They forced me to eat a burger that I did not want because I had already eaten oatmeal. The girl directly said that wasn't good enough. That i had to eat protein or I couldn't donate. I complain to the manager all she could say was it's our policy. It is a recommendation not a policy. You cannot tell people what they can and can't eat. I will be investigating this matter further.

Ridiculous rules ask me to get a paper from my doctor I got the paper now they saying my doctor didn't put the date on the paper lol what does it matter/ unprofessional, messy, dont change their gloves after going around touching trash other people etc.

If you want to have your veins blown repeatedly then you should go there. I know for a fact because they did this to me! Also warned my daughter not to go there but she did and she found out the hard way. They accused her of having bruises on her arms which they caused and they also accused her of being a drug head which she is NOT! This place has so-called phlebotomist that don't know what they are doing. They will stick the needle in, miss the vein and then dig around while the needle is still in your ar

Unhelpful staff. Get told a different amount of time every time I show up. Went from 2 hours prior, to two and a half, to three, to three and a half to four hours for a first time donation

The staff is the best. Kierra and Ms. Sheri Coleman they deserve an award for excellence.

Kelsey was amazing! The staff was very kind and understanding. They made sure to get my boyfriend and I the best information on getting more money for donating since we are students and for referrals! Good atmosphere and for a new person here, we were finished much faster than other places I've been to. Highly recommend donating here!

Kelsey, Amanda and Summer were amazing. Kelsey hit perfect the first time, and was so sweet and kind. Honestly the whole staff is super nice! And good at their jobs in my opinion.

Always greeted with a smile when I walk in. Amanda seems to be a hard worker with a warm smile from my experience with her. Kelsey the phlebotomist is always smiling gives a good stick. I really appreciate Ms Tracy for helping book my appointments for the month.

I've been coming for over a year and every time it has been a positive experience until this week! The people are all super nice but this week it has been so disorganized! If you don't have enough people then limit the appointments! My appointment was at 9 and there are people whose appointment was 8:45 that are still waiting and it's 9:53 and people are still coming in. This is a wonderful service donating plasma - I had a friend whose life was saved during Covid because of plasma- but be sensitive to wor

This was my first time donating and I had an adverse reaction towards the end of the process. The staff was amazing in getting me though it. My Tech recognized I was in trouble before I did and repeatedly questioned was I ok until I realized I was in fact not ok. Once I stated I was not ok and felt hot and like I would faint ALL the staff immediately jumped into action working to get me back to baseline. They were absolutely amazing. I appreciate the care. These ladies truly know their jobs and are very wel

It's gotten a lot better, more organized, and has nicer people now. There is still some obvious favoritism towards some than others. BUT being able to donate the second time for the higher amount is still difficult. Any little blemish will get you deferred; the ones you had for the first donation are not allowed for the second time. Especially if there is any bonus for the second one in the week. The goal posts always change on whats allowed and whats not. Don't ask about it or question either, thats when y

I'm a former employee that was terminated due to racism and retaliation from center manager Scott Dies, you might say that I'm writing this due to my termination, the answer is no, I was sent their on a mission from God, and God informed me my task was completed. The 2yrs 10months I worked for immunotek I learned my last vurtuial in life" patience." I'm so relieved to be no longer employed with immunotek, the job was a strain on my personal life I'm woman of color, no person should be discriminated agains

I went in Tuesday and the people were nice. I told my son and he went with me on Thursday and because he couldn't say a couple of words that he had to read aloud they turned him away from donating from helping ?save a life? . They make people read a sentence aloud and if your not a strong reader already your not going to read those word perfectly or be able to pronounce the words especially if they already have anxiety. So if you have reading abilities they will turn you away! I thought it was about saving

The staff there is always so nice to me. Angela is the best. Toria always makes my visit pleasant. And Phoebe is very professional and nice.

People are friendly.. place is clean and moves fast! Tori, Sharie, and Laporsche are amazing workers ! I highly recommend them

Great place to donate plasma at. They are faster than the other places. Kimmy is friendly and funny, always seems to have a smile. The rest of the staff is professional and treats you with respect. There are numerous times the staff had me laughing.

I had the worst experience here. The black nurse is rude and disrespectful. She did something to me that was uncalled for and I've had nightmares because of it. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life.

The employees are incredibly kind and helpful. The facility is clean and the instructions provided are very clear and easy to follow.

I come here as much as I can, and I have a good experience with all, and was especially happy with Kimmy during the first screening at the desk.

a transgender friend of mine was rejected directly for being transgender - they also kicked me out citing a ?no waiting policy? that wasn't listed anywhere online. had to wait outside in the heat with 4 other people that just had to loiter around. not really a good look for people just trying to give rides.

Ms. Kelsey, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Shantel was so amazing and nice. Will most definitely come again when these young ladies are here again.

Kelsey was super nice and accommodating with my experience. The needle didn't even hurt going in! Highly recommend

This place is very nice! and I was met with great hospitality by the name Ms. Angela H. She was very sweet.
