new time donor came on monday , waited for at least an hour in the chair , not even being cared for , only have one exam nurse which is crazy . my friend was in the donor area & waited at least an hour for her to get hooked up , just not the best professionalism at all , don't come here if you have things planned, got here at 3:15 , it's now 4:10 , and i?ve been finished the new donor book 30 minutes ago .

They are beyond unprofessional the wait time is up to 3 to 4 hours if your a new donor the scheduling is pointless I would recommend CSL Plasma.

I'm convinced that the entire staff at this place are on the strongest form of drugs that there is. I'll be going to the South Slappey location going forward. Management here are a joke.

I honestly don't know how this place is still in business working with the public. The lack of concern or care for people donating a piece of their body is quite disrespectful. So I went here to donate with a friend recently. I was a first time doner trying to get her a referal. So I made an appointment online and even let the website/app know I was a first time doner. Yet when I arrived here I was told that have no more slots for first timers. Yet, I scheduled the appointment online and had stated it was my first time. So I wasted my time even showing up because the flawed online scheduling system or some other unknown reason. I think this should be resolved so this issue doesn't

The staff is always kind and helpful!! The PERFECT place to donate plasma!! (Especially if you're a first time donor!) The staff always makes sure you're comfortable and is always very encouraging!! The ladies at the front were VERY rude and didn't want to do their jobs at all.I called before I went up there and was told I good to donate,I get there and was told I couldn't because One out of the two middle names that I have wasn't on my I.D.They wouldn't try to accept any other forms of I.D (social,birth certificate or marriage license) Everything matches and they still refused saying that because I don't have one of my middle names listed on my I.D,I couldn't donate.

Never a "bad experience" even when the center is busy and the employees are performing at max capacity they demonstate a pleasant disposition. I am always greeted with a smile and receive excellent service during my visit. Highly recommend the Albany Clark center.

Lazy workers who spent 85% of their time standing around talking to each other rather than working. What this means for you is that you will spend you time waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Need to scan your kiosk express code? Wait 25 minutes. Need to get your pre-donation scan after that. Wait another 20 minutes. Ready to get hooked up and donate? You guessed it, wait another 25-30 minutes. They really like wasting your time here. When they finally do stick you, they brutalize you arm. A month weeks late

Attempted to donate here. Staff were not helpful. The lady behind the desk was on the phone having a loud personal conversation. The only other person I could see was pacing up and down the screening stations doing nothing. Every time I have been there I have had to wait hours and redo the initial evaluations because the techs failed to do their job properly on my previous visit. These "medical professionals" DO NOT read the donor charts before hooking you up to the machine. Such a great facility! It's clean and kept up. The staff is kind and hilarious. They'll talk your ear off, let you talk their ear off (within reason, they most certainly do their job, and well.) or let you be, depending on what you're up for. Getting paid to watch movies while you help save lives is pretty good too. ;)

Most of the time great service. I've been coming for years. But I donated yesterday went grocery shopping. Waited at the front of the store with my groceries for over an hour still no payment on card. It's now the next day I have been calling since they opened no answer... where the f is my payment. So I just called the 855 # and they tell me it could be up to 3 days for my payment.. wth .. I'm fixing to be without lights I do this to help others and myself.

This place started out great. But now it's awful. The front desk ladies are half doing their jobs, talking loud and being rude.... & Deferring donors because they can't comprehend how to work a blood pressure machine. This makes ppl not wanna donate.

This place is alright as long as you dont get Alison up at the front. She is beyond condesending when she talks with donors. When i first started going a couple years back, i just assumed she was having a bad day, but since she is still rude 2 years later, ill finally leave a review. Even if she doesnt get you, watching her talk down to others is disheartening to hear how she talks to others.

Only a few staff members are actually nice there, but mostly it's just a bad experience. No matter how nice you try to be they still have attitudes and make you feel like they don't want you there. I wouldn't recommend!

My Top Person to see is Wkeysia in the front with the locs ?????? she be in back also & is very hardworking. ???? She is gentle when she sets up the machine & she is the best at what she does seriously!!! My second one is from the back though & she is very patient as well & she deserves a raise along with Sharonica & Vasha (the mother of the bunch) ?? it wouldn't be as easy giving plasma if these 4 ladies weren't with this company. Highly Recommend that all of them get raises ????????

Great friendly staff. Clean facility and great payouts. A lot of improvement since when they first opened. Most staff are knowledgeable and the process and requirements. I enjoy the atmosphere and respect received every time I enter the facility.

My First time donating was the slowest experience i've had. I felt like everyone was all over the place with my information. I talk to the lady when I entered and she took my name and required information. She didn't have a warming attitude so i felt uneasy immediately. They give you paper work to fill out and they have a designated spot for new donors. I've just recently started to make donations and have really liked all of the ladies that have helped me. I want to give a special Nod to a few specific phlebotomists that have went above and beyond. First, there is Basha, the lead tech, who makes each guests feel welcome. Not only this, she is great at doing her job in spite of my tiny veins. She's so fearless. Second, I would like to thank Ms. Barbara. She has made each of our encounters enjoyable. Third, Kat who is determined to perfect her craft daily.

Poor management and the turn over is always high. Many people don't know how to find a vein.

This will be my last time donating here period. I got here at 10:45 and still waiting to go in the back. It 12:56 . there is not only me waiting but also 6 return donors and 4 new donors still waiting to get to the back . This has been the longest wait time. Worst do action center ever. It took me 2 hours just to be put on a bed. A total of 3 hours spent here when other places don't keep you more than an hour and a half. I do not recommend this place unless you are truly desperate and have hours to kill.

It's always slow and the money is not worth the time it's takes to get in and out. It's like Wal-Mart long wates and slow employees. People have things to do not spend 6 hours to give plasma it's crazy. I'm glad this is not the er cause people would die.

I've been donating plasma for probably 67 years and the talecris Plasma center they have on Clark avenue it's one of the best I've ever been to and I've been to a few in different states very clean very professional and no weights I can get in and out of there and under an hour

My husband is a double amputee but has 1 prosthetic. My brother called and let them know. They said he could donate. They drive over 40 miles to be told that he couldn't. Very disappointing.

Grifols in Albany,GA has a great staff and they are an awesome team. They show appreciation to their donors. I am glad that my donations is able to help others. Their is one staff member I highly recommend her name is Lashell. She is an awesome individual and takes pride in her job at Grifols. Wait 3 hours to donate. They act ghetto, always playing around. Messed up on I'm sticking me , around the needle was swollen, arm went numb, no flow, blood flowing down arm and they demand I get restuck or deferred for 56 days!. So improfessional. I have been to Biolife, CSL and ADMA, they are 10 times better!!
