Very thankful im only going to come one more time. They are very slow and do not know how to be prepared whatsoever. You can make an appointment and be first in line and still get pushed back its ridiculous. Whoever runs this place needs help managing because they suck very much.

Literally HATE coming here. Staff doesn't care about your time, they all shy away from sticking you. (LIKE ITS NOT THERE JOB… what a joke)… Makes you feel extremely unwanted… as if we WANT to be here in the first place. Been coming for years and progressively has gotten worse. It's a nice place . They move pretty quick . Manager mike is up and down the place showing his presence and being active communicating with customers. Not hiding behind a desk. Taking care of business. The other employees are also on point. Average donation time 1hour. Too long. And you get half pay for early disconnection. Csl plasma you're out in 30 minutes for 5 dollars less. Get full pay for early disconnection if it takes too long on their end. Get work the program guys.

I can't be completely upset but my time was wasted all for at the last minute after 1hr and 37 minutes of doing everything the lady doing the physical was being rude from the start only cause my sleeve wouldn't go up from not being a stretching material even after I offered to pull out my arm since I had an under shirt. Tried to donate plasma. They told me to call back with their doctor's analysis. When I called back, They said they couldn't say over the phone. I drove there and was told I have to get a doctor's referral. Don't know why they couldn't tell me that over the phone. I donate here at northloop and love the staff. They are a very clean facility. The staff there is friendly. I never have any issues with my time spent there donating. I been donating at this location for over a year. The customer was really bad in late 2020. Employee were rude and constantly talking about each other as well as the patients. In October 2020 a employee missed my veins. I complained about the pain the tech adjuster the needle which made the pin worse. I then requested to speak to a manager who adjusted the needle again. Fast service and aeasy to get along employees!!

The workers here are very rude and short with clients. They did not as if I'm allergic to iodine or to latex which I am allergic to one of them. When they were made aware of my allergy they roller their eyes. They treat people as if are an item, not human. They show no care in clients. No customer service here, only converse among the workers themselves.

The line itself takes longer than the donation! They usually have only 1 or 2 staff in the front while having a line of 20-30 people. I've waited in line for over an hour the other day! They used to be fast years ago but now it's terrible!

Answered a question wrong on questionnaire had to sit wait on a nurse 20 min later had employee tell me it be a while for a nurse to get to me so I step in restroom for 30 seconds literally come back get skipped total wait time 35 min for answering a question wrong , nurse also stated they never checked my arms which they did , i feel some employees think they are doing us a favor by letting us donate don't know what the deal is , our donations keep the business going have that in mind please , some of us

What used to be about an hour and a half wait time including screening and donation is now at 3+ hour wait time… be prepared to wait awhile. The weekends are busiest and they are usually low staffed what seems to be everyday of the week now. I try and change my donation days to see which days are decent and no luck! Eat well and hydrate.

Staff are a bit emotionally dry with no greetings. I feel more of a burden because they have to work, and the wait time for checking vitals is way too long. Having 6 booths and enough help (standing around). Only 1-2 techs, sometimes 3, are processing vitals. Prepare to stand long and spend a whole day.

Clean and modern facility. The customer service is what stands out and the employees have never talked or treated me any less.

Donations vary on personal and their willingness to get you out the door, they treat you like your time isn't valuable. If they make a mistake it solely on you, they might work there but expect you to do know how they run things. Not recommending any of my family and friends. Will say their management team is very different from their workers. Always trying to work it our as best as they can, might take a while but they will work with you.

I've been coming here for a few years and love the staff. They go out of their way to make sure that you as their client are comfortable and are always open to answering questions, which I often have many Lol They're constantly updating and keeping up with regulations to keep us safe. So I've been coming here for years, they did good till recently in the couple of months. One, the phlebotomist was too rough and dug the needle too deep in my vein and too fast, my veins are literally easy and popping, the roughness was not necessary. Went to donate and while getting my vitals taking I started to choke with my saliva. The very friendly staff offered me a bottle of water. Another coworker came and started to tell him that he cannot be giving me any water because they could get in trouble with the supervision that we as the donor needed to bring our own water and not to ask for any anymore because they won't be giving me any. She was very rude and was not nice to her coworker.

I have been coming to Talecris for a few years and each time the staff is very friendly and helpful. Payout keeps dropping now in a time when people need every penny they can get and on top of that a lot of their phlebotomist seem to not be able to hit the vein properly. Only a select few I would allow and sometimes they aren't even working. Sometimes they only have 2 people on the floor and out of the 2 neither one I would trust.

Uncomfortable with some immaturity of employees laughing like it's high school and gossip about people who walk in and guys flirting while you're just trying to just get the donations over with but just have to ignore these behaviors.

Ruby and Gary made why whole experience easy and comfortable. I wasn't able to donate when I first walked in and they made sure to educate me on what to do to make sure I passed the next time I came. It was so easy and the whole staff was absolutely great!

