They won't reimburse you for gas or for your blown veins so if you have small veins, I do not recommend going to this location. They also do not give money for referrals so do not refer a friend. It does not benefit the referral. My boyfriend went a couple times I went after him and I put him down as a reference. He was supposed to get paid for it and he didn't. I've had blood drawn twice from there the third time they blew my vein and tried to hand me a $20 voucher card stating I can't come back in 85 days
I have been going to this place for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say about them and their staff! Everyone is friendly and experts at their job. Today was a perfect example, in short I had an appointment but knew I would be late, I called ahead and thankfully Cindy said it was okay and put a note on my appointment that I would be 10 minutes late. Its thanks to her that I was able to donate. She and everyone else are wonderful and good hearted people. I highly HIGHLY encourage anyone t
Comparing to CSL and BioLife: most friendly, efficient staff ever, the cleanliness of this establishment was remarkable, and the equipment is state of the art!!! I give them a 20 on a scale from 1-10! ?? I HIGHLY recommend them!!
HOLD IT RIGHT THERE! GIVE THIS PLACE A VISIT! Me, myself, and I have been coming here for a year now(coming up on two years) and only have positive experiences! The staff members are a lovely group of people and have always made a shy person like me feel at home and comfortable! The overall process doesn't take very long, a little under an hour for me. Highly recommend this friendly, clean, and reliable location :)
My experience with A lady named Cindy has Been Amazing. She always greets people with such a pleasant Amazing comforting welcoming and it makes me feel great in a public setting. I'm so glad that I met such a beautiful lady who is so sweet and I'm so grateful I met a good lady. She has showed me that she does more than just work there she actually cares. I have been a Phlebotomist for 23 years however I met Cindy while I donated plasma. Cindy makes me have a great experience ever time I go to donate. If the
I've had absolutely such great experiences w ImmuNotek. From the initial screening sign up and physical with Jacob to now. Each visit has been very comfortable. The screeners are always super friendly and put you at ease. Cindy is the one I have had the most contact with and she's such a joy. The phlebotomist are very friendly and professional. Sydney is my favorite. She's very professional, informative, and very personable which makes each visit much more comfortable and enjoyable. Yes, even unde
Cindy is the best screener. She is always super nice and ask me about my life . Makes us donors feel like they actually care. Thanks for the excellent service Cindy ????
This place is going down hill don't come in the pm unless you got 3 or 4 hours to burn each visit. Use to get in and out in a decent time not any more last few visits consistently have taken average of at least 3 hours On the flip side there is a select few employees that do their job exceptional one of them is Danielle! She works up front, exceptional every time I come in. Works hard helps keep the place running smoothly and has a smile everyday. Love it! Keep up the hard work Danielle! ??????
The facility is always so clean! Staff is very nice and professional. My husband and I think that Vince is one of the best employees here! He's very kind and always busy moving around. I wish I could remember the other phlebotomists name with the glasses who my husband & I talk to sometimes, but she's awesome too!
I just moved to town a few weeks ago and wanted to try this place out. I wanted to stop here and give my thanks to Cindy, Kara and Jenn. They are the absolute best staff I've ever experienced in the Plasma field. I've worked as a phlebotomist before at CSL plasma in Atlanta,GA and I must say that this is THE BEST PLASMA CENTER EVER!!! I'm always recommending people here
I have been going there for a while now and miss Cindy is the one who normally checks me in she is very sweet and does a awesome job they need more people like her. For that and her I give 5 stars. Awesome job Cindy
I want to share my opinion My first attempt there they denied me and sent me home because they stated they aren't taking new donors, though another staff member said that was a lie they just don't want to do the paperwork I tried again and they said the same thing due to the time of day even though there voice message system says otherwise. They refuse to answer the phone These are the laziest workers and the director of this facility needs to retire and would be better off at McDonald's. DO NOT WASTE
I have been coming to this place for awhile and every time I do I am greeted from Cindy. She has made it where she knows my name without me having to tell her and clocks me in for my appointments as soon as I arrive. I would say she is a very greatful and pleasant person to talk to everytime
They have great staff, and fast times for return donors. Great pay scale if you live in the area. Cindy always makes sure to take care of the donors and helping you get your appointments set up. They also have giveaways for returning donors.
Its very clean and friendly. Very knowledgeable staff can answer all of the questions you could ever ask. Gen has done my intake 3 times in a row now and makes it as quick and painless as possible.
