Amazing staff that truly care about the health and well-being of their donors. Everyone is friendly and outgoing. There is never a long wait. Plenty of staff on hand. I always feel safe, cared for and in great hands. I can't say enough great things about this Grifols Plasma Center. They are awesome!!!

Screening and donating has gotten very efficient and staff are generally wonderful. I will say that its impossible to try and call the business, as the phone is actively ignored and set on the lowest volume ring setting or muted.

The staff for the most part are all nice but the management here sucks and are not helpful. I have been there 5 times in the last month that I couldn't donate because the wait time was 7 or more hours. They need to hire more staff or pay you if it's longer then three hours.

5hr wait time to be met by aggressive and lazy management. This woman here in the picture said she couldn't help me. She was too busy ordering 30 whoppers fit for a King for her coworker Bri

Very efficient staff and they always seem to be cheerful I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about donating

My experiences so far have been positive. The only thing I need them to check is their scale as it has me weighing over 150 lbs and I get hot flashes after around 700 ml. I think they need to calibrate those scales and put me back at just over 600 ml donation level. I have a difficult time getting to the goal of over 800 ml and have to request an ice pack to finish the donation. I can finish I just get super hot flashy if it goes over 700 ml.

I don't like creating reviews that disrespects a company that is running by morals, however, I am highly concerned with certain employees who don't have those exact morals in their heart. I was perfectly fine donating until I posted a review concerning an employee, out of nowhere when it was time for my second donation of the week I found out I was deferred. I donated multiple times prior to being deferred and right before being deferred I was asked about my prior review. I thoroughly stated my disdain for

Been calling about my blood sample for 3 weeks no one ever answers the phone worst customer service I've ever seen wldnt recommend them to anyone

I think the team here is absolutely phenomenal everything from their leadership to the screeners to the phlebotomist. I could not have a better experience from the experiences I've had throughout the last year. I highly recommend anyone who wants to help the culture of the world with their plasma donations to come visit

I donate regularly. This donation in the picture was the first donation of the week which was $50 on June 20th which meant I go back 2 days later to get $70 and i couldn't. Edit July 20 a month later I go back arm is healed. They did make up for the last issue. On this day i couldn't donate either because apparently my inside tissue is to bad from what happened before. Even after I referred my sister who already donated twice. N I'm deferred for 8 weeks. Now I can't get the referral $ ??

Overall things here are swell ?? however there's this one named Anna (white one) that is very two faced. One minute she seems pleasant and then she's saying ? hurry up and get out of my donor chair? how despicable is that!?! She is rude and doesn't consider how she treats us donors this is really the main disappointing thing of this company other than that it's a okay place

After four attempts to donate plasma and only one being successful, I was told three times that my veins were too small for them to get blood flow. I will admit on the first attempt I did not eat prior to donation, making it harder for them to see the vein .I've been donating for over 3 years now with no issue at other centers and on this final attempt to donate , I went to the restroom before leaving only to come out and listen to all the employees talking about me and my experiences there, I could not b

There are many things I'm not happy with, but this morning put the icing on the cake. Scheduled a 915 appt, got there roughly 830 and it's not even open or a sign on door saying closed.

My boyfriend has been inside for over an hour now. Dante called his name and asked him a question, then sent him back to the waiting line only to continue to call other walkins and appointments over him and leave my boyfriend sitting there. It is ridiculous. I tried to call and talk with the manager but they keep their phone silenced so they don't have to take calls and complaints. This is so unprofessional. I tried to file a formal complaint on their website and no matter how you try to do it, it will give

Had an appointment for 1015 today. Been sitting for an hr and a half and still haven't been called back. I understand that some of us need the money but the company seems to make me feel like I have no life. Something has to be done about staffing also. The waiting room has been slap full since I've been here.

They're nice and the facility is clean. It's a minimum 2-3 hours every time I come. I get kind of annoyed that I have to answer the same background questions every time. Don't forget your hoodie, it's cold.

I went up there on 9/14/24 and signed in . A man signed in before me and I was after him. They called him but didn't call me next after him. They called 5 other people other than me. Waste of time. I think yall should pay me for my time being wasted.this place is a joke. Shut it down. One big joke. Yeah I said it gerell Floyd. I messed up coming to yall.

