Definitely recommend if you are short on cash and could use a few bucks. Friendly nurses always around to help or answer questions

I've been there many times and it's always a pleasant experience. Two days ago I had Madesyn and Tara help me. They are so pleasant to be around and quite entertaining. Originally I accidentally put Abby. Sorry Madesyn! ??

Review Title: A Disappointing Plasma Donation Experience I recently visited a plasma donation center, and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal due to inexperienced staff and faulty equipment. The process started with staff members who appeared unsure of their tasks. From taking my vital signs to setting up the donation equipment, there were visible signs of hesitation and confusion. At one point, the needle insertion was mishandled, causing unnecessary discomfort. It seemed like the staff lacke

The staff are all very nice and professional, and it's a great way to make a couple of quick bucks. That being said, they have dropped their pay rates about 5 times in the 7 months I've been going there off and on. It was $50 for the first donation of the week, and $100 for the second originally. Now it's down to $30 and $50! Kinda drastic drop. It's not really worth it now unless you're pretty desperate for cash.

I cannot say enough regarding the staff! Always so proper, polite, and welcoming! The one tech that calls herself "B", makes me feel just like family. Her mannerism needs to be commended! Everyone in the world needs to take lessons from her! She's so informative and cannot do enough for the donors! I know I'm just another donor but, if there is a way to let her know how much of a special person she is, please give her the praise she deserves!!! Thank you so very much to everyone at Immunotek!! Always have a great experience donating- I try to go 2x a week whenever possible & always have positive experiences with Madesyn, Kurt, Tara, Candy, Ashley, Myah & Elisa, the whole staff is extremely friendly and welcoming The drop in pay per donation & time open has definitely made things less than ideal some days, but nonetheless the staff & overall experience is great

I have been here donating for six weeks, and I have nothing negative to say about any of the practices or the staff. They have all been so friendly, they recognize you when you donate regularly and have conversations with each person and inside jokes. It's a great atmosphere, music playing. My first donation I was very anxious but they all made me feel welcomed and answered any questions I had. This is why I keep coming back 2 times a week to donate at this facility. They are fantastic!

From the very first visit the facility is filled with welcoming a kind hearted individuals . From the moment you walk in, they welcome you . They very clean a neat rather it's the team that takes your vitals to to the ones who handle the whole process . Keeping you informed throughout the process ? highly recommend this place

Treated very well. All employees are kind and respectful. Very good experience with Tera and Madisyn. I highly recommend the experience.

The staff is nice there, but it seems like they need more training. My wife has given plasma there about 5 times and has come back with about 3 bruises on her right arm twice.

I like most of the staff members there except there is one who i do not prefer, i don't know her name because she doesn't wear a name tag. She has black hair always up in a bun a tattoo by her hair i think in the shape of a flower and she wears glasses Whenever she sticks me it is very painful unlike the other times other people have done it but other than that everything else is good

Immunotek is an amazing company that offers you a little extra cash. Staff in Queensbury is 5?? (Amazing Group all around), but over all gets 4 because of the hours reduction. Being someone that works full time, and still trying to earn extra cash, the reduction in hours, really cuts back on when I am available to donate. Would love to see the afternoon hours again.

Great staff and super friendly. Overall the atmosphere here is very accommodating and friendly. The Phlebotomy team is top notch and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and amazing. It is an underestimate to say every single person here is amazing. I've had the most experience with Jess, Rach, and Caitlyn. All three have taken amazing care of me every time I have gone. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience donating plasma today. I've been coming for a few months now. The facility is always neat and clean. Much of the staff are very friendly, professional, and personable. For today's session i'd like to highlight Ashley who checked me in/checked my parameters, Rachel who did my stick/draw, and Alaina who disconnected me. Rachel did an especially good job inserting the needle into my arm. It was as though I didn't even feel it. Even though my donation times usually average out about th

Everyone here is great. They are professional, but very friendly and sociable. I talk to and joke with them every time I go. They keep a close eye on every donor to make sure they are ok during their donation. This is a very easy way to make extra cash while knowing that you're helping people at the same time.

I was donating twice a week, which was a decent amount of money. Even though the rate was reduced ( I guess our time isn't as valuable now). To make matters worse Immuno Tek plasma donation center has cut their hours.I and a few others I know work until 1or 2 in the afternoon, but Immuno Tek now closes at 1pm. Now we can only donate once a week. Can they at least open one day in the afternoon.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. I've donated six times now and everyone has been kind, friendly, and very good at the technical parts of everything. They have a fun environment, and they always make me feel comfortable.

