So far, not quite a year, they are rarely busy. I get in and out well within 90 minutes. Everyone is always friendly and seems to actually like what they are doing. I have an interesting vein but all of the phlebotomists have been great at hitting it right. (Unlike other centers I have used in the past) An awesome experience every time! Also, love the app for the medical questionnaire, do it on the way and you're ready to get checked in when you arrive.

This place is great. Clean facility and speedy process with a great staff. Alex and Niko are always accommodating and super friendly. If you're looking for a place to donate, this is it!

First time coming here and everyone has been super sweet! Richard was so nice and made sure I was understanding everything and really calmed my nerves. Micheal was really great and made sure he was doing the right veins and made it painless! Can't wait to come back!

Usually the workers are some what personable, so no clue what is going on today. All of them seem to be in a bad mood and they are in the middle of setting up some circus deal. When I asked one of the site managers what it was she had the nerve to tell me there is a paper on the door, that was extremely RUDE, only been coming here for a month and odds are I won't be coming back. With another donor center 2 blocks away you think they'd be a lot nicer.

All staff was amazing! They took their time to process me in and even checked up on me frequently! The lady in the front with the curly hair made the medical check-in ver smooth! I even got given a bandaid and lots of smiles:))!! Would definetly recommend you to come donate in order to save others!!!

People are very rude how they talk to you and treat you. management does not care if there's an issue they ignore it very unprofessional people want to argue with customers some are racist and very disrespectful I do not feel comfortable at that facility because how the treatment is everyone is segregated on how to talk to. Great service. The employees are all friendly and very professional!! The wait time is always a short whenever I go. And most importantly I feel like they care about the donors

The few times I have been here they are soooooooo slow . They are usually not even that busy. The employees are joking laughing with eachother. I am all for having a good time at work but customers/ patients should come first. I have walked out 2 x because it is ridiculous how long you wait and there are only a few people in the chair and 4/5 employees.

This is my first time coming here. Everyone is very nice! They explain everything very helpful. The place is clean. I definitely recommend coming here.

Clean and sometimes professional. Very slow and have attitude. They just don't move to make your experience better but move at their own pace like they get paid hourly

I had an amazing experience at Octapharma Plasma in Bedford! The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The donation process was smooth, and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The facility is clean and well-organized, and I appreciate how they prioritize donor safety. I'm giving 5 stars even though on Monday thy wee so incredibility under staffed and SO BUSY. Those ladies were doing their best and although you could feel how overwhelmed and stressed they were they kept smiles on their faces and were still attentive to donors needs. I always have a great experience and with how hard those 3 ladies pushed they deserve 5 stars when things are out of your control you do what you can and they did great!!!

whoever the small Mexican dude is he is really good with the sticks. you don't feel a thing! I like this place. Everyone there is very professional, the wait time is little to nothing and its very CLEAN.

It's always clean. Always! The staff are really sweet & genuine. They aren't rough & it's easy to remain calm & comfortable. I'm normally in & out within 45 minutes.

I know it is a process when you come her and it takes a little time. But the way they don't seem to care about getting people in and out. It has been so busy and waiting 20-30 minutes before even being seated into a chair is not for me. They were joking and playing and not working efficiently. Some of us do this for gas or to feed our kids . Irritating

Love the staff and atmosphere, they make you feel at ease and comfortable. And I get to help people while helping my family, win win.

This is now my third time coming here and so far it's been nothing but great they are pretty quick with the check in process, the staff are nice and welcoming and nice clean facility would definitely recommend.

I truly do not understand why there is such a long wait in the morning. Limited staff in which 5-6 people can donate while the second floor employee just stands there and watches or sits on computer. They are always having to beg for help from the front and back. Supervisor or whatever, people need help

This was my first place donating at and they staff was amazing. Explained everything very well and took some of the fear out of my mind. I have came back a few times and each time it's smooth sailing. Would definitely recommend to others.

