THIS CENTER IS CLEAN, AND THE STAFF IS GREAT FOR THE MOST PART. There is a huge problem with parking on Sundays, especially! THERE IS A CHURCH IN THE SAME PARKING LOT; They have half of a huge parking lot to use, yet THE MEMBERS NOT ONLY USE THE STREET, and there half OF THE LOT, BUT takes all of the spaces at Grifols, and Burger king as well which is not okay.! Some days I've circled the lot more then 10x and haven't been able to donate because I can't get a parking space! To make matters even worse

Everyone was very welcoming. Although I got there at 4:55 and they close at 5 the still took me. The screener was so nice. Great service !

This donation center is organized and professional. Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. I'm in and out in less than an hour and half, everyone is respectful and friendly. And they play good music :)

Great staff they make you feel good and comfortable in their hands respectful and kind also amazing and comfortable seating areas !!

I like coming here. It makes me feel good knowing Im helping someone else live a better life. The people here are very nice and informative. Everyone works effectively and efficiently together as a team. The Boss is always around as well as security. Very professional and fun place to be when you have a little free time.

I've been coming here for years and generally have had a pleasant experience. They're very thorough and professional and the payout is better than most. There can be a long wait at times but the manager of the location usually tries to find ways to fix that. The needles are very large though so if you're afraid of needles this may not be for you. Still you're getting paid to do something that could mean the world for someone else so why not?

The staff are amazing and very personable. They make sure your comfortable and your in and out. Special Thank you to one of the employees named Crystal. She Always greet me with a warm welcome and this is a Great place to be a Life Saver.

Second donation center I have been too and this one is by far the most considerate and and friendliest one I've encountered. The staff is nice, especially Aaliyah, she's my favorite. Also,Mike is super friendly and has such a great,caring,kind manor about him.

I have had positive and professional donation experiences begining in 2019. Management has been present and staff is totally competent. I have been the minority but that hasn't made the courteousness any different. Everyone is treated respectfully. Things have changed recently, though. Management is not present and I feel that some staff in front is less than courteous.

I'm pleased with the service and speed. I'm rarely there longer than 1.5 hours and that's because I donate slow. I love the bonuses and incentives! This place gives you an opportunity to save lives and make money doing it. This month, December, I brought in more than $ 400 dollars and a galaxy tablet! Next month, if I stay on my regular schedule, I can bring in an extra $485! That's pretty cool for 14.5 hours of my time. Go there. Tell them Jermill Jordan sent you!

UPDATED REVIEW: So the center used to be really slow. They got a new manager and now new donor processing and return donors are all getting through faster. 30 minutes than before. Johnathan has changed the place for the better. I would now recommend this to anyone looking for plasma. Just call into the building first. Happy for the changes!!!

I was a little intimidated my first time donating, but I'm glad I went for it. It does take several hours the first time you donate, but after that it doesn't usually take more than 1 to 1.5 hrs. The facility is nice and clean. The staff are nice, too. They have tv's to watch while you donate. Each month, they roll out some kind of bonus program, which is great. Hands down- This is by far the most okayest center I've been too! And The manager and team did a great job explaining everything to me when I was in! And his haircut was pretty okay as well! Great job fam!

Don't go to this location ~ the staff is undertrained, the machines are often broken, and the Manager is incompetent and rude. I've been restuck more than half the times I've gone, was given a Gatorade instead of my saline back because the machine broke, and overheard some of the most unprofessional conversations you can ever imagine in a work setting. Someone higher up the chain needs to get there ASAP to do some oversight into this location.

Clean facility, friendly staff. Some phlebotomists are better than others but if you have hard veins or issues with needles you can request a certain phlebotomist once you find one that works well with you. That still doesn't guarantee they can do your draw as they can be very busy at times. Overall it has been a good experience so far.

I had been a loyal donor of 5 years to another center and decided to switch to get some pocket money. After 4 visits, I have completely lost interest in donating. The staff was generally nice, but if a technician is having a bad day, then so will you. Please remove all my personal information from your database.

Worst place ever to donate plasma, worst customer services ever, I've had too many left over scars from their needles that were improperly taken out of my arm. I wait an average of 1-2hrs before reaching to my donation chair. I always see more talking and less urgency to help doner patients when needed. Very unpleasant there. Would NOT recommend to anyone. (They also like to take their time to send donor payments)

I went around 9am and didn't get called back till around 1pm just to find out that my vines ?are unstable? when I've never had a problem giving blood! Horrible place to go, not to mention they called 3 people ahead of me who actually came in after me. If you like horrible customer service this is the place to go.

Ive never Been to this place And i dont plan on Going, After reading all these reviews... The owner leaves the same remark, after each review, for the past two years!! When they have to hook me up to the machine to poke me this young white Caucasian lady with black and blue hair stuck me with a needle and did not get a vein. Today I went into the plasma center on 76th and milk road. Was there since 6 this morning. I guy came in at 8:00 this morning and was called before me. This place is slower than molasses in the winter time. I takes me 35 min to donate and it takes over 2 hrs from start to finish. This place is not worth it. I was going to use the extra coin for a vacation but so not worth my time.

Very good place to donate plasma. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It took almost all day for me to donate but that comes with being a new donor, once your in the system it doesn't take as long to donate. I absolutely recommend this place for donating plasma. 5 stars all the way.

Horrible experience as a new donor . Checked in at 8am and didn't get in a chair until 1245pm . Had to wait 20 mins to get paid . When I got upset about the wait, they threatened to defer me and proceed to swear and talk about how I should relax . So I basically donated on a empty stomach because of the ridiculous wait . And I got very sick afterwards. Their hygiene and procedures could you some education as well being a dialysis technician myself I see a lot of flaws .

I have been going to this center for the last 3 years and enjoyed the atmosphere of the staff and welcoming of every donation. They are the most friendly center I've been to in some time now.

I have been donating plasma at Grifols for almost a year. Since they decreased their hours during the week to three or four o'clock in the afternoon I can no longer go to the center. The only people that can donate there are people who don't have a job. I think this is a very bad decision and I am now going to BioLife along with a whole lot of other people

Some staff seem to be friendly, but many are more kind and social with other staff than donors. Without a VIP pass, the donation process takes so long that the fee may not be worth the wait.

I donated here when it was on 27th and north, than they moved. I continued to come, and recently changed my belief. So I would come with my turban on for days, and this one particular day they asked me to remove my hat, which was rude when I have a Muslim pin in it...told me I would have to remove my head wrap everytime I come to donate...like no y'all haven't been doing this now all of sudden it's a change. Kyham and Marcus is the business!!! Definitely didn't feel Marcus incert the needle and Kyham's guidance and training technique is uncomparable! I didn't feel the needle incert into my vein. I hadn't ever seen Marcus before and yet, I felt that he was a veteran phlebotomist. I felt comfortable the whole time! Hands down, I would rather get the venipuncture from Marcus on every visit!!!!????????

Bad experience here. Backed up several hours, 1 nurse on site, tv's don't work, employees don't take the job seriously. I waited several hours just to get turned away because they now drug test. I have a prescription from a psychiatrist and they wouldn't take me because of that. On top of all that some regulars told me they don't pay the amount that is posted anymore.
