Update on the new process at the GRIFOLS/TALECRIS: -This plasma center used to be really packed until they took the kiosks away and does everything off the app, meaning Donor Hub. Convenient for some; for those who are a bit old school just a heads up to the fact you will need your phone to donate here. They have also developed an express kiosk (right next to the front desk) specifically for after you fill out your kiosk questions you will have a QR code that you will need to scan. -For anyone who has que
Peaceful isn't painful at all I would recommend David Clarissa and Ashley ,Ms Jackie their really great phlebotomist review by damorian stephens
They are very helpful, professional, & fast. Way better than CSL. They need to be advertised more. Reason I gave it 3 stars because my fiance went 3 days in a row & denied him everyday by being 1 point away on iron, heart rate, & a vitamin which was weird to me.
Been coming here for a little over 5 months, never had any issues. Staff has always been very friendly and professional every time I came in.
Very Professional Staff!! Nice Atmosphere, Clean and I Love The set Up (Process). Also The Cash and Helping Life's!!! #WinWin!!
Very helpful. Happy to see people come in. The people working there definitely know what they are doing. They show nothing but kindness to you as a person. And have a very efficient way of getting things done. I was in there for no more than 50 mins and it was my first time donating.
I scheduled an appointment for 9am, drove nearly half an hour out of my way, and the place was completely deserted. I called several times, no answer. Either fix the website so that the hours are actually correct and appointments can't be made when the center is scheduled to be closed, or update clients if the center needs to closed for the day. It's literally the bare minimum to let your clients know whether or not you're actually open.
Jan 8 donation center called and advised me of $100 plasma donation. After donating on Jan 10th the center denies any knowledge of the call and refuses to compensate me for the misinformation they provided and time I wasted. Unacceptable.
They are so much better now with time and their staff
I spent my last to get here right after work. It says that it closes at 3 on Sundays so I went. They close at 2. Not 3 ??
The staff is very nice and interactive haven't been to a better place since I left Cali?
The front desk lady was very disrespectful and hung up in my face when I called
Ok I've been donating for a while and been to many donation centers, but this one by far is the best , my every experience has been EPIC ,
This place is extremely encouraging I have a great experience every time I go in to donate. The people that work there are loving not only to us donors but also to each other. I leave feeling encouraged each time I go.
This place is the best place in all places. Except Dorletha, that old lady mean and her voice is like a baby. She really annoying and no body likes her because she petty and weird. But other than that everybody is great she just ruins everybody day.
If you eat right and make sure you drink enough water before hand, the process goes by smoothly and quickly. Staff is friendly and full of personality which make each visit enjoyable. ReRe and Jen are my favorite, I never feel it when they stick me :)
I have been donating on and off since 2014, so I have seen them go through multiple changes and I'm impressed overall, with the professional manner, in which they have handled them. The staff is very pleasant and professional. It's a nice, clean and comfortable environment. They really do everything they can to support a quick, drama-free donation. They gladly address and answer all of your questions or issues.
I came in on the 12th of January after turning in my forms the center requested and I got there at 10:30 am was told that the doctor is available and in a meeting . So I sat and waited for 2 hours when I got up to see what was going on the front desk nurse told me the doctor has left for the day. I didn't understand that because I've been sitting and waiting that whole time. It's now Monday and the doctor has yet to view any forms in the file. They don't care about the donars at all. This location is horrib
Very professional and pleasant. A male tech head staff was in the room with my husband and the nurse making sure nothing went wrong of the slightest bit. We felt very comfortable and respected. Thank you Jesus that their is a business that still goes by their policy of professionalism. Thank you to the staff for doing their job. Excellent service.
Worst place ever to donate. The lady's are very rude at the front and very unprofessional being on their cell phones. As well as not taking any information that you're giving to them they will try to tell you that you're lying about your own information that you're submitting to them.
Don't DONATE HERE GO TO CSL OR ANYWHERE ELSE THEY PAYING 400$ for new donars and chump change afterwards!!! And everyone else is paying 800$ at the Minimum!!!!!! Staff is GHETTO & RUDE
Very clean facility even before the pandemic!! Professionalism staff is what makes this center a better choice for donating plasma!! Very organized and on a electronic system as of last year. Friendly and knowledgeable staff is a plus! Often quick turnaround times from door to chair. I'm a regular here and I'll continue to show my support!
I've been coming here for awhile now, I love how friendly the workers here are. Highly recommended for anyone looking to donate for the first time. So many great people working there. They really care about you, they want you to be as comfortable as possible. I enjoy it everytime I go.
They're very pleasant and professional. The workers are focused and very dedicated to their patients. The service is outstanding in the treatment is wonderful. The nurses are very kind and gentle. The information they given prior to donation is very helpful as well. You know what they say "Pride for donors, passion for patience."
