I went in to donate plasma when the center opened at 8am. After being gone for 45 minutes, I hadn't received my payment. Upon calling the center, I was told that the payment system is down and they were not sure as to when it would be back up. I find it very unprofessional that the donors weren't told beforehand that the funds wouldn't be deposited right away. This is the 3rd time in a row (two week spand) that I didn't receive my funds in a timely manner. The first two times took over 3.5 hours to receive.

They "appreciate" their doners with cheap pay! Great employees, clean and organized place but the pay is absolutely horrible! Fix payout, we deserve way more than we get. SMH

I was deferred for making a complaint. This place is unprofessional and biased. When their workers call off and they are short handed they start denying donors knowing they do not need to show a person their levels. I've had my levels checked at a doctors the same day I was scheduled to donate and was denied, saying my levels were low, yet at my doctors my protein and red count was fine.

The entire process in use at this center is on another level, compared to what I've come to expect at previous donation places. Streamlined, personalized, efficient, and just a fulfilling experience. Sarah and Kairi did an awesome job together and today's visit was all around super great! 10/10 ????? ????

The staff during the evening hours are all so Attentive, Personable, and Professional. Each visit is very welcoming! A huge Thank You to all Employees! Especially Johnny, Santana, and Nikki. ??

Great employees! Only issue is the terrible pay. You used to donated based on your weight now its based on your height so you have to donate more for the same cheap pay. It's not right! Terrible

I have been a loyal donor since 2018. Staff is great . They are friendly and caring. It's a good way to give to others and receive a nice exchange.

Would not recomend one bit. They discriminate againts people and talk shit about them

Lady Randi was the best she helps me with anything I ask of her

The people that work there especially Johnny pick and choose who they like and will allow to donate. I have also received very aggressive sticks. I was told to come back after one failed donation because of a bad stick and now they are telling me I am permanently banned but that I can go to the other donation place?! If you can't take plasma from this same body and are recommending I go to a different place to donate the same fluids in the same process out of the same body that you can't receive an gonna sa

Update i gave them a bad review amd asked the manager why i got screwed out of my extra pay and just got attitude. Not to mention the fact they decided to do something to my profile and apparently i cant donate now until the year 2298. Explain that one to me, You guys are a joke. Wow this is the place.........not to go to. I'll never return to this dump. Get told one thing then another just to get scammed out of proper pay. You guys should be ashamed of your business practices. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The new pay sucks! $40 for first donation of the week and $75 for second donation of the week . It's not even worth it anymore, such a rip off. Cheap grifols! The old pay was better and way worth it! Great employees but CHEAP PAY! Explains why it's so dead most of the time no one wants to go for cheap pay.

The staff here are so kind and friendly. If you're scared of needles, then you'll never know they have one. The environment here is soothing, relaxed, and a nice place to chill while helping others who are in need. I 100% support this facility and recommend it to friends, family, and generous strangers! 100/10

Staff is rude n unprofessional...walk around talking don't care about patients n even management takes there job to there head.

So unprofessional. "Manager" Johnny constantly calls his young female employees Sweetie and Honey, while touching on them. They giggle, so I'm sure he thinks this is fine....but um if you are the manager and have power of your employees? Not OK. Celine in medical is inpossibly rude. Talks over you, refuses to answer legitimate questions and tells you to stop "yapping" while explaining how respectful she is. I do not think that word means what you think ot means, lol." If you ask for a corporate number, they

Unfortunately, I have encountered some issues with the company. I have been donating with Grifols for over a year now, and on two occasions, I received inaccurate information about my protein levels being low in the past. Well it happened again, During This prescreening, I recorded my protein levels at 6.6, which was almost perfect. However, less than 60 seconds later, when the sample was taken, my protein dropped to 5.8. About a day later, I decided to discuss this discrepancy with my doctor, who promptly

Everyone is nice but I always have to wait 45min to an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Then you hear laughing in the background like nobody is working. I'm not sure what kind of management is running the place but it's not good. If your going to switch to appointment only then maybe actually be ready for that appointment. I hope grifols changes their lengthy wait times. I'm ready to try somewhere new.

