They very deaf discrimination. They can't do mine blood pressure because of I'm deaf. That full crap. I have been blood pressure before live in Ohio I have no problem with that. here ga wow very deaf discrimination....

The Wait time is getting longer and longer. Too much procrastinating going on with these workers. I recommend CSL for now on!

Wait times excessive for lil to no pay !!! no point of the appointments when they gone take their sweet ass time . Make no sense YAP YAP YAPPING NO STICKING !

new time donor came on monday , waited for at least an hour in the chair , not even being cared for , only have one exam nurse which is crazy . my friend was in the donor area & waited at least an hour for her to get hooked up , just not the best professionalism at all , don't come here if you have things planned, got here at 3:15 , it's now 4:10 , and i?ve been finished the new donor book 30 minutes ago .

They are beyond unprofessional the wait time is up to 3 to 4 hours if your a new donor the scheduling is pointless I would recommend CSL Plasma.

I'm convinced that the entire staff at this place are on the strongest form of drugs that there is. I'll be going to the South Slappey location going forward. Management here are a joke.

its great that they save lives and the benefit for the donors is that they get paid to be a part of it. also clean and friendly pretty much a great atmosphere

I honestly don't know how this place is still in business working with the public. The lack of concern or care for people donating a piece of their body is quite disrespectful. Firstly, I must say, Talecris Plasma Resources (Grifols) the company is a complete shh show! You purposely hire short staff to cut financial corners. This baffles me being you profit tremendously from our plasma. Yet, in exchange for us selling ourselves, you give us on avg $50 bucks. It's sickening to know you rather cut corners on

Never again. The lady that did my arm was in a rush & unprofessional.

So I went here to donate with a friend recently. I was a first time doner trying to get her a referal. So I made an appointment online and even let the website/app know I was a first time doner. Yet when I arrived here I was told that have no more slots for first timers. Yet, I scheduled the appointment online and had stated it was my first time. So I wasted my time even showing up because the flawed online scheduling system or some other unknown reason. I think this should be resolved so this issue doesn't

The worst ever. Need to close down

They were very nice && the customer service was EXCELLENT. Keep up the good work

My first time here everyone was so polite! Vanessa constantly checked on me to make sure I was okay.

The staff is always kind and helpful!! The PERFECT place to donate plasma!! (Especially if you're a first time donor!) The staff always makes sure you're comfortable and is always very encouraging!! I love it here!! If you need a little extra easy money then it's totally worth it!! Just make sure your iron level is good!! <3

The ladies at the front were VERY rude and didn't want to do their jobs at all.I called before I went up there and was told I good to donate,I get there and was told I couldn't because One out of the two middle names that I have wasn't on my I.D.They wouldn't try to accept any other forms of I.D (social, birth certificate or marriage license) Everything matches and they still refused saying that because I don't have one of my middle names listed on my I.D,I couldn't donate.

Never a "bad experience" even when the center is busy and the employees are performing at max capacity they demonstate a pleasant disposition. I am always greeted with a smile and receive excellent service during my visit. Highly recommend the Albany Clark center.

Lazy workers who spent 85% of their time standing around talking to each other rather than working. What this means for you is that you will spend you time waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Need to scan your kiosk express code? Wait 25 minutes. Need to get your pre-donation scan after that. Wait another 20 minutes. Ready to get hooked up and donate? You guessed it, wait another 25-30 minutes. They really like wasting your time here. When they finally do stick you, they brutalize you arm. A month weeks late

Attempted to donate here. Staff were not helpful. The lady behind the desk was on the phone having a loud personal conversation. The only other person I could see was pacing up and down the screening stations doing nothing. When the lady at the counter finally acknowledged mine and another donors existence she informed us they weren't taking new donors because the lady pacing was too busy walking around. I am a regular donor with BioLife in Columbus. I was hoping to find a donation center closer to me. I'll

This is the worst place I have ever donated!!! Every time I have been there I have had to wait hours and redo the initial evaluations because the techs failed to do their job properly on my previous visit. These "medical professionals" DO NOT read the donor charts before hooking you up to the machine. Plenty of time to discuss what they are having dinner tonight or gossiping about other people but not enough to take care of the donors. Either these employees are not being trained/supervised or they just don

I am a regular donor of plasma. I have been 3 times here. The first time took 5 hours. The second should have been smooth but no!! Again I was there 5 hours. Today I was there 2 hours but here it is almost 4 hours later and I still haven't got paid. Always everywhere I have been you immediately get your money. Is this some scam place? I wonder if I made a huge mistake. Here I am again trying to donate. Laying on the bed waiting to donate over an hour laying here and nothing has started I'm waiting to be

