Reviews Summary

The reviews show a mixed experience, with many praising friendly, professional staff and quick service, particularly highlighting positive interactions with specific team members. However, negative feedback cites inconsistent pricing, poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and occasional technical issues like kinked tubing or blown veins. Wait times and staffing shortages are also mentioned. While some donors report excellent, painless experiences, others express frustration with management and unresolved complaints. Overall, the facility seems to excel in customer care when operations run smoothly but struggles with reliability and transparency in certain cases.

I have been donating here twice a week for a few months now, and I Haven't had any issues until recently. I was super nervous the first time I went because I'd never done anything like it and Whitney talked me through every step and checked on me often. And then I go in and almost all of the staff that I had been seeing twice a week were just gone. So I privately reached out to multiple people asking where they went and they were all let go. And then I went back to donate anyway and the lady who poked me w

The hours are what made me choose this company, but now instead of 7am-7pm, they close at 1pm!!! I have been waiting for more than a month to start selling my platelets, but because I take two mood stabilizers my doctor has to sign a paper ensuring I am mentally competent to donate and then their 80+ year old doctor has to sign off on it and he is only there one day week. I was told first, on Thursdays, but now I am told on Fridays! My paperwork has been there for well over a week and I was told today, he h

They told me that I had syphilis after I had been donating for well over a year with no problem. Got a confirmation test that said negative so I showed them that. They still said I was banned for life. All over a disease I didn't even have

Whitney was amazing got me on the first stick. Talked me through my first time. ( I was really nervous) second time I went got a girl named Bianca. She never spoke to me never even looked me in the eye. She acted like me being there just ruined her entire day. She even rolled her eyes when I flinched from the needle. If you're going I'd recommend asking for Whitney.

Save your time and just drive to Columbia better hours of operation and pay the Jeff store has turned real shityand that's the only thing you can count on

1) They change prices without notice & don't let you know until AFTER you've been stuck & donated. 2) They promise referral money that you may or may not get. I have not received mine. 3) Then good luck getting anybody to answer the phone!! I've been calling for 2 days, today will make 3 days & they've answered ONE time after calling over & over. Was transferred to a manager; who also didn't answer then could never even get back in touch with the person i talked to. I've left 3 voicemails over the past 2

So far I've been seen by Trayanna and Miranda who were both phenomenal. I always come in the evenings after work and they always make sure everyone is in a good mood and taken care out of. This center is one of the cleanest I've been to so far.

I have been going here for months & from the beginning of me first donating the staff have been awesome & welcoming. I was nervous about everything on the process since I have never done this b4 ,but the staff made it awesome & easy .I do the morning shift .The Manager Kaitlyn is a rockstar i just love her positive vibes & great leader skills I can tell the staff is so uplifting when she's there. Front Ends Xander,Elaine are awesome!! We just be having the best convos they are great at their job .Phlebotom

I love to come here so much! Friendly employees and wait times are short. Sherri is one of my favorites. Her sticks are the best! Appreciate everyone for their good expertise and competence! Thank you so much!

I have been going here for months and have dozens of error free donations. The staff are professional, friendly and patient with people like me who have thick blood and take forever. I'm usually in and out in an hour or less and that is because my blood is so thick its practically a solid. The money is deposited by the time I'm in the parking lot. I have had worse experiences with blood draws at doctors offices. I don't understand a lot of the negative reviews from repeat donors here. If it's so bad why con

HORRIBLE! I strongly recommend and when I say strongly. I mean; Pick any other donation center to go donate at besides Immunotek Plasma in Jefferson City. Not only will they allow numerous patients to schedule appointments at the same allotted time. Once you arrive. Even if you arrive early, or right on time. Your minimum wait will be about an hour +. Also, DO NOT! Ever, show any frustration, or impatience. Otherwise the GM at the Immunotek in Jefferson City will get loud with you, threaten to ban you, kick

Update, they suck. If you have other options go there. I show up on time for my appointments and usually wait about an hour just to get screened (no one waiting ahead of me, they literally don't have staff to screen). They have almost no staff, high turnover rate. I'm seeing lots of other reviews on here from staff so I can see why. The equipment is never working, it's always a hassle to sign in. Once you get screened and go back, then you will still sit in a bed, waiting for someone to stick you for ano