I'm incredibly impressed with this donation center. With it being my first time donating everyone was so nice and polite. I wanna give a special shoutout to Gabbie ?? toward the end of my donation I did feel a little hot and sweaty. She fanned me and put a cold compress on me, continued to work but never left eye sight of me. I will definitely be coming back and each time will get easier. I hope to work with her more !!!??

Employees are amazing, always kind and polite. It sucks the last handful of payments I should have recieved, I have to call and request after hours of waiting. They havent just hit my account and the hassle of getting ahold of someone is starting to be alot for such small payments. Its really inconvenient on Mondays when they close at 2 but you dont get out til 3:20 because you didn't get back til 2 from your appointment at 1:30. so there is no one to answer the phone and you have to wait to the next day t

The best plasma donation center in Pueblo. The staff is always incredibly nice and understanding. They answer every question and always make sure I'm comfortable. I also love being able to help people with my weekly donations. The compensation doesn't hurt either?? Overall a great environment to spend an hour of your day making money and helping others. Also wait times are very reasonable especially with their express kiosk option on their app???? 10/10

Thanks to Randy and Julia I had a much better experience than my last location. Was a bit of a pain to transfer but the staff made me feel they were a bit more confident in their jobs. Edit: won't let me leave two reviews but wanted to leave one for my second visit, I was well taken care of by Ariel, he was quick and precise and didn't waste time which in this long process is extremely appreciated, also learned he was an 11 series in the military before so it's nice seeing fellow vets of our mos finding the

How can a person donate here when no one can pick a phone to set a appointment I'm better off just walking in at this point it's been almost a week and still none I can't set an appointment can't walk in for a appointment you ladies and gentlemen who work at this establishment need to step up and do calls job even management can't pick up a phone what do yall get paid for if you all ain't doing yalls job I'm coming in to set an appointment forget calling for an appointment this place is useless when it come

Cheapest compensation in colorado. If you looking to donate to pay a bill don't go there. Always check you card. I was told I would get 75.00 first 4 donations for month of April. I donated today and only got 40.00.. I am going to go somewhere else because I feel I was wronged. I used my time, my gas to come there and donated to pay a bill and wasn't because I did not get 75.00 as advertised..

The employees are nice enough... you can tell they're tired and burned out on the constant circle of sucking blood out of people for their desperate need for income. They're very obviously sick of their jobs. As far as making 100.00 the 1st 4 times? It was interesting that my 3rd time, their machine tubing got clogged and blew my vein... so I couldn't go back for weeks, which disqualified me for that last 100. SUS. The next time I went was 40 bucks. Feels exploitive, because they make thousands on my

Don't ever donate here. They are not going to pay you that you're promised to be paid. They'll pay you half of what they say that they will pay. Craig in particular is a terrible manager here. He doesn't care about you, all he cares is that he's the manager and he has the final say of what people pay no matter the circumstances! Avoid here at all cost! Unless you want to put your body through hell and get paid half of what you're supposed to be paid. Never going to donate here ever again! Strongly recommend

Clean, friendly, quick service. Answer questions, monthly raffle. Payment isn't bad, I wish it was the same amount each time. It's starts low and increases with each donation. Staff is very nice and attentive.

This place is awesome great people starting with Tawana and Nichole they make their patients feel at home. Great place. Still visiting. BRANDY great job.

The changes that they have made are efficient as far as time for the return donors. The staff are friendly and make it a great experience everytime I return. The bonus program makes me want to return. The staff on the floor are very informative. They always like to ask if I can be a training stick, because I have great veins. The collection staff has been paying out with in a reasonable amount of time. I have brought people and have treated good. Thank you to all the staff for making it a great experience,,n

The staff is always super friendly. Every single time I would go in I always felt like I was being treated with respect and like I was a family member. They make it a point to make you feel comfortable and do what they can to help you out.

The people that work there are very nice, I have never felt unsafe or concerned about getting covid-19. They are very clean and take precautions to the highest standards. Each employee that I have come in contact with has treated me with respect. Great group of people, and have never had no problems.

Went to Pueblo Talecris for a little while and just moved out of state. They are great to deal with. Staff has been always been kind and professional on all levels. They are all good at what they do. Thank you. No matter where you go in life there will always be a small percentage of people that will complain or be a problem.