I've been a donor for a few month's and I've got to say the staff is what makes donating at immunotek an enjoyable experience. Having great phelbotomists like Rachel and Caitlin make the donation process smooth and comfortable. And of course, walking in to friendly staff like Ashley for the screening procedure always starts my appointment off on a good note. I'm happy to be a part of the process!

I want your company to know that you have an outstanding employee named Caitlyn. She is warm, caring, professional and efficient. As a retired paramedic, I am always impressed when a professional can perform venipuncture with ease and practically painless. Kudos to your company for hiring such a great employee.

I go to ImmunoTek twice a week to donate, I absolutely do not mind going! Love the staff. Everyone?s so happy and upbeat and thankful for your donation.

All the workers are so friendly and amazing Maddy (love me some Maddie) kurt Maya Christine Brian Hannah Caitlin Tiffany Tara and everyone make it so pleasant and they know what they are doing I can say I actually love coming here and love the workers thank u guys so much it's like a big family cooperate got extremely greedy with the payments which has made people leave and stop donating

Had a great experience donating plasma. This was my 5th occasion and they have all gone pretty well (and relatively quickly). What made this visit probably the best was Jillian's great personality when walking in and Tiffany's needle poke. Most of the staff are friendly, attentive, and kind. Those two go above and beyond. Thanks again!

The staff is extremely friendly and amazing to work with. I always feel very taken care of by everyone. The facility is clean, organized and comfortable. Thank you all for doing such an amazing job!

The people at Queensbury Plasma are really friendly people and they really care about the donors, I was disappointed when I couldn't donate because I felt dizzy and it was after they was trying to figure out if I had a bruise or just a needle entry, I feel if they hadn't have kept picking at the bruise that I would've been fine because I was feeling great before that, I feel that they should've just used the other arm ,so I lost out on donating and now I have to wait until next Tuesday. They do know me by n

I've been donating for a few weeks now. It's so easy, plus you get paid for doing it. It's nice to have a little ?me time? while donating plasma that will help people. The staff and facility are great and they are all starting to feel like friends.

(2* New) Their Corporate Got Greedy, not sure if it's nationwide or just location based but they Gutted the Donation Reward for everyone, Both New and Returning, if all you care about is Plasma for Life Saving Medicine, this may not affect you but is your Time and Protein management worth a huge needle and constant changes. I only did this because of the calorie burn and worthwhile reward ($150 a week double donation prior to 10/2024, 800$ first month of donations for new donars) ALL GONE WITHIN 30 DAYS E

Tuesday is their Monday, here at ImmunoTek. Meaning, it's a very busy day! The screening area was full when I arrived at 845am. I was greeted with a smile by Caitlin who asked me for my full name and sent me to the kiosk to check in. It was clear from my entrance that they were short staffed today. I cannot express enough how amazing Caitlin?s customer service was. I witnessed her screening people, admitting people for their first visits, answering phones and being stopped several times to answer impatient

Jessica is so gentle. She makes every time I come an exceptional experience. I do not come here for the money. I'd come everyday for free just because of the staffing. They actually helped save me. Just by kind gestures. They go above and beyond their duties as care takers. They no me by a first name and that's an amazing feeling to walk in a bbuilding and hear your named called. This whole experience has been a ??. I have extra money for diapers and whipes so I have 0 complaints. Thank you Immunotech staf

If they keep lowering the price that they pay you to donate here I know myself at least probably five or six other people that are going to stop coming here because it's not gonna be worth it to me. It looks like it's a silent and supposed to be out of business within the next month or two.

Very nice staff, very comfortable setting. Would recommend to anyone interested in donating plasma.

The Women at this location were great! I'm terrible with names but they were all great! Apparently I have some deep veins, even though that was the case they were all super helpful working as a team to make sure I was comfortable and still able to donate! I'm not sure if I'll donate again due to my veins not flowing good & being so deep! but if I do this is where I'll be going! There's nothing like going to a business and all of the employees are nice to you! Great job girls keep up the good work! ??

It WAS good money till they lower the pay. New donor used to get $100 8x! but know it's $75 for the first 3x. I've been here for a while and know every week now I'm loosing $30. Other then that's it's not bad

Everyone there is super nice and they make u feel comfortable

I have donated 3 times now and intend to keep coming back. The staff is friendly and my needle-sticks have been almost flawless. After initial setup I have been paid immediately each time via debit card, and I had no trouble spending with my card online. As a cyclist I also very much appreciate the bike rack outside. Thanks!

