Super nice people working here. Very good at not bleeding you out when they stick you like Quest does... Evelyn is the young lady who helped me twice. She is amazing and super kind and funny. She made my visit easy and comfortable as I am not a lover of needles... If ya need to donate.. Great place here!!!

Everyone working here is incredibly nice and helpful. I had both arms being used for the donation, so I couldn't really move. But the staff was immediately there to help if I needed anything. They have tv?s with Netflix and headphones, and they have heating pads if you get cold. You also get a hat and shirt. I was a little anxious, and even though everything was ok, they still sat with me for a bit and answered all my questions. It really put my mind at ease. On top of that, they were very quick and the sti

I gave extra today, felt strange but came thru. They were awesome tending to me. I know to eat better beforehand next time. The staff was so sweet & caring. Funny too!

I went today to have some blood drone due to some medicine I am on currently... I called yesterday and I wanted some information on what I needed to do and how to go about the process, they were very helpful. I went in and they took me right away and started and then answered some questions.... Lol... It took about 15 minutes to get a pint. I am happy with their process and I will be back every two weeks. I have turned today and everything went great. The young lady was gentle with me and I never felt the n

Hard to find. No sign on or near the entrance. Staff is pleasant but not especially friendly. No double red cell donations at this location.

This is my go-to blood center for donations. Staff is always super friendly and supportive. I usually have a nice conversation with whomever is in for the day. I know their days must be long, but I do appreciate their acts of service. Much needed in our county!

I give blood on a regular basis usually at one of the One Blood buses, but I went to an actual donation center for this particular donation. Scheduled an appointed the day before arrived and checked in at the front desk just fine the day of the actual appointment. Was escorted to a desk to answer the list of questions as usual which takes about five minutes or so. This is where I stayed for 45 mins. as I watched other scheduled donors make their contributions. Heard of one gentleman say he didn't make an ap

This was my first time ever in a donation facility. Tiffany was beyond friendly, explained everything in detail and answered every question. I cannot remember her name, but a very sweet lady from Columbia did the actual draw, and it was pain free. Overall just a very positive experience. I now realize I had absolutely nothing to be nervous about. HIGHLY recommend this facility.

Very friendly knowledge staff. They make a person so welcome andd always thank one for their donation. All are very easy gentle with needle insertion usually you will receive a gift for donation I enjoy their company

This was our first time at a One Blood Donor Center. Everything went very smoothly with the efficient , professional, and friendly phlebotomists, Briana H and Briana W (?). I was however, surprised and distressed when another employee told me when I asked, that she was not going to take the Covid-19 vaccine and that she had never taken any flu shots either.

OneBlood in Hollywood FL: Run very poorly. Lots of unnecessary wait time. In four visits around mid day the quickest donation was 2+hours. They were not busy, just inefficient I have not found this to be true of other OneBlood locations

Everyone here is always very friendly, but Briana H was WONDERFUL! I hope her boss sees this and recognizes her. She was knowledgeable, professional and soooo friendly. Thank you for a fantastic experience

Best blood donation I've had. I normally use the buses but this stand alone facility was great. The paperwork takes about 3x as long than the actual donation (whole blood) but all in all a good experience.

The ones working the bus today in Titusville Walmart are amazing ?? I know it was a long day for them and they still had the whole bus in a great mood with smiles on their faces

They enjoy wasting your time

They are very friendly and gentle to first time donors and they've become family whenever I come to donate.

Rockledge One Blood provided great service. Everyone has a great attitude and cares about their donors.

I love the Rockledge Oneblood facility. The staff is always very efficient and friendly. The place is very clean and well organized.

Very professional and enjoyable staff. All my experiences have been very positive. The staff is very attentive to patient needs. Thank You
