Man, these reviews don't match the in person atmosphere at all. It's almost like a pay for promo. Guess I'll go against the grain and say this place is awful. I had the "Floor Manager" or whatever her made up title try to reinsert the needle in my vein without removing the needle fully from my arm. She assured me she was the best around as she's the floor manager. I called another lady and all of a sudden she was taking direction from others. Needless ego. Reguardless I had two apple sized bruises on my arm

Very pleasant and quick experience. All the staff was pleasure to be around with. But in particular Blue was very professional and kind. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained every step. Highly recommend ImmunoTek in Wilson. Great staff!!

The person who is the manager needs to learn how to talk to people. Not all but some are very stuck up like they don't want to be there and look at you stupid but now u do have a couple of them that are very friendly YES I CAN

Words can't explain how amazing Shwanna, Jessica, and Christopher blue are. Everytime I come in and donate they have an postive attitude and there personalities make the whole experience better. Everybody else also does a great job. This place is the cleanest and the most organized plasma center I've ever been to!

Everyone is so friendly! I have never had a negative experience with my appointments. Donte is knowledgeable, friendly, and overall very welcoming.

It is the best Plasma donation center-I have been too. They work by appointments, all staff members are polite, & have a great attitude. There is never a wait or delay. My recent donation was taken by Shwanna and she made me feel very comfortable by explaining the process & being there if any questions arised.

This place is UNBELIEVABLE, every time I come, i'm in and out in a FLASH. The check-in process is always smooth and welcoming. My favorite check-in personnel is Linda, she's so friendly and always has smile on her face. She always takes the time to see how I'm doing. To Linda I'm not just a donor but somewhat like family. Donte is fast and efficient! Appreciate the attention he gave me. Was five stars for him But now 1 star due to the fact I was mailed a card for $50 extra that was expired and I did not receive the extra pay. Why mail expired cards? Back to one star due to the fact you don't honor your own mail.

Went to make money and help save some life's got the money straight on a card able to get cash back and atm withdrawals said it would take a little over 45 minutes, gave me a ball to squeeze and did it like I was supposed to and was out of there in 27minutes ! From the second the needle hit my vein to me getting saline pumped in me , it was my first time too $75 for 27 minutes of my time is okay with me any time of the day

From the second me and my fianc?e walked in wegot dirty looks from every worker (mind you both have dread locs and tattoos). The first thing the little white girl (never got her name) said to me as soon as I walked up to the counter that there was a problem with my outfit. Immunotek in Wilson, NC has some of the best staff! Most of them are friendly and very energetic and awesome at their jobs. Shwanna was my Tech today and she is Great....I barely felt the needle. Shwanna and Jasmine are always bringing great energy to the center, so this helps in giving the donors a relaxing and joyful experience, as well as boosting work morale! They all deserve a BIG RAISE!!! ??????????

Great place to donate. Today was my first day and this place is clean, fast and well organized. Dontae got the physical done easy and quick and had me donating in no time!

I at one time enjoyed coming to this location for the people and environment but it has come to my attention because i have family that works there. As of today I will no longer be a donor there anymore due to the harassment by management. I will not go into much details but if you are looking for a career at this place and you like to be harassed because you have health problems that is out of your control feel free to work here.

First and foremost the best plasma clinic. The staff is amazing, Jay and Jessica are super professional and friendly. The phlebotomist Dante is awesome too! Despite the run down neighborhood this is in, the facility is super clean and DOES infact follow FDA and health regulations to the letter. I want to take a second and acknowledge the negative reviews I've read. This is a place for you to come and donate to help save lives, not to get drug money. All the bad reviews on Google are most likely from people

I had an overall great experience I was a new donar ..everyone was professional at all times very clean .On the outside no donars hanging outside..Jay Newton was the young man who performed my exam n he explained in detail what he was checking for throughout my exam !His performance was excellent! As I got to the floor to get stuck Jada meet me she made me very comfortable I explained my vains to her because I have rolling vains n she stuck me with no problems. My experience was great

As a new donor .Great experience shout out to Linda n donte ! They really are helpful informational and they professional. Compared to other plasma centers this one was very comfortable. Wait times can vary but there pretty efficient once you walk in also I got 100 my first time