I give the nursing staff 4 stars. I was treated very cordially and accomodatingly, the staff was great. I take a star away for policies that may create inconveniences for some donors. With all of the hoops I have to jump through, I'll break even on my first donation because of the cost of fuel. My doctor is also not very cooperative (with anything) so getting a letter signed is a big ordeal. Ive only donated once before, but I was qualified very easily and quickly and was able to donate the same day. Perha

Would not recommend at all. My wife and I donated for the 5 donations for 100 each and on our last one they supposedly changed it at the beginning of Sept that I only received 80 not the 100 and my wife only got 40. Far from the go 5 times and get 100 each time! Then to top it off they blew my vein on each arm on separate donations. Then my wife went and her last attempt they blew her vein as well. When I try to call no one will take my call because they are all in a meeting and can't take a call. Very very

Always friendly an knowledgeable. Trayanna is the best at sticking. Never feel it. She deserves a steak dinner.. caytlyn is also one of my favs.

Shouldn't have to wait 4+ hours just to donate. You all are the slowest unprofessional people I've ever seen. This place always change the pay out. Never can get in with scheduled times. Always missing veins. Sometimes you don't even get the money you sat hours on end for.

During my second time donating they blew a vain and used my other arm no problem. Went in there the next week said they couldn't do anything and said to come back again when it's healed so I come back two weeks later and waited a hour just to be sent home because I needed to be cleared by their doctor which I was not informed untill just now

Disorganized and poor customer service. They girl Kenzie that did my initial evaluation has quite poor people skills. During our initial intake she actually said something quite rude to me but I let it go and then she made a big deal about me so I just left. They say they're there to save lives but they're too busy playing games and being immature. Maybe she can get some coaching on how to handle situations with more class. I also was quite anxious being there and they wouldn't even let my Fianc? sit w

I had the best experience with Maddie. I was so nervous but her personality and demeanor really calmed me down. I would definitely recommend her to anybody!!! That's the only one I'll be coming back to!

5-Star Plasma donation center! The staff does a phenomenal job at everything and takes care of the customers! I go in the morning and Whitney, Kathlyn, and Colleen do an amazing job and are very professional!!

This place used to be so nice amd enjoyed going , now it's just the workers are just non emotional/ bad tones of voice . Don't seem friendly. No diversity. Worker just stand around and gossip and sit on the beds. Once this was posted I went back into the plasma center just to get my referral money. They will pull you into the office and talk about my post which is fine and them they will hit you with something you might of done as to what i felt was retaliation. Also while being there I over heard the lad

Just go to Columbia if you can. They said two hours for a first time, I was there over three and hadn't gotten back. They are either not well enough staffed or too busy, take your pick, I'm not going to sit there all day, I'm have other thigs to do today.

Been to several plasma centers and this one is by far the best. Everyone is super friendly. Maddie and Evie were the first to tend to me and I couldn't ask for better care. The whole team is great, Ally, Colleen, Nicka, Dorothy, The staff up front are also great, Tajia, December, Katelyn, katie. Only thing i can actually complain about is the sewer problem, been here twice now n there's literally poop and toilet paper in the parking lot. Oh and i can't forget Scott, he rocks! Come here twice a week and have

I've donated here 20 or so times. This is a hit or miss experience. You will want to check your own machine before your connected for kinks mine was kinked and hadn't been checked and caused me to no flow and be re stuck twice before someone took the time to even check the tubing. And still then they fixed the kink with one tiny piece of scotch tape, which i had to stare at my whole donation because of the worry it might fall off and rekink. Check your own machine and hope you get a phlebotomist with more t

I couldn't put half a star so I went with one. My experience is not a good one, considering I was looking forward to saving lives but was ***** blocked from doing so. Don't go here unless, you like the cold, clinical approach. The bed side manner needs improvement. Such as fire everyone and start over. Lol. There are better options such as The Red Cross if you really want to help. I feel so much better that I got that off my chest. Hopefully, it has improved in two weeks.

At this point, I have had direct interactions with most if not all of the staff on the donation floor. Not only do they all make each step easy and painless, but they're by far the friendliest group of phlebotomists I've found, and this isn't my first plasma rodeo. The entire vibe is super positive and fun, too!

I was a first time plasma donor and just a bit nervous. From the receptionist to the very sweet girl named Angel took excellent care of me. She was always checking to see if I was ok and if I needed anything. All the other ladies working there were friendly and caring. Than you for making my experience so pleasant.