Awesome services, was great to be able to help for a cause and staff is great and organized. The process is smooth and usually organized with not much weight time and helpful if you have any questions. Just drink lots of water and good meal beforehand :)
The staff is very pleasant and professional. It's a nice, clean and comfortable environment. They really do everything they can to support a quick, drama-free donation. They gladly address and answer all of your questions or issues.
Love the opportunity to make extra money. Every month for approximately 4 hours a week I make over $400 (which includes fun bonuses) . It's like having a mini part time job that I don't have to do anything, but show up and read a book or watch things on my phone (with ear plugs of course to be considerate to others ??) Very easy and the people are fun too. It's clean and comfortable.
I don't have any complaints for this company unlike I have for other donation centers. However, it would be nice to be able to do your screening questions on a website, or have more control over the cash you receive and be able to have it direct deposited into an account of your choice. Both of which I was able to do at the last place I was donating before I started coming here.
$200 1st 2 donations is their new customer promotion. Definitely not worth it.
The ppl are slow its very frustrating especially if you have to be somewhere don't come here I was in tears at this place the inconsiderate so mad at how long it took just to get in a bed was 2 hrs 30 mins mind you I'm not a new donor they ppl are super slow it really doesn't make any sense if you have to go to work or anything don't come here because you're going to be late even if you come early this was by far my worst experience barely want to help speed the machine up I don't recommend this place gots
All the staff here are very respectful and understanding. I come donate on very busy days. They go as fast as possible and keep they're cool under pressure. Definitely enjoying my experience here.
The only reason this place as soon many 5 stars is bc they give u a bonus$ if you give a good review basically they are buying your vote! Is a clean place, customer service needs a lot of help. For some reason it seems like they over work there staff!
I love this place. Both Jasmines r the bomb. They make u feel welcomed. Well me anyway. Lol. But all and all Chris and David all them are Awesome Stickers. Lol. Don't get it twisted. The whole building and everyone's that work's there are Awesome Sauce. Good money gotta add that too
This particular location is where I've been going for maybe 4 years now. I've nvr had a terrible experience. Customer secice wasn't always 100 but I get over it. The phlebs are alll good ppl they conversate with you nd make you feel @ease. The payouts are ok. It helps tons. I'm greatful I get to do this .
Courtney was so amazing!! The type Of customer service that she had provided us was beyond measures.. and her professional posture was overwhelmingly presidented and kind , we will always hold these type of kind actions to the extreme.. keep up the good work!! We love you on behalf of me and my company. Casey B. Owner: In & Out Cleaning Service
Employees do too much talking and playing. Last time I came it took 10 minutes to get taken off the machine but there were literally 10 employees doing NOTHING but talking in GROUPS while 1 employees kept asking people for help... right now I am sitting here and there are 6 people on beds including myself still waiting to get stuck after over 10 minutes of sitting on the beds. I feel corporate needs to come and watch and see how they are working. I've been to a few donation places and never experienced empl
Staff are excellent and friendly, but it is a lot of waiting. A lot more than they even advertise. Be aware if you are a new donor you need to have your entire day free for this. 2PM appointment on a Tuesday, wasn't even given so much as any paperwork to read until 3PM. 4PM and still have not done anything like the physical or urine sample. If I had known it was going to be over 4 hours without even knowing if I was eligible to donate I would have gone somewhere else or not donated at all. They demand promp
The staff and the whole Grifols building ?? is so clean, nice, kind and caring. I give thanks for knowing each and every one of the workers, nurses, managers. I can say that they are good friends and better associates. Thank You All!!!!!
I've been coming to this center since Nov 2021. Great staff! Friendly! Personable! Respectful! I really appreciate a plasma center that's clean and well-managed. Plus the bonus structure for additional donation money is legit.
They be stealing your plasma. Extra plasma to make more money.. if you donate today tomorrow the number will change. They also stealing money. Making it seem like someone referred them there and they didn't The center giving people the money for the donors to pay the workers after the shift.
Everything was good, up intill u get on the bed. They want to take 30 min even getting you strapped in, because they are too busy playing around and taking there time. If ur trying to get in and out i would avoid this place. Im on the bed now and have been for 40 min still not hooked up.
The facility is well maintained and the customer service is top notch. Being able to be apart of an organization that helps save lives as well as see first hand what it takes is truly amazing. If your looking to help with saving lives and be compensated for your time Talecie?s in Dallas is where you should go!
I really enjoy being a blessing to others, by way of my donations, also the Talecris staff treat me and others with so respect, they are so helpful, always serving with smiles. Thanks for making this experience a great one.
