I am a donor at Grifols! Now and former, I have always had nothing but pleasant experiences! The staff is very concerning and leave no questions unanswered. The donating process is quick, convenient, and stress free as well!!! I highly recommend this environment and trust the process! All while saving lives with benefits!

Atmosphere for donating is always nice,funny,and a vibe. Never really have a dull moment at this donation clinic. Been donating for a few awhile and never disappointed. Id have to shout out the entire staff, since 2024..I've always had good staff experiences.

I have been coming here for 5 months now never had an issue with being sticked. The atmosphere is fun with Jason . Everyone is nice and professional and respectful. Best time to come is mornings. Just make sure u eat and stay hydrated.

I been donating at different facilities for awhile and this is by far my favorite. The staff is super helpful and I would highly recommend Jason. He did an amazing job at explaining and answering my questions. Was very professional and made me feel at ease. If ur looking for a few extra dollars. Would definitely recommend

I've been donating here for a minute now, and I gotta say, this is one of the best plasma centers I've been to. The staff is super friendly and professional ? they always make sure you comfortable and taken care of. The place clean, organized, and they keep everything running smooth, so you ain?t stuck waiting all day. If you love sitting around for hours and hours several days in a row to not give a donation, this is the place! I just left my 3 visit 5 hours accumulated from waiting and no donation to show for it. After nearly 4 hours on Monday, I finished my new donation on boarding, medical, physical, and vitals. But I had run out of time because I alotted 3 hours. I left my sample on Monday and was told I could come back and they would slide me in since I had left my sample. I scheduled for today at 10am. It's past 11

Grifols is amazing. Never donated before but was a great experience. Make sure you drink plenty of water the might before makes the experience way easier. I will say that it's a little bit of a process so give yourself at least 3 hours for first time donating.

I met Ricardo from another plasma donation center. When I came to Grifols as a new donor and saw him here, I knew that I wasn't going to regret my experience. He treated me with much respect and made certain that I was comfortable. I've been a regular donor ever since and have never been disappointed

I've been coming here for a month now and I'm impressed! I enjoy the easy checkin process and procedure. Ricardo was my phlebotomist for the second time and provided me with great customer service! He was very gentle, and accurate in completing this process.

I always feel welcomed, safe and appreciated at this location. The staff is always mindful of my comfort and wellbeing each and every donation and I'm always paid before I leave the parking lot on my Grifols prepaid Visa! This is my donation center by choice!

Great place to donate, nice staff very competent. I like the fact that we are helping make medicine for people who need it and that it helps me look at my health measurements twice a week that they screen. The compensation for donation is a bonus.

I have been donating plasma at Grifols Garner station Blvd now for 3 years.. Great location great staff members that have been here 2 years or longer great at sticking customers and customer service, they're donating process is excellent and fast. I would recommend Grifols to everyone and easy way to help people in need and make a little extra money.

I've been donating plasma here for quite a while now, and all of the staff are amazing!! Seeing them twice a week feels like family, and starting the day with smiles, and laughs while donating is a bonus!! Keep up the great job!!

I had a few issues in the past with the afternoon staff. They were very ignorant and not helpful at the time I needed them. Other than that, the morning, staff have been wonderful and amazing help and great with each client.

Went in today as a new Donor super nervous but all of my nerves went away as soon as I entered the office I was greeted everything was explained to me I didn't have to wait long at all seriously no complaints about anything the staff was friendly and welcoming the phlebotomist did a great job ???? will definitely be returning! Please don't be skeptical about going here

My veins, blood pressure, and hemocrits were checked. I read the paperwork given to me and watched two videos as requested. Two and a half hours later I was still in the waiting room waiting to be called. I noticed that a woman who came in after me was taken back, yet, no one called me so I left. I understand there's a process but registering shouldn't take two two and a half hours, especially when the actual donation takes an additional two hours.

I would NOT recommend anyone even try to donate here. First off you have to set appointments even on your first visit so cancel any hopes of getting money. Second the staff is VERY rude, and unprofessional,,, they will find any reason to defer you you from donating which is sad. I recommend people to go to OCTAPHARMA plasma center very professional and kind people with NO APPOINTMENTS. I've been going here since 2016 and I've always had a quick and great experience. Everyone is kind and speedy fast. I'm always in and out in under 1.5-2hrs.

The staff is excellent, and the service was fast after your first appointment. A few tips: make sure you eat before you come. Drink plenty of water the night before your appointment.

Staff is always helpful & cheerful. This is the best location I have donated at. The best tip I can give is to stay hydrated & eat well the day before.

Omg just DONT GO. They literally had me leave and come back over and over and over and over just to finally defer me for being on a medication. Every person is prescribed SOMETHING. Also they don't put any info regarding this on the Grifols website and when I asked the employee about this she told me the website THAT WAS ON GOOGLE is more of a corporate website, not really for donors to read. Okey-dokee.

Avoid the facility at ALL costs!!! I donated two weeks ago, and the young lady that installed my my line did not follow her associates directions. She blew my vein out half way through, due to an improper poke. I came back today 12/16/24 only to be denied because of a bruise I still have from my previous visit. I was told to use the opposite arm the last time I was there. I understand the guidelines they have to stay within, as it was explained to me; However, it was a complete waste of my time. My account

I have been donating here for over a year. I have donated at other Raleigh/ Durham centers and hates the long lines. At grifols you can make a appointment and get done in 60 to 90 minutes.

This is my first experience I had a great time super nice very helpful that makes you feel real comfortable

Worst experience as a continuous donor. I requested who I requested and got a smart remark from who I requesting who I wanted to stick me. I don't normally let just any one in this facility to stick me. I have my ones who sticks me and Makayla is my main. An I was told I had to be uncomfortable and let someone else who's never stick me before. Some of the staff is very disrespectful especially some who suppose to run the floor. Korneisha is very disrespectful and her attitude is very ugly towards donors. Sh

I decided to apply for a donor care technician position, the day of my interview I was 10 mins late!! 10! not 15,20,30 but 10! the manager was super rude about it & very inconsiderate! Really didn't want to leave a negative review but Im gonna have to stop donating. I've been donating consistently for several years. I drive 40 minutes then the process USUALLY takes about an hour. But ever since they started this new system through the app where you have to schedule an appointment now I'm waiting over an hour just to get my vitals taken. I'm not exaggerating... My appointment was at 10:15. It's 11:41 and I'm still waiting on a bed. I thought the new process would make things faster, but fo
