UPDATE: Pay rate now (1/25) is now $40/$60. They are also dealing with the current saline shortage, so you have to drink a Gatorade after donation. In terms of this location, it's a decent place. They do have an appointment system that helps with the wait time. There's also somewhere to sit instead of just standing in line. The staff is generally polite and the bathrooms are clean. After donation nurse told me a date that I could come back.made appointment. Then date of appointment rude front desk told me I had to come following day causing me to waste gas and time. Their pay for donations aren't worth the money. Going to another plasma donation center where people aren't rude and pay better. Don't bother to reply because you done messed up my visit and I'm definitely not coming back.looks like a bunch of drug addicts waiting to get in anyway.

I was denied the ability to donate four based on my gender identity despite having multiple documents from care providers stating that it is safe for me to donate. In my first visit staff pressured me into disclosing my transgender identity before denying me.

To be cont...Typically my experience here has been positive, however, today, I arrived early to my appointment after walking over an hour in freezing temperatures to be told I had to stand in the cold and could not sit in an empty waiting area to warm up while I waited for my appointment time. Speaks volumes of a medical facility. This changed my experience and opinion of Immunotek.

I was not able to donate! However the staff was very nice polite! The downfall was travel from Statesville, not once but twice. Their new hours in the winter, They close at 3:00 pm. NOT 7:00 I filled out all the paperwork/computer. I answered all the questions. I gave them my information. When they could have saved me an hour and a half. The young white girl at the desk is extremely rude. She argued about bit of information given to her. My address, my active service, my name. After 22 years on actual actual active duty, I just wanted to give back to my community. It will not be at this business.

At first when I saw the reviews I was afraid to go. But I made the decision and went to the place and I was surprised by the kindness and humility with which all the staff serve. They are all gentle and very careful with people. It is a very clean and disinfected place and the staff also use all the protective materials. I feel very comfortable and happy to go. I 100 percent recommend this place.

Hi just wanted to give a big shoutout to Jordan for always being a team player she is in awesome staff associate. Always very professional and is great at listening to my concerns in reference to my vein being curvy and also having lots of scar tissue ;she did exactly as I ask and i donated just fine in a timely manner. Sue is fantastic and very helpful. Most of the staff is decent as well. They've been losing people quite frequently so there are inconsistencies with staffing and donor care. That guy manager does not treat staff well and I've seen him get nasty with donors on occasion. As far as that short, fat manager, they need to just get rid of her. Eh...meh. donations amounts have BIG TIME DROPPED and this is a MAJOR incentive killer. However, 90%+ of the staff are funny, down to earth but make a real effort in doing the job correctly. Wait times to be "unstuck" have increased so expect to sit in the chair 4-15 mins after your little green light comes on. Other than that, it's not that bad.

Everyone here is great. Very friendly and accommodating. Sue and Josh are super friendly and sweet. Shout out to my favorite stickers, Mel and Ms Patricia! Ya'll the best! I would have given a 5 star, but after my other two favorite stickers were let go (you know who they are ??) some of these newbies scare me. Be a little more gentle and not so heavy handed on the needle. Its sharp. Dont gotta give it so much oomph.

I enjoy going to this center over all the other centers I've been to in the past. The staff is great, very kind and friendly. I've never had a bad experience. The wait time is minimal and if there is a wait they are apologizing for it. Thanks to the workers, keep doing a great job!!

Elle was great! Even though it was a chaotic afternoon, she kept her composure and gave me one of the best sticks with the needle that I've experienced in the almost 3 years that I've been donating. Really appreciated her kind attitude as well.

One of the best plasma experiences of my life. Mrs Sue, Amber and Elle did an absolutely phenomenal job taking care of me. They were unexpectedly crazy busy and they handled it like absolute professionals. I'll definitely be back and will bring plenty of friends and tell everyone that I know!

These people are making minimum $2000 per 800ml of plasma you donate. They offer you max $120 a week, for 1600 ml ( $4000 ). That's %3... Even if they gave you $250 every single donation, that is a %700 mark up, leading to an %88 profit for them.... They are making bank off of you for change on the dollar.... and it's YOUR plasma keeping them in business. I would recommend ImmunoTek Bio Center to anyone looking for a great place to donate. Ms. Monica is the best when explaining the donating process and answering any questions or concerns you may have. She always has a smile on her face and ensures you are comfortable throughout the entire donating process. Very knowledgeable regarding the medical field and aftercare. Top-tier professionalism! Always willing to train other staff members to ensure excellent quality and consistency for ALL donors.

