Not enough staff and I have been waiting close to 2 hours to be hooked uo to tue machines, tue staff only are using half of the machines while the back fills up with clients and yet tue staff still stand around sucking their thumbs and not doing anything to help assist the clients better. I have experienced worse in tue past but this is getting ridiculous as hell. They need to hire about 10x more people to speed up the process.

Great and friendly service. My first time donating here at this location and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They made sure i was comfortable and that I understood each process that I had to complete.

Very nice and outgoing people here. Always smiles and laughter. Never a dull moment. Plus many good prizes each month.

Staff are very friendly and helpful I recommend if you're in need of fast cash .

KedPlasma needs to really enforce the rules on these street walkers that come in reeking of alcohol not just ppl who smell like cannabis haha some even take shots in the restroom... Do better Kedrion!

Everyone here is always so friendly with a smile. Except one employee, Aaron who works the reception/vitals booth. He never has a smile nor does he greet donors but is too stoic when he works in a very friendly environment. It'd be nice if he lightened up a bit and smiled and greeted the donors once in awhile.

Pretty good service. Everyone is friendly. Especially Ashley. The facility is clean and everyone seems pretty professional about their jobs. The only thing that bothered me is when I got half pay on my 8th donation. I felt like I was robbed of $60 bonus that i earned by coming every donation. I just think its unfair. But either then the wait times are good at the beginning of the month then towards the end of the month it is crowded.

I've been donating since last year in December. It's been going great! But the last few months have been hectic. The staff in the back sure like to talk rather than getting to the donors!!! Talk and talk. It's frustrating to just lay there and while the staff is just holding the needle and talking away!!

I dislike busy days at BPL because lines are long. I dislike waiting forever! However, I like slow and steady days because the donation process is quick. Most of the staff here are outgoing and friendly. Go to BPL and donate for quick and easy cash.

Been coming here for years. Great service from staff. Nice knowing how many people the donation is helping just from this one site alone. Wait times can be long but that's why we are compensated.

Staff is always welcoming n always greets you with a smile. Very dependable phlebotomist staffing and a great place to donate to save a life. Hats off to the management for making it a great great place.

At times I will be finished with my donation, and the employee will let me know when I am able to come back to donate. I come in on the date I was told, and have been denied until the next day. This happened more than once. I do not live in town so this was an inconvenience. So I know now to call. #WasteOfGas ??

Slow, rude, racist, insecure, power tripping, low self esteem, receptionist workers except for Laverne and a few other veteran receptionists the whole process is slow and frustrating and their rude front end people make it unbearable sorry but every good worker that has worked there is pushed out by under qualified over paid power blinded management. I will never go back unless I have to.

Pretty good place, but dress warmer than usual or your blood may be too cold to donate. 1/2/21: Dress pretty warm but still got denied for cold blood. Be warn and dress to sweat I guess.

Needs more customer service training along with time management.. It's embarrassing and degrating having your employees yell at us (customers) for the tiniest reasons.. The front will be such a long wait while the back is empty waiting for customer's..

Fast service. Thorough explanation and nice staff.

It's a normal wait time. First timers just make sure you'll be there for 2-3 hrs have everything ID, SS, and prof of residence. Then after it's gets easier. 1.5 hrs

Everyone is very hard working and very pleasant. I got the flu shot Nov 1 and still haven't got on the program for your promotion. Was wondering why?

Everyone there is nice and they really try get you in and out pretty fast.ask for Gary he is the best at sticking you.you can't even tell he stuck you till he ask you if everything fills okay I give Gary thumbs up and 5 stars he is real nice

Good changes, staff friendly and professional. Great bonuses. The money to help save others is very fair and the overall experience of the procedure is pleasnt and fast.

A special shout out to Garrison for always being in a cheerful and out going mood when I see him. It's nice to see that and it just makes your day. Great job and keep smiling Garrison.

Very professional and friendly staff. New member and it's pretty cool. Let's hope June has some awesome promotions.

Once registered in the system, just needs ur finger print and ur donation then fills up ur prepaid card and ur on ur way! The staff is really helpful too.

Great place very friendly! They cant stick veins with needles very well! This is the only down side.. walking out with bruised arms...

I believe we are all treated with respect and give us a choice as to whom we choose to insert needle to start the process for donation ......and having bonuses each time you visit ...and holidays specials ??

The BPL staff are friendly, and also I love the bonuses which is very helpful to me.. Keep up the great job!

Usually a quick and easy process to get checked in and started donating. Staff remembers my name and they're always friendly!

They're very good at what they do, there are times when they're busy but then again who doesnt get busy. They're always friendly and considerate with donors.

Always greeted nicely with a smile, employees always ask if I'm alright. Thank you for making my visit genuine.

The higher ups need to do a better job at their knowledge of the technology....I mean waiting almost 45 mins for them to reboot a computer....just idiotic...
