This is a wonderful plasma place. I've been going here for about two months since I lost my job and the staff have only treated me with respect and care even when it's very hot outside they offer you water at the front desk and the wait time isn't as long as other plasma places you could literally go and sign your name and wait in the back in your called within 5 to 10 minutes. And you don't have any trouble with reoccurring donations So if you donate often, you won't have anything to hinder your process. I

Tried to donate here and the only proof of address they take is a bank statement or a utility bill. And since I just moved here it will be a month before I get a bank statement and renting a room I wont be getting a utility bill in my name. But 1 star is because they refuse to answer the phone so I could asked before going all the way over there on a bus to find out. Just as an experiment I called from the lobby just to watch the lady at the front ignore the call. So no good feelings from this place.

Great customer service...Good people trying to do the best possible for the donors! The manager is very respectful and the whole staff!

This used to be a great place to donate. Been coming for almost 2 yrs and now out if the blue they cut thier hrs waaay back...cut the donation payment.did all this without even putting up a notice saying these changes were going in place. But closing at 4pm? That's not even bankers hrs. Now it's more packed than before. This new management really sucks.i plan on calling thier corporate and complaining but don't think that will help. Also have got way more stricter on arm checks. I had a healed scab on my ar

This is the only place that charges per transaction whenever you use the card so they know that they're in the middle of the hood and they're taking advantage of the hood. 25 to .50 $ per transactions and they give you barely anything for your donations and they take from the end Making sure you receive as little as possible, SMH

One star is way too generous. Humarus BY FAR... is absolutely THE WORST place to try to donate. The staff is incompetent, rude, don t answer phones and stand around talking and laughing instead if actually working. If by chance you make an appointment it won t matter because they ALWAYS DOUBLE BOOK and it can take up to an hour after your appointment time for your name to be called to begin the long process. This facility should just be shut down as I never encountered a place with such poor assistance

The workers in the back thought I didn't hear them saying that they were not going to stick me. Lucky Tipp the PROFESSIONAL 1 who does you right and treat you as you are supposed to. Lala she is another good employee so as Toya not to forget about pinkyyi give props when is needed ask for these employees when arrived.

Let Me first say, everything is as expected very clean building, they offer snacks and water if in need while waiting in the waiting room and the waiting room was HOT!! But with processing paperwork waiting time is the usually as other companies. They was honestly moving in a fast pace getting people in and out the door; but I can say they had very bad management and staff accountability to losing paper work my SS CARD has been lost in their hands. No one cared to overlook there mistakes or apologize for th

Negative workers, They are very rude and treated ppl like Nasty they give some water and other nothing. Instead of doing their job they're busy talking about everyone who's donating and criticizing you like its okay if you complain they mistreat you even more some of them are not good stick with the needle and they don't care even when a donor complains about them. Even when the blood is spilling out & if the vain blows. They need to do better and/ or change the people whose not professional enough to do

Caution ?? ?? This place has a long wait time I was there at 7 am at 4 pm they started the process they have 3 waiting rooms and they did my blood work and I saw a questionnaire I was punished for being honest the girl had a personal problem with me and gave me the runaround and misleading me to come back in 2 days and I went back just to be told to come back in 2 weeks. I asked why and they said you shouldn't have been honest, by staff members. I was shocked because I got banned for saying I could check ou

One star is far too generous. This facility is just one of the worst centers to visit. Simply put, they have alot of issues they need to deal with such as, answering phones, overbooking, and respecting people's time ect The real problem is the staff's attitude towards their OWN incompetence; as if we are supposed to just accept their short comings. Its been YEARS and they just can t seem to get it together. I won t be back. Ever. This facility should just be PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN!!!