When I started in Oct (last year) service was great. Wait time was reasonable, compensation was great. It has been steadily getting worse. Example, today they are just over an hour behind( that's just to check in). And compensation barely makes it worth my time now.

The folks down here are always warm and inviting. As a regular donor I always enjoy seeing the staff here. Alex, Yolanda, Gabbie, Jen, Randy, Eddie and Johnny always make me feel welcome despite my now tricker veins

I been coming for 2 years now & This place is really awesome the staff is great, really respectful & they always get you going really fast. I always & will continue to recommend anyone to go to telacris and donate.

Just started donating. Friendly staff, very caring and prodessional.

Rachel was the best. She knew I was super nervous, sweaty palms and all. When it was time to donate, she found me the best poker on the floor and it was smooth from there out. Just make sure your hydrated and eat a protein meal before and after donating. Great experience and staff is awesome. Feels great to donate to someone in need!

Correct some of the women are rude especially to the handy caped they don't have patients or time of day for anyone that needs help.

The customer service was good. Everyone was super nice. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I was told on 2 different occasions my tax return documents could be used as proof off ss# since mine was lost (have an apt in 3 months). Once I got to the location I was told it could not be used that the only thing they can use as proof is my W2 only if it had my full ss# on it. It only has the last 4 numbers.

My experience has been so easy! The center is always clean, and well cared for. The best part of the day...the people. Lots of diversity in clients. The staff has been helpful with any questions ( i ask alot) and friendly, funny, pleasant... Smiles, jokes greetings.politeness., means alot in any service. Thanks!

Friendly service, relatively fast. Bring a blanket! ;) I even got this cute squish ball :)

Completely different than it was a year ago. There used to be two to three hour waits, lazy staff, and some sketchy processes. Under the new management, everything has improved tenfold. While there does seem to be a steady stream of new people, it shows that they're willing to weed out the bad ones to improve the experience for donors. The donation fees are great and reward loyal donors, while still being fair to casual donors or those who miss an appointment. There are still a small handful of people who I

Everyone is super nice and very professional from the back staff to the phlebotomist to the nurses. I wouldn't trust any other place. All employees do their job and are all very hard workers.

Very nice people and a great way to help others while making some extra cash. The compensation is excellent and you'll feel good knowing you're helping others. Most days things go quickly. Learn the best times to go to avoid longer waits.

You can tell the staff here really enjoy working with each other, which makes for great conversations with them all and a happy environment. it sometimes takes a long while to get in there, i was there for about 4 hours my first time in, but now it's about 45 min average.

All the staff are friendly and speak with you about your concerns and make everything well known and if you have any uncomfortability or discomfort during the process they try to make you as comfortable as possible and work out those issues I've been donating here for about 2 years and it's a great place to go I recommend highly over any other plasma center in Pueblo 10 out of 10 if I give 10 Stars I would

? They do such a great job they are all very nice & caring. They have gotten my vien first try every try so far. I wasnt sure if they could before I started. ? The wait time is not bad if u go 1st thing in the AM or last in the PM. Even when there is a wait it's not bad because the waiting room is comfortable.

Staff is very professional. Well trained at what they do. Everything is clean and during this pandemic every precautions are being taken to keep everyone safe. Giving lifesaving plasma twice a week if you are able. Make some side money is always great.

The staff is really amazing, I've had nothing but good experiences with over 20 donations. No matter how busy they get I know I'm in good hands

Randy and Jen were amazing. Truly caring and fun staff.

I have been coming here for 5 years and I enjoy coming and interacting with the staff. The money is also nice to receive. I will continue coming as long as I am able to. Thank you Pueblo staff!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've been coming here for quite some time and really never had an issue until now. I made my appointment for 6:15 this morning and i am now stuck in my car waiting to even be let in the building because they are behind 45 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. If they are so short staffed they should hire more people or cut the appointments. I am now happening to miss work to donate because I will not be out in time. Thanks a lot Telacris!!!!!!

Staff is very friendly eddy. Yolanda randy and so many others have been great. They always ask if im ok. I appreciate that. Its nice to make alittle something on the side and help people in need

A great place!!! My donations are always quick and relaxing, they also have music to jam to or tv playing to keep you entertained!!! Also they are courteous and knowledgeable..Only reason not 5 stars is because the pay fluctuates from month to month sometimes getting lower than previous months

Everyone who works here is amazing. I am always treated with respect and kindness. The techs. are very professional and skilled. They try their hardest to make your donation as quick and painless as possible.