Pretty quick getting in and out, very rarely do I have to wait longer than 10 minutes before going back. Preston is always a great person to see in the morning, puts a smile on your face! He is Kind and always smiling, even cuts up with you! Always a great sticker, never any problems when inserting the needle, really no pain!! Most of the staff I have had is great. Very clean place!

Loved it here they are always friendly and decently quick depending on the time you go , I feel like they been going downhill though , they always change the prices on donating and constantly change their hours , I can't even keep track anymore... it always says our new hours to better serve you but it's really not lol , now they open from 9-3 , that's only 6 hours , I used to donate after work but I guess not anymore.

Desire is Great she is my preferred sticker she goes above and beyond and she is very gentle I love her and her service I refuse too let anyone else stick me other than her if it comes down to it though I will allow Krissy or Eliza too stick me love the center and the promotions that they do every month and Ms.Sue is awesome these people always bring you the most amazingly smiling faces and are the highlights of my visits!!!

Overall nice friendly environment and importantly clean. Some techs there are very attentive and have a magic touch when it comes to setting you up like Preston, Kai, Jon or Krystal. They will take care of you and make it a memorable experience and I enjoy seeing their smiling faces when I come in to donate.

Very clean, very professional! Monica and Leeza are my favorite phlebotomists. They are personable yet professional and get the stick perfect every time!

Extemely clean environment at this location. Inconsistent patient care. Some of the staff were warm with a bedside manner. Repetitive initial assessment procedures & follow-up procedures afterwards. Staff were not all on the same page at this location. They did not show me scheduled for my follow-up donation appointment, although i received a confirmation text. Great opportunity to help others in need of plasma with a financial token in return. Thank you for the great staff who still see the vision.

I had my first visit here this morning and my experience was all the staff was very nice. I didn't have any problems. Everything was clean and the process was quick. The tech Asia was very sweet and I didn't even feel her stick the needle on my arm. All of the people I interacted with was very nice. I recommend this place 5 stars

The staff is always friendly every time I donate! Kim is one of the managers, and has a very positive spirit! Has a real knack for making the experience easy and painless! Kayla is also a beast. Down to earth and very compassionate about her job. I recommend this place if you need extra cash for any occasion.

Cleanest and most professional plasma place I have ever been to! Miss Debbie was the examination lady and she was beyond professional and kind. Also Miss Sue is one of the best ones there too everyone there though for the most part is extremely nice! This is the only plasma place I will ever come to again! I always get super nervous when I have to be stuck. And sometimes I have a reason why. Some are more skilled than others. By that said, one of the workers by Kayla is amazing. I rarely ever feel her sticks and she's so easy to talk to me and makes it very welcoming she's the main reason I still go and will prob ever go! Always super nice and knows her job WELL.

Anybody who is a new donor please ask for Mel. She is very nice and compassionate. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed especially if your nervous. She is very good at what she does. Went this past Saturday, and the atmosphere in there was terrible. The one employee couldn't be any less happier about being there. She wasn't receptive to patients at all. Just rude. I would rather go somewhere else, than go back here.

I usually had a good experience coming to ImmunoTek to donate, and Josh, the manager, is always pleasant with good customer skills to match. Now the people who work at the vitals stations, are another story. They seem to think we owe them something as they always have a chip on their shoulders. I was afraid of needles, she provided me comfort, and assured me that everything will be ok, just take a deep breath and try to relax because my anxiety level was every where. Her professionalism was beyond exceptional, when I return I will make sure I ask for her directly. We need more compassionate people like Kendra. Now I will donate plasma but I have things to do. I stood there at the counter for 10 minutes while the person behind the desk kept saying to hold on as people went in front of me! I am a new donor and the customer care is just horrible!

I have been to this location at lease a dozen times and every time I get sent away with the excuse that they are not taking new people. I have showed up at all times of the day and get the same answer. I do not recommend this place for anyone to go to if they are trying to donate. And I will not be returning to this location at all.

This was my first time going to donate. I had already did my paperwork previously when i was turned away for my blood levels being too low. I got there at 5:00 and was told I didn't have to do anything over. Then after waiting 2 hours, I was told I needed another physical. Which could have been done while I was sitting there for 2 hours. The place is thoroughly cleaned but the people are extremely rude and unprofessional. Most staff is inexperienced and in training which is bad for us as we are the ones who suffer. Expect to be stuck a couple of times or have the needle wiggled around while in your arm til they find the vein (even when they use a vein finder).