I've been donating plasma at Talecris Plasma Resources(Grifols) for 9 months. The staff is very informative. They give u the knowledge you need and answer any questions. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The facility is clean and comfortable. The donating fees are good too. I plan on being with this company as long as I can.
I really enjoy donating at Taleceis your staff are the greatest group of employees to have and I want to give thanks to Denise,Jasmine,Angela,Ms Monica ,Nicole, and Eric,Naportia,Tamia you have best group of employees and I hope that they make you pride to have them. The best crew ever
Just came back after a nearly 2 yr break. They seem to have gotten rid of the bad apples ( along with some good ones ?? ) because there's a balance here now! Love it! Staff if happier, therefore donors are happier! There are more incentives to donate and process seems to be smoother. Come donate and help out your fellow Dallasite! ??
The center is very very clean. And The staff are the nicest people you'll meet. When you need anything they're right there to help you. I've been donating at this center for a year and I personally haven't had any problems with donating... trust me when I say you're in good hands.
I used to donate with another company, and I can say that my experience here is way better! Definite benefits for consistent donation. A little bit of extra gas money has made all the difference lately for my family and I. Staff is polite and professional ??????
The atmosphere here is stressful. You are not paid accordingly. When you call for assistance it's a gamble to see if you get someone professional or not. There is constant change with no end sight of things getting better. I do not have time to sit in this place for two hours to only gain 25 or 35 dollars. You have to do better
Staff has always been very friendly and respectful. They sincerely make an effort to get you in and out as quickly as possible.I was stuck by Jazzmine. No pain at all.
I love coming here the ladies are very nice and so are the gentleman it's a very quick process they help you as fast as they can and let's not forget the bonuses don't you just love them all around the environment is a peaceful well respected work place
Yea probably the worst experience, the workers will talk bad behind your back and lie about the test just to so you can't donate. They take forever to load your money and when you ask them about it they get rude. Wouldn't recommend
I love going to this place to donate plasma? It's normally fast if you come at the right times of the day. The people are very polite and friendly. The place is very clean. The phlebotomists are trained and do their jobs very well. I really like coming to donate plasma at the center on West Virginia in Dallas and the amount they pay for donating is a great incentive.
The staff themselves were very patient & considerate, being they were severely understaffed. The center manager, Andrew, was EXTREMELY rude when I asked for the cooperate number. He continued to try to talk to me, though I asked him to stop & get me the cooperate number. He then deferred me. Wow, so the center retaliates if you don't just "bow down?"
Everything's fine and we'll here. Just be sure to not sweat coming out of 3 digit heat,as most all grown men do. There are a couple sweat prejudiced employees here. Smell like a girl if at all possible - FDS works best for the aforementioned screeners.
Bryan , David and the rest of the staff are great at what they do . Antwaun is a cool person and a good worker. Everyone is professional , it's never a wait , and I enjoy the experience .
So slow even on a Thursday..even if you're a regular donor. The line could be completely full and they'll have ONE person screening. They had this incentive where you bring your punch card EVERYTIME you donate and once you reach 10 donations within a certain amount of time you move up a status. Sometimes that was the only thing motivating me to donate?I had already passed the first level I was headed to the third when they all of a sudden stopped the promotion. I had only 2 punches left before my reward. $3
Very friendly staff. Everyone is always in a good mood and smiling. This place is way better than CSL. Usually in and out pretty quickly.
I think that this place is ok I used to go to csl in pleasant grove and they play too much. This one is a little better some of the staff are a little flirty. And sometimes they lock the doors a little early witch sucks when you ride the bus for an hour to get there
This place deserves a zero rating!!! Now you have to have an appointment to be a return donor. Terrible service staff is very rude and slow. Always be prepared to stay 4-5 hours which is ridiculous compared to CSL. After you donate your payment still isn't processed onto card. I would not recommend them to anyone. I wish I could rate 0 on the stars but 1 was the lowest.
I've had a number of bad experiences at Talecris Plasma, but people like Chuntel R., who treat people with respect, make me feel comfortable to still come to this location. I wish more of the staff worked with a positive attitude like her.
Staff is amazing, friendly always on go.. keep up the good work guys.. God bless
I have been coming to this center for a long time now and I have had nothing but the best service here everyone is so nice and sweet people!!! Continue to keep up the good work
My experience at Talecris plasma on Virginia in oak cliff has been a great experience and the people who work there are great when it comes to customer service and people well being, and so friendly. It is a thing to help others as well as I help myself. So if you need a little income please go donate your blood white and red cells to help others around the world and get paid doing it. May God bless us all.
