Far and away the best in the OKC METRO. Best staff from front to back. Best attitude. They are professionals and care about what they are doing. I have been here over year now and I have noticed maybe 1-2 staff members who have left and 1-2 new ones take their place. I do not have an issue or even a suggestion for any one of them. They are the best team across the board and I've been to three other places in the city.

Jamie is the sole reason I will be avoiding this location. Don't really feel like getting belittled before donating do not recommend. Jessica was lovely and got me to their other locations where I can avoid front staff like that.

I had an all around terrible experience. Laid in the bed for 30 minutes ready to donate before anyone came. And they give the wrong info out. I was told that I would get one amount and ended up getting much less. If I was a new donor I would stay away from this place. Very unprofessional. If I could give half a star I would. Will not be going back ever again.

I've been to every plasma center but Grifols can be the fastest one in the OKC metro. I really love everyone here but Seljia is my favorite. She is kind and friendly so friendly. Would recommend them getting more employees because you can sit in a chair for a while and hear a lot of people have to take there breaks like a hour after they start work which is crazy

I forgot that I left a bad review one day. I was so frustrated cause I couldn't get through over the phone. They're cool though over all. The money comes clutch and you're helping people at the same time. It's a win win.

If you choose to donate plasma I would not recommend this center I have donated here for awhile now and I can say for sure it has went down hill there's hardly enough staff to run the place accordingly and the manager Bridgett seems scatter brainedand focused on the wrong this vs running things smoothly she will literally stop her workers in the middle of doing a donors stick and send them on break meanwhile the donor who has already waited 30 minutes after being out on the bed has to wait even longer while

This facility is great. The staff is always helpful and pleasant.

Place has declined. Front desk employees are usually rude and/or inattentive. Donors that wait are loud, disruptive, on thier phones, playing music, watching videos, causing others to not her their names being called. A couple of the screeners act just as ghetto, talking loudly, laughing, playing, not focusing on the job or individual, putting your information out so loud so everyone knows your overweight with hypertension, talking while they stick you, alot of staff gone, staff just rude, very few courteou

Donating here has been the best experience with any plasma donation center I've been to. The scheduling and getting called back and hooked up is awesome. I tend to get sick during the draw and the tech was so wonderful when I told her she said, she could lower it down and gave me the number to give for the draw and return every time I donate. I've been coming ever since thanks to her.

Absolutely the best staff I can always count on khyra and Trese when I visit both girls are attentive and do what they need to do to in order to make every visit go smoothly and make this plasma center the best one in OKC I do recommend this plasma center to anyone that wants to donate plasma This is where you want to be!

The head black lady in charge does a great job and keeps her composure under pressure i def have to give them their flowers! Today was a lot for them to handle being under staffed today

The service isnt very fast so if you plan to donate I'd budget in about 2 hours. The facilites are clean, the staff are nice and the money's good though. Also, avoid coming in around the holdiays, they're usually terribly understaffed around then and its very hectic.

All the staff here are great except the center manager. When I was there a few days ago she was screaming and berating an employee in front of other workers as well as myself who was just there to donate. I found it very unprofessional and very crude she's how old and acting like that. The only thing she should be managing is her attitude and her mouth. Everyone else perfect fantastic chefs kiss. Never go to this place. Ked plasma and CSL are far better options. This company issues a card that will steady take money out for any and every transaction including checking the balance. Never have I had a card go negative before on its own and it's all because the automated system put in place of the card. Wrong ATM? -$5 , card got declined cuz there wasn't enough? -$3 . Really do love this plasma center my visits are always a good experience I donate 2 times a week faithfully the staff has always been attentive and professionally friendly they even remember who you are which is to me thoughtfully nice. Will not be returning they offer 40 $ for ur fist tat donation but then tell u ur second is 75$ but what they don't tell u is if u don't donate during the week u don't receive the 75$ it resets every Sunday i only got 80 $ for both my last visits they do not post the time reset at all

Very unprofessional staff at desk, letting others with later appointments bypass those with set timed appointments, Indian man was very disrespectful. The above was 3 months ago, same thing again on 4/30/2025......set an appointment, check in before appointment...... people with later appointments go ahead of you.....why set an appointment?

