Much better than Biolife. Lines are not as long, they quickly get you into a bed, they hardly ever miss my vein that's easy to spot. Quick and easy. I stopped visiting biolife because they kept messing up my arm and the lines are much longer. This place is a whole lot better

Letting all the new folks go ahead of a waiting crowd is ridiculous atleast tell people or somehow make it known with a digital counter so people can determine whether they have the time or even want to stay

I was poked 3 times with a needle!! The first two times she was digging in my skin trying to find the vein with the needle without looking in two different spots, blood even came out the tube because she forgot to close the tube the blood goes through and it got everywhere? then I had to get someone else to come stick me finally. Horrible experience. Never again.

Kinda pissed at this place. I went in to donate last Wednesday at 515. I had a small bruise on my right arm from my last donation so they wouldn't take out of that arm. That's fine, they can take it out of my other arm. The woman sticking me acts hesitant about it. She walks over and starts feeling for a vein. She says she can feel two spots but isn't really sure If She should stick me. She asks another person on the floor if she could feel my arm and see if she'd stick me. Honestly i?ve been coming here off and on for the past year and i have a lot to say about this facility & the staff. The center as all centers do will change their pricing month to month, but that's to be expected. They are a very good source of extra money whenever your day job is running light. Additionally their current staff are very skilled and professional, they proved this especially the day when their systems crashed and they had some rather vocal dissatisfied guests. This was my third visit to this location. The first visit was amazing!! Mrs. Nicole, RN was so nice and friendly! She was so so helpful getting through this process. The staff at Grifols Talecris are a highly professional, knowledgeable, kind, friendly group who demonstrate consistently that they care about their clients and are passionate about doing an excellent job! I had just been donating for almost 4yrs. I started as a convalescent donor with the center knowing my background. So I go this past week and it's time for my yearly physical. I get deferred for because of my past history. It doesn't make sense that they've let me donate for the past 4 yrs with my past history being known and documented. The staff is very knowledgeable of their job. Everyone seems to be welcoming and happy. The facility is always clean. I recommend this facility to anyone interested in donating plasma to assist in saving lives.

The staff isn't rude except for one person. If you don't talk to the staff, they probably won't talk to you. They're trying to do their jobs. There's one employee that's the worst. Older white lady with a pitchy voice, she usually screens people. She's demanding and impatient. She can't hide her frustration the moment you do something out of order. On Nov 24 it took me five hours to get hooked because of the staff not wanting to do their job so the donors had to suffer because they didn't want to work please do something about this it's not only me there was several people leaving because it was taking WAY to long

I donate here regularly. The people who work here are so nice and make it a great experience. Right now, the wait times are a little longer but I can see that the employees are working to get everything going as quickly and safely as possible. They follow excellent sanitation procedures and check on everyone frequently throughout the donation process. I highly recommend.

Ok,this location is trying to get everyone to download the app to donate plasma by entering all info thru donor portal app. What if a person can't afford a phone or hasn't been able to pay their phone bill,is my first question and then the fact that grifols is actually making money by every app download let alone the info they sell,that a screener admitted of grifols selling info. Plus their donor fees have dropped on e again,it's almost not even worth the time nor trouble to donate anymore. 08-27-24. Came

I appreciate the evolution of this center. They've sped up the intake/questionnaire process by utilizing the app, which I'm very happy about, as there were few kiosks, which were always malfunctioning, or the line to use them was long. I appreciate the cleanliness of the whole place, including the donation stations, waiting areas and bathrooms. Overall it's a busy place but the employees are organized to get people through. I average about two hours each visit and I come on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. I think with a few more employees it would run smoother. Bria and Cyntina are my top two favorites. Both ladies work hard and fast and most importantly they are professional.

Due to medical conditions, I cannot donate but my husband does occasionally. It used to be rare but because of my health, he has become my caregiver so it has been more often lately. The wait is long and they often miss his vein, resulting in multiple sticks. He once even bled all over the floor because of it. He is such a patient man, ur staff is lucky to have him there. Facility's clean. Staff is pleasant. Wait times vary and depend on the time of day. Sometimes I'm there for an hour, others I'm there for 3. Occasionally there's a slow staff member that contributes to wait time. I do wish they had a children's area so I could still come donate during the day when my kids are off school. I would still recommend this center.