Such a great facility! It's clean and kept up. The staff is kind and hilarious. They'll talk your ear off, let you talk their ear off (within reason, they most certainly do their job, and well.) or let you be, depending on what you're up for. Getting paid to watch movies while you help save lives is pretty good too. ;)

Most of the time great service. I've been coming for years. But I donated yesterday went grocery shopping. Waited at the front of the store with my groceries for over an hour still no payment on card. It's now the next day I have been calling since they opened no answer... where the f is my payment. So I just called the 855 # and they tell me it could be up to 3 days for my payment.. wth .. I'm fixing to be without lights I do this to help others and myself.

This place started out great. But now it's awful. The front desk ladies are half doing their jobs, talking loud and being rude.... & Deferring donors because they can't comprehend how to work a blood pressure machine. This makes ppl not wanna donate.

This place is alright as long as you dont get Alison up at the front. She is beyond condesending when she talks with donors. When i first started going a couple years back, i just assumed she was having a bad day, but since she is still rude 2 years later, ill finally leave a review. Even if she doesnt get you, watching her talk down to others is disheartening to hear how she talks to others.

Only a few staff members are actually nice there, but mostly it's just a bad experience. No matter how nice you try to be they still have attitudes and make you feel like they don't want you there. I wouldn't recommend!

My Top Person to see is Wkeysia in the front with the locs ?????? she be in back also & is very hardworking. ???? She is gentle when she sets up the machine & she is the best at what she does seriously!!! My second one is from the back though & she is very patient as well & she deserves a raise along with Sharonica & Vasha (the mother of the bunch) ?? it wouldn't be as easy giving plasma if these 4 ladies weren't with this company. Highly Recommend that all of them get raises ????????

Wonderful people clean place VERY NICE N RESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES

Great friendly staff. Clean facility and great payouts. A lot of improvement since when they first opened. Most staff are knowledgeable and the process and requirements. I enjoy the atmosphere and respect received every time I enter the facility.

Long story of my iron not being high enough and so many times I have tried to come here but I couldn't donate. BUT I finally did today due to the advice the employees gave me. Everyone is super nice super funny. They take thier job seriously which I love. My husband and I donate here ??

My First time donating was the slowest experience i've had. I felt like everyone was all over the place with my information. I talk to the lady when I entered and she took my name and required information. She didn't have a warming attitude so i felt uneasy immediately. They give you paper work to fill out and they have a designated spot for new donors. Usually after you fill out that information you'll return it and put you on a kiosk to fill out more question before you get you physical. After that you'll

The employees always provide great customer service. I never have any complications or complaints. They make me feel welcomed. And best of all, I'm glad to know that my plasma helps people who are in need of it.

Friendly staff clean facilities chill place to vibe while helping out people

Great staff. Quick and efficient. Ask for Allison if you want to feel like family. ?? Ask for Brady if you want to laugh ??. And there's always a great movie on the television.

I've just recently started to make donations and have really liked all of the ladies that have helped me. I want to give a special Nod to a few specific phlebotomists that have went above and beyond. First, there is Basha, the lead tech, who makes each guests feel welcome. Not only this, she is great at doing her job in spite of my tiny veins. She's so fearless. Second, I would like to thank Ms. Barbara. She has made each of our encounters enjoyable. Third, Kat who is determined to perfect her craft daily.

Poor management and the turn over is always high. Many people don't know how to find a vein.

This will be my last time donating here period. I got here at 10:45 and still waiting to go in the back. It 12:56 . there is not only me waiting but also 6 return donors and 4 new donors still waiting to get to the back . This has been the longest wait time. I promise you i will be complain to corporate. They need a location in tifton. I could have stayed home for this .

Wonderful staff here. Nice clean environment .. Will welcome anyone come save a life, enjoy a nice movie while donating, meet friendly, kind new faces all at once.

They let me donate the first time because I had my social security card and my drivers license. Easy enough. Went smoothly. Came back a week later because of how "important" your next visit is but they denied me twice because I'm a resident of a government ran facility and even though i have actual legal documents of my proof of address there they won't take anything unless its an envelope with a stamp that says EXACTLY your address when you first visit this place which is ridiculous because we get our m

The service is very nice and they are all respectful and silly but they brighten my day I love to help someone out in need how ever I can and I'm proud to say I'm apart of the grifols family.??