Most of the staff have been polite and very motivated in the line of work....Maria is very professional at what she does every time I go she is very attentive and always asks if I'm ok.This plasma center is always busy but if you know about plasma centers they all the same as far as busy depending on what day and what time you go so in my opinion make sure you have some spare time before going anyways my props to the whole crew keep up the good work and most of all the good attitudes.....
A good experience overall. Make sure your ID and SS card are current and you have proof of address like a bill or something other than a handwritten letter. Very professional, but the QA manager was a little snarky.
It was nice they had great customer service Eric Johnson and Ana fr. Was great they help me in i ask questions all the time they answered with kindness in Ana was quick mr Andrew was great as well i enjoyed my visit
Lashawn is THE BEST PHLEBOTOMIST there is here. No doubt , she makes everyone comfortable, she engage in conversation WHILE doing the perfect job. Shes efficient, fast paced but also take her time with materials and the machine. She just stuck and unstuck 5 ppl within 15 minutes in the booth i was in. If it was up to me , she should get a raise... & she has a great personality.
I been to many but the employees here are so nice and respectful I think I found a place to keep coming too when I come they are very fast the wait time is not long
Thanks, I believed it's a wonderful place, and the first-time there, too. Hope to find someone to bring in there also if I can. The people there are truly wonderful great performance attitude. Glad to be there!...
This was my first time ever donating plasma and this place provided exceptional service! I couldn't be happier with my first visit! All the staff including the manager who helped me were very attentive and informative. They answered all my questions. Super friendly and caring staff!
Process is always quick once you get on the machine, and screeners do their best to get you through and approved. I'm out of shape, though, so I do not enjoy having to stand in line lol
I have a joy in donating at Telacris Plasma. Gets me more cash than other Plasma Center. Its also clean and the employees are very nice to talk too. Timing is very well. This place comes in hand.
Great place to donate. Wonderful staff. The ladies at the front desk are always nice. They get you in and out, even when it's busy.
my last time i donated I was takin into a room and interogated like a criminal over and issue with the scale . never had issues with the square scales only the newer round scales , multiple times i had issues with the scale not reading correctly . the last time the supervior was behind me i stepped on the scale aparantly my feet werent together so she told me to put my feet together and the weight changed . those scales need to be checked . on one occasion the person screening me told me to step off be
Better than csl. they clean the bed after every donation. Easy money to get you to your next paycheck. Downside it may take up to an hour for your funds to appear on the card.
Wayyy too much playing going on with staff. No consideration for people's lives and when you go there you feel as if though your life doesn't matter to the workers. I was incorrectly stuck in my veins by a guy playing and he didn't try to fix the problem. Instead a new girl who wasn't even supposed to be sticking people yet came over to play with the needle in my arm for a very long time with no help. I asked to be removed from machine and that came with resistance from staff and again no experienced person
The employees are super friendly, and actually get to know you on a personal level! I look forward to coming here when I do ??
Clean place professional workers and very sweet Customer service is good best time to come is in the morning you will be in and out thank you talecris team y'all are great
Posting on behalf of Sheila Hardman- I've been coming for quite some time now and can appreciate the service I receive, during each visit. Im a proud regular!
Was sent from the Lancaster location due to it getting work done, thought it'd be a fast process but if our information is transferred why is there a need for another physical, there should be no need for it, just sign in, get to the booth to get check and if good go on and donate. Instead waited 2 hours had to leave or else would?ve been late for work and didn't get to donate. Need to get more help or pick up the pace this was horrible, won't be coming here again!
This donation location is very unprofessional and unpredictable. One day you can go in and the service is great and the next day they're behind hours at a time, their screener personnel can be VERY rude. Not to mention the fact that they have phlebotomists that will fish for your vein and be the cause of discoloration in your arm but yet that?ll prevent you from donating. They move solely on their time and their accord. Out of all the times I've sat patiently waiting whether it'd be 30-1hr I've never compla
Grifols is an amazing place where you could have the opportunity to help save the lives of others.I've been a member going on almost a year now and this place is always in good spirits!!!! I appreciate the staff here and will continue to help save people around the world!!
Lacy is one of the Best! And this is one of the greatest places ever, I lost my Valentine's day money @ tha casino last night... They really came through with tha re-up ??
My experience at Talecris is a great place to be at especially if you're in a tight spot and need a little extra cash. The staff is very professional love them
I have been a returning donor here for the past five years twice a week, every week. This is my way of imparting a positive effect on our global health crisis. A small contribution for one man - yet emboldened if more people are influenced to join by this post. 8/21/2021
Very clean facility even before the pandemic!! Professionalism is what makes this center a better choice for donating plasma!! Friendly staff is a plus! I'm a regular here and I'll continue to show my support!
Really amazing staff and friendly workers. Also talk to you and show that everything will be fine in the end. Lovely establishment.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