This place has gone down hill a lot. They falsely advertise their bonuses and refuse to give them to you. I have had to call corporate now twice to get the money owed to me. They do not pay on time half the time, I have to call to remind them to pay me. The staff that do the procedure are all great but the managers and people who issue the money do not care about the customers at all.

They have really changed for the better. Having appointments has made all the difference. What used to take 3+ hrs is now talking 1.5 - 2. Friendly, smiling staff makes for a fun, friendly experience.

The staff is always friendly and nice. I have been donating for over a year and have never had a bad experience here. It is also wonderful to know that I am saving lives.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the place. Staff are always friendly and answer all my questions while walking me through the process. I emphatically recommend them to anyone and everyone that will listen to me for a minute. Five stars.

Staff is helpful, and kind. The experience is a good one. My longest wait was the very first time....but there was a large volume of people there that day. Its a positive experience, and to me that matters.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They explain everything so that you understand the whole process. I feel good when I donate because I know that I can help save someone's life with the medicine and vaccinations they can make from my donations.

Can't say enough about the diligent, courteous, and very professional staff at Talecris Pueblo. Great people with compassion for others, well skilled in their craft with a true heart towards donors and all the people they serve. Kudos to TPR Staff!. ??????

I have tried donating three separate days. Each day arriving at 6am when they open. They have turned me down as a new patient all three times for being understaffed. But every time I go in all the employees are just standing around doing nothing or hiding by the printer bsing. I donate because I have a family member that was saved with the help of plasma. Can't even do my part. Thanks guys and gals. Not impressed.

You guys need to cut the number of appointments in a day. Your staff CANNNOT handle it. They are constantly behind schedule and it completely ruins the point of setting appointments. How are you 40 minutes behind schedule 30 minutes after opening? Reevaluate your system because it is not working. Also most of the staff needs a major attitude check.

I like it?? the waiting time kinda sucks ish but its not the worse, the staff is awesome they're very gentle with the needles and they make sure if I need anything or to stop I haven't had a problem with the payments. I just wish they paid more sometimes especially due to this pandemic

Once again skipped because they switch staff. Last time was told I was next, 3 people got called. So I went up to ask turn out I went from next to 9 in front of me. Its becoming a pain to donate. They need to bring back appointments, I think this may be my last visit, being I was skipped again. Would leave 0 stars but not an option. Over this place.

At first i was really happy and greatful for a decent plasma place that i thought paid fair and was recommended and telling people about this great place but i didn't realize it was to good to be true.. i was disappointed and upset and shocked when the new month started and i was dropped all the way to 40.. i was counting on the new payments i didn't see the small print why are old donor's not as respected or treated as valuable as the new and compensated just as fairly? Other places at least pay 70 so we c

People at the front desk do not like there job I was here on Saturday at 10:30 lady is not very good at time management she need to either get a job she likes and doesn't tolerate it

I've been coming here since 2013 and the Telacris Plasma Resources location in Pueblo is my favorite plasma center. It is also the only plasma center that I have ever donated plasma at, and I wouldn't choose to be emotionally tortured anywhere else but here. They used to only give you $25 & $40 each week but now they start you at $40 for your first donation of each month an the payout rate increases by another $10 after every 2 donations.

The staff is very friendly. They engage with everyone that walks in. Not a very long wait if you make your appointment in advance. They truly do appreciate the people that take the time to donate. Awesome place

Well I have been coming to Talecris Pueblo for better then over 9 years. In that time on numerous times throught my donating the personnel here have been nothing but wonderful. The entire staff is personable, courteous, pleasant, warm receptive I could go on forever. Well it's a privilege and honor to spend 2 days out of the week with some of the finest people I know in the medical field here at Talecris Pueblo. They treat everyone with tip top care and ensure we the donors are given the best attention with p

If you love helping your fellow people, a bit of pocket money and never-ending raffles and promotions, this is the place for you! Professional staff, plus appointments so you don't wait all day.