Good pay, but the wait time is so long it may as well be a part-time job. 4 hours just waiting to be called, not to mention the second wait area, vitals, etc, before you start. Worst center. The rules and facility are designed like a probation office. They will give you a number and have rules displayed on every inch of the facility. This is expected in the hood unfortunately but comparing different facilities you'll see the difference. I see a lack of employees, management not being respectful for people's

I had donated plasma at Hemarus in North Lauderdale for several months last year before taking a long break and returning as a lapsed donor in May of this year. A lapsed donor is someone who has stopped donating at that company for at least 6 months and is eligible for special bonuses. My veins can be tricky to access and not every phlebotomist is equally skilled. There were a couple of issues recently with slow and incomplete donations. The senior phlebotomists have always said that the success of my

This place is beyond trash. They overpaid me one donation thinking it was a bonus on the new pay scale and they took it all back on the next donation. That same day I was overpaid they try to take more plasma that wasn't even the right amount to my weight.

Last time was there good service lot staff help and got out there fast..

SLOW FOR NO REASON! They have people make an appointment to still be waiting as a walk-in. VIPs aren't really VIPs. Always complaining about being short staffed. And the staff that they do have, some are rude, disrespectful, and careless. The bald, short guy needs to find a new profession because interacting with people isn't it. He's addresses the issues with no solutions. He knows they purposely overbook knowing the wait time complains. He expects you to just accept his applogy on the company?s behalf on

What's the point of an appointment, if they leave you sitting in the waite area & call you 2hrs after your "scheduled appointment", meanwhile letting everyone they're cool with skip infront of you? They're so unorganized at this place. The only time I saw things move was when the owner was yelling at everyone to basically "get their $hit" in check. The pay is ok but definitely not worth the environment . Btw, they flip plasma for 4xs as much as they give you.

I've been coming here for a bit over a year and by far I must say management and team are just splendid! I've grown to have a relationship with them and they actually address me by name which makes me feel always welcomed. I recommend them to be the place of donating comfortably and of course the perks of getting paid for it is always a good thing.

First walk-in visit took 4 hours, second walk-in visit took 3 hours, so I made an appointment that took an hour and a half just to get stuck. Do not recommend this place. Unprofessional and extremely un organized.

I was informed to go get mail with my address on it in order to donate. Did it. Return. Told some didn't come in. No new donors that day. Saturday. Come back Monday and your mail is good because you live above your doctor's office building and your mail goes there. Now they're closed on Sunday. Went back Monday. We're not taking new donors until 11am for the same reason allegedly. After the lil boy working the front widow came back and told me they can't accept it

There is not enough money to waste your whole day at this center. They are not updated with computers. They write & make a chart on you, like 1990. They can take 4hours on your first visit or more. They are unprofessional. The people that work there have a look on their face as if they rather not be there. If you don't like your job find somewhere else to work. Because I believe that they're dragging their feet just to go ahead and stick you. I personally do not want no one to stick my arm when they have a

I started going to Hemarus plasma donation center January 29th of 2023. At first it was very slow there was not that many people coming in. The waiting room wasn't full. But it still took a long time to get back in the booth. That was due to lack of help. For several months it continued this way. After a few month or so they were hiring more people and it became quicker I was still showing up at 7:00 in the morning so I can get done.9: 00 am. And then a few more months went by and it got quicker. Due to hir

clean place. Great staff. Intake nurses very hospitable... drawing plasma is little time consuming but over all easy going.. shout out to the receptionist at he front desk & intake nurses in phase 2 intake. An most importantly sout out the flabodamist. They all work together They a great team.

Definitely some hard workers in there! so many people to acknowledge but it's definitely a great team and we appreciate them all! Edit: Someone from management might what to get the general consensus around here an abrupt pay change has caused attendance to slip drastically apparently $10 is worth losing many many people to them

This Rufus, I am A Local in the area, this place has nice workers they are funny and very respectful. The place is clean and always sanitized... Honestly if you need a few extra dollars and you have the time to come in and donate you should definitely do it.... Anybody giving any bad reviews are literally haters lol ...

The most ghetto plasma place Ive ever been to. Absolutely no management or coordination. Do not go unless you want to spend 6 hours there. Or go, and remember this review, and think ?he was right??youve been warned lol!!

The people there are very professional and always look to be friendly as well. They take their time with each patient and doesn't cut corners with policy. I come here often and Everytime I come here it's a pleasant experience and doesn't take all day to get things done in and out.

