If I could give no stars I would . It's Saturday a lot people here to donate and can't cuz none of the employees show up for work they saying that they haven't that they don't have enough people there's four workers in there there's no reason why two three of them can't stick people for us to donate and have one person check out they did this Thursday and it was fine I'm missing work try to donate to make money to feed my kids this place is very unprofessional something needs to be done about it this happe
I really enjoy my experience at this facility. They really take care of you and make sure you're comfortable. I Will definitely continue to come back as often as possible
CSL *Corporate* keeps this location chronically understaffed to maximize profits. The staff does the best they can with what they have, including on site management. The 40 year old plasma machines were replaced with 20 year old machines, resulting in lower processing times, but more plasma being taken than the old machines could. The (New for 2025) pay scale wasn't raised with the amount drawn per session, but spread over more weight classes to maximize profits. It's a contributing reason to why donor atte
I enjoy my visits to CSL. Crystal, Tee Tee, Shaun and all of the staff are awesome. The smiles, laughs and love is unmeasurable .
Place is always clean, staff is friendly and understanding, even when busy they are always doing what they can to make it a safe and speedy process.
I was going here months ago for a while and it was chaotic and the communication was bad. I finally decided to give them a try again and the new staff seems great. The lady that did my intake was nice and professional and the medical LPN Devonna is wonderful. She is professional and personalable. Hopefully it continues to be a success going there.
Wow...experience is always great...the ladies or so awesome they make my day everytime I come... Today was awesome I won which is cool but these ladies endure so much and take so much we all should think them they are the best . I don't enjoy the 45 min ride here but I make it because they make you feel like family. So whoever reads this these ladies you have don't let them go they are the best I've seen and met so big shout out to you all thank you for your service csl.
I have a blast Everytime I go to this center. they are very professional and know how to put my mind at ease Everytime because I am scared of needles and the whole procedure but I keep coming back because of the people who work there make everything better.
The environment is Friendly and the staff is Awesome. The employee's work hard to get people in and out just an all around great atmosphere to donate plasma.
Friendly atmosphere, always working hard even when they're very busy. Great atmosphere, employees get along well.
The employees are cool. The facility is clean. Never know how long the wait will be but that's to be expected.
I've been going for 4 years they are a great team never had any problems great team
Friendly staff that knows what they are doing!!! They work hard to make your donation a success!! Stop by and visit! Best donation center in Burlington NC
Great staff always friendly
Absolute Vibe! Staff is very friendly and professional. Always ready to assist when needed.
I don't even want to give one star. Was told my first and second donation would be 90 dollars. Third and Fourth 40 and Fifth 90. Then 40 dollars thereafter. So went today for my second donation and was only given 35 dollars. They said the bonus money had to be completed in first 30 days. No one said this in beginning and when I said something about the 40 per donation they said it changes monthly. Beware the money is funny.
Very nice everyone makes you smile the music is what's makes my day and they are very careful with your arm y'all should go and donate
The last donation I had was horrible! I won't be going back ! They obviously didn't know what they were doing every donation I had prior was smooth and painless the last time I went the blood pressure cuff was so tight I couldn't feel my hand (to the point I could barely move it and when I asked them to turn down the pressure they did not), the return didn't go through so they switched arms and when they did they said infront of me how they didn't feel comfortable doing it (the vein on my left arm is less
The staff goes above and beyond for the donors..Alexis is such a great worker and she very well at sticking I don't feel a thing????
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went there 1 time they blew my vein and payed me out no problem. I go back today and try to donate again and they tell me I'm deffered for donating somewhere else (never happened). They leaked my information because that the only place I've gone they had no answers for me or who to contact. Don't ever go there you might end up with your name address and ss number in jeopardy
Place is going down hill daily Staff is rude and very unpredictable and unprofessional af smh they talk about one another and donors and or to other co-workers they are very loud and disrespectful and don't want to work and when they are " on " working they don't wanna do that This place needs to be fully staffed with a whole new team from office down to the donors floor let everyone go literally everyone and then people would actually enjoy coming to save lives of others by donating also raising the pay w
During my latest visit to CSL Plasma Burlington, NC, the nurse told me I could not donate. I did not get any information as to why that was. The nurse just shrugged and said I would get a letter from CSL. I had to drive home feeling worried and scared, not knowing what kind of serious illness I could have that would disqualify me as a donor. This incident took place right before the holiday. A few weeks later, I got a letter informing me that as a result of your positive tests, you will be permanently def
So far so good. I have been 5 times and its been good. The place is clean, the workers are very nice and the wait has not been long at all. Im usually out in 45 min. I would recommend.
It's been a great experience i would highly recommend.
Don't let the clearly fake reviews that were all suspiciously put out at the same time fool you.
Very friendly staff who do their best to help through every part of the donation process. I felt the need to update this. CSL is the only place I will go for plasma donations. Most of the staff is exceptionally friendly, and they may not remember your name, but they remember your face. I've tried donating at KED Plasma on Webb Ave but their approach is more mechanical, impersonal, and it feels like you aren't a person there. CSL on the other hand has a very calm relaxing environment and great people, which
I've only been once but I've been donating for 6 years now consistently. This facility was well staffed, clean and everyone even the donors were friendly. I felt comfortable and will be back.
Been coming here for a couple months everyones been nice.
Some of people are rude and just mean. Really like coming here but thinking about changing place go were the money is better. Update we worked it out.
Amber is phenomenal!! I never feel the needle when she inserts it. Everyone is great. I love this place. It feels like family ??
Their manger John is full of it be careful some of the staff is really not properly trained best advice try go early if you can hopefully you get good staff but then again alert if they put the needle in your arm wrong your the first our second time you will not be able to donate for a month Be advise.
Staff is awesome and are very professional.
Everything was fast and easy to get the process done
Staff has always been nice and helpful. Very friendly and answers all questions. Donating there is very easy.
Crystal ?a member of manager? as she put it is rude & disrespectful. She has no phone etiquette & terrible customer service. Smh
Very rude staff because they didn't pay me the correct payment and because I was lied to about being a new donor , would recommend you go to kedplasma
It's a really great place to donate
Staff was nice specially the young blonde girl doing the vitals.
I've been donating plasma for almost 30 years and I have never seen such rudeness and disrespect as I did at the Burlington NC CSL facility. It's not worth it people. Go somewhere else. The company as a whole is negligent
Wish I could give them no stars terrible placing staff is not professional at all
There seems to be always a problem either out front with checking in or the people doing the sticking. Very poorly run Center
Good service and friendly staff
I transferred from Greensboro to Burlington NC csl today i was in and out ....i will be back ....The service was great
Great experience thank you
I have had literally only bad experiences with this donation center. I urge everyone to go anywhere else.
Very clean location and nice staff
I've been at several Plasma donations and this is the best one, clean, friendly, professional, humor and music is a PLUS!
They are a great team!!
Very under staffed. 1 person runs front desk and does the check ins to check blood pressure and all. Staff on donor floor unprofessional.
Staff was friendly. Center very clean and professional.
Called to asked a question and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I decided to hang up by 11 minutes. Smh....
Very unprofessional.. just don't even waste your time with CSL
Very professional, super clean and a very friendly staff.
Place is a great plasma center among the rest. Clean clean clean
Very Professional. Hardly no wait time. Very clean Facility.
Awesome staff and very friendly
Unprofessional to many bosses!!
(Translated by Google) I'm from Mexico and I made an average appointment on the app. The app says you can donate with a B1 visa, but they didn't want to help us there. Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