Some of the people are very good at their job but for some weird reason they don't train their people very well. Have been a consistent donor for about 8 months now and this last month I've basically given up trying to donate. Every second donation I seem to be failed for something in pre screen vitals yet when I go to Walgreens down the road and check my vitals on their self serve station they are fine. Besides the long wait times. The phlebotomists here aren't very well trained. The first time I donated I could tell the needle was pulling on my skin too much and a couple hours later when I took off my bandage there was a noticeable bump on the spot where they inserted the needle. Then a couple of days ago when I went the phlebotomist inserted the needle and as soon as she did something felt off. The wait is not worth the amount of money they give you. They take tedious amounts of time to even complete the simplistic tasks. I waited 5 hours for them to tell me I couldn't donate. I switched from the Dyer location, which is by appointment only, only to wait in a long line. Why doesn't this location accept appointments? The Dyer location got rid of the “rush" and there's virtually no wait time. I'll be switching back

Ive never had to wait longer than a hour and maybe 30 min for my whole donation process. Lately its been taking over 2 hours. Im currently sitting waiting to get poked for over 35 min… definitely considering moving plasma companies, since my time does not matter here. This has been my 3rd experience like this, so they definitely do not care. Update: cleared to donate At 5:15 but was not actually poked until 6:00 pm Im upset as i enjoy donating and coming to this location but not if its going to continue

This place is unacceptably slow. I've been to 4 other plasma centers and it's never taken more than an hour and a half . The place is unbelievably low staffed and they keep saying they need help and don't hire anyone. If you come here make sure to have 4 hours freed up because there is 5 people actually working in total.

If it wasn't for the bonuses and the fact that I need the extra cash, I honestly wouldn't show. I have been disrespect and treated unkindly. Most recently they were taking forever to get my tissue sample approved which cost me two months of being unable to donate. When I did come back, I didn't even get an apology. I would have felt better if someone at least acknowledged that they messed up, but no. I feel less than human everytime I show up, and again at least the bonuses are not bad.

Passed all the medical tests and got deferred for a day because they don't tell you when they take you in screening room that they have a stupid 10 question quiz that has nothing to do with your health really so petty you defer people for failing your stupid quiz. Not only that but the staff have an attitude when your kind to them. Never coming back they wasted 3 hours of my time.

Clean quick and professional. Eileen gave a thorough physical. Would recommend the lines are never long and takes about an hour to finish donating

Staff is so lazy to do they're jobs and always gossiping about each other, Today is the fourth day that at I had to come in a row in order to attempt to donate just to have them sit me in the waiting lobby for hours on end so they can tell me I have to do more physicals after they did one the first day and the days prior to that. This is a pathetically runned plasma center. Never had I ever had a problem with they're locations in Dallas. Staff needs to step up there game!

I have had a really good experience here and the pay is awesome. They really have people here that know how to poke in the exact area to get the blood going. They also have friendly and helpful staff. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to donate plasma.

Fast and friendly service!

Very nice folks here at this location. There was a mix up with some info and it took longer than necessary but, they gave me some extra cash as compensation. It worked out fine.

Always a pleasant experience here. Staff is always attentive and friendly. I used to get bruised a lot but i do not have this problem anymore in this location.

Be prepared to waiste your time. This place is short staff and very slow service. Have been waiting 2 hrs just to give themmy info another 1hr just to wait for the fiscal then another 1hr to just to wait in line to donate plasma. Very slow service for a first time donor

If I could give 0 stars I would , I rarely go to donate mainly because majority of the staff is rude , I wasn't able to donate today due to my temperature being high which is understandable but I've had probably 2 good experiences where the associate was nice other than that most of the staff has an attitude I think the only nice person is management with whom I spoke with and I told him the same, I plan to take my plasma else where and I don't plan on going back atleast not to that location, disappointed B

WORST DONATION PLACE EVER. Place was dead and it literally took them 3 hours to even get to my physical , I left at this point cause we still had half of the process to go. Literally spent 3 hours sitting waiting for these guys. Seriously not cool , it's worth driving to a further location.

I come in here twice a week and they are consistent every time the staff are always ready to help I have been here for the last 2 years, they are very profesional

When the needle was placed for the donation. They had to adjust it multiple times. When a second needle was placed in my arm to give back my blood the cuff expanded as the blood was still be transferred back. I had chronic arm pain. Staff had good attitude. But few had poor service.

This place is awesome! Kind, respectful staff that always greet you with a smile. Donating plasma isn't only about earning xtra $$, it's also about saving lives for those in need.

I personally prefer this location, because the staff is very attentive to their clients. Everybody always in a good mood, which places me in a good mood.

I've been trying to donate three times already. Each time they make me wait for hours before they tell me what the problem is and frankly I'm annoyed. The staff are nice but they are not on their game, they are pretty incompetent when it comes to getting information.

Manny was great, as well as Nurse Isaac and ruby are awesome, very helpful and informative! Definitely recommend to come here!

Never ready on time like never open at 7 first kiosk call at 715. Today March 8 2019 open at 7 doors opened at 708 first call for a kiosk first call at for vital at 720. Only 2 kiosk work out of 7. They just all look like they dont want to be here all laughing 6 workers all in front laughing away.They need BETTER Management in the mornings.There is a new Plasma place right down the street called CSL they need to do better cuz DONORS will go try that place

When the reviews tell you the wait is long they mean it. I've donated at the Alabama location and they can teach this center a little bit on how to be more efficient and quicker with their processing.

Was given false information that I was able to donate the following day having been deferred on my usual donation day that caused a great inconvenience for me I give them a one for professionalism.

It is very difficult to talk to the managers or whoever is in charge. Issues that happen at the center are not being dealt with properly. No stars if it were possible.

Staff there takes their sweet time to take care of their donors. They act like our time is not valuable.

Worst place ever. .. So they draw blood every 4 months or they come back with "inconclusive" results so you can't donate. .. second test from them comes back non reactive... few days later donor comes back with own blood test paid out of pocket stating non reactive as well. .. still deferred until you get a physician letter stating you are healthy, more out of pocket fees since blood work ain't good enough... All because of an "incoclusive" test... we're supposed to be making money, not losing it.... CSL

I've been going to this Talecris plasma for a year and a half they have a great staff, the place is clean and they will go out of your way so you can be comfortable when donating.