Horrible unprofessional experience at Hemarus! I went there as a new donor the whole staff looks lost walking around with clipboards to set up appointments then they lose the paperwork and when you show up for your scheduled booked appointment they tell you no your not on the list and in result you have to wait 3-4 hours to donate. Never go on Saturdays as the owner tall black lady with short hair you can"t miss her with her ugly mug. She screams at donors for no reason as she's miserable with her own life

DO NOT EVER DONATE HERE!!!!!!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PLASMA CENTERS. The other day I went in to donate at 7 am. There was a guy in the waiting area walking around with a knife. An open lock blade he was walking around with it. No one said anything.. I finally asked to use the bathroom so I could get in side locked door to tell them. They didn't seem to care yet they did apologize to me. That guy still donated that day. The staff has shown to be so slow it took almost 3 hours just to get in the c

Horrible service 90% of the time. They make you vip but there's nothing very important about them getting to you. How am I getting here before they open...second to sign into "vip" then it's an hour after opening time yet I'm still sitting here and appointments and non appointment people going before me? Make it make sense.

If I could give them negative stars, that would be more appropriate. This place is dirty, the people who work there are completely rude and treat donors like garbage. They don't respect donor?s time and make them wait an abnormally amount of time for no reason. Everything is done by paper and takes about 4 hours to donate even when it isn't busy. This place is appalling. I don't recommend anyone to go there ever!!!! There are 4 other centers in this area that do treat donors well, so go there! Unless you ha

BEWARE DO NOT GO Worst place ever very slow paced place.a wounder wandering around not doing anything really my nic name for her is wanderer aka gigi. Management seems like they don't care wat there employees do. Very unorganized place they don't put ur Files in oder like they should. Management are very rude to there donors especially the older Spanish lady.

The service is not up to par. They have you waiting for several hours to tell you that you can't donate I never had a problem with any physical parts of my body and I walk in here today for them to tell me one thing and then when I make it to the front desk is something totally different very unhappy and dissatisfied with this place I don't even give it an actual star then on top of me asking for another opinion they had their security to remove me from the place because I asked for a second opinion I would

Y?all need to really stop lying in these reviews. This place is VERY disorganized and needs to do better. There is a 4 hour wait MINIMUM whether you are new or returning, just to get vitals taken and then go back and wait some more for a chair to open. Then start the donation process. It sucks to be wasting hours of your time to only be compensated for so little. Unprofessional and not worth it. I left after a 3 hour wait and people who came in after me got called and processed. Disgusted with the waste o

This is a crackhead lounge?. When I got there I was scared off by all the junkies sitting there. Then some dude claiming to be an off duty security guard which makes no sense is telling me I have to do a bunch of stuff and it's like dude first off your security and second your off duty sitting here with a drink in your hand. He also said to lie and say one of the junkies sitting there referred me so that he could make some money. What a terrible experience and a waste of time. Looks more like a hustling spo

Very slow. Feel like I spend way more time than I need to there. Also, workers tend to walk away while you're donating and sometimes the machine stops and you need it restarted but no one's around making your donation time much longer than necessary. The compensation there is much lower than anywhere else. I've only been there times and I'm not really feeling it there. The staff is friendly though. I think that's their best quality! Just came back and I can say that it's even worst now because the staff th

Had to file a complaint to corporate office. One star is being nice. SMH. No point in having vip donors. Treated worse then regular donors. I was on hold from 10 am to 2pm trying to get in contact with management. Unacceptable.

I had a terrible experience there once I wrote down all my information, including my social security number. Once they told me, I couldn't be seen. They said they were going to shred my Social Security number but I ask for it back they refused. The two front desk people are very rude. Bad service. to say the least.

Everything about this place is great. Perfect location, great compensation, and awesome employees. Taylor is amazing at sticking you with the needle. Jimmy is always fast and efficient and Noel always has a smile on her face. And you can always expect to see Luannes crazy self floating around laughing and smiling. I love this place, they make you feel like family from the first second you walk in until the end of your donation. And why not save some lives at the same time!

