Everyone I have seen, talked to, or had in any way has been nothing short of amazing. They take time to listen to you, answer all questions Friendly faces with a deep knowledge of the main goal. Helping those who donate. I'll never go anywhere else but here Very clean, safe, and friendly (even other donors). The building is never short of immaculate caring and clean.. every single visit.

Been coming here since I was 18.. if I could save a life everyday I definitely would. It's not always about what you can get out of something, but more so of how you can benefit someone else. It actually helps me stay more on the healthier side. It helps me stay hydrated, eating more protein, & keeps my iron high. Love, love, love donating!

The stuff people say fake asf they nice and collected and don't gotta restick unless your vane to small very great staff

People here a wonderful I've been here for almost a year now and I never had a problem. Helpful staff they help my wife find cancer in her when the doctor didn't even know what she had.... I would highly recommend people to come here

I've been donating at this location, regularly, for a few years now. (I have over 100 donations) It started as just something I'd do for a few months to raise money for an Italy trip and oddly became something I kept doing even after the trip. I was someone who was DEATHLY afraid of needles but the phlebotomists here really helped me with that. There isn't a single person here who I don't trust to stick me. They all know me by name and I know them. They truly care about you and your wellbeing here. Even the

I enjoy giving plasma. Been going for about a year now. At times it's busy and waiting for awhile. No worries as the workers do their best. When the wait can be up to 2 hours I do not like to sit the whole time. I stand and walk. Respect the workers and stay in the waiting area. Done this for a year now. All the workers and managers never say a word other than friendly conversation. However, today the male manager decided that I need to sit the whole time. No walking or standing. Confused as to why t

I've had alot of bad experiences with plasma donation, however Jasmin has made this a truly unforgettable experience with her amazing customer service and attention to detail! I highly recommend this place! Ask for Jasmin.

The staff is always professional and caring making the donation experience pleasant and speedy. The best part about donating is helping individuals who do not have the ability to produce their own life saving Plasma.

Horrible horrible horrible awful customer service not all but that Brittney girl is rude af I had a bonus coupon which I showed them when I first got there in my email with my name on it once I was done donating. I waited and check my card so I gave it a few minutes as I drove off. I realize my bonus wasn't on there. I called and advised them that I did have a bonus. She advised me that I was lying. I advised her I was gonna bring it back up there which I did. She treated me with horrible customer service s

I have been going for a year.. they staff are really friendly once you get to know them. Delisa Ms Jackie and Ms Allison are the G.O.A.TS out of everyone that's there

I am new to donating but all staff has been very nice and welcoming overall. Would recommend this place to anyone just starting to donate or wanting somewhere new!

Very clean facility with kind and friendly staff, often a relaxing experience with only thing complain being it's cold in the building but I always bring a zip up hoodie I can wear while I donate. I recommend thus location for anyone new to plasma donating.

My name is Amanda Sullivan even though it shows above the review is in my husband's name. My father in law has been donating for 12 years and just got recognized for donating 550 times. I've been donating for almost as long. Both of us used to love coming to this center because we had good service, friendly staff and could be in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Recently within the last few months 2 new floor supervisors were hired from their competitor company down the road. Nikki and Virgil. Th

Great services and really nice staff. Please give these people a raise because they go above and beyond.

Way different than the company before it. Carson helped get me hooked up today and did a great job!

Have donated 30+ times. Never disappointed or worried about a bad experience. Have even referred my roommate who loves Grifols as well

Always polite, and they make you feel comfortable and explain things as well as answering questions as needed.

BEST PLACE TO GO AND DONATE AROUND PEORIA,GREAT STAFF THATS ALWAYS HELPFUL IN THE BEST OF WAYS

Mr Marvin knocked it put by the time I looked back I was all done never had that Done before perfecy

The Staff are caring and professional, very clean and organized:) Machines are new and run smooth, I have always had a good experience when donating:) Stay amazing:).