Talecris is a great place to donate and they get you in and out on Time but they are also patient and gentle and they're very cautious on how they poking stick you

I am absolutely and unequivocally mortified at what this individual did to me. The company is extremely clean and it's always fast. They have some of the best staff I've been around, so professional and dedicated. They're still great til this day

Money takes 5 minutes to hit the account once they log it in if it takes any longer than that then employees are seriously being lazy

Compared to others, their new machines get the job done in 7 cycles versus 13. That's a savings of 25 minutes!

The place is clean, nice and quiet. They do show movies on the TV or news. Not much of a wait, also downloading the app does help make the process easier and more efficient. The employees are nice and always make sure you are good before donating. So far it has been good with no complaints.

It's been cool and clean. Here lately the wait has gotten longer but no big deal. However the older lady who does vitals is rude. The girl at the desk was showing me how to schedule an appointment and she just grabs my phone from me so she can see too. 3 of us were scheduled at the same time and they called for us to get in line and she makes it her point to tell us one at a time and to form a line. We'll obviously we all can't go in at once. The scheduling sucks so far hopefully they get it worked out.

I've been going to this place for years.It has gone down the drain with rude un professional workers. Never in ten years have I been bruised but in the last six weeks i've been bruised by the same worker who bullied me and berated me in front of people today for her mistake. Let's talk about the unprofessionalism for one. They never asked me for my i'd. number. Instead, they announced my name loudly and then asked if that was my name. By far the best place I've donated. Other places I've spent hours just waiting to be taken back this place takes you straight back, does your vitals etc then to your bed. Every time I have gone here I'm in and out in an hour or less other places take an before your even getting started. And all the people here are very nice.

Had my first bad experience with 1 of the staff that poke an he ain't have know care that he was digging in past the vain an pokes me without the cuff on an then I bleed out an he just whipped it an threw his gloves off like he was mad because he did wrong man I been coming here since 2010 an this is the worst experience I done ever had here it helps in life but if they don't care about they jobs an patience no more gone have to make a change because it was unsanitary an unbelievable how it's started an end

This place has some of the most friendliest employees in the field. This place is getting ridiculous. It should take 2-3 hours just to go through screening WITH AN APPOINTMENT!! Making appointments has done absolutely nothing good and has only made these people slower!! This is ridiculous! Either limit the amount of appointments at one time or hire more people!!!!!! No excuse for an appointment to take that long

Love the people here but wondering what the point of having to do appointments if it still takes you and hour and a half to even be hooked up. I understand they are going as fast as they can and not necessarily their fault; but maybe don't have as many appointments in 1 time slot ya know?.

Today i go in, do vitals go to the back get put on a table at 1:15, The woman that hooked the person up next to me says she has to use the restroom. Goes too the restroom comes back 15 minutes later. I patiently wait not saying anything. Now its after 1:45 im still not hooked up, i turn to my partner next to me who is almost done with her donation and tell her im just going to wait outside not being rude not having a attitude of any kind . Love this place!!! The the staff is very friendly... "my personal favorite's are Michelle & Sherry.... they're the best" I have had really bad experiences in the past at different donating center's but not here ?? and it's a really quick process. They get you in and out as quick as they can and it's very clean center. I'd definitely recommend this center!!!!

Great atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff..always donor bonuses which is nice too..only twice did I not get paid out correctly. If I take time out to come donate because of $100 dollar bonus via text, I'd hope to get paid out correctly after showing each person I communicated with in the process and it was written on my paperwork. Mistakes happen, but it's inconvenient nonetheless. That's frustrating when you cant get a soul to answer a phone to fix the issue in the evening but Telecris is a clean
