Much better than Biolife. Lines are not as long, they quickly get you into a bed, they hardly ever miss my vein that's easy to spot. Quick and easy. I stopped visiting biolife because they kept messing up my arm and the lines are much longer. This place is a whole lot better

Letting all the new folks go ahead of a waiting crowd is ridiculous atleast tell people or somehow make it known with a digital counter so people can determine whether they have the time or even want to stay

I was poked 3 times with a needle!! The first two times she was digging in my skin trying to find the vein with the needle without looking in two different spots, blood even came out the tube because she forgot to close the tube the blood goes through and it got everywhere? then I had to get someone else to come stick me finally. Horrible experience. Never again.

Kinda pissed at this place. I went in to donate last Wednesday at 515. I had a small bruise on my right arm from my last donation so they wouldn't take out of that arm. That's fine, they can take it out of my other arm. The woman sticking me acts hesitant about it. She walks over and starts feeling for a vein. She says she can feel two spots but isn't really sure If She should stick me. She asks another person on the floor if she could feel my arm and see if she'd stick me. The 2nd lady feels my arm and say

This is by far my favorite plasma center. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. It's always kept clean at this location too.

This is a great a establishment and the people and mister adam at the front desk are great, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to help people or gain any money for your needs

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I wouldn't donate anywhere else!

Honestly i?ve been coming here off and on for the past year and i have a lot to say about this facility & the staff. For starters there is not a single person employed here that's i don't look forward to seeing. From the front end to the back everybody is so sweet and friendly. These people love what they do & are so so so professional from start to finish. Special acknowledgement to Deyanna, Tae, Emily, Rae & Ashley. They are so knowledgeable & I swear they brighten up days from the few moments you spend w

Excellent process running like a finely oiled machine.

Wonderful staff. Amazing and funny atmosphere. And of course, the ?? good!

The center as all centers do will change their pricing month to month, but that's to be expected. They are a very good source of extra money whenever your day job is running light. Additionally their current staff are very skilled and professional, they proved this especially the day when their systems crashed and they had some rather vocal dissatisfied guests. Ashley S and Sarah are two particularly good employees

Revonda was super awesome. Made me feel very welcome.

I feel very confortable. This place very organized, clean and nice staff. If you want save life?s be donating plasma this is the place.

My experience is always pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's always short wait time and Ashley Starley is the best phlebotomist on the floor back there. It's a perfect stick every time! Thank you!!

new staff is horrible , loud and slow . never waited so long .

This was my third visit to this location. The first visit was amazing!! Mrs. Nicole, RN was so nice and friendly! She was so so helpful getting through this process. My second visit was ok not too bad. Again, Mrs. Nicole was the nicest. The young lady that was my tech, she was ok but not as friendly. This visit, my third visit was not so much!! When I walked in the door, I was NOT greeted. The screener yelled from the cubicle/room instructing me to air outside of the door. She was anything but frien

In my line of work, I interact with many medical professionals in various settings. The staff at Grifols Talecris are a highly professional, knowledgeable, kind, friendly group who demonstrate consistently that they care about their clients and are passionate about doing an excellent job! I give them a 10 out of 10 in all areas without question!!!

Great and amazing staff,I came by on Fri n I must say they are always doing something for their clients and it's a overwhelming love u feel wen u come and leave they are all so amazing n their on ways n great personalities and teamwork with each other I know they be tired and I wish the best for them all

Great talkative and friendly staff, pretty quick to get in after you get registered, and awesome bonuses Just wish the donating took a little less time but I can't control that, and the fact I don't get paid more based on blood type (I'm O) Great place to start!

I had just been donating for almost 4yrs. I started as a convalescent donor with the center knowing my background. So I go this past week and it's time for my yearly physical. I get deferred for because of my past history. It doesn't make sense that they've let me donate for the past 4 yrs with my past history being known and documented. My question is if they're not letting me donate now, was I really put in danger or was someone not doing there job? I told everything from the beginning and it was document

They got some great staff Keisha and all four Ashley's are great. T is a pain but I love her. And rae is a good person.mj is mj. And Sarah is just mean .lol ?? jp

The staff is very knowledgeable of their job. Everyone seems to be welcoming and happy. The facility is always clean. I recommend this facility to anyone interested in donating plasma to assist in saving lives.