May 9, 2024. I was able to donate on May 7, 2024. Virgil stuck me. I now have a bruise. I therefore can not donate because a worker bruised me. Not fair. That means he should not work here or needs more practice. Very disappointed. They have stuck me when I had a brusie from him before. Why not now????? I lost out on money, but someone lost out on some plasma. March 23, 2024. Blood pressure machines are not good today. Blood pressure and pulse were taken 7 times. The machine said my blood pressure was low.

They bruise up my arm every other donation and no one is responsible. They are rude and inconsiderate. I stopped going altogether. Employees are not well trained.

I've been donating here for almost 6 years love this place

They do a good job and treat there donors great

It was a long but fun time they are very helpful .

Very great atmosphere I'd highly recommend!

Best experiences in the center every time I'm there

The lack of accountability in their work and other people's time is disgusting. After speaking with the site manager all he had to say was, "we are busy". When I asked where the accountability for the lack of production, organization, and overall professionalism stopped, the site manager proceeded to tell me only "you can donate or not, we don't care". This facility is being ran into the absolute ground by the lack of management skills, organizational skills and overall disregard for anyone but himself. I s

Don't go by your weight, best employees! Donate here!

They finely got a great staff:)

Great Team! I love everybody.

I have had great experiences with Telecris. My buddy wasn't getting the bonus points when I used his referral code and the people at the 1-800 number were no help. When we came to the donation center to talk to staff it was busy, but Chuck the manager stepped in, and spoke to them on the phone and cleared everything up for us. Super professional and nice!

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies. Very unprofessional stickers, Disrespectful workers. Don't go there this the worse plasma center I ever been at. Trying to save life?s and help other but I didn't get the right Compensation call them and couldn't get my other compensation. How can u want someone to come in twice a week and your closed of Sundays so when I can in on Friday how was I supposed to come in on Sunday if y?all closed to get my right Compensation I do deserve for donating my seco

Great place! Clean and professional.

I had a great experience with Talecris! The staff were very nice to me and were understanding I was a little nervous and let me take my vitals after 15 minutes and I was fine. I've heard CSL plasma isn't as nice staff wise and there's no place to sit there to wait. There's seating areas here, restrooms, water fountains, and drink and food vending machines which you can utilize for after your donation. Michelle and Brittany my nurses were very nice and my experience was very cool! I'm definitely going to be

Excellent place with Excellent people who are friendly and very helpful

The staff are helpful and kind and super professional

Excellent service and very friendly staff

They are always so sweet and helpful

I like when the phleb do the right stick on my arm

The lady incorrectly stuck me and then proceeded to incorrectly tape it to my arm of course the machine wouldnt take my blood mind me this was after waiting for 3 hours they then promised to compensate me fully as its only my second donation i then recieved $5 i do not recommend this center they also will not exept calls period why even list the number online

Friendly staff. Quick and easy.

It's always an amazing experience

Great place to donate

If your broke come get you some money ??

Made an appointment online for my first ever donation. Arrived for my appointment and was told the website is inaccurate and they don't honor online appointments. Website says donation takes an hour. Rep told me it's a 3 hour process and there were 4 people ahead of me and turned me away.

I've been going here since 2008 and I can say that the current staff is so good. They care about your time and they're friendly. It wasn't always this way, believe me. I strongly recommend donating here, especially if you've tried donating whole blood and had issues doing so. These guys know how to stick. Donating here is a cakewalk and you feel good that your donation may have just saved a life.

I've donated here since I turned 18, and I have never had a problem. Every employee is awesome, and dedicated to their job. Joshua stuck me today, and he did an amazing job. No re-sticks, or pain whatsoever. Excellent job. Keep up the great work!!!

It was fast an they were frendly.

great staff! great enviroment!!!

Who has a team meeting at 12:00pm with a full lobby of people? We waited an additional hour while we heard them having a meeting. The amount of consistent disrespect and disregard from this facility is beyond understanding. I am just gonna go to CSL from now on.