HAD TO UPDATE!! I go here a twice a week, and I have NEVER had any problems. The day I started going to this one, I had been turned away from another, because they said my iron was too low. They tested me and said my iron was fine. Have been coming here ever since!! None of the techs have ever had an issue getting me the first time. Any time i have had blood drawn, or an IV at any doctor or hospital, i ALWAYS bruise. Like really big bruises. But not once have I ever ended up with a bruise at Octapharma.

I had a very good experience. The lady named Susie was the one that was waiting on me she was exceptionally nice. I write her a 10 on a five-star scale. She should be awarded a raise for professionalism.

Update: I have been donating here for about a month and a half now, and it is still just as good as the first donation. I've been donating plasma at other centers for about 20 years now. Found this center that is much closer to my house so gave it a try. New donor process was super quick and Alex got me hooked up quickly and painlessly.

staff is super friendly. i enjoy donating as i work from home i consider the staff my work family. keep up the great job. you guys are awesome

Great place to donate, I come here twice a week and everytime I'm here I'm treated nice. Never had any issues with waiting I'm usually in and out. People here are nice and respectful.

Staff we're very rude. I came in about an hour before close and they continuously kept trying to talk me out of donating today. After I said I still wanted to donate they came up with every excuse they could think of to not allow me to donate. The lady continued to make rude remarks to me throughout the whole process.

Update June 2025: I did clear the improper location deferral and was able to register as a new donor again. HOWEVER, when I went to donate I had to wait 3 HOURS before I was ever stuck due to the videos, wait, exam, wait, question are, wait, screening , wait 45 minutes. I DID NOT GET AN EXPRESS PASS AND I SAIDI NEED TO DONATE SOON OR I AM AFRAID ILL GAVE A REACTION. ALTHOUGH I ATE A MEAL BEFORE GOING, 3 HOURS IS TOO LONG. I WAS TOLD, WE HAVE TO TAKE BREAKS. YOU ARE WELCOME TO LEAVE TO EAT BUT YOU WILL HAVE

Niko and Susie very helpful and friendly. They make sure the donors are well taking care of even as far as asking us what we prefer to watch on the TVs.

I'm a firm believer in second chances and sometimes multiple chances but I honestly will never come back to the location. I work in Healthcare and I've been in management especially when it involves scheduling. I've also been to multiple Octa location. This by far is the slowest location. Yes the employees are very friendly and it's the nicest and cleanest location but their timeliness absolutely sucks. They don't get as busy as many of the other location and so you would think things would go quicker but

I think Claudia is an amazing technician she was fast safe and reassured me constantly that she was doing her best. The center looks clean and staff is fast

So far everyone is very nice, wait times go quickly, and they have TV''s playing movies to watch as you donate.

With the buyout of freedom plasma til is now the highest paying center and they are the most forgiving if they is problems with your plasma. The center is decorated in a way that I feels friendly. Nico is very skilled at sticking me same with Virginia.

The staff was great! The process was as fluid as possible me and I will definitely return.

My Partner recently died of a heart attack. He was donating plasma once a week I think, maybe two. He had high blood pressure not all the time, but sometimes. He had not complained of chest pains or feeling bad except once. He said he had donated plasma, and got dehydrated and then had bad diarrhea. He was 66 years old by the way, on no medication except vitamins. So let me tell you what happened, he got dehydrated and his potassium hit rock bottom from donating plasma. This is an accident waiting to happe

Had a really bad experience Nicole a male phlebotomist was very inexperienced inserting the needle wrongly and I ask for the manager to make a complain and the manager said we don't take complains very unprofessional if you are looking to donate plasma plz don't come here unless you want your arm to swoll up by unprofessional employee and manager

The Bedford location does excellent work. Even if there is a wait time, it isn't long because the associates are really on top of things. I usually see Niko on the days and time I go and his work is flawless. He's attentive, meticulously, friendly and readily available should you have a question or concern. I'm glad this is my local center.
