Absolutely horrible. Deferred twice due to "smell" which makes absolutely 0 sense. First time it was supposedly someone else who smelled me, despite me being to only person in the waiting area. And now, apparently I smelled like cat piss, even though all my clothes were washed 3 times, and I showered twice before coming in. Don't bother with this place. Hollow people.

This place is a joke. They are nothing but a lie. The supervisor and other staff will literally stand and talk about how they don't want to stick someone or actually make fun of them. Your advertisement is deceiving, it says that I would get $40 the first time And $70 the second donation but when I came for the second, only 2 days later I was told that it doesn't go by my donation it goes by your week unlike anyother place. As far as the pay goes, that was a lie also it's $40 and $65 for the second donation

I haven't been able to log in for some time now, I have tried many times and even tried to call but no one answered.

I would actually give it normally five stars but today unfortunately I found out that for whatever reason Immunotek tech decided to let go most of their employees making it an extremely stressful atmosphere for their employees which can resonate to us I think it was a very stupid decision of Immunotek to let go that many people this place is continuously going downhill Which is sad because the employees that do work there and are on the floor are extremely nice and caring and very dedicated at their job

Me and my husband were new donors, the payout was $100 first 3 donations. I put down that my husband had referred me, they told me he'd receive $100 referral bonus after both of our 2nd successful donations. Today was my 2nd and he went after (his 3rd). They not only gave us the wrong first time donor payout but only issued him HALF of his referral payout. I called and the manager Michael was rude and just told me well it's only $50. Which is false because the person who referred my husband received $100 in

The staff is always, always nice, they're really great people! But it's a little off-putting that an appointment is required, but once checked in for said appointment and you have passed screening, you wait 40 minutes or more just to get on a bed to begin the donation process. It used be an hour or less between check in and donation completion. Now it's nearly a 2-3 hour ordeal at just about any time you go in. And there's rarely enough people in the beds to warrant such a long wait after being cleared to d

Wonderful place! The BEST place in Waco! They take care of their clients and make it an enjoyable place!!!

Nina was so sweet and greeted me with the warmest welcoming, she got me checked in within a timely manner. LeAnn was super great during the intake and explaining the process while doing my physical. She was very informative and kind. Tatianna was a fun ball of energy for sure and very thorough on the floor making the veinipuncture and plasma process super easy and smooth. I have zero swelling, bruising or tenderness.

Staff isn't qualified. I went 5 times and had issues with them sticking my vein every time. The last time they tried to switch arms and blood went everywhere. I will never return, lost my trust that they actually know what they are doing. Also don't show up 13 minutes after your appointment. Was turned away even though they weren't busy but next time I came I had to sit and wait 20 minutes before I was called back.

This plasma center has the most rudest women working there I have ever seen . I went to donate yesterday and they humiliated me in front of everyone saying I stink . And the nurse said I couldn't donate . They need to be fired. And hopefully I will be consulting a lawyer as well . I'm a very clean person . The women yelled it out very loud in front of other people in the center who also heard them . I notice when people give good reviews the owners leave long messages. But what i went through is a humilia

Went in today with an appointment, I came early with my spouse as a referral.. The keyosk allowed me to sign in, when I asked the lady had an additude telling me I should have checked in first with them, after stating to them that's the first time hearing about that she said I was being disrespectful and made it clear she could of rescheduled my appointment but wasn't going to do so... spoke to the manager about the situation, just have to say very unprofessional environment. Other than that place is clean

Pretty great people overall, but the organization at the checkin and screening desk needs improving. With as busy as it has been getting, people are wandering in and out with virtually no oversight from staff, even after they have been screened. Patrons need to be reminded to NOT LEAVE THE BUILDING after screening. And PLEASE ask patrons to either use headphones, (earbuds), or mute their phones. It's getting a bit out of hand, duelling music, and videos playing all at the same time. Thanks

Their payment plan is $40 for the first donation that week, $60 for the second. They require an appointment to donate, yet never have anything available. I have been unable to donate twice a week ever!

The ladies here are sooo slow. I waited 20 minutes to get hooked up and then waited another 20 minutes to get unhooked. I was completely ignored while they stood around talking. Also they keep lowering the pay. Not worth coming in here sitting around a bunch of druggies.

The staff there are doing excellent with what they have, sometimes they are short staffed but still rise to the occasion with a smile. Especially Mia, I hope I spelled that right, she was especially helpful and informative when I needed it today and it was much appreciated! Thank y'all!!????

