If I could give zero stars, I would definitely choose that option. My experience with the plasma technician was incredibly disappointing. The way they spoke to me was not only rude but also condescending, which made me feel unintelligent and self-conscious about my abilities. It's important to note that having a learning disability does not equate to being stupid. I am capable of understanding written material and don't struggle with reading. During my appointment, I was deferred for a year simply because

Was there to donate today but was told to leave the premises by a rude woman. I told her not to talk to me in that tone and she kept doing it while glaring at me. My fiancee was going to donate but heard and seen they way she was talking to me and we both stormed out. The woman old woman that did this to me needs to really work on her costumer service skills. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

Clean place. The staff are very, very amazing. Especially Sheila. She goes above and beyond her duties and I always look forward to seeing her. Wait times can vary, but it's dependant on the day and time you go. Would highly recommend if you need a few extra bucks in your pocket.

New Donors may take up to 4.5 hours or 5 hours. Do not have any plans for your day if your planning on becoming a new donor. It took me 4.5 hours to become a new donor with no line.

Might be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Terribly managed, don't bother calling as no matter when you call is "outside of their regular business hours", none of the staff care about anything other than collecting a check, and the reception team is incredibly rude. If I could rate it zero stars I would. Waited 4 hours (currently still waiting). Just donate for free, you'll be happier and it'll be quicker.

The screening is fast and friendly, but when it comes to sticking me. They always mess up.... They need more experience people. I get bruised every time I donate always adjusting my needle. It never fails. I have shallow veins too . I'm not a pin cushion. Oh yes I forgot to mention if they don't get that arm adjusted, they ask to stick the other arm. #farmington n.m.

It got worse! Hours of operation aren't consistent whatsoever. One week they're open until 7pm, next week they close at 5pm. Do I really have to cut time out of my work shift to make extra money this way. Make up your damn mind already. I'm fed up with the disservice

Last week I went in as a new donor. Everything went well until I got onto the floor. 3 technicians tried both arms and after a few minutes blew one vein. The 3rd tech told one of the younger ones to pay me in full because it wasn't my fault, but I never got paid. Between nonpayment and having two bruised arms, I won't be going back.

It's a decent place to make a couple bucks to get your through the week. SOME of the employees are nice "enough" I suppose... but I have figured that the more unprofessional and not so nice employees reside in this community. So when your caught in the middle of employees talking down to others... or staff kicking your bed and saying "WAKE UP!!" as they are PASSING by... I don't get it. I have just come to the conclusion that the mean and ruthless are accepted and treating others fairly isn't evident in th

The petty thirty-forty-thirty pay pattern, even with the special participation incentives, does not justify the bike ride in this weather; that and the consistent four-hour commitment from waiting in line to waiting to be unhooked (I had to pretend I was asleep last time to get the needle out when I was done) is why I stopped selling plasma here. Too bad it's the only local plasmapheresis center. Staff is reasonably polite (edited for thoroughness)

I like going here. Everyone is always so open, friendly, & always welcoming. The wait time for me is something I can't complain about some days are busy others aren't, as long as I'm processed & paid. Above all I like coming here & the monthly bonuses/prizes are awesome as well.

My experience with BPL ate great.. All employees are friendly & nice.. 3 things I like the most about BPL: asking questions are always answered in a timely manner, they tell you important things verbally or you read them on posters within the building.. P.S. Keep up the good work BPL team!

Staffing schedule is really bad. Tons of people waiting on the lobby. Only 3 sections of beds open. It's been that way for the last 2 month's. Scheduling staff to be in on the weekends would help. This needs to be addressed.

Absolutely horrific. One gal, Heather, is an incompetent staff member. So very rude. Overall unsatisfactory patient/client care. Was hung up on and was given the utmost attitude and disregard when speaking with this young lady, Heather. Would?ve expected more from a healthcare facility. Do not recommend :)

The wait to donate is getting longer and longer! Too many donors and not enough employees on the Donor floor! Today I waited almost 2 hours before I was able to get to the donor floor. I arrived before 9:00 and it's now 12:00. The machine continually stops drawing. Giving an air error. Usually, the staff are efficient and are on top of their game. Today, however, they seem to find every single road block they can.