They sent my husband a text message stating $50 extra to donate and so he went in. They wrote it on his paper that he would get it, he donates his time and plasma, leaves and they only paid the regular rate. He calls 3 times and is told okay, we will fix it but then calls today because nothing has happened. We'll they should've checked the terms better and told him he couldn't get it. AFTER he donated they told him sorry we can't pay what we promised. DO NOT DONATE HERE, THEY TAKE FOREVER, THEY HAVE TO POKE

I've been donating for over a year at this facility and I find the staff is friendly and fun. Some have thier days as we all do but for the most part they are a great group of people. The wait time for donating has significantly been recently reduced and there is less crowding and grumpy people in the waiting room. I think that overall, the experience is worth the extra money you can make. Plus there are always bonus and rewards to be received. Special props to Morgan, Holly, Raelynn,Mrs. K. Salena,Ken, Max

The workers here are amazing, it's like one big happy family here! They are all so very positive!

The staff at this facility are rude and tend to give false information. The facility itself is dirty. Every time I go in there whoever hooks me up to the machine is always rushing resulting in extra (unnecessary) pain for me. They even bruised my husband's arm so bad that he almost couldn't donate the next time he went in.

I would recommend Pueblo facility Plasma center to anyone looking to give back to the Community, pay it forward, or to donate a couple hours out of your day to pay it forward. This environment is professional and safe, staff are dedicating to demonstrating safety along with being providing educational information needed! The staff here our awesome!!!?

Decided to change my review after employees started processing people that came 25 minutes after me claiming donors were "VIP". This is completely wrong considering you don't take appointments anymore and are supposed to serve customers on a first come first serve walk-in basis.

Amazing staff, they are always so kind and professional. Jo, Dee & Randy go above & beyond to make it a good experience.

Today they were really behind schedule, it was really packed, the lady working there front at check in, I believe her name is Destiny was very professional and polite for it being as hectic as it was, she managed it all! I was very impressed thumbs up to Destiny

Great place to donate and earn some money on the side. They do have strict regulations because they have to comply with federal and state requirements as well as think of your safety and patients safety. Example: anyone that is pregnant within the last six months is deferred, in order not to harm her baby, and to allow for the body to get back to normal after giving birth. Sometimes the start times from start to finish runs up to 2 or 2 1/2 hours but its because they are sometimes shortstaffed but I h

I hadn't donated in almost 10yrs, because it would take to long ,2-4 hours sometimes, then to only get any were from $20 to $30 a donation, im sorry it was'nt worth it, and didn't have the time. Now, it's great ,staff is so friendly, and care about you, and genuinely care and appreciate your time, So a big thanks to managemen, and staff for all the improvements! It's a great place, come donate!!!

Grifols is a Clean, friendly- environment , and motivated atmosphere, I would encourage you to donate to help save lives. The bonus you get a little extra cash to help you out. Drink lots of water, day before and wait an hour before you donate. The cagulate from the saline can effect your body if you don't alloew your digestive system to process correctly. The process to donate can take an average of 45 minutes to a couple hours. Make sure to bring your identification, proof of address and residency,

All the staff here are super friendly and kind to everyone. They take the safety of everyone extremely seriously. I absolutely couldn't see myself going to a different center.

I have donated here for 2 yrs. New management recently and donor compensation decreased by $100 a month. Doing incentives to get/ keep clients, such as raffles. Keep your prizes and give us the compensation we have previously enjoyed if you want to keep clients. Also, if they offered a comment box I would have used that form of communication.

They take care of people here and go the extra mile to do so. Extremely nice staff and compensation is helpful and I try to go out of my way to refer new donors. I would rate higher than 5 if I could!

Staff is friendly and appointments make the donation process alot faster. It was better with the $25, $40 versus the $20 $40, but other than that it's a good center. New donor fees are great as well as buddy bonus.

3 years ago my daughter and son in law went to donate. My son in law was a medical marijuana patient and was denied ability to donate. Since my daughter was with him she was also denied the ability to donate even though she's never had a medical marijuana card. She was told she had to get a note from a Dr to say she didn't have a medical marijuana card. Everybody should know a Dr can't tell if you have a card or not. When she tried to tell them this they said she couldn't donate because she argued with them

I love this place! It feels great to be able to help save lives and to also be rewarded for it. They are organized, clean, fast, friendly. All in all, Worth it.
