This place is good the wait might be a bit long but once you get to the back it's fast depending on you and how long you take to donate... other than that great place for extra cash for your own needs. Good to help and get back for it too ????

May 1, 2025 The only issue I have is they take forever to get you off the machine after your done donating and they need to hire more people so that they'll be more quicker and make better plans to take 2 just to get screen and donate.

Receptionist today was horrible she should be fired for arguing with clients and incompetence Name tags should be given to employees so customers can file complaints Will be speaking with the head Dr before I leave to have something said/do about this lady who hates her job and is rude Have a 2pm appointment it's now 2:17 and still haven't been called back This location needs more staff that actually want to be here helping peope instead of people here to collect a pay check

Never answers the phone a d the phone number you respond with in all the other reviews can't help or answer a y questions. They say you have to go in person. Or call the facility directly.

This place is very unprofessional no one ever answers the phone like how are you a business and the workers do not answer the phone if you have questions or trying to become a donor either hire more people to become more proficient at the job because things are not getting done here or it's getting done at slower pace

Staffing always playing and talking never paying attention to the donors they're quick to defer you and so dirty and unprofessional I'm already finishing I'm still stuck on the bed cuz it won't get me off

My appointment was at 11:15 it's 12:10 don't waist your time the money ain't worth the B's they play all day the bathroom be nasty ASF like it's sad it stay packed they call on who they want and skip u what's the point of having a appointment if they not gone call u folks is leaving the building complain

Need to get more people and faster people if I didn't need the money and wasn't so bored I'd stop donating. My appointments are always late and it's like no one cares that's up front plus the 5 people in front of me complaining ??

This place is a joke. Just when you think they are getting it together here comes another dumb change. Watching people who came in after you get stuck before you because now they work in sections. So if 4 people in the section you are in finish at the same time and someone in another section is doing nothing they just stand around and watch, because if they help outside their section they get in trouble. The plasma technicians do an awesome job of creating a comfortable, friendly and safe environment for us to donate in. They are always attentive to any questions or concerns we may have.

If your wish to give plasma, this is the place to do it. Great customer service from all employees but Angie stood out among them all. Positive attitude and always smiling.

Was not happy... all I was doing was getting transferred from Houston to here and they gave me nothing but problems. I was very happy with the Houston location. I will not be back to this one here in corpus. I'm a very understanding person but there is no reason for the attitude I got here.

Never answer phone got deferred for no reason well can't even find out why

For the first time I had Madison . She chose to put me in another persons side and started people?s machines before me and their time was after mine . ( I saw the girl arrive after me) . The workers are starting to unprofessional .

Really friendly staff however I got here before noon and it's almost 8 pm and I kept checking in at the front desk to make sure I was still in line and not forgotten :/ I've been here for almost 8 hours. I really wish I could give a better review and really wanted to like it. I'll come again to see if maybe if it's just a new patient thing. They could of at least told me it would take this long so I'm not waiting literally all day, I would of been fine with 2-4 hours but not literally all day.

Staff is ok once ur in the chair poked but up until then your waiting an excessive amount of time and they removed the chairs so now ur standing unless your like the few who feel privileged and sit in the newbie section until with the assumption they can save their spot in line. And just to give an estimate on waiting time, just today (not the longest wait) I got here at 8:38am it is now 11 and I'm still in line with 2 ppl in front of me.

It's impossible to donate here. The wait has been 3 hours long in the past couple of months. I only know because my boyfriend has waited in that line. I haven't been to donate for the 2nd time due to such a long wait. I heard it used to never be like this. They need to hire more people to get up to speed. It shouldn't be a 3 hour wait to donate. Your food will be completely digested by the time you sit down and donate your plasma.

Ever since I started my donations here I've been greeted with friendly smiles from all workers they are all so friendly always never once have I been greeted by a rude worker I highly recommend Talecris. They make the process a fast & fun experience as well yes it takes a couple hours depending on how many people are waiting but the workers always make sure to get to you as fast as possible as soon as your done 1

Today's July 6 am told be ready to wait 3 hours plus to donate. Also I'm disabled from my knees ,Thiers no seats I go use a seat from the both for screenings that's not being used and the manager Juan says no I git be moving seats I'd put it back but he rather have donors sitting on the floor around the corner.. I was here 4.5 hours the other day and now still willing to wait and get talked to be the Manager rude for wanting to use a chair not being used.

The staff is very friendly, howver it takes waaaaay to long to be seen. I came in at 11:00, went to the kiosk at around 11:30, was screened by 11:45. Finally went to the back only to sit and wait another hour when there were plenty of free beds. The staff needs to have more of a sense of urgency, and the upper staff needs to do something about having it's donors wait 2+ hours to go from the front to the back... I'd give you guys a higher rating if there staff in the back moved faster to sit donors and start

Wait times are ridiculous! Systems are always crashing which makes them unable to get people seated and started once they are in the back. They are always under staffed and short handed. Employees themselves have said they are short staffed and management is not willing to hire more workers nor allow them to get overtime.

