I waited two long hours just to be told I couldn't donate because I take gabapentin for fibromyalgia. It is not a narcotic so there's no reason they couldn't let me donate. They need a better system so people like me don't waste our time for nothing. It was extremely unorganized and most of the employees were very rude. If I could, I'd give zero stars. Don't waste your time with them. If you want to donate, find somewhere else to go.

I would like to share my experience with immountek.The personal and administrator Staff was amazing it there kindness..The facility was clean and so well run . Very slow these days. Always opens late. Can't keep appointment times. There's a few guys that work there... One of them is not kind. He talks down to you. Seems like he's got little man syndrome, like my ex. Obviously he thinks he's superior. Guy, you're a nurse, Nothing special. This used to be great, quick, and easy. I can't say that anymore. Every week that goes by, they are less organized, less efficient, and slower. Might as well not make appointments in the evening. They are always behind. Why don't you guys schedule what you can handle? Here I am, 7th in line at 5:30pm after working 10 hours. I have an appointment for 5pm. They were good when I first started going but then all of a sudden they told me my one of my proteins wasn't right so they differed me permanently after 2 consecutive fails they also used my last dotation as one of the three fails and the paper I had signed my my MD didn't matter to them couldn't even get my own copy of labs from them said my MD couldn't even request them so yeah it is a crap show up there I will be going to higher source on this situation

These workers are very very professional. They are sweet and makes me feel at home anytime I come in. One day I was having a hard day and the young ladies there made everything better, AND IT TAKES A LOT TO CALM ME DOWN. I GET PAID TO ENJOY AMAZING PROFESSIONALISM, ALL IN ONE, YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT!! Porsche and Freddy are very wrong to people that comes in, they talk about people and down them they are not perfessional at All, I will be going to a higher source to have them removed from there, there are others that is entertained by them and it doesn't make them look good at all there need to be a change very soon because people go there to donate not to be talked about. I received a call from Porsche stating that she permanently deferred me.

They are liars and time wasters. They told me over the phone that diabetics could donate then made me stand in line, answer a bunch of highly intrusive questions, take my fingerprints, and take my picture before telling me I couldn't donate because I was diabetic. This contradicts what their own website says as well as many others. Then they wouldn't even let me wait inside while my brother in law finished donating. FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

College student or single parent that needs some quick cash and don't have worry about paying them back, this is the place Just follow the recommendations and you'll be able to get paid and able to earn extra if really needed

They erroneously claimed I was positive for a very serious STD, and I was informed I was permanently deferred from donating plasma there EVER again... Jump to a few months later and I learn not only that I'm negative of any STD's but also that I actually never had anything to begin with!! Didn't make a bit of difference to my donating status though! You'd think they'd have a policy on giving a permanent deferral based on false or erroneous test results considering that it's all solely theIr responsibility,

Honestly these people are very nice and friendly and they are very professional... They are smart and my favorite so far is raven... I will be returning..

This is my 2nd time returning. Staff has been nothing but nice to everyone here ( reguardless of color) like anyone should. I aint never seen folks be rude to no one here.

I donated blood 1 time They took a blood sample from me an the doctor was supposed to call me He has not attempted to contact anyone they took samples from . An he never even shows up to work the workers . Don't even know when he is coming in ... I'm looking for a number to contact so I can file a discrimination claim against them .. They even make jokes about certain people who donate blood all the time ... They think people who donate blood everyday are drug attics ...when people out here really do n

What I don't understand is how you turn people around for new donors an hour before closing but when you call the automatic response thing tells new donors to come an hour before closing then mf want to catch attitudes like if you don't want to work then why are you there

My experience at Immuno Tek was the best donation process I've ever had compared to the facilities in LR and Hot Springs by far it's no comparison at all and I'd recommend anyone willing to donate to go visit IMMUNO TEK to do so . My expectations were over exceeded the pleasant and proper customer service made the plasma donation one of the best parts of a productive day. Erika and Rabin are great! Erika is a great sticker!