Was rejected twice on different days. Not after 1. Came back in the morning. Not until noon. Just saw a recent review about not until 11am? I guess there is no blood shortage after all. You aren't welcomed

This is a real review from a real donor. After reading the other reviews I was not sure what to expect and was not going to donate here. I do mystery shopping and so am used to writing reviews. The location is on the 2nd floor and easy to get to and it is very clean. The wait for a new donor was longer than I would like but the 2nd visit was fast. You have to have a good sticker stick you as I did see people who had experienced pain. The staff is friendly and Marie was one of the best there along with La a

This is a great place to donate. its clean the staff is friendly and the pay is decent. Courtney is always welcoming and quick with checking my vitals. I highly recommend them if your thinking about becoming a donor.

This place is just awesome and care about ppl.... especially that one nurse name Mitchell she is one of the best pokers/sticker in not just the city, but the world... im gonna keep referring my peers to this great place. Thanks again to Hermarus and all there great staff. You guys are great. And keep up the great work Mitchell you deserve a promotion...??????

I've donated here over twelve times and never had an issue. It's a relatively new donor plasma business and EVERYTHING is brand new. The chairs, the donor tables, the machines, even the bathrooms!!! They're still in their ramping up phase and will have electronic check-in and eventually be up to speed like other donation companies. They're doing the best they can. I've always been treated with respect and I've never experienced a payment issue. One has to remember that you're making a DONATION and being c

This place SUCKS!!! Very unorganized. Rude head of staff lady. Slow as all hell. People still using pens and paper not modern technology. The machines are outdated. There is no way it takes 1 hour and a half to filtrate 880mL of plasma into a bottle! No way!! No stars!!! No stars at all. I had to put at least 1 star in order to submit this review of disgust. 11/6/2023- HI good morning. I had an issue on Friday about my appointment today. RESPONSE: I don't have nothing to do with the past ma'am.

Why are you all forcing people to bring in a utility bill. Some people just don't have utilities in there name. Nor can provide a lease as proof that they stay there.

Mrs. Tift Has Great Costumer service skills. shes very helpful and understanding. And when she sticks you, you barely feel it she very gentle and it's always blast see Mrs tift when I come to Hemarus very organized and Clean I love to experience of donating.

Today was my first visit and I have no complaints from the front desk to the back, especially Courtney who took my vitals she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and speedy service, even though she yelled at me.... lol. Thanks again.

Health department need to shut place down? Unprofessional and not organized, I'm a new donor which stated there's a 2 hour wait which I understand, I checked in at 9am and it 12:40 still haven't seen a nurse or get screened, when I informed them that I've been skipped by 2 other donor?s the lady in the front office did not care, they couldn't even find the signing sheet, don't go to that location, check out Octopharma, csl plasma , biomat, hemarus is a private company and unprofessional do not waste your ti

Everyone is ready nice. They hired Andrew and that was such a pleasant surprise ?? might be my forever place. Unfortunately they go weight but entertain a bonus for going 2x a week

So whoever left a 5 star review on this place is an employee & they are straight up lying Spent 2.5 hours waiting just to go to the back wait another 20 mins to donate. After donation they make you wait another 20-30 mins to get paid. Their system is not digital so there is a lot of them bringing the wrong paper for the doneness. My advice is to never donate here

I very never had an issue . I was always treated fairly..So I don't see why anyone can complain on them. Maybe they were having a bad day

Lets be honest now, cause y?all in here lying in these reviews. If you have donated plasma at other centers then you know this center is not of proper operating level. You'll see for yourself when you go, these folks are not organized or professional AT ALLLLLLLLLL. All I would suggest is to go and get the new donor incentive because thats the only good thing about this place and leave them be. Beyond that every way they handle every situation is complete trash. From closing the doors on donors early, to ar

This place is a scam If you going there you're sitting for hours just to get chump change after donating . They should have a set price for donors at the end of the day you're saving someone life. Am not finna save a life for $40 or $60 $100 + . You got to be desperate to go here. $200 or better literally so many need the money for numerous reason and at the same time they saving a life so why not have a set price. This is base head money they try to give for saving a life literally. I wish we read reviews