Whitney is one of the best workers there. She is polite and funny and never misses my vein

Evie has been my phlebotomist each time and she has always been very gentle and knowledgeable in what she does!!! She made sure I comfortable during the process; I would highly recommend her!!

I really enjoy coming to the Jefferson City location. It is beyond convenient. Marko and Evie treated me so well and it was a pretty painless, quick and easy process. Thanks again!!!

Marko was really nice. Dorothy and Nikita have great customer service as we as Taija. They all did their part to make the experience very pleasant.

nice place but they didn't honor the referral bonus my friend has went 4 times and they never gave me a bonus

Nicka is amazing. She almost makes dealing with these appointments bearable. The employees are a dream come true. Making an appointment not so much.

Friendly Staff, Clean Facility, Quick but thorough, and an over all easy experience for a person with a busy schedule. The only thing I would like to see different is Bonus's for regular donators like some of the other labs offer.

It took 3 hours to do all the questions and physical. Then when they finally decided to stick my vien they couldn't hit my vein and I have what they consider green veins which are the easiest ones to stick. It hurt so bad. I've been donating plasma for over 5+ years and both plasma biological and csl in Columbia can stick my veins. Would recommend plasma biological first then csl don't go here.

Great staff, I called trying to see if I could schedule an appointment and the person that answered the phone was really professional and helpful because I was having trouble schedule an appointment and he told me to go to Facebook and there's a link I should be able to do from there 100% helpful

I unfortunately can't give zero stars because that is truly what this business deserves. Make the short drive to Columbia and go to a donation center that doesn't discriminate or have rude and unpleasant workers. This is the 4th donation center I've been to and the biggest joke I may have ever encountered in my life. Will be looking into a discrimination lawsuit myself. Avoid at all costs

I have went here and yes at first I was nervous, however, the staff there was very friendly and thorough. I have tiny veins and their expertise was great! I give them a ? high five and five ?????!!

Very professional and nice! It was my first time donating and they explained every detail perfectly so I would understand better. They always checked on me to make sure I was alright and comfortable. Thank you!!

Dorothy is great! She is always so friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend donating at Immunotek and giving Dorothy and all of the other great phlebotomists a visit!

Such a fun and wonderful staff, the assistant manager Marko was very funny and helpful. Kale and Charity were awesome as well!! Thanks everyone ??

HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS JC LOCATION. RESPECTFUL STAFF. UNLESS YOU ARE A TROUBLEMAKER, YOU WONT HAVE A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. RECENTLY I HAD TO QUIT DUE TO MEDICATION ISSUES. I WILL MISS THESE PEOPLE DEARLY. THE LONGEST I EVER WAS IN WAS ABOUT HOUR AND HALF. FIRST TIME, ALL PAPERS ECT AND EXAMS, AND FIRST DONATION. THANK YOU FOR MY GREAT EXPERIENCES

We'll frist off I won't to thank team on the floor Mis Dorothy Mis Evie Mis Nicka Mis Colleen there the best ever time I come in they put an smile on my face an gets the job done Mis Jackie as well can't leave her out but the management needs a lot of work Mr Chris needs to come back an don't let me forget Mis Tajia at the front holds it down all the time ............,.....................................

I really had a great experience with the assistant manager named Marko he handled my process very well and in a timely manner!

Very disappointed. Not even sure where to start. Very unprofessional unpleasant staff. Had an "issue" with a specific staff member, and not one employee, including "supervisors" were able to resolve the situation.Tried to file a formal complaint in person, was not successful. I am an experienced plasma donor and have never experienced this level of unprofessional. If someone in a position to help reads this please reach out.

I've donated twice and was unable to the third time I went. Staff is very nice, caring, patient, and thorough with explaining the process and reasons behind what they do.

I come here twice a week at the end of the day my day is made. These folks are the best flabotomist. I love these people and this place.

Nicka did a great job today. Clean station, painless and quick! Will definitely keep coming

It's always a pleasant experience and usually a quick in and out. Everyone is friendly and professional.

They have a really great team here they make everything go smoothly and comfortable

Terrible place except for 2 people the got employees that have terrible attitudes and snap out and kick you out for no reason Maddie has the worst attitude I would never hire here for any job terrible worth ethic

I was denied because my fingerprints were not good enough even though I had everything else I was supposed to have. I will not go back nor refer them.
