Don't waste your time. The employees are more interested in talking to each other instead of doing their job. Go to CSL or anyplace else. Less chance of being injured

The workers are so rude & ignorant and ghetto and no knowledge on how to remove the needle in clients arm rather let sit in arm while they remove everything out of the machine first smfh & they rather blast music and laugh & joke instead of helping clients, they have bed bugs crawling on the seats that place not even worth going too the pay is not enough dealing with them I do not recommend this place you will end up with a bruise on arm afterwards

I love going there the people are so nice. Now with the appointment scheduler making my appointment is smooth and easy! They even remind me early of my appointment and it's extremely easy to reschedule. The visits are smooth and it doesn't take long for me to donate! A few members of my family attends, so it's like a family affair!

Called ahead of time to get the layout asked my questions and got my answers; the main being how much is the compensation for new donors. In response I was told the topic is not discussed via phone an d I'd have to come in to learn the information I inquired upon. I arrive on site and was told that the business only accepts donors by way of a scheduled appointment. I drove 45 + mins under the impression I'd smoothly begin , undergo , and complete the process for a new donor. Nope! Rejected because of this

Christina always makes my day when I come into donate. I have rolling veins and she's able to stick me every time with no problems! She's so professional and outgoing. She is the only one I let stick me. They need more employees like Christina!!!!

I've been coming here for almost 3 years now and I love it here. Everyone is very nice and the process is always fast. I've been to other places and nobody tops Immunotek! Thank you for always giving me a great experience!

Like this place a lot, it's cool to go and have a little extra spending money. But today they were backed up and also having a pizza party. had people waiting 2 hours before they were even brought back. Then only had 1 person putting the needles in. If I was informed an hour or so ago I would have just rescheduled for another day. when I started asking why the other people standing around couldn't start putting the blood pressure cuffs on to help that 1 person that was sticking the needles in. dan the manag

Very pleasant and friendly environment. Only bad thing is that they are constantly going down with the pay. Now it doesn't seem convenient to donate being as though the pay has decreased twice this year. You would think all of the new donors that they wouldn't be decreasing the pay.

I was a donor ?. I made it to my 7th donation I was paid a 100$ per donation at the Wilmington location. 7th donation was collected and the machine was malfunctioning. The techs fixed it and the manager came to adjust it. This never happened and I'm a donor. I have donated multiple place I eat well stay hydrated and donate in 30 mins always. I wasn't deferred came back for my 8 th donation july 6 . And during intake the same manager that said the machine couldn't return my blood correctly. Said my hemocrat

It was my first time ever donating plasma. I did expect a long visit for my first time, so I came prepared. It was 3 hours, but every step was easy and went smoothly. It was a great first-time experience. I will be coming back.

Not worth it prices keep going up and down 40/80 gas cost more then that always late opening employees always calling out then we can't donate and don't get Compass eight of further incomvenience and it's on them they get 74,000 a bottle where the one saving LIVES...AND HAVING SCARS FOR 120 WEEK NOT WORTH IT.. A year ago my girlfriend donated plasma here, had an adverse reaction after donating and had to be rushed to the ER. She passed out due to low blood pressure an hour after donating despite donating here before previous times. She went to the hospital om 9/6/2023 and found out in her labs she was pregnant before missed period. I like the Immunotek Plasma in Wilmington, De it's good place for donating Plasma. The staff members are great Jerry is great guy i've enjoy our conversation. Female staff are incredible you feel like family. The staff members proform their job to their ability great service and everyone's kind. Give all staff members a thank you for your service.

I came to donate and the staff was most polite staff. India introduced herself and was very professional and asked for my IDs to donate. The Assistant manager joanne wore so many hats. She handled my situation very well. Her staff needed her on the donor floor and she jumped right in without no questions asked. She drew blood, she even drew mine. And she was perfect. She made sure i was ok and made sure she checked on staff and donors. I will definitely be back. Great job! ??

I have called this place several several times and asked to speak to the manager so I can come back to the center and donate. I haven't been there in over a year and they keep giving me the runaround about my medical records. The doctors not in every time I speak to the manager asked to speak to the manager. The lady up front tells me they are instructed to send me to voicemail. I drive about 40miles in order to donate at this center. (PA to DE) I referred my mother in order to receive promotion payout but was told she has to complete 4 donations prior to payout. Well today she completed her 4th donation and I received a call just shortly after informing me ?I don't qualify? for the referral. Would be 4 star but the pay is low. Did my 3 donations at 75 each which was low but they are fast and very pleasant. Every time they didn't leave me marked up which CLS plasma did almost every time.. not sure if I'll return again due to low rates and no way to make aa bonus

Staff is friendly and place is CLEAN. They do raffles like every half hour for extra money and such which makes it a fun atmosphere. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that don't have enough machines or staff to handle the volume of donors so expect to be there awhile!!

this place is probably the second best out of the 4. B-positive and CSL are tied for being the worst out of the 4 in NCC. This place is better compared to those, its ok but crowded as expected for where it's at. The new biolife that just opened in newark is great cause it's appointment based and you are in and out of there in a hour and they pay out better. The staff are decent but you have some who consistently call off. Witch causes the place to be backed up of people . They need to revalue the staffing members they have because someone is always fainting and having seizures weather is the patients or the actually workers.

Went here to see what plasma was about. The wait time wasn't bad at all. A manager even came out to check on everything and make sure the ppl were doing good. A girl named Alia did a good job with the needle n the place was clean.

The heavy-set dark skinned female had the nerve to raise her voice & curse at me when I told her that I needed to use the bathroom. Prior to this, I was patiently waiting for her to disconnect me, as she was taking her time disconnecting the bottle and talking to a co-worker. This was at 11am & I was her first disconnect. I donated here for the first time! THE GOOD: Clean, friendly staff, good pay, they do raffles for prizes, my money was right on that card. I like the process it seems to be working well and people aren't waiting very long. Affua and Neiahmiah (probably butchered that spelling) are wonderful phlebotomist. I enjoy the music being played and the atmosphere.

The place is ok and the pay out is ok also my problem is you can't donate if you are a pound over or a pound under like you have to be a certain weight to donate that's why I had stop coming before

I came to the center on Friday and noticed that one of your employees was no longer there anymore, come to find you had let her go, because she was trying to help the company keep employees by trying to train the next person so they wouldn't quit, because every so often,its always new people in your lab, but she was always in your lab running it since y'all can't keep employees , is this the companys moto to let people go who try to help the company keep employees. I Went at 2:30pm an they turned me away for the day because I was a new donor. But they close at 4. I don't have no food or money a drove 1hour to get to the building in Wilmington. An I told them this but they still turned me away.! So

I'm very disappointed and I will never donate there again very unprofessional and rude. They flagged me from coming there because they don't know what they are doing and tried to blame it on me