Why won't you all hire more staff I'm interested in Donor intake to fit around my school schedule I'm Available ASAP. You are driving your wonderful staff AWAY they still remain positive and DO NOT mistreat donors but they are extremely exhausted it's a shame you have 87-100+ donors from 1p-Close and only one Intake specialist PLEASE DO BETTER . The staff you have here which is getting slimmer by the day DO NOT RUN THEM AWAY. Also the staff on the backend works extremely hard looks like non stop trying to

The service here is pretty lousy. I don't know why you have to make an appointment if you're just going to wait at least two hours anyway. They just herd people in like cattle and take their time because they just think if these people had anywhere important to be they wouldn't be here. All they have to do is book more people, it's not that hard. Do that and people wouldn't have to wait half a day. And all I am going to get from writing this review is the same generic corporate response that will ultimately

I had an appointment as a new donor but left after standing around for 10 minutes. There's little to no front desk staff, just the occasional person coming out to take a patient back. I had no idea where to go or who to talk to for check in. It was just confusing. I get that everywhere is understaffed, but some guidance would've been nice so we at least know where to go.

Grateful to Grifols. The staff is great and professional... the wait, though. If you have an appointment at 5 something pm. You will be leaving between 8 and 10pm. I have heard that once upon a time, it was possible to come in and leave within an hour or so. Maybe just over that. (The amount of time it takes to go through the actual plasma donating process, roughly.) If the wait time were a little better, this place would get a five star rating from me. Again, fantastic staff. The staff really makes this lo

So I thought it best to replace my rating. I previously gave a 1 star, and had you asked me 4 months ago, it would have been 5 all day. After my review the other day, I received a phone call so they could get more details about the situation. The manager was understanding and very polite despite my harsh review. I still am a bit frustrated, but with new staff perfection or completely smooth isn't possible. Aside from being a bit short on staff lately, which who isn't, this place is definitely one of the bes

I was told twice in one week that my himatacrit was low, mind you I take an iron pill and had eaten fish and ginger turmeric salad on both days before I arrived. I have donated twice a week at another Grifols center in Clearwater Florida for years since it was a BPL then a BIOMAT now a GRIFOLS and never have I had low himatacrit two times in one week ever, and I've never had low levels after taking an iron pill everyday like I do. The first girl was new and took 3 samples from 2 parts that had blood in it a

Just walked out after sitting for 4 hours waiting (the guy next to me had been there for 5 and still had not been stuck). So sad to see something so needed have such an understaffed center. The staff present are obviously doing their jobs efficiently, but the amount of staff vs. the needed amount is grossly underestimated.

Great place for a little extra money each week. Staff is very good at their jobs

I love the people. But I will be finding a new place to donate. It's ridiculous I did not receive my payment and it has already been 2.5 hours. This is way I quit donating before. It's about to happen again. I will find another center.

Based on my initial visit to this business: Facility: The facility has a clean, professional appearance. I did notice that the hand sanitizer dispenser in the internal waiting area was empty when I tried to use it. Reception: There is an obvious understaffing issue. There was a significant wait at the front for anyone to even show up to greet and assist me. After waiting, the person who did eventually show up helped people who had come in after I did that did not have appointments. Calling the location s

This company is the most dishonest I've ever had the displeasure of associating with. They drop the payouts, without forewarning. Next thing you know: You're paid less, and don't find out until you check your account, or try to pull money out. That's pure dishonesty. Don't blame the employees. They are underpaid themselves. PS, don't bother trying to call. Getting through is harder than winning the lotto that just hit 1 billion dollars.

This use to be a good place. Now expect to wait at least an hour and a half just to get screened, even with an appointment, then wait another hour to get on the floor for donation. So you basically half your day is blown. The staff has completely stopped caring about customer service and bedside manor, and you're clearly an inconvenience to them. It's sad, this use to be an enjoyable way to get some extra cash.

I always have a pleasurable experience here the staff is great facility is clean and everybody is very professional Chris is one of the the best they have he's always friendly courteous and professional,Val is outstanding and and we can never forget Betty and Charles. All the staff is great and the Facility is great!