After calling 3 times with no answer, I went ahead and went. Then I spent over 2 hours going through the process to donate, they tell me I'm permanently deferred due to having type 1 diabetes. In the first manual I read, it said only diabetics who take cow insulin couldn't donate. I take pig insulin, so I thought I was good. They wasted my time and theirs!!!!! Ughhhh. No type 1 diabetics. !!!!!

The staff was very slow and more concerned with policing the donors rather than answering any questions. I was standing in line and people were cutting ahead into the donation area. I asked"what was up with people line jumping"? The lady Told me they had green light cards and for me to mind my own business!!!. I found her ethics very unprofessional as well as rude! I remained silent and proceeded to wait. What is a green light card, if I may still ask? Thank you.

Some workers in reception don't keep track of mistakes they make affecting my extra pay. I had a punch card punched twice in screening booth when one punch was supposed to be given. Then another employee punched card again & said no problem on next play. Well I was turned away from playing plinko & now need to verify who messed up my card. Where did all the good workers go. I miss them.

Recently, I gave a poor review on this place, but I'm editing it and going from 1 to 5 stars. I've always been treated excellent by front office staff and the MS Bev. I had been given the run around with another MS and a person in back. However, I thought I'd attempt to donate one more time. I was treated like royalty today. I never threw a fit about anything, but I was frustrated because I wasn't getting a straight story. Bev and some other gals straightened everything up. I tell you this because it is a c

Everyone we spoke with on the phone was great and answered our questions professionally and courteously. We were excited to be able to earn money and make a donation to a good cause too. After we drove the two hours from our home in Colorado to Farmington, we were told we were too old to donate. I have reviewed your ads and cannot find any information that may have helped us to avoid this long trip for nothing. Please add this information to your ads for adults over 65. Thank you.

I haven't been here several months. Still slow, very slow. I noticed a black woman with blonde extensions getting after an employee on the donor floor, just for helping an inexperienced phlebotomist out. The inexperienced worker needed help & was slowing down progress. But the black woman intervened and got after the experienced worker. A lil teamwork was all I noticed. The black woman i'm sure is one of the main reasons bpl has slowed down.

This business discriminates against those with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder), refusing to help those with mental health problems in need, without even being the given the opportunity to state one's case, leading to possible suicide attempts.

One of the most poorly ran plasma centers I've ever been to. Expect to be there at least 3 hours for every single donation. They better hope that an octoapharma or grifols doesn't open in Farmington to give them some competition and show them how a plasma center is supposed to be ran.

Very awful people. Not only do you have to stand in line, no more chairs, for up to two hours, the people are rude and unprofessional. The technicians almost always miss the vein, causing bruising(which they stupidly question you about later), and when you do have to see the ms, they don't even look at you or listen. Told them I have allergies and they put me on a hold because "it might be a cold" without even looking at my face. They try to avoid payment almost every month. Biggest waste of time. Will neve

I remember when there was more staff was involved with floor and hooking poeple. Now I See one to two staff members on floor. Back in 2018. They had five to six staff on the floor.

Friendly staff, wait time for donation varies depending on what time and day of the month you come in. Normally the service is alot faster in the beginning of the month, the wait time is about 2 hours towards the end of the the month. A few things I would recommend is to have more kiosks available for the donors so there arent any long lines or have chairs available(but it is a small facility so there wouldn't be as much room as there is now)

I donate blood. I asked how long after I donate blood do I need to wait to donate plasma. Was told 4 to 6 weeks. Came at 7 weeks. Waited 2 hours. Then was told I couldn't donate for two more weeks since I donates blood almost 2 months prior. Went back 3 weeks to make sure and had to leave because the physical assessment techs left earlier than usual. Went back this morning. Waited. Was about to watch the little movie they play for new donors and in front of everyone the lady says "oh you're not on birth con

Over the past seven months, I've been coming in twice a week and I've never had a bad experience. Employees are friendly and helpful, although I'm still trying to remember their names :)

Never ready on time when opening at 7:00 am. We wait for 30 mins before being able to answer questions on kiosks. Staff doing vital checks seem to ignore the line and are to busy hiding and gossiping.

