This place used to be amazing when they opened their doors a little over a year ago. Their staff was attentive and warm, they had monthly prize drawings, and everyone was on first-name basis. I was donating at least once a week and then twice a week when the expanded their hours into the late afternoon. When I returned after a few months of not donating due to new tattoos the entire staff was new. I've never seen that much turnover in such a short time. Even management. It was a bit unsettling to say

Nicole, I'd love to talk about this with someone from leadership, Having a slight comprehension disorder should not bar anyone from donating plasma ever, Their are different kinds of comprehension disorders, It does not mean I can not understand a simple screening process or ask questions on things I may not understand have them explain to me (which was encouraged by the staff) this guy walked in, the moment I explained the kind of comprehension disorder I have he walked out and walked back in and basically

Visited for the first time and was completely blown away with the amazing staff. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I do want to give a shoutout to Kali for making the process easy and stress free, reassured me not to be nervous and even joked around with me to make it a fun environment. Unfortunately I was not able to donate due to some medical conditions, but strongly urge you to stop in an meet the staff and see if donating is an option for you!

Follow guidelines and standards to donate. They are applicable to everyone. once those guidelines have been met, the process of donating plasma is made as efficient as possible by the "staff".

Everyone does a wonderful job here. Very professional and respectful. I have donated several times and had a couple of issues but Eva and Lina Amanda and Strange work their magic and in and out in less than an hour. Awesome job ladies

I've had a great experience every visit. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, especially Strange and Vibrant Haired Amanda. Time goes by fast with their good natured, quick and witty banter.

Getting set up as a new donor was an easy process. I completed my 1st donation but felt light headed 2x during the process. Because of this, I was told I needed to have ?the doctor? sign off on approving me to come back. It's been 3 weeks and this has not been done. I just keep getting told to call back on Friday when this person is in. As a donor, I should not have to keep calling to check on someone to do their job. This has become really inconvenient and I doubt I'll be back.

Not a good experience. Went in to get info on how to become a donor since they wouldn't pick up the phone and was promptly and loudly told my 8 year old son couldn't be there. I was so stunned by this persons rudeness. A VERY unprofessional look. She had red ish strawberry blonde hair and a scowl. Trust me, any place that treats kids like that will NOT get my help. I told her why I was there and she was curt and rude. Didn't get her name but WOW I hope you see this and know you messed up bad lady!

Please provide water with electrolytes instead of Gatorade. Gatorade is just packed with sugar which really isn't good for older people donating, considering it's blood sugar that is important so nobody passes out and gets physically sick. Great place and staff, but y?all please provide something that doesn't have sugar in it.

Great staff always professional while trying to keep the mood light during the process. Lena, Amanda, and Eva are extremely good with the blood draw process from start-finish. Chris is also very helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff, for the most part, are great, but they get 1 star from me for not paying properly. I never got my money for bringing in the postcard that gave an extra amount, I wasn't given my veterans pay multiple times even though I mentioned it every time. As of 9-24-2024, ImmunoTek Owes me 65$, but there isn't anything they can do about it. Go figure ??

Very clean. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. It is a great addition to our area. Lena, Ava and Amanda are always organized and keep things running smoothly. I enjoy the laughter between them and the clients.

I am impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and professionalism of the staff. They go above to make you feel comfortable. Eva, Amanda, Lina, and really all of them have been great

I love this location also very friendly and I like to show my appreciation to Amanda H she has patience and makes me feel comfortable while sticking my arm .....very nice

Was the 5th person to donate on opening day! The facility itself was very clean and the check in and screening staff was very friendly and professional. The donation staff was also very friendly and professional! Jackie and her trainer (not sure his name) did an amazing job through the whole process and answered any questions I had about machines! They also compensate for each donation on a debit card they provide you after your donation which is just an added bonus to helping save lives!

The staff has made the experience so easy and painless that I'll definitely be returning! They provide a great experience and environment with every visit. All of the workers are polite and I'd recommend anyone to come to this location!

The staffing is rude the nurse did not know what she doing dug a needle all threw my arm then blew the vein didn't even catch on for a while till I said hey my hand is tingling then blew vein in other arm took over a week for bruise went away. Then the lady calls me to check on me never tells me I have see there dr before I came in I tell her I'm come back in and also bring in my niece lady says great come on in when get there tells me no you need have your chart reviewed well of course I get upset ask why

The people that work here are rude & pathetic, its not hard to just do your job.

The staff are extremely polite and are well trained. Amanda, Eva and Jackie always make the experience fun, enjoyable and comfortable. I recommend anybody and everyone to help give back to their community by donating at Immuno Tek Plasma Center in Quincy,Illinois. I donate every chance I get Because they make me feel at home and like we're family.

Scam. They won't let you keep donating. If you donate more than a few time they makeup lame excuses that make no since. Like they have to test your blood that will take a few weeks because the last results that took 3 days for them to get from the last donation. If it took you 3 days last time why would it take a few weeks this time! They just don't want to pay out. They practically told me that to my face.

Friendly staff. Had a great conversation with Melissa. Chris and Alesha were great. Parker and strange were very fun to be around!

Friendly staff get you in and out quickly. Lady Strange, Eva & Lina are the best stickers, the rest should learn from them.

Don't donate there. They discriminate against people with a history of mental illness. Especially Don't donate there because if you answer truthfully you'll automatically be deferred. They take plasma from known drug users who lie on their medical history. And then threaten disabled people with a history of depression to leave their establishment because they dared ask why they were deferred based off some meds being taken (mind you not on the list of meds that deffer you) and at low doses. Worst experience

Went here to donate, was here for a hour doing tests and paperwork and everything came back great but I was to relaxed so my heart rate was 1 single point under the 50 heart rate threshold and told me no. IM NEVER DONATING EVER AGAIN!

Ms. Strange was great found the vein after a while when others couldn't. Had a great personality and made what could have been a bad experience into a good time

Everyone is amazing here. Jacki, Amanda, Eva, Tony Joel ,everybody. Highly recommend. Forgot to mention Yoshi, Derek, Regan and all the office staff

Great atmosphere the employees are very nice and keep the place clean Jess and Jacki does extremely well makes me feel like family every time I come in I will definitely continue to donate

Polite, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Hours of operation are reasonable. Location is good and their interior stays clean and sanitary. Would recommend.

I've been a donor since the week after they opened in my town. At first I was skeptical and a little nervous, but the staff here has always been VERY professional and friendly. I have now been donating for 16 weeks or more and look forward to my appointments!

Amanda and Amanda are great. All the staff are professional and fun. I love interacting with this staff.

ImmunoTek plasma center is a place where you donate your white blood cells .It is a very long time first client process just be prepared to stay a couple hours then your second donation process could take about an hour .You do have to weigh 110 to donate at any of these centers .ImmunoTek Plasma does pay you for your Plasma. It is like donating blood except it is plasma and it saves lives in many ways, dont be afraid ask questions the team there is very friendly and answer an question ??

Staff was courteous and explained the procedure very well. Staff was well trained and made my first donation a very pleasant experience.

There was so much unnecessary drama Tuesday Sept 19th 2023 those people should be ashamed of themselves. The staff is always kind and never mean. Treat others the way you want to be treated!

I will never go here in Quincy, the customer service is so horrible I don't see them staying open, they blew my friends vein, told me if I can find another plasma center go ahead and do that, and the man in there is very rude and disrespectful!!! Not worth 75 dollars this place is a joke and I recommend not going here. And at other plasma businesses you get way more then 75 for donations