I had a terrible experience and plan to write a letter to corporate! I came to donate, my personal info was requested &scanned in, after being there for almost 2 hrs, was denied because of hx of melanoma I had over 20 yrs ago that was caught so quickly, it was removed & didn't req treatment. I have read the guidelines in regards to this situation and states you can donate after a significant period of time after treatment....it's been over 20 yrs and didn't require treatment! Yet I was declined...WHY wasn'
I have met Cindy here at the Morristown Immunitek and she has the most bed side manners...She has a great personality.Cindy also excellent customer service! I am so pleased with her helping me.thabjd Kayla Reynolds
Was told when I started here 100 for every visit up to 8 only made 100 first 2 visits and 40 there after still says payment depends on weight well I'm 205 and made 40 something wrong won't be back not even worth the gas to get there these companies need to honor what they offer not lie and cheat you
Staff is very nice, makes the donation process a comfortable experience. The only negative thing I could say is it is hard to call and make an appointment but I understand they are very busy.
I love this place especially Cindy, she is the sweetest person and always so friendly. I have become so close to most of the people here but Cindy I consider as a friend.
I almost didn't go just because of the reviews online. I am glad I did, because everyone is so nice. I've been to 3 different ones in Knoxville. This one is better than all 3 of the ones there. The staff is so nice. Everything is clean and they do everything by the book.
This place is so unorganized! All the workers do are sit and gossip about their day the entire time. The lady next to me was there for over 2 hours because her machine was running on LOW speed and no one ever thought to check. They are quick to defer you for no real reason also. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Everyone is always friendly and pleasant and they get you in and out fast, I was served by Sydney today who's always nice. Just an overall positive experience.
I waited to come here because of the initial reviews. I'm now glad I finally came in. I was driving an hour away to my last plasma spot. This place is organized, sweet staff and very clean. Also saving time and energy its a total win for me. I highly recommend and call first as they make appointments. Which I also love. No long lines or waiting. And I enjoy the plasma card better
It is a clean facility but the the wait times for an appointment are usually 45 min to an hour after your appointment time. The have a poor staff management process this the horrible turn over rate and short staffing. Some of the staff is nice others are rude and incompetent.
I think you should be able to donate anytime as long as had time to regenerate plasma. Came in today couldn't donate because it wasn't Saturday. You are supposed to duplicate the days from the week before. I usually donate on Fridays. I work for a living I need to come when it's possible to fit my schedule not Immunteks schedule. The parking area is empty and there's hardly anyone inside. But yet you want people to come the days that are busy. My time is important to me. Not to mention the gas and miles th
My Son went and gave plasma, and they told him he had syphilis, so he went to the health department and got a second opinion, and was checked again, and the health department told him ?he was clean and disease free from anything!? Then we get a package delivered to our house via UPS telling us that Immunotek had made a mistake, and he was clean. Most; but not all of the people there act like snits, and are very unprofessional. I was told I would receive $100 for everyone I referred, and they told me that I
Immunotek is my go to side hustle. Sydney is always friendly and so helpful!! Y'all makes the place a pleasant experience!!!
This was my first time donating in years I was a little nervous but Gentry the staff member made feel at ease. Such a great experience the? whole team made my vist a great experience. Thank you guys
Kourtney is so sweet. And so are Kayla, Cindy, Sydney and Kendal. I love the crew here.
I went to this plasma center at the end of April to begin a new patient profile I get there I go through the whole screening process a section came up where they asked about colonoscopy and endoscopy seeing the importance of it I told them I had had one in the past. The date was wrong that I had told them of the procedure, in return they gave me a letter to take to my doctor. I took the letter to my doctor only to find out that the colonoscopy I had was a whole year prior and would not affect the timeline t
If you're gonna turn someone away because you've decided on a "schedule" for them, don't tell them they can come in over the phone. If an appointment is scheduled, then the appointment is valid. People don't sell their plasma for fun. They sell it because they need the money, so don't make people waste gas to be told "come in this day."
They just lowered the pay even more. I've been donating since they opened, but its ridiculous now and I'm most likely done here. Their corporate team is beyond greedy and doesn't care about anyone or anything except the money in their pockets.
Everyone is so kind & patient. It's taking me a little bit to get things started and even in my frustration they were still the same. The facility is clean! And they are very careful who they let donate. Its a whole entire process let me tell ya. Well worth it for those in need. Those that are fighting for their lives??
It was a very clean environment and almost everyone was kind. Takes a while the first time to get yourself in the system but after that is done they are pretty quick. They all are very kind and caring and very PROFESSIONAL. I did have 1 nurse tell me I won't have my water in donation area and I told her I didn't know and I apologized. But other than that I was very pleased with the entire staff. Was also unsure of the pay but if anyone who likes to donate life through your blood I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TH
Great experience donating, bring a blanket because it is cold in there. The personnel are nice, and Kourtney did a great job with my screening!