I donated plasma, then tried to make an appointment for a second donation but I was blocked from making an appointment through the website. I tried reaching the location but no one answered the phone. I don't understand the reason why I am not being allowed to make a second donation. I reckon It simply go to a different plasma center.

3 times now I've wasted time, gas, and money driving from Lake City to Gainesville to donate, only to arrive and have to wait hours before I'm called to the booth and get rejected by incompetent, lazy, and careless workers. My sleeve rolled and bunched up under the cuff causing inaccurate readings. Among many other inconvenient irritating reasons, this place is very unprofessional, i will not be returning. And I will encourage all others I know who donate at this facility, to leave their opinions and review

I have been coming here for a month. every-time I come in here. It's an hour or longer to be screen then another hour for to be called back. Then I get sat in a chair and it takes them 30 minutes or longer to stick me. Today my appointment time was at 10:45 not a soul was in the waiting area or anywhere in the office. I was immediately screened and sat for an hour waiting to be called back. They was calling people who just walked in right back, all because the employee knew the person. So I am gonna contact

I take one star away because they do have new people training to jab people. I have had my own experience, as well as my husband. This person was new as well. My experience came from someone who was tired and not feeling well. I also see a lot of talking while the jab is taking place, when they need to focus. I do have to give much RESPECT to the ?? Angel that protects person to person there, Mrs. Betty . This women deserves every blessing OUR FATHER GOD can bestow on her. When she's on the floor you

Very very very short staffed or they're either incompetent. Waited 30 minutes with no response just to be told someone who supposed to be at the front desk working isn't doing his job? very sad to see because I went and only had three people in front of me and they can't even have the courtesy of checking in with patients.

Generally speaking, this is a great place to donate. They are very structured and very clean, as The employees are courteous. And overall, the comfort level is as high as any place I've donated before. It's pretty much always busy, but they are as efficient as you could hope for. Appointments make your visit run much more smoothly, so don't be late.

My 1st time visiting this center. Waited at least 20 minutes before anyone "helped" the several people waiting. The person came and when she find out there were several new donors, she proceeded to loudly discourage us all. Walked away and when she returned informed us that the 'screener ' was going to be be real mad. She should not be in customer service position. The rudeness and audacity is something like I have never witnessed. If I could give zero stars, I would. She had no name tag

staff is almost always kind and diligently working. the manager, jessica, is ALWAYS greeting donors and checking on everyone to see if there is anything she can do to make your visit better. such a bright and welcoming. atmosphere

UPDATE 3 MONTHS LATER: I never went back.... you shouldn't either Extremely dissatisfied with the service at every recent visit. Expect to wait 3-5 hours. I've been here since 12:30pm today and I'm still waiting. Not enough phlebotomists and the ones they have are overworked. By the time you finally get to the chair after 4 hours of waiting you are likely dehydrated and ready to fall asleep. How is that a good condition to be making a plasma donation in?? Y'all just care about your profits and not the heal

I was in today and it was not good. One the waiting was horrible, there was 10 people waiting at the front desk waiting to be checked in it took them 45mins to get to us. 2 I'm a big girl with fibromyalgia, when they checked my blood pressure they used a small cuff and it was so tight that it caused me to bruise really bad. I feel like I've been hit by a baseball bat. I told them that it was too tight that it was causeing me so much pain that it made my pressure really high to where I could not donate.

My fiance had a horrible experience. He has donated many times and never had a problem. He was donating and when he got up to use the restroom he passed out and fell on the floor. Luckily, he was okay but the CMS Parker, put false information in his file and now he is unable to donate. We have gone to the center to inquire about this and were told there is nothing they can do about it. Very unprofessional and sad to hear. .

I have been calling for weeks. They never answered. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. So I travel up to the center twice in one day. The reception desk phone does not ring inside the building. Great staff though

Great place to donate , workers are cool it's really In and out not much wait time definitely will be back again

Some of the staff were nice, over all not a professional atmosphere. Seriously long wait times. By the time I got through all the screening, it had been too long since I ate so I couldn't donate anyways. I still got a blood sample taken, and the first one was done very poorly and very painfully. She hit a nerve several times which BURNS up and down the arm. No compensation is worth that pain, I won't be going back.