Female manager is dictatorish. A bully to say the least. I was weary bc of reviews an they lived up to them. Waited 2.5 hours to be told they had called my name (they hadn't) my observations tell me they have relationships with the frequenters which results in favoritism. I remained quiet and waited another hour and a half to get poked. Go to octapharma or csl or you will regret it. They leave bloody wires sitting around for hella long. It's ridiculous ( mind you I never once complained) the young lady that

Even though there's a wait time, the people are very nice as well. By the nurses, my point of view great place to try out to give back and also meet nice people.love my nurses ms.tips and ms.freelands

Great place to get results physically and financially. For me I get a checkup, get paid and save a life. I get to check my iron and protein twice a week, which keeps me aware of my life internally, so that, I am eating and living healthy. The staff is marvelous, once you get to know them, so be patient and allow them to help you help others.... life is about saving lives ??

Horrible service, nothing is digital they keep all paper work in cabinets, donate fee is good and fair, but you must wait hours before you get paid, like I said this is a cave man company and nothing is digital, one person in the back is responsible of paying everyone out when they are done donating. Tip, Michelle, or Sara are the only ones you want to stick you trust me!!

Friendly staff best place to donate ?? Friendly staff best place to donate ?? First I want to say I lift my hat to Ms Michelle, Ms Eliase and Ms V ( I can't pronunciation her name properly) For the past 3weeks these 3 Ladies have been holding down the floor despite some of us unpleasant pleasant, inpatient patients, sailor mouth encouraging words, pretty ugly faces. Be Encouraged Ladies Great Job ???????? thanks . I read some of the reviews And I agree that sometimes the wait is a little longer than normal

Well well well well well what can I say I've been to all the plasma places I've donated for years. And it's one thing that I've seen with every one of them is the staff is in no rush to do anything well I understand it's a 9 to 5:00 job and now that I realized that management is actually reading these reviews let me put it here instead of in an email I am a VIP there which to me sounds like very ignorant person people can book an appointment but a VIP cannot. Depending on how many intake people those are th

I love it so much very good customer service and they move fast

So far, I've made four donations at Hemarus Lauderhill. I was a plasma donor at another company for about 2.5 years, and I would have switched sooner, if not for some of the negative reviews I came across. I have to disagree with them based on my experience. First, there is no standing in line for an hour or more- something that has become a regular thing at CSL due to their constant staff shortages. Hemarus has a giant waiting room with chairs, so you can read a book or catch up on your email. And this

Very busy like most but the wait is longer because everything is on paper. They are doing appointment's now so that's a plus and my appointment went fairly quickly. Staff is fun and friendly.

Not even one star. Horrible place. Staff is rude and makes fun of the clients. Did not get paid for my donation. Was told money would be in my account instantly - 25 minutes after donation. Never came. Tried calling 1 minute after 7 and all of my calls were forwarded. Will not return for the remaining donations. I should not have to jump through hoops due to their lack of staffing and communication. Wouldn't recommend to anybody.

Poor service extremely rude owner definitely hires people with no experience this place is not sanitary it should be shut down blood all over the seats !!! Ewwww

Decent place, no appointments, unlike other plasma places they never consider you "new" after six months of consecutive absence from the place. As some already know a new donor gets extra incentives to donate upwards of the first 4 to 10 visits of at least $100 a visit / since you can donate twice in a month that works out to $800 tax free dollars of non reportable income! just saying!

Tiffany at the Lauderhill Mall location is amazing!!! The entire staff is professional. The process was very fast and easy. If you are thinking of donating plasma, Hemarus is the best place to go!!!

Absolutely terrible. Nothing is computerized, my 1st visit was 3 hours, 2nd visit was 2 hours, my 3rd time I was told I had donated the day before and couldn't tell me where or any other information and called me 2 hours later to say I could come in, they verified I did not donate the day before. Today, went back... was 2nd person in line, called 5 people before me. Then told me there was a problem and they had to retest my blood and I couldn't donate again... that was 2 times... $100 each that I did not get

This place is incredible I love it. The staff is incredibly nice. I would prefer anyone here. Would never donate anywhere else. P.s give Courtney B a raise!