CAUTION*** STAY AWAY....from the center in Morristown,TN. Some of management is ok,but the phlebotomist are HORRIBLE!!..if you need the money really bad, then go ahead, but I advise you to go to another center. They are not trained enough, or they're stuck stupid...they will butcher your arm and it's just not worth it...good luck to anyone willing to sacrifice your over all health. ***** CAUTION
Went by today to donate, called to ask about paper work replacements and they told me all of the replacements would work, and when we got there and they asked how much we ate, and given that we had about 3 full meals before we came in, they turned us down because it wasn't enough apparently. They probably just didn't wanna do their jobs. Glad we didn't go considering how many people have gotten blown veins from these apparently unprofessional, untrained kids. Wasted my time and gas just to be told to eat mo
Very clean and nice staff. Haleigh done my screening and helped calm my nerves about donating. Carmen done my physical and was very informative of the whole process. And my phelbs were great! Will continue donating here.
Heather was very unprofessional! The whole entire time I was in pain and uncomfortable. she made comments about other donors coming through the door saying"oh they look like they just came from the county jail"! I found that to be very unprofessional! she was rude and inconsiderate of the discomfort I was experiencing. I ended the donation before it was done because of the pain I was in....
Morristown location. The staff is very under trained and not organized at all. I felt like a crash test dummy when I was there. Every step of the process was uncertain by the staff. I delt with over 7 different people on my visit and every one had to ask questions about how to do some part of there job to another staff member. I hope this locations gets some much needed training soon. Donor beware. I thought I would give them another chance and went back the next week. I was there at opening but was told to
I went in to this business to donate plasma for the first time there, I have donated in the past and had no problems. The facility was very clean, the staff was very friendly. I go back to donate and the little girl who stuck me blew my vein. She had another girl come over there and move the IV around in my arm. Then they got a supervisor to come over there and she started moving it and I felt like my arm was on fire. They wrapped my arm up and put an ice pack on it and started trying to find a vein i
Shoutout to The Marvelous Miss Carmen, it was my first time donating and everyone was so incredibly nice and supportive. The process was very smooth and fast. They keep you calm the entire time. These girls deserve a raise!! 5 stars every time. Shoutout to all the phlebotomists as well.
Though all the staff is great, Cindy was/is especially helpful and just a treat to be engaged with!
Very kind staff, they always make sure that your ok, and comfortable, I go every wensday and Friday and have never had a problem with the staff, I get the same lady every time, she's very gentle and will help you to the best of her ability, I 100% recommend going, great staff 10 out of 10
Heather is the best phlebotomist in town. Everyone at this facility is very professional and knowledgeable. They also know how to laugh and make you feel comfortable and at ease. Love ?? it here! Thank you all!
The staff at ImmunoTek are awesome. They are quick. I can get in and out in about 45 min. The phlebotomists really know their stuff. I have not once felt their sticks. I will be happy to keep coming back.
Well I was told the 20 that was deprived of my donation would be added to my card I've called few times and spoke with people make sure and was told it would be taken care of also spoke to a lady before I left assuring me it was going to be fixed very confused here?!
They are amazing by far the best I have been to. Sydney Payton Kayla Jacob and the rest are great at their jobs
All of the employees have been very prompt and attentive especially Courtney and Sydney.
Haleigh C was very kind and helped me understand everything during my first donation. Kirsten R my phlebotomist was excellent and very sweet. I will definitely be back as a return donor.
I'm super anxious in general, but the girls always do their best to distract me and make the experience bearable. Love everyone here, and I'm glad to be of service.
Two visits and a total of 6 hours wasted here. The first time finished my exam. Was told I'd be donating and then was mocked by a woman named Heather because, "you need to drink your weight in water". She said I hadn't hydrated. I told her I had indeed. Then told to come back another day. So....I did. Just to wait another forever and a day to have my veins checked....and told that I only have one good one....and thus cannot again donate....don't waste your time. I used to give plasma all the time in Knoxvil
If I could give them 0 stars I would. All I have to say is never go to immunotek plasma in Morristown Tennessee to donate plasma. They tell you that you can donate only to have to drive the 45 mins to it to be told you can't. I hope everyone stays away from this place. Even their employees say that place is horrible to work for. There's no communication what so ever
At Immunotek they make everyone feel like family. Haleigh C did my screening. She was able to tell me about the screening process. Kirsten was a great phlebotomist, and Carmen very energetic and sweet
Apparently loves to waste people's time
The Staff and environment are so warm and welcoming! Patience M. was my phlebotomist and she made me feel calm and cared for! ?? she is the absolute best!!!