Emaleigh and tiarria are the best stickers on the floor. They are amazing and keep them the highest pd. Without these 2 your center wouldn't be right. These 2 can always adjust right and help in any situation. They know the donors very well. We love them

At first it was fine then as more clients began to come they got less staff and led to inaccuracies in slot of things which led to inconvenience. Wait times are completely ridiculous which is another thing, nothing the techs are responsible for but you get what I am saying.

These people are AMAZING! Always so sweet and friendly, Emaliegh, Alissa, Anna, Hailey, I Love these ladies! I look forward to seeing them every week. They know what they are doing, and they have NEVER hurt me!!

Place is clean. Staff is professional and curiosity. Alissa is an awesome tech if you have veins that are hard to find and stick she definitely can find it!

I enjoy the employees from the initial intake throughout the entire process. Tierra,Ana,CARMELLA Nina and Emily are very reliable and take time to make sure you're comfortable and well taken care of. The management team is another story they come walking around and just basically makes the atmosphere uncomfortable. They also make it a slow boring process with television volume all the way down sometimes feels like I'm at the library smdh

The entirety of the staff were extremely professional, which made for a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I'm deathly afraid of needles, and the staff made sure I was comfortable and would check on me periodally to make sure I was going thru the process okay. In addition, the physical screening process was quick, and I didn't have to wait to be seen. The overall cleanliness of the facility exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend it!

Place is good and clean but seem understaffed sit around waiting to donate for almost an hour after scheduled time. Only 3 people before me May need to open up more bays I will definitely be changing after new donor promos.

Just love this plasma center they make scheduling so quick and easy . In and out process , plus they pay really good even after your first few donations. Friendly staff .. I would refer family , friends etc to Immunotek -MJ

Most Unprofessional plasma Place. Employees Just talking totally ignore new people. Websites need to get updated to at least the 2000's.. as it far behind and it needs a App for appointments as Employees turn people away and Websites nor Employees show how to set up for next donation 1 star is for clearness. They truly act like they want a paycheck for talking....

I enjoy the vibes. The crew gives out it makes donating fun and easy thank you so much. Keep up the good work. Have a great day.

Staff was amazing Kenzie Brittany Stephanie and Mia made my visit so enjoyable. Everyone was so nice. Very clean would recommend ????

Great friendly staff, always punctual, a comfortable donating experience. Shout out to Alyssa who always greets me with a smile and makes sure I'm taken care of.

If you like being discriminated against, then this is the place for you!! Staff is undertrained, some are rude and arrogant. Tried resolving my issue with center but They don't listen or do anything about it

There is a sign posted in this location that says when you refer a friend that you will get a referral bonus after your friend donates 2 times. This isn't true! I never got mine after referring a friend who has donated several times here. I asked the staff about it and I've been told that after my friend donates 3 times then I have to donate 2 more times after them before I can get it. To me that's false advertisement!

Immunotek has been great to me from day one, all the phlebotomists are very friendly and hard working workers! They always put their donors first and for that they will always receive my service and dedication!

Alyssa and Emaleigh are the best. Both of these ladies make my visit so smooth, they are a value to the establishment

The professionalism, safe environment and care to donors is noticeable over other Plasma centers. I was screened by a young lady named Arecely who exuded professionalism and donor service. Only place I donate at.

Once again Michael is the best manager on staff at the Bellmead location hands down, he runs the show and knows how to keep things moving!

It's unfair to stop someone from donating because they went out the front door instead of the side door where is that in the policy why is there only one exit route

What happened to the $800 for new donor pay? Now it's like 300

Aracelis and Kathyrn are so professional and so kind made sure i was okay and had an comfortable experience 10 out of 10

Immunotek is a great place to donate. From the time u walk in u are greeted and treated like family. Nina Ana Carmella and tt and Emma Leigh are great they make sure u are comfortable and they get u through the donation process quick and easy. Angelo is also great as well he comes to the donation floor and checks on every donor to make sure we are okay. Upon finishing our donation they assist us with making future appointments and tips on aftercare leaving the plasma center immunotek is hands down the b

Kally an emily made boss moves and they care about their clients well being they need a raise asap

Aracelis is awesome and she should get a raise she is respectful and always getting the job done

My girlfriend called up here and asked if they will take paper ids then I get here and now I can't give plasma cause they didnt explain to her that it has to be a paper id from the dmv

I love donating here the staff is very friendly and nice and Alyssa emaleigh are the best

The people in the bell mead center are rude . Very childish and immature. They need to be fired .

Michael! Your are hands down the life blood of the Waco Immunotek. Your passion and love for the industry is the reason why the location is the way it is today.
