The people are great. The constant decline in the payouts isn't. Bottles of plasma are sold for $2000+ and all you can give is $50 for a first visit, $75 for the second visit and $110 max, per week, if you're a returning doner weighing over 175lbs? There's something very wrong with that.

Demario was a really good hard worker. She's fast at her job. She's really good. I do appreciate people like her.

Missed my appointment that I set early this morning so I tried to reschedule it less than an hour later. The website says I'm not able to so I called the building just to be told they aren't taking anymore donors at all today. The building doesn't close until 3pm how are you guys not taking anyone else after being open for only 3 hours??

I've been coming here for over 7 months and I never had any issues up until recently. The staff literally doesn't do anything with attention to detail, management has started to cut corners to avoid paying the usual amount so they've started doing unnecessary permanent deferrals and each visit there's always a 45 min to an hour wait for your appointment. Why force people to even make appointments when you still have them wait forever to be seen? Now they've started checking for protein to see if they can g

Katina and shay , along with others, were very kind and patient during my first visit. They really put me at ease.

Everyone here is so pleasant and professional! They are efficient, everything is sterile from beginning to end and the process is quick and painless.

They have excellent service. From Management to Employees they take care of their donors. I highly Recommend

I as many people need extra $ and this is an easy and so very beneficial way to make fast consistent good $. I was so very pleased with how the staff received me. I found them gentle, fun loving and genuine. I have gone twice now and actually look forward to going again soon.it is very conveniently located, the money is great and the staff even better. I will see y'all again soon, thank you for all. I really look forward to seeing Doug, Michelle, Danita,Courteney.

Very polite responsible chill people put ya boots on the ground get u some $$$ by yours truly Cameron Boykin ??????

I loved this place in the beginning, I still do. But the experience I had today, upset me so bad. I accidentally booked an appointment for the 18th which is next Saturday when I went in today, I was not able to donate due to this mistake I made. This is a business which is in it to ?save lives? but also MAKE MONEY! Money had to walk out of the door. Appointments are cool but I just wouldn't turn someone away that doesn't have one.

I was a bit skeptical because all of the reviews and the placement of my veins, I've had some horrible experiences with finding them . But, from the time I walked in up until my donation was completed I felt very welcomed. Everyone I came in contact with was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and answer all questions that I had . I came in at 7:30 left at 9:30 and I was a new donor ! Thank you to Ms.Cleaves and all the ladies that made me feel like I was at the family cookout ??.

I had an great experience with them everything went fast on my first day there ( besides the actual donation, but that was because of me not drinking enough water at least 2 days before donation. So drink water if you want to be in & out ) but the pay is as of 08/24/24 $100 for your first 4 donations and for my weight class which is 175+ it's $50 on your 1st donation of the week and $95 on your 2nd donation. This the comment I always wanted before going and post it. So here you go.

All of the phlebotomists are lovely! Will is very gentle and great to talk to. I come here every week and I'm always glad I do. Thank you to everyone on the team at Immunotek!

Miss Katina was amazing and as always did a very great job

Mrs katina, Wil, and Demirria are all the absolute best!! They all 3 deserve a raise they will go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable! They always make me laugh even if I have had a bad day they always make me smile!! Thank you 3 for being so amazing!!

I had my appointment today and I was sitting in the seat waiting for almost an hour and I can see beds in section 4 are available for a while now. There are two beds for sure that have machines at it that are free. The main one that only called ONE NAME is an African American with black and pink braids. Again. FREE BEDS THAT I CAN VISUALIZE SEE!!

The lady at the front desk let me walk in way before they stopped accepting donors , and let me sit there until they stopped completely. It took people walking out for me to think to ask. The sign says new donors sit down and the desk says old donors check in , so I did what the sign said . When I asked her she completely ignored me , she needs to be fired to be honest because I came here to make my situation better and she straight up took advantage of me

They have shortened their hours to closing at 3pm. Makes it hard for people who work to be able to donate.

Sarah has a great positive attitude along with the other staff members. They all do their jobs accordingly while maintaining great outstanding attitudes. I love donating here. It's a very safe and comfortable environment. ????????????????????