Kourtney was great at the check in phase. Appointments are quick and easy!
One of the better places I've donated at. Haleigh at the front is super nice and helpful when I had questions. Great overall experience. Definitely recommending this location from now on.
Literally any other center is better than this one. Pay is worse, staff are undertrained, and their pay scale is messed up. Make it where you get paid for how many donations per 7 days instead of per week. ESPECIALLY considering they're closed on Sunday and Monday, screwing over anyone who donates on Friday or Saturday.
they have trouble picking up the phone. normally get ahold of them after the 6th call i?m on call 4 right now
Jacob does an amazing job and always has a great personality!!!
This company is awesome. I have had experience with other plasma centers that dont even compare. It almost feels like a spa. All the employees are great and remembers me each time.
Got deferred due to a poison ivy rash. Staff acted like it was contagious and anything I touched had to be wiped or tossed out. I could hear the poison ivy gossip spread among the staff as if I was some walking disease. 1: the rash is mostly healed. Only pink/reddish areas, no blisters. 2: poison ivy is NOT contagious from person to person. 3: Nothing in your donor screening or website suggests that minute rashes are means for deferral. 4: the FDA has an article on donor screening and it states "poison ivy
This place is so nice!! All the staff members were so nice and helpful. Answered all the many questions I had. Very clean and organized!
This place is absolutely fantastic. We have a good experience every time we come in. The staff is professional, Polite and a lot of fun
They just lowered the pay even more, and it's genuinely not worth it anymore. Won't be coming back.
I like the friends I made doing a serious thing for others and getting a little something in return it's easier to have a plasma donation center here in morristown then to have to drive up to Knoxville makes a bunch of things easier
I went through most of the orientation, even the 50+ questions on the kiosk, only to be told that I'm permanently ineligible due to epilepsy that I had as a teenager (am 40 now) and haven't had ANY symptoms since I was 18, and on more than one depression medication. None of the medicines I'm on are prohibited for plasma donation purposes, so I don't understand why they'd tell me that. I even emailed them inquiring about this and they've never bothered to respond. If they want plasma so bad, they need to re
Have been coming here for several months. The staff is friendly and is helpful.
They don't know what they are doing when I left I have a big black mark on my arm and could not go back for like a week and a half when I did go back I just got 30 dollar they make about 2000 they can at least pay a little more now they won't let me come back if I was you for what they pay you it is not worth it . Some of them don't know what they are doing Knoxville pays more
Great atmosphere. Been here for about 2-3 months now. Everyone is so nice. Always comfortable, no bruises.
Very pleasant place workers are really great and treat u like family and it don't hurt I would send people there to donate
They require you ?make an appointment? but it's a waste of time. You are never pre-checked or taken back at your scheduled time even first thing on Saturday mornings.
Wait time is outrageous anymore. Had a appointment at 3:15 and now been here for a hour and a half and still haven't started donating. Something needs to be done or extra payment should be offered.
The staff is helpful and kind , that has a hands on approach that is excellent!! Thoughtful and patient. Would recommend this place to others for your plasma treatments! Great environment.
Kirsten, Haleigh, Carmen, and the crew are the greatest! They make it easy and so pleasant for you to want to contribute to donate.
Kourtney was very nice and took great care of me!
I have donated at other plasma centers, and I think Immunotek was clean, professional, friendly staff, and has up to date equipment. Which is very important. Yes your first time takes a little more time because you have to be healthy and qualified to donate. It is important for your safety and others. Remember you can save someone's life and get paid to do it. I recommend Immunotek and I will be returning.
Everyone is so nice and Hannah was very professional and curtious and made the experience go by smooth. Definitely recommend ??
The staff are so friendly, the facility is very clean and the atmosphere is wonderful. I love helping others.
Great place, close to home. People are very friendly and caring. They want to make your experience great.
Do not donate to this place it's almost 100 degrees outside brought my wife in to give plasma had a 1 year old with me and NO SIGNS posted saying that no kids under the age 18 is allowed the guy who said was absolutely rude don't support this place let them go out of buisness
Wasnt alloowed to donate because i had a seizure. They were very nice and professional about it
The girls are amazing i had no problems with them. They were so kind and caring.
Very clean place, workers were super friendly, helpful. Definitely recommend.
Hannah is awesome. Scotty was a great help with checking in for appointments such a great staff
Great place. Clean. Welcoming. Thank you Scotty, Deana, and Amelia. Great people. Courteous. Very comfortable.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