I scheduled my first visit online, which was very user-friendly. I showed up 15 minutes early and was taken care of immediately. Everyone was very kind, professional, and helpful. Because of my positive experience and the good this donation does for others, I will be coming back regularly.

The staff was extremely friendly and overall quite helpful during my visit. I did get there early though, so it might be a bit of a difference between getting there later. The facility was very clean and ordered with tvs to keep the most bored person content. It took only a couple hours to get through the whole starting process and will see how future visits will turn out.

Went here for months and everything was good. Then it went down hill. Several people who worked there would come in with attitudes and would jam the needles in my arm to the point it blowed veins. Then they found my blood protein was low and asked me to come in to have it retested. I did, they never let me know what they found.I called left messages and no one returned the calls. I did this for 3 weeks so I gave up. I won't go back.

This place is honestly Hit and Miss. They've been struggling to get decent staff for the floor, and seem to be feeling a lot of frustration, as I repeatedly experienced with the trainer for the screeners. I learned a bit too much about the companies short fallings with the staff. As for the Phlebotomists on the floor, my advice is, wisdom truly comes with age. There are some young employees that do great, but some are nothing but excuses of why they can't hit a vein. Then have to hand it over to a seasoned

I has good experiences here when I started donating, but they are very understaffed which means the whole process ends up being close to 3 hours. I wish they would hire more employees or implement an appointment system that could allow you to get screened and in the donation chair in under an hour. I work full time during the week and have had to leave the last several times I went in to donate because it takes so long.

Good while I was just donating plasma I I got into the anti-d program got my red blood cells, it's 2 months later I've been calling waiting on hold for 10-15min for to say the person to talk to is not there in just under 2months ridiculous stupid. It use to be a good place till they started overturn with employees what was a 2hr. trip is now a 4hr. trip and you go from one waiting place to another waiting area before you can get to donate. I'm not saying don't go to this place but professionalism and prompt

I am an Anti-D donor and I have been donating for 10 years, on and off. The staff - Charles, Betty, Jessica, Eraina, and Amy - have all done a fantastic job working on behalf of the donors, putting in countless hours, and just generally being all-around awesome-people. But it really is a shame that the wifi, music and TV haven't been working for over a month now, which is going to make it really hard to retain both new and returning donors since the atmosphere of the donating floor and waiting room is quite

Is there someone we can report this plasma center to? Like the BBB or something? They clearly do not care about negative reviews, because they provide the same exact canned response to every last one. People are waiting for 5+ hours and getting their veins blown. Completely unacceptable, whoever has been using those canned responses, you should be ashamed of yourself.

I started donating in June 2022 and have been going two times a week since. Over this time, I have grown to love some of the employees, so none of what I'm about to say is about them. Going used to be a breeze, but here recently all they've done is upset everyone by changing payment amounts (dropping it $5 every month like we won't notice) considering I was making almost $200 every week, to now barely even get $100 if you're lucky. As well as the new company taking over and changing the systems which confus

I feel absolutely uncomfortable there. Long waits and unprofessional staff. Chandrice Hunter, the new site manager, has called me a "savage" after her staff member, Amanda, got furious and let clients bombard the door. I was purposefully shoved into the glass door by another donor who then threatened to slap me because I called her out. I was assaulted by another donor. Chandrice calling me a savage was uncalled for and she tries to deny she said it. She tries to say that she said I was acting like a savage

Things have gotten better and quicker but why cant they answer the phone? Tried 5 diff times over the course of the month.

What's the point of making an appointment if you're going to sit for hours waiting? I am writing this as I sit here waiting, 1h 30mins after my appointment was scheduled for, on a Wednesday afternoon, which is supposed to be a non busy day. What is the point of making an appointment and having appointments 15 mins from one another if you'll make us wait for hours and hours on end? That's just ridiculous to me

The staff here is great and recently they've been offering very competitive rates for donations. Not one person has ever missed my vein in the two years I have been going here and typically I can barely feel the needle. In my experience they do a much better job here then most nurses, doctors or trained medical professionals.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this place because, there staff is rude! And disrespectful... I hade a good experience one time. I did a outstanding review for them on one of my other accounts. Unfortunately I did not get to work with those people anymore I was stuck with ones that do not like their job and you can see it on their face, they are very unhappy. If you ask to have someone else take your vitals. They will embarrasses you to make you file like your the problem. I'm very disappoint