I've donated at other places before and comparatively speaking they have an awesome system however, never have I been to a business where I felt like a foreigner in my own home town. The people here are as disrespectful as I can put in one sentence. The favoritism, lack of respect, and the embarrable attitudes that most of these people have is flat out ridiculous. If there is anybody who actually cares please train your employees. You want your donors feeling comfortable in your environment

I want to give a huge shoutout to Catina, Chasity, Jennifer, Moriah, Nicole, Patricia, Sha, Vaughn and Will at the plasma donation center. They are simply awesome! Every time I visit, they make the experience smooth, efficient, and pleasant. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a comfortable and safe donation process are truly commendable. They always greet me with a warm smile and are incredibly attentive throughout the process. I can't thank this team enough for their hard work and exception

Been going here for about a year now. The past three weeks have been infuriating to say the last. Past three appointments have been a complete waste of time. It clearly doesn't matter if you schedule an appointment online or even call. They start to close at random times now and will cancel your appointments with out telling you. They will argue with even when you show proof of the email because they don't know how it works. This last appointment I even called and made sure it was still good to go. I ge

I love the staff, they're very friendly & helpful! It makes the experience more comfortable ??They don't mind answering any questions.. the facility is also very sterile & clean! I'll definitely be a return donor, just pay a little more after 8 donations ??

Demirria did really well sticking me I didn't feel nothing at all

Drove an hour to get there to be turned away because they stop taking new donors at 4:00pm and it's 4:30. But don't close until 7:00. The website says nothing about it and when you call to ask questions they say they can't tell you anything over the phone. So come all the way for nothing!!!! They need to tighten up

Immunotek has definitely changed my life and I'm glad that I can be of assistance to change someone else?s. I've been coming for roughly over 6 months and everytime is a great experience! Their professionalism is impeccable! I understand some days are going to be rough but the workers put in overtime to assist with each patient patiently and I'm grateful to be in these individuals care . S/O to these ladies that make a difference at Horn Lakes Immunotek! Keep being awesome ladies! Ms Pat Demira Chasity Vo

I have tried 3 times to come donate with my friend who already has been donating. Every time it is an issue. This last time I was told to be there by 3. Well, it was a Saturday but no one bothered to tell me that on Saturdays new patients have to be there by 1 until I got there at 2:20. All 3 times I have given my friend a ride so we could donate together and all 3 times I had to leave and she had to find another ride home all because of misinformation. I finally sighed to my friend and said ?I guess I'll j

Facility was very clean and the process was fast. The staff was very nice and professional especially the nurse that helped me named Shaquana. She was very helpful and answered all questions that I had.

Demirria helped me through my process very respectful and kind

i would like to speak about a nurse there name shae! She is a very good lpn nurse that knows her job and treats all of the patients equally! I watch her from a distance and she is just one of a kind she is a great asset for immuotek she is a keeper.

I have been coming here for a few months now and have been pleased until today. Doug and jennifer are wonderful every single time! Today I checked in after a long day of working and the staff member over looked me and let the next person go before me. When she finished her she stood up and said with a rude look, YOU can come on now. Wow! So then she lacked any good customer service and was very short with me! I wanted to just walk out but I decided I wouldn't let her attitude effect me donating! I really wi

I don't understand why the doctor doesn't have a set time that they show up. It kind of makes it hard for people to come down to see the doctor. Makes it kind of inconvenient. So we are suppose to wait a full 8 hours or how ever long it takes. I need a time frame when the doctor is normally in on Saturdays. Please and thank you ??

Here to donate but didn't have appointment . The receptionist started crying cuz her feelings got hurt,no manager to speak with so so a black female confronted me and basically said I need to give respect to get respect. I'm not your friend I'm here to donate.. I dont want or need your respect... Don't waste your time up here unless your a pot smoker needing $$$. This place is a joke...

Sarah is very professional and extremely kind. She was personable snd knowledgeable at her job. I had a great experience and will be donating again. #sheseasyontheeyesandthefingers

Came in today and I had Mrs. Sarah take my vitals and blood samples before my donation and I must say what a welcoming environment this place is. I felt well taken care of and informed on my procedure

Although I do not need Immunotek anymore, haven't needed them for a few months now. Y?all FALSELY told my boyfriend that he had a certain diseases and couldn't come back anymore without the proper blood work. How can you diagnosis someone with a disease right after they finish the SCREENING process (he was flagged) , plus I (his gf) would have been flagged as well. I told him he should have sued this place for inaccurately saying he has syphilis! We both went to the doctor the next day and found out we both

Here at ImmunoTek I'm comfortable and is in safe hands of Ms.Chasity! She does a very Good job at makinG you feel Good durinG the process. The process will be quick and handled properly.

