It's ok it's just the wait time is long. I arrived before 3pm got in a bed by 3:25 here it is 4:00 and I still haven't been stuck.

First time plasma donor. The interviewers are looking to have you cross your words somewhere (standard procedure). I live a pretty darn clean life but as I phrased one answer a specific way at the end of the physical they told me to go home get something and then gave me specific instructions to be eligible for donations. After making those adjustments and coming in with the requested documentation the management changed their mind and simply said no. Not because I have an actual problem donating but becau

I had a horrible experience. Place seemed very clean and run good but the staff was not very professional at all for a medical center of plasma. First they saw me standing at the front desk and just kept talking instead of attending a client for over 5 min i waited. Then my mail to prove my residence was not accepted it was a piece of mail from spectrum with my name on it. The two white guys at the desk not helpful at all..the black guy doing the new customer intake refused me as they did for the mail not h

It has a lot of dumb rules and they're very very mean and rude and they do not protect helper at all they will put your business out there in front of everybody in the lobby their practices they're very unpackable and unprofessional and they really need someone to hire rank to come down and check them out

I wish I could give 0 stars. Don't ever come here. Save your time and sanity. I was so polite yet given the worst service ever. They are definitely rude and racist to African Americans and I'm not surprised anymore since a previous review said that three were fired for no reason. Don't ever support this awful company.

I don't recommend this location. It's as if they don't want you to donate. The employees act as if you are bothering them, even when addressed politely. When I went to sign up, the entire time I was encouraged NOT to donate just because they were a bit busy. The facility is nice but the staff is HORRIBLE!

They are always so nice and have the best attitudes even when you can see deep down they are hurting. These people need raises and less hours. None of it seems hard but if it waznt for their brains all donors would probably be injured or dead

This is THE BEST CENTER I have ever been to! I went to Immunotek dallas on forest lane and will definitely be back! The staff is very kind and courteous. I was in and out in an hour and a half. The pay is great also! I got $75 for my first donation, $50 for donations 2,3, and 4, and $75 for my fifth donation! I am very happy and will make Immunotek my home!

First time comming here was bad restrooms had no soap no tissue smelled like urine. Staff members talk entirely too much and are very slow i see more employees going on lunch then working

They are slow as hell. I was there for almost three hours with only two donors ahead of me. I can not understand why they are so slow. You get to the donor floor and have to wait almost a whole hour just to get stuck. Even the new donor fees wasn't worth the wait a few days.

Will turn you away if your veins are not popping up like a druggie veins do. If your veins roll, and you have a clean past where your veins are not that visible again they will turn you away.I had my blood drawn by my phlebotomy teacher, nurses, other students with no issues....soon as I get here....their managers wouldn't let the techs try at ALL. They came with a rubber band...and my veins didn't pop up like I was on steroids and was turned away within the minute. Took me 2 buses and a train to get there.

This is best center weve been to.An ive been to a few in the last 12 years. The staff are very helpful an speedy. SO FR...they are faster than any center ive been to Wow! They get it done here.

Everytime I go here its always a problem the machine doing screening reads co5 but its not my fault when getting my blood pressure took and now if it reads it one time you gotta sit down for 5 to 10mins thats crazy i shouldve stayed at octapharma plasma

Fast machines .. But staff in the back talk entirely tooooooo much.. Ppl waiting a long time to get hooked and un hooked.. Management needs to address that.. It shoukdnt take 2 hrs to get on a bed and its not that busy.. Understaffed n over talking

Nice place... the staff was really friendly, especially since I was new to this. ( Shawana Johnson) was especially helpful, she's a real professional. Thx!

Lost wallet yesterday with the new debit card i received after they changed companies...they told me to call bank; bank said they had no record of the new card;now the plasma center says they have nothing to do with the card, they only issue them...so basically, if i donate again, the plasma center can only put the payment on the card that was lost with the wallet...shouldn't have given em any stars...

Trash! Staff Are Very Slow..Take There Sweet Time Doing Almost Everything There's 0% SENSE OF URGENCY..There Are No BONUSES AFTER Your New Donor Fees..Ill Recommend You To Csl or Biomat Before You Come HERE Not Worth It ..????
