now 7:08 have not got stuck... this actually happens every time. This is a legitimate question should I always plan for an hour for the interview and an hour for the draw? I use to go to biolife and their entire process is less then an hour I have never been here less then 2 hours even when it's dead. I love the staff and the money is better the wait times are just wild and I see comments about it going back to 2018 seems like they just reply and say they will do better ...

I had an issue with my washer stopping during the last cycle. I called appliance pros and he was able to come the following morning and replace the part needed as well as adjusted the washer door to fit more properly! Now our washer runs perfectly! He was also able to give me some tips on detergents and how to load correctly for the best use! Awesome service! Ide definitely recommend.

A slightly better experience overall than a competitor I donated at back when I lived in a different state. Grifols is consistently on point when it comes to their phlebs' training. Really nothing of note during this visit. The draw went well and I was in and out.

Staff is great but even when they are slow it takes almost an hour to get hooked up. It's a mind numbingly slow process. 6:45 appointment today, got connected at 7:40 and there were only 3 people in front of me when I got here. This is almost every time. Plan 2 hours per visit.