I have come to this location a few times over the last few years, and lately it is much better! The workers are much friendlier and more helpful. The wait time is much shorter than it used to be. It also looks like managers are helping the workers more than in the past.

Ms Lopez was very gentle and personable during my donation. Very polished and professional, and she was the same way with other donors. I don't particularly like needles but the experience was not traumatizing at all and it's always wonderful to have someone professional, patient, personable, and pleasant Performing this procedure. Where do I begin? Well, as I sit here I've watched 6 or 7 people be called that walked in after me. I then respectfully go to the desk and let it be known.... it's been over an hour now. I'm also listening to people walk around, cursing at each other (not employees), regardless.... That type of language is not for this place I would suspect... Such a wonderful thing for people to be destroyed of a good experience by people who are rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. God forbid if I stand up....Lol

I go to BioLife now because talecris is not very professional. They ignore you and are very rude. Every time my husband goes there they mess his arm up. I don't think they know what they're doing. BioLife pays more and they are very friendly and professional. Go BioLife!!!!!

The entire staff is really really thorough, personable, and professional. Your first time donating will take a little while with the initial physical, but after continuous donations it gets faster every time. They really help you understand how important it is to continue to come in order to make your donations count!

I would not recommend anyone come here to donate plasma unless you have 3 hours minimum each time you visit to wait for the whole process. Even after my initial appointment on my second visit it took 3 hours to draw my plasma. I was told it would take only 1 hour. I'm sitting here on the chair waiting to get a needle in my arm and I've been waiting for over 2 hours. Is this normal? This is my 3rd visit and I just finished donating plasma and it took a total of 172 minutes from the time I walked in. I wish I

This place is usually really good at customer management. During tax season, typically you can be in and out within 2 hours. When it's getting towards the summer, you'll spend about 3 hours here. I've been coming here for about 3.5 years now. Every month they have new donor fee specials as well.

People are very nice but this has been a frustrating experience. I come in as a new donor on August 24th. Compensation at that time was $125 per visit twice a week. Since I came at the end of August I was told for the first 30 days I will get August Compensation rates. First visit I got it.? I come in again a few days later and they defer me because I had a bruise. Sept 8th I come in and they want me to take another physical. Annoying but okay.? Went thru and got the $125. Most of the employees are great, but there's one that's always rude, pulling you around and never fails to blow my vein.

I love the staff here they are friendly, professional, and always give great advice on how to make your plasma experience a great one. I hope very soon that upper management will allow these staff members to have more holidays off beside Christmas and New Year's. They all deserve to be able to spend time with their love ones especially when they are here everyday to save many lives without complaining ever.

The staff is not friendly. Most of them act like don't want to be there. They hurt you when they stick you with the needle because most of them don't know what they're doing. The worst part is the receptionist. She's always so rude, never wants to help. They're awful unhappy people.

This place is terrible!!! The employess are super ghetto. There is no type of professionalism at all.I had an issue a week ago and was made to leave and because the other person was known more by the facility they were able to stay without reprecutions.The "manager" was very ignorant and disrespectful.. shes the light skinned girl who use to be really big. I have friends that go to this facility and many have had scares of them calling saying they became HIV positive and need to come to check again. If you are military or anyone stay away from this place.

The majority of employees are unprofessional and rude. SO slow, literally heard an employee say, "maybe if we take our time donors will start walking out." Maybe, just maybe if the employees weren't so consumed in talking negatively about other employees and what somebody else is doing they could put their focus on their own work and the process would speed up.

I feel good about donating and I feel the staff is great, they are pleasant, fast they get you in and out in the am don't know about pm. They all have to deal with the public and sometimes that's difficult but they are always smiling and friendly they get the job done.

they are slow here, you spend about 4 or more hours here, the staff does a lot of talking joking and playing when they should be getting people in and out. I have watched workers leave people on the beds 20 mins after donating because they were too busy taking to remove the needle from their arm. I've been donating over 10 yrs and this is the worst and slowest center I have ever been to...

Went in with a friend because she needed the extra money and didn't want to go alone. Staff is VERY unprofessional and the wait takes forever. This should not be an all day event. It takes hours just to be called to answer questions on screens. Then you still have to wait for them to check your blood pressure before you wait in the line to be on the beds in the back to have plasma drawn.
