I like the staff and the clientele is entertaining most days. Donating plasma is donating plasma. And most of the centers and their competitors centers are okay too. Today though, I checked in at 4pm and had about a dozen people that checked in after me taken back before me. Waited an hour to be called back, now it's 5pm only to be told because I had been gone for 3 months because of my job that they have to treat me as a new Donor and they couldn't process me because they closed at 5:30. They actually clos
Best place to do Plasma in town! Only place I can give without looking like they beat me up for it! Has a percent display right next to your head so you know exactly where you're at. They look out for you, too! I had to use the restroom super bad at the end, but they made sure I was out quickly and safely. Love the friendly banter and atmosphere. A place like this is hard to come by.
So I've been coming to grifols for months now and I come in today and I get this guy who stuck the needle into my muscle not my vain and I asked him to remove it and he dug around so the normal poker who I've never had issues with hitting my vein hits it the first time in my other arm so then the same guy misses another guys vein and another poker comes and bc I asked the guy how long he's been a poker and the other lady got rude as hell and started talking shit after she walked away loud enough to hear acr
I've been to at least 15 plasma stations nation wide son ya feel me B. Yo all them shits was trash B, word to MoMs son. But Ima tell you some knowledge son, that SAGINAW MI one the smoothest running station, ya hear me son Hands down the fastest, in and out bing bong ya heard. All staff gravy with me B , much love to all yall and all what yall do LOVE BABY!!!
Everyone here has been very helpful and have been some of the nicest people I've met. Thanks again DONTOONS
After a bad experience at a different plasma center, I was pleased with the friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and professionalism of Grifols!
Although the staff do talk to eachother a lot, I find it entertaining! They do their jobs and I never have to wait very long, and when you do have to wait your not standing in line. I prefer Talecris over CSL . Much quicker and more enjoyable
I highly recommend this location to all donors. The staff is very welcoming, very well trained, and polite. You can make yourself at home here and feel comfortable while donating. The staff are educated and have great work ethics. I respect this location and appreciate your hard work. A special recognition to the phlebotomist Keesha she does a very great job, thank you. I will definitely return as a regular client.
Very professional very clean great atmosphere workers treat you with respect
The employees at Grifols Talecris in Saginaw do a very good job and are very professional.
I like all of them they are so nice so I give them 5 stars
Lab is a joke! Receptionist will put you on hold, and or hang up on you for asking a questions about a test results! Unprofessional! Always starts with the manager on down! Wake up owners!!!!!
99% of the staff is amazing I'm always laughing while there. I have horrible veins and they all are so sweet and comforting. All jokes aside tho they aren't switching gloves between the donors which on its on is the worst but then there's I believe his name is Justin and his comments and harassment has now got the 3 people I came with never coming back.
Honestly if people think that most of their staff care about good service to us giving people you've never been there. They use to have good and respectable people but I feel they moved up the ladder and replaced them with talk show hosts. Im a nice person but what I witnessed motivates me to become someone who oversees these issues and do something about it. Just saying a little effort and kindness instead of just on inspection day couldn't hurt right? 2/5 stars is because I respect the managers in the off
This place is horrible, dirty, ghetto, and unprofessional. There is a saying treat people how you want to be treated. If you dont like your job than find a new occupation its so simple. Not once i came to this place being rude or vulgar but yet some of the staff have the worst attitude. Next time i come to this place, i will be just as rude as they been to me and we gonna see how it makes them feel to be disrespected for no reason
I would recommend CSL over this place. They keep doing "samples" because my protein keeps reading low even after a month. I went to CSL after 3 weeks of that and my level was at the top of the range. The staff won't tell you anything and they are not friendly. Don't think I'll be coming back.
Nobody wears name tags .... few people thank you or say hello to you ... was not paid yesterday and had to drive back today just to get my payment released ... almost 24 hours after donating. Some great employees and some not so great ... love the fact that you can sit down while you wait AND the wait times are very brief ... they get you in and out and they get 10 stars for that as well as a more relaxed atmosphere and great music. Nobody should ever be criticized by anyone for arriving late in the day
My experience here is always pleasant. They have one of the best staffs I ever seen at a plasma center thus far. There always friendly and welcome you with a smiles. I like the fact that there really never long line so your in and out. Overall if your trying to become a superhero and save some life's I recommend this plasma center.
Staff was VERY rude. My daughter went in today to donate at 2:30 and they close at 4:30 and were turned away because they didn't have time to take on any more new donors and when I said I thought you closed at 4:30 I was told they didn't have enough staff and the woman at the desk said" Not that we need to explain that" So we will not be going back and will tell everyone not to go there to donate.
I have been donating for 5-6 weeks now and have had a good experience each time. I feel that the staff are well educated in their field. I plan to continue donating for a long time. It feels good to do some thing to help others and getting paid to do it.