Ridiculous. I've donated at multiple centers throughout Florida, and have NEVER been so disgusted and disaapointed. Every single time I've used the restroom here, the floor has been full of trash. The system for setting up appointments is almost unusable. The managers will walk around telling the phlebotomists to go to lunch in the middle of them sticking you with the needle. The (maybe 6 total) phlebotomists are disgustingly overworked. Half of the phlebotomists are also under qualified, as I've had my vei

Have never spent less than 3-3.5 hours there. Absolutely destroyed my arm and was left with massive bruising on my arm for weeks. Staff is barely competent. Hopefully you dont get the chick whos gotta prod your arm 3 times because she keeps missing. If you are in dire need of money go for it, if not, its a complete waste of 4 hours and you'll possibly leave in worse shape than you arrived

the worst experience i had ever had not only were they rude and disrespectful they discriminated against my mental illness called me a danger to everybody in the room where they pull plasma(at least 20-30 people looking at me with fear in there eyes) very unprofessional. never experienced such disrespect from a business if your looking to donate plasma i wouldn't suggest this place! there are better places to donate to.

My boyfriend went to donate on Sunday and was sitting there since 3:30 to 5:30 for the last to tell him he took him out of the appointment list. Sher said shee called him when he asked if she called him because he wasn't sure she said no and took him out when he was there the whole time. What a waste of time. Ridiculous

My merits, sacrifice, and accomplishments in life warrants respect I believe that I've earned. Now, I'm full time college student. I've refer people here. Sometimes the process takes 4-6 hours. This is not worth my time. This place and its people make me feel sad. Nobody can convince me to come back. From now on, I will be donating at the blood bank down the road even though there is no financial compensation. The Red Cross and other places treat me with dignity and respect. I am ashamed that I've come to G

All together the staff are all very professional and pleasant. Wait times can be quite long so I wouldn't make plans to do anything in the same day unless it is quite a conciderable amount of hours apart from your said schedule time. Other than that I have no complaints and would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a little bit of extra cash for what ever needs.

Cool people. Just recognize if the person is new or not before they stick you. They train in house. So not really certified. And it will show sometime. Still nice folk here just often understaffed so wait times are long. ?.2 hours on average if not more

I am an Anti-D donor and I feel like something needs to be done about the wait time but I understand the need for employees with that being said there are some great ppl who work here but definitely not everyone Ms Darlene has obviously become my arch nemesis for some reason as it happens whenever I deal with her while trying to donate I am held up or skipped over and this has happened the last 4 times I donate she tells me one thing and then does something else I have chosen not to come on several occasion

My partner and I come in together nearly every time we donate. Every time, I finish my questions well before him. And every time, they call him to be screened and to donate first. He ends up having to sit in the car for upwards of an hour waiting on me because they always make me get started much later than him, even though we arrive at the same time. This last time, they didn't even call me at all and completely skipped over me. The incompetency and disorganization is immense, do yourself a favor and find

ONGOSH! my wife and I went to biomate Gainesville FL Location I thought I was having a heart attack the pain in my chest n arm was 8 out of 10.. my wife started throwing up once she was finished she walk to the front and sat down she almost fainted she went to the restroom and started throwing up..she lost all her color in her face and 5 hours later she still fills bad..nobody asked her if she was ok..the lady that handled the both of us during our donation has been working there for 2 months..she told me t

This management of this place is awful. I could complete an entire donation anywhere else in the time it takes to get screened here. They are severely understaffed, and the compensation isn't worth spending an entire day here (only to risk being turned away anyway), surrounded by people hacking and coughing their lungs up (because as long as you don't have a fever when you come in, they don't care about COVID safety). The management here should resign in disgrace and be replaced by management that is willin

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in on April 12 2022. I had not donated in over a year I was considered a new donor so I had to go through the whole process of physical & such. There was a discrepancy in the number of tattoos I have. The computer showed more than I actually have. I was told I couldn't donate until an investigation had been done to find out why the wrong information was put in the computer. Fast forward to today which is May 23 2022 & I was just told that the investigation was

I went in to get a sterility form last week. The front staff didn't greet me which isn't the worst thing in the world. After asking for the form, I waited for about 15 minutes and then asked again to see how much longer it would be. After waiting and asking two more times I walked out cause I was late to a phone interview. I didn't expect getting a form to take an hour. I really wish the form was available online so i didn't have to waste a whole trip back.