Discriminate against the white people and those with disabilities and are rude and violent in behavior and the long haired manager was a supreme hateful dick!! AVOID at all costs!! And staff blows out more veins than a druggie

This place has gone downhill since they got bought out by kedplasma. The wait time increased, the service got worse, and they skip you in line to pull people who showed up after you to donate.

BPL Plasma here in Farmington is great!! I like most of the employees but not all. It's definitely a nice place an another easy way to make extra beso. Lol.

The place is horrible. I don't recommend coming here at all. It seems they can adjust your pay based off the plasma. So their pay is not guaranteed. That is something they don't tell you until after you're finished donating.

Unorganized, kios hasnt changed idk why we do 58 question instead of the original 28. No seating here. Pay out should be like other BPL in New Mexico 35 first donation payout and 45 for the second donation.

This morning's visit was excellent. Everyone was inviting and smiling.. I did not have a problem whatsoever.. Keep up the good work.

Majority of donors donate for gas money. But now a days, the $30 or $40 given is not near enough of getting a full tank of fuel. BPL should help donors by at least posting updated Low Fuel prices of local gas stations. Just a thought.

Terrible ....staff were rude to me ignored me I'm brown skinned and so were the staff but when a light skinned person walked in they were all smiles and going the extra mile to plant their frybtead lips all over there white buns.... then they keep telling go me to go here and when I got there those people would be like you got go here first...then those people were like why are you you here ugh it was so aggravating....

Clean, friendly, and efficient. Sometimes under staffed so wait times can vary. Plan on 3 hours.

The staff at BPL are all great they have always treated me with respect and are very well trained in the area they are working in. I have never experienced a bad visit nor have they missed the vien.

Sign in process is slow, and Rochelle is very rude. Probably not coming back.

How long are you all going to be temporarily closed?

It is 7:21 am. The lobby has not opened yet and it is 14 degrees outside. Kind of a gamble to come donate because the office does not open on time!

Nice people but the waiting in line is torture, no matter the time of day you go to donate. I like the staff overall. NICE PEOPLE.

Another glorious day here at this center waiting to get screened while staff stands around talking, man this place is the best!

This place is something else promotions are not good bonus are not good and it never seems like they have enough employees working place takes forever you think they would treat thier donors better if it wasn't for us they wouldn't have jobs WISH the was another blood donation Center in Farmington new mexico

So far so good but some of the girls act as if they got their customer service training at IHS if the job makes you that miserable then find somewhere else to work

Great people. Process gets more fast and efficient. Love all the promos and extra benefits they offer each month.

I would give you 5 Stars if your website would work correctly. But other than that everything is just awesome when you arrive until you leave!

Great staff and good facility but think they need a bigger facility for donors and staff other than that there's no bad experience for me

All employees are very nice. Very great doctors. You are welcome and comfortable while donating.

Bpl in Farmington, NM is growing and improving every time I donate plasma. The workers are enjoyable to my dismay.

They dont know the basic laws about HIPA and with you passport. and dont care at all

Was thankful a manager could screen me today. Due the the Med. Supervisor being swamped with physicals.

I like the facility the people are friendly I had a great experience.

Great way to get extra cash! The employees are awesome & friendly

Very time I come here they are always nice!

If were gonna be waiting more than 3 hours... Why not bring the chairs back?

Would not recommend. You stand for 3 hours just to be told you cant donate.

Long line but worth the wait.

Awesome people who are always interested in helping you with in a second.

The employees here are friendly and respectful.

No idea what they are doing. Disorganized and slow. Not worth bothering with. Maybe its because im not a native.

I can't donate due to having an allergy to the anti coagulat.

Big shout out to kayla finally had no issue with my donation

The wait time is way too long and inconsistent.