I've been going here for about a year and it's really not that bad. On a busy day, it can take awhile to get through and donate, but usually the whole process takes between an hour and a half and two hours. If you are a new donor it takes longer because they have to get all of your information and give you a physical (don't worry guys, they don't touch your junk).
I was in as a new donor over a year ago and pulled a false positive test result. Since then it has been difficult getting back in to donate. I have done the blood test that was needed and they always tell me it wasn't the correct test and they need more information from the results. I keep taking the form with what tests need to be done to my doctor but every time I take the results back to them saying from my doctor that I am fit to donate I keep getting rejected and have to go back to the doctor's to do t
I am beyond upset at this establishment and its workers, I've been in there three times turn down every single time because they're "not taking new donors" the first time I came it was understandable they were short staffed and it was around noon even though the donor process usually takes a couple hours to do all the paperwork and do blood, so I understand then. I asked him what would be an appropriate time to come in they said anytime before noon would be the best, I came in on a Sunday at around 9:00 I w
First time donor here. Went the other day and let me get this out of the way-- the plaza and area it's in is kinda creepy (and has a crummy parking lot) but Talecris itself is fine. =) The waiting room can be mostly full at times, but I think most people in there are waiting for someone to get done. New donors can be there for 2-4 hours. Returning donors take about 2-3. When I went back, I waited for about and hour, got screened, and was there for another 75 mins. The staff seems friendly enough. You get c
I love going to donate here. My husband & I go twice a week & the staff do their jobs very well I just think they should atlease have a bonus sometimes for the first donation of the week! I also would like to say to the person who says that "It's a great place to go if you're desprate for money" FYI I don't think we're desprate for money, I have a full time job & can use the extra cash for my house hold especially with the holidays here! ??
The staff is amazing!! We dont all have "great days" and that Staff puts up with alot of disrespect from- some people who come in and they need to remember- they are doing a job.. I think they are amazing Love my Poohie
Very unprofessional. Rude staff. Dirty.
if the staff would stop talking to each other and do their damn job it would go alot smoother and faster. Hire people that have customer service and medical field experience and maybe you would have a better outcome! Its saginaw.. Its busy... Hire people who care about their job not idiots off the streets..!
I have donated plasma here maybe 4-5 times, and plan to donate more. The compensation is pretty fair, sometimes earning up to $75 per visit (they give you a prepaid debit card that they load the money onto). All in all, you can make ~$300 per month if you donate the maximum twice a week. The first time you donate it will take a little longer (3-4hrs) due to answering 1 million questions and undergoing a physical (they do not look at or touch your private areas). Every visit from then will most likely take a
I mean, it's a great place to go if you're desperate for money. You have to donate twice a week for it to be worth your while (the first donation for non-new people is usually around $25, the second is around $50---if you only donate once a week, you'll never earn more than $25). You should know in Europe you can only donate plasma 45 times in a year, here in the US the max number is 104. And it depletes the protein in your body...so it's kinda hard on your body. Oh and the staff can sometimes be less than
All staff is friendly very nice atmosphere. Senica gets a special shout out very good poker and very courteous n polite ??
The staff are some of the rudest people planet. They sat behind the reception desk and made fun of a disable woman. They completely ignore in the back, to instead gossip in group about as far away from you as possible. Don't go in there smelling of anything less of fresh daisys or they differ you for oder. Make sure you have your correct address on your ID because they don't except any mail with a window on it, so practically they won't accept any mail you get. (Even dhhs doesn't count.) Don't
Other then the fact that most of the workers seem like they don't want to be there, are really lazy and slow, and seem to think they can talk to people how they want. But then again they have changed their workers at least 3 times in the past year alone.
Horrible staff lazy as can be will leavea you hooked for 30 plus mins when u been done. Disrespectful dont care about peoples feeling. None of the staff are ceritified. Now its more aloud back there because i got very uncomfortable over them leaving my plasma bottle and old blood sitting there after i left for more than 30 mins and the staff still didnt care and on the dc they didnt even make sure it was me donating. Very iggnorant and careless. THIS PLACE TOTALLY DISGUSTS ME!
I absolutely love donating there ,the workers makes feel so comfortable And cared for ??. Every time i go they are very careful when sticking me. OH and the female workers are ALL Pretty and so sweet.??
I have had good experiences here, except fri the 26th! The woman who put the needle in screwed up. Arm be a little messed up. They had to do my other arm.
Never answers the phone to make appointment for first donation so I drove an hour away early in the day and they turn me away. This place is trash and if there was a way to get report everyone I would and get this place shut down I would. I won't recommend this place to anyone
staff doesn't talk to you, or explain the process. do not come here if you have never done this before. unfriendly. i felt like a burden.
Great place and hella great staff the only thing I think could be better is the pay for the first donation 25 isn't really a gud pay out if it was 50 for both plus the bonuses now that would be EXCELLENT. LOVE YOU GUYS A LOT KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK been going here for years and not one flaw by staff KEEP THE GOOD WORK STAFF.