My first time going there went great it took about 3 hours but I felt like it went by really fast, I was in and out. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere looked nice. I went on a Thursday at about 12pm and it wasn't crowded at all in my opinion but the weekends probably are. The compensation they gave me was $70 but be sure to ask about the new donor coupon even though they would still probably still give it to you without you haviung to ask but idk

Incredibly slow service most of the time. Had a wait time of over an hour and a half before even getting into a chair for my donation. The facility is nice and clean, just the service is very slow most times I've come. I'm a repeat donor as well so these kinda wait times are unexpected. If I was a new donor I would understand.

This place has gotten so bad. They have clerks like jessmari Bradley with access to patient phone numbers and using them to gain customers for her escorting side business. Disturbing to say the least. No one should have their health info compromised so a young woman can beg for patients donation money.

I donate twice a week always a pleasant experience

Every time I walk in, I get greated with a smile and a kind voice. I am deathly scared of needles, but they worked with me, and now I donate twice a week every week. I enjoy my time here and if j could I would work here. Love u guys and I'm glad to say you will be seeing a whole lot more of me.

I have been donating for a few years. I go every 6 months for the larger payout and everyone is so friendly they laugh and treat you like your more than a number. Update: Although the staff is friendly they are unorganized and don't keep up with paperwork after physicals. They will find an error that they logged but didnt follow up on and expect you to dig back 5 years into medical records to clean up their mistake.. When you do They require paperwork to be filled out by your physician that they know the p

I have not been able to donate for the last 9 months. I have been taking care of my wife who has oral cancer. Thinking about starting up,but before I do I want to know if you have changed your appointment priorities. Before I would have an appointment, but they said they don't go by appointment times. Has this changed?

It's a shame this company can cause my family to miss out on around 800 month each for a fake positive keds does same shit

All the staff on the donor floor do a good job of making sure nothing is going wrong. Anna in particular has exceptional service and is always checking up on things and loves to talk and have fun while also being professional.

This place is amazing. Never a long wait. The staff is incredible and friendly. They are like family. I would recommend this place to anyone! Always fast and courteous. Thanks guys for being so great!! Gainesville, FL Biotest is the best!

Staff is very nice . All though I didn't get to donate . They did a vein check but I guess I wasn't hydrated enough or my veins rolled . I didn't ever get pricked with a needle but the lady told me I can't come back for two months ! Don't know the reason why . Sucks needed some cash for my birthday next week .

I've never had a bad experience with any of the staff !! Some of the people who donate there are a little hard to handle. Best bet is to go early because the thug wantnabes don't get up early most days !! Lol... It's really not all that bad !! Great place to earn a little extra money to help with the bill's !! And by the way April is my boo !! Only kidding April !! Love these people. I've been with them off and on for about 10yrs now !!

Good place nice staff and very clean and never had problem with money always right like it should be.

Been to many different donation places, and this is the first place where the staff is really friendly. They are very professional and very helpful. I donate twice Evey 7 days and it's always a pleasure when I go. They make everything easy and fast . would recamend Biotest to anyone who wants to donate and make money doing it .

Worst customer service, nobody answers the phone and the recording says they take new donors up to an hour before close. Showed up two hours before close and was refused (very rudely) and dismissed after offered appointment for next day.

Guess their okay. Customer service needs a little work. Totally lost when I came in, no one really helped until I started pacing back and forth past their window. Don't give clear instructions when you come in to visit for first time. Overall not so bad.

Today has been crazy!!!! I visited the center twice today with no results ??!! First time no appt, took waaaayyy to long. Second time I made an appt because my son was at Shands hospital getting an infusion and thought that would make a difference, but it didn't. I'm here for the third time and it's still packed and understaffed!!! Please help!!
