The staff is friendly and very efficient. I like the fact that you make appointments so you very rarely have to wait any length of time to get your donation completed. It's always clean even the restrooms. The overall atmosphere is pleasant & feels like a well run operation. The staff works well together and everything runs smoothly. I would definitely recommend Grifols Talecris as an option if you are thinking about donating plasma to help save lives.

I had an employee by the name I think it's Meng take such good care of me I had a little pain and they thought I was gonna have to get a re-stick but he stepped in and told me not to worry it wasn't needed adjusted it and my donation went smoothly I felt better right away and so calm knowing he had my back

This is by far the best donation center I have been to donate my plasma , the staff are all so very nice and respectful, all have smiles on there face and they are very quick to get you through the process , you don't have to wait very long at all compared to the other donation centers and it's very clean,I recommend grifols over octapharma,csl and BioLife by far and I've donated at them all through the years...

They seem to forget to tell you that when you have another physical you MUST donate 2x or your physical doesn't count. Seems like you are actually punishing people for not doing 2 donations. Good to know. BioLife does not do this. May not seem like a big deal to them but if you have to get up 2 hours early to take a bus ride for an hour and nothing is said on the app about this. It's call communication you guys should try it

definitely one of the best plasma centers i?ve been to . staff are very friendly and helpful , phlebotomists are very knowledgeable and always do an amazing job , there are always good bonuses going on , and there's never a line , so you're always in and out . i highly recommend going here , you won't be disappointed !

Just because I'm staying in a hotel they wouldn't let me donate it shouldn't matter where u are living that doesn't got anything to do with saving ppl lives. First it was cuz I had a Texas license so I go change that now it's cuz I'm livin in a hotel these places need to get it together I wouldn't recommend any one coming here

My fifth experience was professional and very clean surroundings with very helpful staff who checked on me respectfully a good terms and times.

I have gone to other plasma services before but this is, by far, the best. Very professional and organized. All the staff seems very knowledgeable and helpful

Good experience over all we try and fix our flaws right away we put our donors needs first we also have fast donation times and no wait time no long lines come visit us and check it out first hand.

Staff was friendly but don't like how they operate. They DO NOT accept walk-ins as stated on the phone. Went in 2 hours before they closed and you have to schedule an appointment and waited around for over an hour for them to tell you no. Absolutely would not recommend. If you want friendly staff and people who won't stand you up... Go to Octapharma Plasma instead.

This is a fantastic location. I went in to donate plasma today. I didn't eat as much as I should have before hand and I drank too much water. As soon as I met my 902 plasma that I needed, I asked if I could go use the bathroom, and then return for my saline. While using the bathroom I felt myself getting dizzy, and lightheaded. My head was pounding so I quickly got back to the donation center. I notified staff of this and they got me to a chair right as I fell. The staff were very supportive and made me fee

Well I have noticed there is more friendly staff now. When u do donate, it does help people in the world n u get a gift as well. I have been donating in memory of mom now n I m happy to do so. I started donating here 12 years ago and have never gone anywhere else. The staff is friendly and very competent in what they do. I love helping those who need plasma, and if you donate twice per week (the maximum you can donate) regularly, the compensation you receive over time is insane!! I have been really satisfied with this location. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful. I have been coming here for almost a year and I wouldn't want to go any where else. Very professional people! I walked in and was very nervous due to my dislike of needles but mister Yang Lee made me feel very relaxed about the whole ordeal. The whole building was kept nice and neat, even the outside. They really helped me understand what donating plasma was and let me know that I am helping people out! I have been coming here for many years, I started donating at Biolife... I ALWAYS felt as if I was bothering them the people were rude and unfriendly. I started here with very low expectations but EVERY SINGLE PERSON is amazing I have had the best experience every time I've been here. I love chatting because we always laugh. I love coming here

Crystals customer service skills were fantastic

They got rid of the increased pay by number of donations per month and replaced it with 40 the first time in a week, 75 the second, screwing anybody that has a full time job. They also won't pay you 75 for the second donation if it isn't the same "calender week" so if your first donation is Friday, and you donate again on Monday, you won't get 75 until your third donation. These guys make almost 100x what they pay you for your plasma. 40 dollars in 2024 is nothing. They also stopped sending the texts for bo

This has always been my preferred plasma donation location, but due to recent changes I think it is now the worst place to donate. It's so incredibly cramped for us patients, as well as the workers. I hope this was a good faith attempt in improving the facility, but whatever improvements they hoped to achieve are completely dwarfed by the terrible donation experience for both the donor and workers.