I wouldn't post 5 stars, normally, but I feel a need to do so to offset the 1-star reviews. This clinic has to put up with a lot of trash; the reason enough of the staff seems "crusty" is because they're used to people coming in off the street, giving them lip, acting badly, etc. I've seen strangers, in their anger, verbally unload their stresses on employees. It does not impress me. I think some of those same people who are not regulars come to Google reviews and leave an uninformed 1-star review for thi

I called this place before I came in to find out what I needed. They said I could just show up, no appointment needed. I go in at 7:30am with my baby and they said they couldn't help me because I needed an appointment. Never did they mention anything about my baby. I set up an appointment for the same week. I then come in 30 minutes early on the day of my appointment and they said I could not come in with my baby. So I take my baby to the sitter and come back and they refused to help me because my dl and so

This place is crazy they make you wait for 2hours then tell you you can't don't because your zip code isn't on their list of zip codes.. ok no problem but tell me that when you first call me back into the booth!!!!!

Says takes new patient walk ins but when I get there I'm told new patients after 1pm... Go figure, also they me never answer phone

Nice staff and work efficiently

I have been donating here for several years. This is a very clean facility and the staff cleans the beds after each patient. The staff are all very knowledgeable and so friendly, they make you feel like family and they care about all of their patients. It's nice to be able to help people by donating plasma and also earning some money as well.

Great people and good environment very clean and always sterile. Leslie is one of my favorites her smiling face always makes my day better she's always in such a cheerful mood. ?? Nothing but good vibes and great staff here.

As usual the staff are upbeat and nice. There was not a long wait from kiosk to booth. The place is very clean as well. updatei am updAting my review on 11/3/2020 when i first began donating here it was a great experience but in the last 4 months its terrible! it took 2 hours just to get to the donor floor today, then another hour to be stuck and 43 minutes to donate, they were not too busy but steady the point here is i witnessed staff standing around joking and goossiping with each other not moving donor

I used to come here until yesterday when I needed a physical done and the nurse that grabbed my file was rude she looked at her phone and made it completely confusing for me and told me I couldn't donate yesterday and that I had to come back I'm sorry but unfortunately I will not be returning I didn't get the sweet little nurse I got a rudee one that acted as if she didn't like her job. .. some staff are amazing don't get me wrong but because of that nurse I will not be returning .

This rating is based on the 1.) maintenance issues in your men's restroom, 2.) the quality of counseling for going to two different donation centers "at a time" as stated in your donor agreement. 1.) The timer on your sinks is not long enough to rinse your hands and does not dispense water long enough to sing the ABC song, the quality of soap dispensed does not moisturize, and your contactless hand dryer timer is not long enough to heat the unit, dry wet hands, is not contactless as long as the user has to

Absolutely amazing people work here!!! Some could use improvement but other then that amazing!!! Especially the lady with the purple hair!!! I ended up having complications and she took care of me quick along with another lady who's name I didn't get!! Absolutely wonderful staff!!

People complain about this center all the time because they are so busy. Expect to be here for a few hours and expect to get some money for your time. 9/10 times you will get paid $10 an hour or more, not a bad deal. The people are great and try the best they can. With days being completely booked with people, they stay on top of things. I'm never in here for more than 2 hours. New donors can expect double that but that is only for your first time. They don't deserve all the negativity

Staff is super nice and made me feel comfortable during my first 2 visits, the women working in the room where you donate plasma are hilarious. They're all amazing, I plan to return every week!

Front Desk people are unprofessional, they don't listen to donors concerns. If you're a new donor prepare for a 2-4 hour wait time. Workers there rush and don't even bother to communicate well. I was out of district donor and worker there failed to tell me that I was denied and had me sit there for 2 hours before anyone let me know anything. I will never come here again. The area around is ghetto as well.

For the most part some of the employees are nice. I hate the card system they have for the fact that you have to pay money to get the money you just got paid. Only other bad thing I've experienced is they will make u leave the building in a storm if they lose power regardless if u have a vehicle or not.