The staff isn't rude except for one person. If you don't talk to the staff, they probably won't talk to you. They're trying to do their jobs. There's one employee that's the worst. Older white lady with a pitchy voice, she usually screens people. She's demanding and impatient. She can't hide her frustration the moment you do something out of order. It's like a drill sergeant in the military; the only difference is she can't yell at you. Oh, and she'll lie to you. Don't ask her for anything. She won't honor

My kids and husband go here and they are good

It was the best experience ever ...staff was nice

Ziah, Rae, Tae, Emily, Ashley, and Key at awesome! Come on twice a week and from start to finish they take good care of you. The process is quick, fast and painless. Best plasma center around!

I love coming the staff is awesome they make me feel like im family.. especially one special staff member she care about her patients Ms.Rae in the past i had some bad experiences Ms.Rae she made it to where i could trust again then my boyfriend pasted away she was so compassionate and loving but she also motivated me to stay positive you guys need more people like her working there thats why i love coming... you guys do an awesome job keep up the good work... Thanks for all yall do always Pamela Blizzard

Ziah,Tae, and Candice and the whole staff are just so warm, welcoming, and professional whenever I come in. They always make my time there pleasant.

The phenix City location is a very friendly and comfortable environment with well mannered staff! They all are very professional and nice to the donors but Ashley starley is my favorite And Azya griffin

They are the best plasma place and kale is the bomb I love how they make me feel and constantly tell me I'm doing a good deed staff is very friendly and respectful keep it up guys

Everyone and the staff here is great and very sweet. They are always extremely helpful and feel like I've been a family with these people. There are slow times but every employee works their hardest to keep things moving timely. Great experiences.

Miss China is awesome very nice definitely on a Monday morning lol she's the reason I'll be coming back helpful and amazing ppl

On Nov 24 it took me five hours to get hooked because of the staff not wanting to do their job so the donors had to suffer because they didn't want to work please do something about this it's not only me there was several people leaving because it was taking WAY to long

I was really excited to come to this location. We called ahead of time to make sure that it was okay, being that we had initially tried to donate at the location in Columbus a month ago but circumstances had changed. The person on the phone was incredibly nice, and told us to come in. I went in with a really positive attitude. The waiting area was very clean. I was told to come back in an hour because there were already new donors registering, so I left and came back. I then read through the donor informati

As a first time donor at this facility my experience with the staff was great everyone was nice and respectful and process was smooth and easy over all it's was a 10/10 I do recommend

Always gets you in and out quickly with great friendly staff that makes sure you always leave with a good smile.

I donate here regularly. The people who work here are so nice and make it a great experience. Right now, the wait times are a little longer but I can see that the employees are working to get everything going as quickly and safely as possible. They follow excellent sanitation procedures and check on everyone frequently throughout the donation process. I highly recommend.

Enjoy coming here to donate plasma. Friendly staff. Cold inside, take a sweater!

Very customer friendly... Always a helpful hand when u don't understand anything

Fast and friendly service for me t soo clean environment

Ok,this location is trying to get everyone to download the app to donate plasma by entering all info thru donor portal app. What if a person can't afford a phone or hasn't been able to pay their phone bill,is my first question and then the fact that grifols is actually making money by every app download let alone the info they sell, that a screener admitted of grifols selling info. Plus their donor fees have dropped on e again,it's almost not even worth the time nor trouble to donate anymore. 08-27-24. Came

The employees are great. They're always happy with a friendly smile. The facility is clean. There's hardly any wait time at all. This location is the only one that I will go to. How do you recommend

Great place and wonderful employees

The staff is very friendly and courteous. It's a fun atmosphere.