The place takes employees without phlebotomist certification. As I was told, they learn on the job. At the risk of your veins. More than once I have been butchered by inexperienced workers. In addition, they take people out of order of arrival, and most importantly, their pay schedule changed recently. I lost out when $100 turned into $75, and $85 went down to $65. They are receiving more plasma and paying out less.

Everyone is kind and professional like Madesyn P will go all in to make your visit pleasant. Do not like the reduction in payment i think is unfortunate and thats why they don't get 5 stars.

Great facility overall. Clean, sterile equipment and they have an amazing staff. Hannah and Gillian up front always greet me with a smile and they answer all of my questions in a way I can understand. They have a great nursing staff as well who will do your medical exam. The needle is the intimidating part for me, but their Phlebotomists really know what they are doing and have always made each donation as smooth as possible and make me feel safe. Especially Jen, keegan, and Tiffany. I go there weekly and m

I had an unusual reaction while donating once. Honestly, I don't think words can describe just how much the staff actually care about you. All of the staff are super attentive. They even monitored me while I used the restroom afterwards, to make sure I was okay. Lol :) Then later on I ended up having anxiety over my reaction. I called them twice with questions and they were super polite and did their best to make me feel better. The staff is amazing!

Staff is friendly and the facility is clean. This was my third donation. I think it would be helpful if there were snacks and drinks available for donors pre or post donation. I've heard from several people that other centers have those readily available for folks to help prevent them from feeling sick the rest of the day. I'd have said that in the email survey I was sent, but there was no section for comments.

When you walk into any business the person or people that greet you should be kind , courteous, considerate and most of all professional Ashley fits all of these qualities , when you go to donate all of the phlebotomist are good but a shout out to Caitlin and Tara you guys rock , if someone asked me if they where to donate plasma , absolutely without a doubt refer them to Immunotek.

Absolutely the best staff makes the experience of helping others as well as my pocketbook extremely fun!!! Been here twice almost every week since May and will keep coming back as long as I am able!!

I went twice and that's all I can handle. Both experiences were absolutely terrible. The staff seems to not have a clue what they're doing. Everybody seems to be winging it and in training. I understand the facility is new but you would think these people would be professionally trained before dealing with donors. Some phlebotomists seem completely lost. They bicker about each other right in front of the donors. It's just a very amateur environment

I will never go back to this business. I was publicly humiliated and yelled at by one of the Supervisors. I have never been treated so poorly. Immunotek in Queensbury, NY. No Customer Service skills. I am a hardworking, upstanding, god fearing member of my community and I was appalled at my experience.

I have been interested in donating plasma for years and was so happy when a center finally opened in our area! I have been going in regularly now since July and have only good things to say about this location. The building is kept very clean and sterile. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with any needs or questions. I look forward to continually donating at this facility!

Consider yourself lucky if you have the opportunity to interact with Caitlin. She is not only an incredible phlebotomist, but treats everyone with such professionalism.Immunotek is lucky to have her.

My bother called me a few months ago and ask me to give him a ride to donate plasma... I was like " donate plasma ? "... he said yeah you should donate too while your there... needless to say it's a great place and all the people that work there that I have had the pleasure of being with were very kind and curtiuos... I've been back 4 times since then and whenever I'm in the queensbury area ( usually going to lowes or home depot ) I plan on stopping by... no appointment necessary... thank you Queensway immu

Ashley and Tara are the best, Rachel needs to be brought back she made each and every experience more relaxed and enjoyable.

Excellent staff. Great people. However I'm very disappointed they lowered there donation rates. Should be the same at least for long time donors!!!

I've been donating for a few weeks now and the staff at ImmunoTek are friendly, courteous, and very professional. A wonderful experience every time I visit.

Fantastic staff, they make the whole process a wonderful, safe and dare I say fun experience donating. I have had nothing but the best treatment when visiting.

All the girls are fantastic! Especially Ashley, Tiffany, and Madesyn! I recommend all of my friends coming here!

Great people very friendly professional they know how to do their job TARA is good at her job very friendly and knows her stuff like all the others very clean environment keep up the good work

I've been coming here for months and have always had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and I would recommend this center to anyone.

I have had nothing but problems recently. I've been donating for months. During a promotion they decided to do a protein test. Which ended up not allowing me to collect the promotion, Angelo gave me a portion of the promotion after I complained and complained. I told them that i was being set up for failure and it wasn't fair. The last time I donated was in December. They said my protein level was low and I needed to go to my doctor. So I did. I got the note signed like they asked me to. They then told me t

By far the smoothest plasma donation center I have donated at. Signing up is so easy! I immediately have become a regular and they know me by name! Very friendly staff, with many experienced senor staff who oversee and help the whole crew. Keep up the good work!