They are great here. A whole different staff that truly has changed attitudes here. Everyone is always helpful to each other as well as the donors. A great experience when you get a chance to help someone who has a disorder and your plasma is the life changing component they need. Awesome ??. Keep up the great work ??

Anyone who complains about how long it takes, or the staff being "rude" try to remember that it is completely voluntary..meaning you don't have to go there at all. If you're gonna be demanding and entitled just stay home. Btw I like the staff here they're pretty cool.

I honestly love this place, the staff is super extremely friendly they make your experience worth the wait, and also it feels good to give and more if your rewarded for it. I recommend people come try it out.

I have been calling the center all morning with no answer. I'm up to 17 calls. I'm not sure if the number posted is wrong or if they just don't care to answer their phone.

As a returning donor wait has been 3-4hrs each time I have donated as a returning donor. It only takes me 30-40mins to draw itself. Waiting room space is limited and very little chairs are available for those that are waiting after initial assessment. The center provides very little seating so it's a long wait standing by the time I get to draw I'm already exhausted. Not worth the pay.

I've been coming to this center for over 3 years and I always have the best experience here. The Staff is very friendly and it's also very clean. I definitely recommend coming to make some extra cash and help save a life!

This place is great. I used to go to CSL Plasma but I had a lot of trouble when taking my vitals, including blood pressure that was high enough to coincide with a heart attack on certain machines. Even though the readings were always way too high, they would never retake me on a different machine because their was so little people on staff. I read some comments and they sound like employees typed them. Talacris in Corpus Christi, Texas takes minimum 3hours also has to handicap ?? parking within 200 feet of entrances to donating lobby. The exit don't have a ramp also its in the rear of the building and donor parking is at least 200ft to the front of building. Many staff are nice but a few are rude to donors. This is my 4th time everything always goes smoothly when I come. Wait is not very long other than the first visit. Staff are awesome, I've noticed they know most donors by name. Definitely recommend.

Ever since starting my donations here I've been met with friendly smiles and caring individuals working or fellow donaters. I highly recommend Talecris to anyone in need of extra cash or who wants to make a difference in the medical field. Plus it helps with keeping up with your health considering the commendations that are supplied here.

Very rude people..they will make any excuse to differ you here..they differed me for life because I forgot to put I had an old tattoo behind my neck..this was the 3rd time I had been there because they only do like 3 new patients per day..1 new patient will take literally 5 hours!! I tried to make two appointments for the week the App only let me make one so I tried to come in a different day during the week and they refused to allow me even if there's a cancellation to fit me in here I've been coming here for a while and because of the faulty app I'm without money that I need it just shows they really don't care about their customers

Really nice and friendly staff... some new faces in their staff but still really nice and friendly to all and each other on the donating floor I've been coming here to telacris for about 4 years now and still a great experience interacting with their staff.

What's the point of setting appointments if you're going to show up and be told to stand outside in a line for an hour...and then still have to go inside, sit and wait for another 20 - 30 minutes. Some people have jobs and things to do. As I'm typing this, there's still about 8 or 9 people waiting outside and a full lobby. Either hire more people or change it to where less people can schedule at the same time. I'll see if I decided to return.

The people here are slow inefficient. Paying you for referrals ha.....ha ha. Rude try to speak to you as you are beneath them. If you like attitude you'll love this place. Technician Abe. This gentleman Is by far my favorite in the back. The guy is always on duty when I'm here, and continually on point in respects to professionalism, but mostly leadership. I feel the other techs lean on him for strength, and the facility would be a lesser place without him here. We all strive to move forward in life. Talecris Plasma Resources is by far the best plasma center I've been too. Everything runs smoothly and from what I have seen, everyone gets taken care of quite nicely! All the workers are nice and really care about who walks through their doors. The waits in the lobby get a bit long, but it's understandable because everyone is trying to get in and out. Overall, I can't say enough good things about them. Keep up the great work!

I ended up going to CSL plasma. Simply because they changed their blood pressure machine and the long wait. Since they got these "new machines" my blood pressure would read high. And I mean 165 over 130. I would be in the ER if it was that high. I asked as to why and there response was that they didn't have the right cuff ?? . Told them to order and they said they have and it hadn't happened.. No bother calling the 800 number. By reading all these reviews yall *the company* need to look into it. Since yall

The people are great and they give good amount of money compared to other places. They do need to do better at speeding things up though since you will be there for 3-4 hours and other places is only 1-2 hours.