The best plasma center ever. Fast and always smiling people

I appreciate the evolution of this center. They've sped up the intake/questionnaire process by utilizing the app, which I'm very happy about, as there were few kiosks, which were always malfunctioning, or the line to use them was long. I appreciate the cleanliness of the whole place, including the donation stations, waiting areas and bathrooms. I also appreciate the staff, as their personalities and professionalism MAKE this whole experience! I want to acknowledge Cale, Glo, Aziah, Cornelius, Aaron, Sar

Overall it's a busy place but the employees are organized to get people through. I average about two hours each visit and I come on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. I think with a few more employees it would run smoother. Bria and Cyntina are my top two favorites. Both ladies work hard and fast and most importantly they are professional.

Due to medical conditions, I cannot donate but my husband does occasionally. It used to be rare but because of my health, he has become my caregiver so it has been more often lately. The wait is long and they often miss his vein, resulting in multiple sticks. He once even bled all over the floor because of it. He is such a patient man, ur staff is lucky to have him there. He waits for hours, then sits in a chair for an hour or 2 to donate and doesn't even complain. He says the staff is overly rude on the we

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable? they make you feel comfortable with each donation..

I've been a donor here for years and I love the staff , Ashley does a great job paying attention to donors needs and accommodations .

Facility's clean. Staff is pleasant. Wait times vary and depend on the time of day. Sometimes I'm there for an hour, others I'm there for 3. Occasionally there's a slow staff member that contributes to wait time. I do wish they had a children's area so I could still come donate during the day when my kids are off school. I would still recommend this center.

I love coming here and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! MJ is and awesome employee...

I have come to this location a few times over the last few years, and lately it is much better! The workers are much friendlier and more helpful. The wait time is much shorter than it used to be. It also looks like managers are helping the workers more than in the past.

They have nothing but friendly and caring staff I love the people that work there ??????

Ms Lopez was very gentle and personable during my donation. Very polished and professional, and she was the same way with other donors. I don't particularly like needles but the experience was not traumatizing at all and it's always wonderful to have someone professional, patient, personable, and pleasant Performing this procedure. I wish there was a way to always choose her when I come in to donate.

I had good experience the staff is nice and very professional

Very nice staff up there for the most part. Ziah is awesome

It is always a very calm and very nice place and I would recommend this plasma center to everyone ??

Where do I begin? Well, as I sit here I've watched 6 or 7 people be called that walked in after me. I then respectfully go to the desk and let it be known.... it's been over an hour now. I'm also listening to people walk around, cursing at each other (not employees), regardless.... That type of language is not for this place I would suspect... Such a wonderful thing for people to be destroyed of a good experience by people who are rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. God forbid if I stand up....Lol

I go to BioLife now because talecris is not very professional. They ignore you and are very rude. Every time my husband goes there they mess his arm up. I don't think they know what they're doing. BioLife pays more and they are very friendly and professional. Go BioLife!!!!!

I have a pretty good experience most of the time I'm here. It's been a little slow for lack of employees, but overall this place is ok. The employees here are more friendly than when I first came! Thank you Mrs. Lopez!!

The entire staff is really really thorough, personable, and professional. Your first time donating will take a little while with the initial physical, but after continuous donations it gets faster every time. They really help you understand how important it is to continue to come in order to make your donations count!

I would not recommend anyone come here to donate plasma unless you have 3 hours minimum each time you visit to wait for the whole process. Even after my initial appointment on my second visit it took 3 hours to draw my plasma. I was told it would take only 1 hour. I'm sitting here on the chair waiting to get a needle in my arm and I've been waiting for over 2 hours. Is this normal? This is my 3rd visit and I just finished donating plasma and it took a total of 172 minutes from the time I walked in. I wish I

This place is usually really good at customer management. During tax season, typically you can be in and out within 2 hours. When it's getting towards the summer, you'll spend about 3 hours here. I've been coming here for about 3.5 years now. Every month they have new donor fee specials as well.

People are very nice but this has been a frustrating experience. I come in as a new donor on August 24th. Compensation at that time was $125 per visit twice a week. Since I came at the end of August I was told for the first 30 days I will get August Compensation rates. First visit I got it.? I come in again a few days later and they defer me because I had a bruise. Sept 8th I come in and they want me to take another physical. Annoying but okay.? Went thru and got the $125. Sept.12th I come in and they AGA

Most of the employees are great, but there's one that's always rude, pulling you around and never fails to blow my vein.