On my 6th or 7th visit and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and informative as well as incredibly welcoming and friendly. Safety and comfortability seems to always be a top priority. From check in to check out it's an A++ experience.

I have donated at other plasma centers, and i will say at Immunotek I have had the best customer service. They are friendly , the place is immaculate. Just overall good people anda great atmosphere. I enjoy coming here and seeing the people there. They greet you from outside if they see you in the parking lot. Love this place!

Until the opening in Queensbury, I had never donated plasma. I was a little nervous. Once I went in, I was kindly geared and directed. The place itself is beautiful and immaculate. There are numerous staff for each step you complete. The staff is great. Everyone is so kind and helpful, not only to help me but to help each other. Whom ever does the hiring has put together an awesome team there. If you aren't convince to go yet, here's more incentive...the 1st 3 visits are $75 each . There after the 1s

I have been coming here almost twice a week for a year now and I enjoy every visit. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. 5 stars totally recommend.

It was my first time donating and I was a little apprehensive. The staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. After this experience , I feel great about donating again at this clinic.

I'm so happy with Immunotek..much better than CSL..Tara is awesome as the rest..I was in management for 10yrs and I would hire this staff in a heartbeat

I love the interaction I have with staff and Rachel has been an exceptional phlebotomist and has a caring and motherly persona I thank all of the staff and wish nothing but the best

I never donated before but this place and all the staff members are the best and very friendly and take the extra time to explain everything to you and make sure that you have the best donated plasma experience,I would recommend anyone to go and donate to this location,It's very clean and safe and I will for sure keep going back for more donations,I would like to say Thank You to all of the staff members Your the best and keep up what you are doing with everyone who comes in to donate

Wonderful experience. The entire staff is knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. A wonderful team to say the least!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! So this would have been my 3rd donation. I have donated many times before at CLS in Memphis. When I saw a plasma donation spot open here I was pretty stoked because I was considering financing a new vehicle and figured if I donated twice a week it would pay for the vehicle. Well thank goodness because today I was deferred, which means I had to wait a couple days to try and donate again, because the old woman who did my intake couldn't squeeze enough blood out of my finger during in

Great place, great people. Shout out to my girls Rachel, Bea, and Aaricka!!! Plasma Plus Fun!

Total crap show you go from giving donors 50 for the first draw then 100 for the second Then you go to 50 first then 70 for second then Now I walk in to 45 first then 55 for second Total crap you make a ton of money on plasma yet you treat us donors like we're stupid not cool pay up stop being GREEDY

Great people easy stop in.

Do not support this establishment when it comes online. This is a ghastly, dark, secretive industry that prays on areas with great economic disparity and more alarmingly as it pertains to our area, college students. Being prodded with the likes of a 17-gauge needle routinely in the crook of your elbow will leave a permanent scar that people will mistake for drug use. Whilst the company shall promote the altruistic reasons for donating do not be fooled. This is a global for profit industry run by companies

This has been a huge blessing! The first appointment was long but now I'm in and out in an hour! Great staff and very friendly

Donating plasma is an enjoyable experience at ImmunoTek. All the staff are very friendly and educated in their jobs.

Really nice staff and pleasant place! Ashley and Tara are super professional as well

Great place! Staff is amazing! Rachel is awesome. The whole staff makes this a great experience.

My wife talked me into donating and I am glad she did. Helping others and getting compensated for it sign me up. Pleasant staff and experience.

It is extremely clean here! The staff was very friendly and were able to answer all my questions. I was very happy to be able to donate.

Rachael Moss is awesome. She makes me feel very comfortable

I don't think it's fair to the smaller people, to rate your pay on your weight! You are there for the same amount of time as everyone else. $25, really?

Hi I like donating plasma. Sorry for not letting you guys know about my heart condition. I would like to keep donating plasma. The money helps me keep up with my bills and stuff. I been doing great and keeping my health is ok . I would like to donate on Saturday but we

The girls are great! Especially Jess! Been a great experience!!

Everyone is extremely professional; always very friendly and accommodating.

Great for extra money and employees are very professional and friendly. Highly Recommended if you want easy extra cash!

I was the first person to give plasma at the Queensbury facility. I had an extremely pleasant experience, the staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable, and genuinely care for my wellbeing.

The best way to sell my body I have found, amazing staff five stars ?? ?? ??

Loved the service. Especially my nurse Briana Alston

Great feeling to help others while getting paid to do it

Great job!!! Great service !!

Friendly service and great at what they do I recommend going to the plasma

Very one friendly and on point