10/25/19 called on a couple different occasions because I had to make a report and wait on a doctor to see it. One of their staff Nurses left me sitting on hold now for 60 minutes! Never answered back the phone after telling me she was checking on information for me.
I've been going there since October and I've not had one problem yet. The staff is wonderful to me and I get done within an hour and half thats including the wait and donation.i plan on going for a while..
After 20 donations I can safely say this place is great! I love the staff and everyone is so friendly. I look forward to going every time!
Rude as hell very unprofessional all they do is talk to each other all day and they almost always have a attitude worst blood bank in Saginaw
Great place for plasma donation awsome staff an never long wait time so much better then csl
Been going here for about 8 months. Left today without being able to donate because i had my arm murdered and after about 6 different slides of the needle i got fed up with the pain and inexperience of the one poking me. My arm is now on fire and i am extremely upset about this experience. Out of my 8 months this is probably my 3rd bad experience along with being my worst. Dont think ill ever go back again
Staff are plesent and genuinely care about the donations. Never takes long to donate. Would highly recommend for compensation prices o er other donation banks.
Best donation place in Saginaw...awesome staff...low wait times ... couldn't find a betta place
They are friendly and fast...always very nice....who couldn't use extra cash and help people
Every time I go here the company has found some way to dial down the compensations. It's ridiculous. It's little surprise they are less busy each time.
Shout out to Loo!! In Saginaw, MI?.thank you for caring!! All of you working in centers all over are doing an awesome job!! Exceptional!
Always friendly Staff , very well trained I think the $40 pay should be alot higher ..should add the bonus to every time u donate ??
Friendly staff. Awesome new donor promo's. (If you haven't donated in 6+ months you qualify for new donor promo again!)
The staff here are great! Tae was very professional and helpful. The donation process went smoothly and the pay is good.
People up front that work there wanna have professional jobs with ghetto attitudes it shouldnt take 2 and a half hours to donate maybe 1 and a half like at csl but there vety processional there and know how to do there job without taking all day.
I sat for two hours without even being called as other people flew through the process. The money would never be worth that wait to me. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of time.
This place is so ghetto and unprofessional they have attitudes out this world inappropriate conversations and music you have to listen to yeah never ever again would I go there .
I like the people there don't have a problem with them they fun
Phlebotomists are top notch, and they pay all donors the same. Pay isn't based on how much you weigh.
I was a first timer today....it did take me about 4.5 to 5hrs but it wasnt that bad....i will be a repeat 2x a week mostly because its my way of helping the ill....and the pay does help some....thank you??
Staff and management is always very nice making sure your comfortable when donating couldn't ask for a better place
The employees don't know what to do and ignore you if you are in distress. I had blood pump back into my arm outside my vein and it took minuets to get someone to stop it. Never going back.
I always have the best experience here at Talecris. The staff is friendly, the environment is always clean, and I'm glad i came to Talecris!
The people here are very friendly and they always have great rewards for donating. I've been coming here for over a year
The idiot guy there. Blew through my vein and into my arm. He was wondering why no blood was coming out. I ended up in the hospital. So the money I earned ended up going towards my hospital bill. Never again!!!!!
Way better than csl and the atmosphere decent ask for Seneca
Very respectfull and very professional at what they do if i canngive them 10 stars i would they care alot about their donors and very fair about their pay out very understandings.
Great center! Really excited about the new paperless system. Said it will make times faster.
The staff does a great job, however this last time my husband donated they never paid him!
They are very good at there job when I come in I'm greated with a lot of respect and I like that
Most of the girls in there have thee worst attitudes every single time I went in there not worth going.
Thiis was ridiculous was here for 4 hours and did not even get seen. I made an 8 am appointment. What is the point of making an appointment if you are not going to get seen.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff ... Professional staff and Very clean establishment and restrooms clean and stocked
They don't explain how everything works then they are rude and just say well don't know what to tell you when you go to donate and they turn you away do not go here
Most staff are friendly. They keep it clean. It's never really busy any more.
Very unprofessional. The donors are rude and the guard is just a friend in a uniform. Very unsafe feeling there.
Very nice staff and they give pay very close attention to you if you start to fill uneasy while donating.
The staff is absolutely wonderful Very clean I enjoy my time there
If they stopped farting around people would actually be in and out and they'd get more donors. Management not doing they're job
Waited a whole 1 hour to get poked the staff really dragged there feet and talked while donors waited I'm going to Find a new facility to donate
They never answer the phone very poor customer service
Very nice staff. Love coming here.
Enjoyed the place before and look forward to going back
Always happy staff only plasma center where you feel like family you come in laugh donate and earn money
Not one bad experience yet n Eye've been going since '14
There miserable and hate there life chooses they hate people about half need to be retired to live there miserable life
Friendly staff, very respectful and courteous.
Whats the point of setting appointments if you cont get called til 1.5 hours after your 3pm appointment
Donate plasma and save lives. They're a great place to donate at and be rewarded for it.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