I love the staff here they are friendly, professional, and always give great advice on how to make your plasma experience a great one. I hope very soon that upper management will allow these staff members to have more holidays off beside Christmas and New Year's. They all deserve to be able to spend time with their love ones especially when they are here everyday to save many lives without complaining ever.

The staff is not friendly. Most of them act like don't want to be there. They hurt you when they stick you with the needle because most of them don't know what they're doing. The worst part is the receptionist. She's always so rude, never wants to help. They're awful unhappy people.

This place is terrible!!! The employess are super ghetto. There is no type of professionalism at all.I had an issue a week ago and was made to leave and because the other person was known more by the facility they were able to stay without reprecutions. The "manager" was very ignorant and disrespectful.. shes the light skinned girl who use to be really big. Now everytime I come in she HAS to make sure i see her irrelvant ass. Plus they treat you like your needy. Some of the employees are very nice

Great staff and inwas very comfortable

This center started out ok but they have some serious management AND customer service issues. I arrived today at 6:55 am and there was already a small crowd as they only had two people working. Dawn setting up beds and Cornelius sticking. Many people in the lobby complained about Cornelius sticking them - and Dawn two blew out my vein(with his assistance) less than a month ago and I agree they are not the best phlebotomists. After two hours, a guy who came in after a large group of us, complained that he ha

They made things right after I had a bad experience. Thanks

Been going here for years. I've never had any problems!

I have friends that go to this facility and many have had scares of them calling saying they became HIV positive and need to come to check again. If you are military or anyone stay away from this place.

The majority of employees are unprofessional and rude. SO slow, literally heard an employee say, "maybe if we take our time donors will start walking out." Maybe, just maybe if the employees weren't so consumed in talking negatively about other employees and what somebody else is doing they could put their focus on their own work and the process would speed up.

I love donating plasma at this center I recommend to all friends and family keep up the good work the employees are always nice I like it here

I feel good about donating and I feel the staff is great, they are pleasant, fast they get you in and out in the am don't know about pm. They all have to deal with the public and sometimes that's difficult but they are always smiling and friendly they get the job done.

Great friendly professional staff they treat everyone like family.

Love this center! So nice and quiet. Great staff members.

Lmmfao!! So i asked the employees if they check up on these reviews? They said and i quote " oh we don't care about it we don't even check it " ........... They take entirely way too long to tend to people. They stand in a huddle and sounds like they gossip. They play too much amongst themselves. People don't have all day like they do just to donate. We have lives and jobs too. I just wish they would do their job like it should be done. Be more professional about your profession. Stop laligaging please and

Very fast and professional staff. The boss man stays late and helps out until everything is done and he thanks his donors and employees. Very good experience donating here. Columbus is a JOKE! PHENIX City is where it's at

they are slow here, you spend about 4 or more hours here, the staff does a lot of talking joking and playing when they should be getting people in and out. I have watched workers leave people on the beds 20 mins after donating because they were too busy taking to remove the needle from their arm. I've been donating over 10 yrs and this is the worst and slowest center I have ever been to...

The front desk staff is very nice. Crystal is always smiling and nice.

Phenix City location is always clean and the staff are friendly, professional, and take great care of their donors!

Keyshia is real quick and fun to have take care of you. She's always dancing and cheerful yet professional and efficient. Happy to have her here.

Great staff very friendly and professional. I'm normally in and out within an hour. I feel comfortable with the staff and what they do. Glad I'm apart of this experience.

The staff here is very friendly. Everyone makes me feel comfortable. After coming here for a month and seeing the smiling faces make each trip easier.

Went in with a friend because she needed the extra money and didn't want to go alone. Staff is VERY unprofessional and the wait takes forever. This should not be an all day event. It takes hours just to be called to answer questions on screens. Then you still have to wait for them to check your blood pressure before you wait in the line to be on the beds in the back to have plasma drawn.
