If I could give no stars I would . It's Saturday a lot people here to donate and can't cuz none of the employees show up for work they saying that they haven't that they don't have enough people there's four workers in there there's no reason why two three of them can't stick people for us to donate and have one person check out they did this Thursday and it was fine I'm missing work try to donate to make money to feed my kids this place is very unprofessional something needs to be done about it this happe

I really enjoy my experience at this facility. They really take care of you and make sure you're comfortable. I Will definitely continue to come back as often as possible

CSL *Corporate* keeps this location chronically understaffed to maximize profits. The staff does the best they can with what they have, including on site management. The 40 year old plasma machines were replaced with 20 year old machines, resulting in lower processing times, but more plasma being taken than the old machines could. I enjoy my visits to CSL. Crystal, Tee Tee, Shaun and all of the staff are awesome. The smiles, laughs and love is unmeasurable .

Place is always clean, staff is friendly and understanding, even when busy they are always doing what they can to make it a safe and speedy process.

I was going here months ago for a while and it was chaotic and the communication was bad. I finally decided to give them a try again and the new staff seems great. The lady that did my intake was nice and professional and the medical LPN Devonna is wonderful. She is professional and personalable. Hopefully it continues to be a success going there.

Wow...experience is always great...the ladies or so awesome they make my day everytime I come... Today was awesome I won which is cool but these ladies endure so much and take so much we all should think them they are the best . I don't enjoy the 45 min ride here but I make it because they make you feel like family. I have a blast Everytime I go to this center. they are very professional and know how to put my mind at ease Everytime because I am scared of needles and the whole procedure but I keep coming back because of the people who work there make everything better.

I don't even want to give one star.Was told my first and second donation would be 90 dollars. Third and Fourth 40 and Fifth 90. Then 40 dollars thereafter. So went today for my second donation and was only given 35 dollars. They said the bonus money had to be completed in first 30 days. No one said this in beginning and when I said something about the 40 per donation they said it changes monthly. Beware the money is funny.

The last donation I had was horrible! I won't be going back ! They obviously didn't know what they were doing every donation I had prior was smooth and painless the last time I went the blood pressure cuff was so tight I couldn't feel my hand (to the point I could barely move it and when I asked them to turn down the pressure they did not), the return didn't go through so they switched arms and when they did they said infront of me how they didn't feel comfortable doing it (the vein on my left arm is less

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went there 1 time they blew my vein and payed me out no problem. I go back today and try to donate again and they tell me I'm deffered for donating somewhere else (never happened). They leaked my information because that the only place I've gone they had no answers for me or who to contact. Don't ever go there you might end up with your name address and ss number in jeopardy

During my latest visit to CSL Plasma Burlington, NC, the nurse told me I could not donate. I did not get any information as to why that was. The nurse just shrugged and said I would get a letter from CSL. I had to drive home feeling worried and scared, not knowing what kind of serious illness I could have that would disqualify me as a donor. This incident took place right before the holiday. So far so good. I have been 5 times and its been good. The place is clean, the workers are very nice and the wait has not been long at all. Im usually out in 45 min. I would recommend.

I've only been once but I've been donating for 6 years now consistently. This facility was well staffed, clean and everyone even the donors were friendly. I felt comfortable and will be back.

Some of people are rude and just mean. Really like coming here but thinking about changing place go were the money is better. Update we worked it out.

Their manger John is full of it be careful some of the staff is really not properly trained best advice try go early if you can hopefully you get good staff but then again alert if they put the needle in your arm wrong your the first our second time you will not be able to donate for a month Be advise.