Chasity was awesome! Barely felt any pain from the needle at ALL!! Highly recommend she gets a raise $$!!! I'm requesting her 1000%!!! Hands down the best phlebotomist Available!!

I've went to these people on serval occasions and this has been a complete waste of time.. they tell you to be there before a certain time , then when you come before that time it's a totally different time. The communication is is very poor and they people at the desk always seem to have attitudes when you mention to them about the previous times you've came and your time has been wasted. They need to completed clean house and hire new employees!

Great first experience. Shaquana was very friendly, and helpful during my visit. Thank you for being an outstanding person.

I'm From Arkansas and I've been Down Here Donating Plasma now 4 Months! Ok Management Hear Ya Go!!..Asia,Will and Ms Tina Are All Freaking Good at What They Do.But Check This Out They Be Needing a Good Raise and a New Pair of Jordan's frfr!!!Leadership Is Honestly Tough To Find Now Days! But Js Asia Is Freaking Good!Oh Yea We Was Gonna Have That Cook Out July 4th I Herd All About From Y'all But It Never Happened???lol God Bless!??

The Start wasn't so good but they finally got me in and out at a timely manner. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks ImmunoTek for making my visit worth it.

This place is clean , very friendly staff the manager is here working. She walks around and checks on people. If anything is wrong she will get it fixed immediately. I highly recommend this location.

I have been coming here over a year. Appointments are required now and I am waiting a minimum of 1.5 hours before I can even donate. My appointment was 12:15 today and I was here on time and have been waiting 1 hour and 15 minutea so far. Corp needs to help out. It should not take 2 1/2 hours when you are required to make an appointment.

Staff being very unprofessional, using inappropriate language. Also engaging in other donors conversations while donors are waiting to be seen, making us wait longer. When she was asked to please come stick me she stated ?No I don't want to stick you I'll find somebody else? so I was waiting and 5 people was seen before me. She also stated ?you should be at work somewhere anyway, you should be in here for no $50 go to work? !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Usually I don't have an issue with ImmunoTek. But on Wednesday of this week I felt unsafe. The first nurse that stuck me with the needle was on her phone and wasn't paying attention to my arm. She restuck me at least 5 times. Then, she called over another nurse who took the needle and carelessly shoved the needle all the way into my arm. She apparently assumed that I had "deep veins", which I don't have. Obviously the needly wasn't in a vein, so they had to unstick me from my right arm and use my left. When

Appointment 10:45, second time having to wait. People walking in and out. Cooperate need to help out. They are over 2 hours behind. Floor is dirty. They always on there phones. Talking while they should be working. Company is bad

I have been here twice & had a great experience both times. The staff was very nice. Michelle & Andrea were very helpful. I didn't get the girl's name at the front but she was very friendly!

Well I can not give stars to a company that does not care about the customers needs, I feel my time is valuable to me and I am providing plasma to them and they should want me to donate. I was turned away on Tuesday after a long weekend . So they pick my days I can donate not caring what I may have planned for my life, o should be able to donate after 2 days Tuesday was three days but they wanted me to come on Wednesday which I could not because of plans, so I found another plasma center which happened to b

This place is smooth and easy going !! Sarah is awesome , she does her job very well. she is very kind and professional!!

AJ has that gangster attitude that I always love and she's sweet and kind every visit

My daughter and I had an appointment at noon. We stood there 15 minutes with various people making sure to ?not? see us. One woman did look dead at us and then turned back around to continue to ignore us. And the waiting room was packed. So. The noon appointment was for what? One woman was asleep. So we left.

That lady AJ is kind, sweet, thinks about the patient needs, sticks really well, does everything right

Will is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! He has angel hands and makes each visit easier than the last???? I ask for him every time I come . He is a definite keeper ??

Very nice staff and a clean environment!

They just started this new system where they basically want you to be over weight to get paid more it's ridiculous! You should go off of bmi not tell someone that is 5 foot 4 inches they need to be 175 pounds to get more money. We should be encouraging to live a healthier life style if we are donating plasma not paying people more to be over weight what has this world come too even our medical system wants you to be over weight!!!