This place is nice for it just to be getting started but they are very unprofessional and not on time with donations or payment. They seem to hire anyone off the streets with little to no experience. I'm still waiting on my payment from my last donation, if I give plasma I should be paid for it simple! Now they haven't gave me a payment in almost a month because I assume of its this review ?? they still garbage, nasty and unprofessional. I have been donating plasma for years and have never had such problems

I read some negative reviews ....honestly this place is great the staff is fantastic ..believe me ..go for yourself..I'm going back I pass 2 other donation centers to go there....they know what they're doing..everyone there was awesome ..

Came in the center. The lady behind the counter told me to open the letter of my proof of address. Tried to explain it was the only piece of mail I had to prove my address, and if I opened it for her, I couldn't use it anywhere else. She started arguing with me, telling me I didn't understand, or know what I was talking about. Started talking about me to other employees, loud enough I could hear her in the front. When she came back to the front, I told her I wouldn't be donating today because of her attitud

Hemarus lauderhill works under a good measure of quality? the professionalism of the staff is exemplar for other facilities of the like. This plamsa center gets you in and out? quicker than most. One of the top dogs working the donor floor, GiGi, is exceptionally good at her job.

Let me make this clear, this establishment just opened. And yeah it may seem slow when you first come to donate, because they don't have all the fancy computer kiosks that other places have. But why do all places have to be the same? Why come to a place and complain about the wait time after your told theres a wait time? Or payment for that matter. Its plasma not gold. Look all I'm saying is that some of these these reviews are made by people who are probably (older) or less Patient with waiting. Me on the

The staff is professional and nice??????, even the higher up. The place is very clean while donating and they sanitize every chair after donors leave. I am so happy to come here for my donation. Truth told and thank you, Hemarus Plasma!!!

Your new staff has gotten worse. They don't know what they are doing. First they lost my file then they always miss my veins. I miss the old staff. I am going to get this place closed by the state with a lawsuit

The establishment is clean! Very professional and courteous staff, helpful with giving resources to maintain your health before and after donating. They treat new and existing donors like family. Hemarus really cares also, they're very cautious and careful when handling their patients (or donors) during the Covid pandemic.

I've been going here for about three months the staff is nice n very pleasant sometimes your there for hours sometimes it can take most of your day

I started Sept n ended Sept. This place is terrible with the wait on everything. 2hr till 3 hr before you even know if you're going to get thru for an intake. Then finally donated in took 20 mins to put my money on my card. Need a solution

No matter how much training you do at this place you just need to let go of everybody and start fresh cuz the staff are garbage...... And if the staff don't like my comment then check your attitude because if only they had audio for the way they talk to customers even if the customer might be harsh if you don't know how to de-escalate the issue then you don't need to be in customer service!

This place is the worst and doesn't even deserve one star! They don't respect donors or their time because they make them wait for around 4 hours. Everything is done by paper unlike their competitors and it takes forever to be paid. The machines malfunction often. Don't go there!

Met with Stephanie great experience I'm ready to donate, but I have to get the physical with her first

Everyone be on they phone taken they sweet time. If you don't like your occupation leave it's pretty simple. Stop wasting peoples time. People got life?s out here!

When I found out there was a plama centers only a mile from me I decided to go check it out. Remember I was donating at one about 4 miles from me. Boy this place is nice, and with the latest equipment. Not only this, the staff treats you really nice. They remind the ones that donate, by donating we're saving lives

They ask for so much just to get you in they want 2 forms of ID plus a utility bill like is that really necessary for plasma? When no other places require it I guess that's why many people don't go here!

Very cool place ! They know you by name they are professional and they always working hard. I give the Hemarus Plasma Center an APlus plus ?? Awesome job guys, coming back soon ??

It's gets busy but you just have to be patient, the people are great and the place is clean as a whistle. Enjoy your visit.

They have a bad history of not paying out money after donating. Don't travel to far from center because you might have to come bad to remind employees of payment very disappointing service