If I could rate this place without a star - I would. Took my girlfriend over there and as a return donor there having to wait 2 hours before they can get on a kiosk machine. Then to get to the back your still waiting an additional time. Long story short your waiting 3 to 4 hours as a return donor. Asked to talk to management and they said this is the normal time. Sorry but if thats normal time I think you'll need to upgrade your staff or your machines. I really think its the staff tho cuz they drag all day

Went to donate 5 times and every time I was there longer. This last time I went I was there for four hours before I even got in the bed. A group of women were sitting in the back talking while having a waiting room full of donors and empty beds. Once the next shift came in they all went to lunch together and just left without telling anyone. They were very unprofessional and not good at all

Don't even bother. You will spend your whole day here. I'm currently waiting to donate myself. I been here 2 hours already and still haven't donated. Waiting in line for a screening in itself took an hour. There are a ton of empty beds for people to donate and nobody has had their name called in the past 30mins. They are not making any effort to keep the line moving, this is more of a waist of time than anything else.

The service from the technicians is excellent ??, very professional. However, the system is awful and inefficient. Making appointments is meaningless since you have to wait anyways for hours. You shouldn't be able to select the same time slot as someone else but instead you have multiple people showing up for the same appointment times. Makes no sense and is very frustrating. No matter the time of day you have to be prepared to STAND for a minimum of 3 hours. No sense of urgency at all especially the nurses, which is sad due to the fact they only hire 2.

The staff thinks they can talk to you any which way. Had a lady that wanted me to take off my prescription glasses so she could put them on her face and make sure they were prescribed. I have been coming here to donate since 2017, and I have always appreciated everything the company does to help patients all over the world get the plasma they need to live longer, and fuller lives. Today was my first time donating plasma and the single reason that made my experience above and beyond is the woman with beautiful blue eyes who pre screened and performed my physical exam?she was really nice and explained everything in such an understanding way, while I was donating she even passed by to ask how I was doing?? Staff is positive and organized. I like the new scheduling that they have incorporated. I'm able to get in and out within an hour. Sometimes they even conduct bingo with everyone while your donating to get a bonus or an item they have. I enjoy taking my time out of the day to donate and if I know I'm not going to make it on the time I previously scheduled then I just logon to the Donar Portal and reschedule another hour forward or a time that works for me that day.

Great experience the entire staff is awesome. I would recommend my friends and family to come donate. There's no better place to come relax and give the best gift of life.

Horrible place, they always mess up in the order, sat down on the chair ready to get hooked up for an hour they hooked other 7 people that were behind me and they were not new donors had to leave because they were still hooking other people

Last year talecris was one of the best places to go to donate. I recently went and tried to donate once again and some of the new staff were completely rude. I was cussed at by a staff member and deferred for a technical error of their own. Probably not going to return to donate there again.

It takes so long to donate. I have spent an average of 3 hrs to donate. They are way understaffed. The people that do work there do not seem to care, how long you have to wait. This is the worst plasma center I have ever donated at. Donating used to be a way to make a little extra money, but not worth doing at this center.

Ive been donating here for quite awhile, the staff is super friendly and they know what they are doing. They are very informative about whats going on. I recommend this place to everyone. Way better then most places.

Slowest place I've ever been too, they are under staff I think because there is always nobody working the waiting area , there is 6 intake doors before you go into the back and they always have 1 person working instead of at least 3 , they have no team work also they need to come up with a faster way to move the clients in and out.

I went from 6 times a month to twice a month jf lucky to be able to donate since APPOINTMENTS were taken away. I really don't know where to start. I've been here for over an hour now and unfortunately, they can't find my chart. Not only that, I have to be at work in a hour or so and this is not professionally when you schedule your donations around your work schedule, since they got away from appointments. At Talecris Plasma, these wonderful nurses waste no time in getting you through the Kiosk, your vitals screened, into the chair and hooked up to the machine, all while being very friendly. Plus, the fact that there are chairs to sit in for the small amount of waiting you do and accessible WiFi is the icing on the cake. Nurses are 10/10.

The employees are all very respectful and courteous with the exception of maybe one or two. They are good at their jobs though.

Some of the staff was helpful..but slow sometimes.. This was source of income and they took it away for 54days.. cous of a staff ever..thats almos 8week of money ..do the math I've been grifole for years.. And uall couldn't do any kind of composition.. Not kool..

It was my first time donating today as a new donor and I would give Grifols 4 stars since It did take a little long for the process but overall staff is very nice and helpful everything went smoothly. I used to donate at CSL and wasn't happy with how the phlebotomists treated me , I would tell them I was uncomfortable and they wouldn't even check me or care. Loved it here ! I'm gunna be honest a couple of months ago I donated at CSL to try out the center ? I was curious?.. and I was disgusted when I noticed they weren't changing gloves in the center .. I literally saw the phlebotomists clean the donor bed and then move over to another bed and touch a donors arm. Came back to Grifols and was seriously satisfied with how clean and organized they run the center .. all you see if phlebotomists changing gloves for every little thing and I feel happy with them keepi

$100 for first 5 donations, I did my first 4 donations and went in to do my 5th and last one, but when I showed them my swollen elbow from my previous donation, I was deferred and was told to leave, but that I would get the $100 when I returned after the swelling went away, that they would put a note in my file .