After I moved, I needed help getting my paperwork together so that I could donate again. Nakeya H. went out of her way to help me get what I needed. She was always thorough and nice when I would bring in more paperwork. If it weren't for Nakeya and all the rest of the ladies at Immuno Tek, that includes you, Larissa, I would not be able to donate. Thank you all for all your help. They are a great bunch of ladies and they always take care of me.

They are Basically Getting your plasma for pennies they've lowered the price twice in a few weeks not even Gas Money then I have to wait 3 days to donate every Sat I make appointment its 20 people ahead of me I have to reschedule I thought it was every two days to donate I should be able to pick My days it's always 45 min to hour wait with appointment on slow day

I always get good help from one of the techs named Will and another lady name Tina. They are always nice to me and are very gentle when sticking with the needles.

I'm a frequent loyal donor. The staff is fantastic. The keep lowering compensation for donors though. They need to go back up to 70 pee visit to make it worth my time. The other places are paying more.

The staff is always professional and excellent

Ms Sarah is a great spirit and member of immunotek in hornlake plz promote her she always brings a peaceful aura ??

They started using tighter cuffs on my arm to give me an inaccurate blood pressure reading. Making me think I had high blood pressure. They didn't want me to donate there any more. Playing with my intellect and my health.

I have donated plasma before at other locations but these ladies are amazing! Very professional and very attentive. Thank you ladies,,, i will continue to come see you. Although this center doesn't pay the most but they are amazing!!

I absolutely love the ladies? shout out to April, mrs Tina, savannah and tasha? they always make me feel like family every time I come in? they are such beautiful people

The young lady Sarah stuck my finger and she did such a wonderful job never even felt her stick me

The best center I've been to and the workers are so professional and shout out to SHAY she help me out today thank you

I referred my sister to Immunotek, as a new donor ,because of the $50 Buddy Bonus. The sign on the door and thru the horn lake building says the new donor has to have 2 successful donations( she did) for the bonus to be applied to the cars of the person that referred her.i was rudely told today that I had to donate again for the Buddy Bonus to be applied to my card, although the sign doesn't say that at all.The only reason I referred my sister to the Immunotek Horn Lake was because of the Buddy Bonus, which

Always love comin here & I love the good vibezzz From The Heart & I love the positive vibezz from all the nurses & Ima always have immunotek as my 1st choice n plasma donations & ima always have immunotek in my music (Lil Mustang)

UNORGANIZED AND SHORT STAFFED!!! This place is ridiculous and you schedule an appointment just to have to wait over an hour to be seen.

I would like to give a special thanks to tab for being nice while I donated and she is a very great and patient worker!! She Represents Immunotek to Perfection!

If they going by weight strap some leg weights on an lead in ya pockets you will literally be walking heavy $$$$$

THE LIL SHORT GIRL IS UNPROFESSIONAL!!! TELLING PEOPLE GO FIND A JOB. The shortest girl in there. You don't know what people are going through

It's obvious that the people who gave this place a bad rating because of bad attitudes brought that attitude upon themselves lol, everyone was awesome and super friendly, they may have made a regular donor.

Wow I can't believe I sat there 1hour 45min. Waiting dozed off woke and they told me I still got 2 more hours. I don't recommend going here.

Shawmon Larissa n the rest of the staff made me feel very welcome. I felt good about donating

Staff is friendly and professional. Kind to your needs and makes sure your comfortable.

Waited for over two hours and to be told I couldn't donate at this center because of medical history but plenty of times before I have donated blood or plasma at other places to this date. People here don't have a clue about what they are talking about.

Nice environment good service amazing staff. The loyal donors like myself always enjoy the staff

These people are wonderful really strive to do their best I've donated here since they opened and never had a bad experience some of these negative reviews are ridiculous

I have yet to have a bad experience at Immunotek. They are absolutely the best at sticking you.

What exactly is the compensation for new donors??. Been trying to seek out.

This place is a joke been up here 3 times to donate plasma and wasted 4 hours and still nothing

Charity was very good at her job

Every one of this facility is unbelievably nice and helpful! I always saw all my friends about it!

Great way to make a bit of extra money burn they're very rude and unprofessional.

I've been waiting 1.5 hours so far. Each time I come I wait longer than it takes to donate

Good place to pick up extra cash and it helps people.