I always enjoy my experience an as well as saving lives , every employee has a pleasant personality especially Mrs. Barbara.

Very welcoming staff. I got in and out in no time. Phlebotomists continually checked on my well-being. Overall great experience.

Worst do action center ever. It took me 2 hours just to be put on a bed. A total of 3 hours spent here when other places don't keep you more than an hour and a half. I do not recommend this place unless you are truly desperate and have hours to kill.

This is the best center in Albany. The staff are awesome. I do not have to wait long. They get me in and out everytime. The staff are knowledgeable and very nice.

Very clean facility with friendly and hard working staff. Money is never delayed and is immediately paid. Always a good movie playing to watch while you donate as well :)

Everyone was very helpful and they made me very comfortable about the procedure. And I will be returning there real soon. I came back today and I was in and out without any problems

Awesome atmosphere and great employees. In and out in timely manner and always well attentive to your comfort!!

The staff are very rude and disrespectful the stadf talks bad about the donors which makes it very uncomfortable and makes you never want to donate again they talk to you as if you were a child and because the staff gossip so much amongst each other when going in the back that it takes forever to get donate because they are so worried about talking to their peers and its the same when getting removed from the donating table they take extremely long they also have lack of communication the staff needs to cha

They have professional and friendly staff who strive to give quick service and always make you feel welcome.

If if ould give 0 stars I would this is rediculous that y'all told me for five Dave's to come back the next day every other plasma center I have been to as a new donor takes you no matter what are y'all really that lazy? I have wasted all my gas and you all don't really care about people and there time you all can take more than five new donors a day you all are not really here to save lives y'all just want easy days this is absolutely unexceptable you all should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

It's always slow and the money is not worth the time it's takes to get in and out. It's like Wal-Mart long wates and slow employees. People have things to do not spend 6 hours to give plasma it's crazy. I'm glad this is not the er cause people would die.

Great facility fast and easy process to become new donator. Friendly staff always a pleasure donating. Never a bad experience great compensation for your time ;)

Normally dont have a problem with this center, but starting to really get aggravated with them bc for some odd reason no one can answer the phone includes front desk and management. I just tried calling 10+ times in a row and guess what nothing

The staff is very nice as well as friendly, I enjoy doing what I can to help others.

Saving Lives One Day At a Time! #GrifolsPlasma I love coming to donate & just making the world a better place with you guys! It's always an exceptional experience every time! Thank you for doing what you guys do! I love you! Karina! #GivingTuesday ??

Their awesome great friendly people and good service don't really have to wait that long honestly come and donate ???????????

always fast and friendly service. the staff is incredible and loves to help their clients

Literally be prepared to be here all day if you come. The process there is so slow. Nice people though.

My husband eric kendall goes twice a week. So please give him the reward ty... But great service and

I always have a pleasant experience. All the ladies and gentleman that work there are nice and willing to make myself and others comfortable for donating!

I was not treated the way a potential donor is suppose to be treated, I was treated rudely & mocked for saying my experience was condescending so my experience was not good at all I left feeling horrible by certain employees made me feel like I was something I'm not very comfortable & left me distraught and judged by the certain employees there I will further my complaint because I'm so overwhelmed by how I was treated I see five stars good reviews but they must went on good days I wasn't told certain polic

My husband is a double amputee but has 1 prosthetic. My brother called and let them know. They said he could donate. They drive over 40 miles to be told that he couldn't. Very disappointing.

I love coming here the people are very friendly and treat you like family??

Not a good place to donate.they look for any reason to not let you donate.went two days straight and they still come up with a reason not to let me donate.said the SS office had my name wrong.so if you want to donate.i advise you to find another place other than this place.

Grifols in Albany,GA has a great staff and they are an awesome team. They show appreciation to their donors. I am glad that my donations is able to help others. Their is one staff member I highly recommend her name is Lashell. She is an awesome individual and takes pride in her job at Grifols. She is a great asset to the company with her devotion to her job, and the care of their donors. I just want to say "Thank You" to her as well as staff at Grifols in Albany, GA. Teamwork makes dreamwork.....

Wait 3 hours to donate. They act ghetto, always playing around. Messed up on I'm sticking me , around the needle was swollen, arm went numb, no flow, blood flowing down arm and they demand I get restuck or deferred for 56 days!. So improfessional. I have been to Biolife, CSL and ADMA, they are 10 times better!!

Great place to come to help other people and the staff here's awesome

I love the staff...they are friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and takes great care of their donors!!!!

This place need to be shut down, No one should be in there for more than 4 hours just for a lil $50
