This place has few good worker the rest are completely lost in there head and that me putting it nicely. There lines are terrible they enjoy letting you stand there moving extremely slow rude inconsiderate Manger allow it because they just sit behind the glass enjoy the show the one that doing the testing in the beginning are slow snappy and rude as well nurse are just fat ass that let you sit and wait for 30 mins for no reason

If I could give negative stars I would. I don't want the good staff to take a bad rep for the man in medical. Some of the staff are amazing. I didn't get his name, white male, Bald with glasses. He was so disrespectful to me, he made me feel like absolute scum. This was my second time trying to donate since 2021. Bare with me so I can give you a full perspective. I typically only donate when times are hard. I work full time. I have a side Business but it's still not enough to cover my bills. So I've had to

Manger very disrespectful I expressed a concern about my health to the medical staff that was on duty (the white male) because I had a bruise on my right arm (mind you he usually lets me donate out my other arm ) & he got upset because he felt as if I was saying his crew member didn't know how to do her job but I was telling him that I went to her 2x & she still fished in my arm with the needle & left bruising he said ?if it happened once why would you go back to her? I simply replied ?well she only did it

The only staff member that cares about the donors is Kyle, the phlebotomists are very unprofessional and if they get a complaint by a donor about them they hold a grudge against the donor instead of apologizing for their actions. Plus when do they allow their phlebotomists to smoke weed and allow them to work while being high as a kite. The only phlebotomist that's professional is Amber. Phil is a very slow worker and he shouldn't be a manager he doesn't do anything to help. Kyle and Amber keep up with the

They can't keep employees so the people are left to suffer with long wait times. You can't convince me that Phil (the supervisor) wants his job. Every time he works he moving slow and not helping his workers to the best of his abilities. I absolutely know that when I go in and I see him working? it's gone be a slow day! CSL do better

Very nice people Sarah and Natasha are my 2 favorite people that works the front everyone in the back are my favorite

I love this team so much!! I've just reached platinum and I'm so excited because I've been able to help others that needed it. I don't know every ones name, but I want to thank them and give credit where credits do. Carl, Darian, India, Phillip, Tinicia, Amber, Kimbria, Sierra, Kylee, Darrel, Natasha and the rest of the staff. Kudos to all of you and may 2025 bring you a brighter year?? Also, I've read bad comments on this team and it's absolutely NOT true. This staff is amazing

Great place with very nice people always making you feel welcome. Huge kuddos specially to Natasha for always being so awesome!

UPDATE... June 4th Can you tell that we have a love hate relationship, lol. Thank you Dai and Kyle for coming thru for the people. MAY 31ST UPDATE... ALL OF A SUDDEN...THE 2HOUR WAIT TO BE SCREENED LINE... IS BACK!??????? ONE (NEW) SCREENER, 12WAITING. NO HELP, NOT EVEN MANAGEMENT. OLD UPDATE: It is delightful to know that management was taking the patient's concerned serious. There has been some changes made which are appreciated and things are moving smoothly. Thank you so much for taking ours concerns

Everyone there is kind exactly time and very friendly I enjoy going there so I'm gonna be part of saving lives

They had me sit in their building for 2 hours working on getting me signed up and right as I was about to be put on a guy came in the room and said that I had a permanent deferral and wasn't allowed to donate at any csl ever again for life. I called the last center I donated at and they couldn't find a deferral so I called the corporate number and they also couldn't find any permanent deferral at all. When I went back to the clinic they told me that it's up to the staff on whether or not I could donate but

Wonderful place. Clean. Friendly staff Members. And India was very Helpful. 5 stars!

Great friendly people, nice environment and does a wonderful job at what they do.

Just started going to W. Washington location. Every visit has been great so far

Best place to donate very professional everyone is kind plus quick and harmless process

Workers will lie to save their own skin. Made a mistake then lied about my vitals forcing me to go to the doctor's office last minute to return another day. Said I had a blood pressure that I would literally be dead if I had it just to cover up a mistyped number.

This was my first time donating plasma. I have a history of anxiety, panic attacks, and I'm allergic to iodine. Everyone I encountered, from start to finish, made sure I was comfortable during the process. I was well educated before-hand and when the RN took me to the lab, she even told the LPN that I was a bit nervous. The genuine care I received was overwhelmingly positive, and I made it out alive! Infinite amount of stars!!!??????????+??

So unorganized was told that I had to see a nurse which I waited for about 45mins, no nurse ever appeared. Then while waiting on the front desk for another 15mins I was told to go back to the kiosk nd just get in line which will be another 40 mins

First time donating, it's a process that's for sure but they I feel do take safety as a concern, again first time donating. I found the staff actually friendly and joking which made for a non invasive procedure, as our last name is Biggs so wife was asked is there a "Mr. Biggs" and of course she not even thinking was like "yes there is"...I guess you either get it or don't. Lol great experience!

Amber is a great donor worker. She always sticks me safe and helps my donation process go smooth.

Do not go here if you're a white woman, or light skin black woman Hispanic etc. They let me donate plasma for about 3 months then looked my address up on Google maps and said I misrepresented myself by my address and my address is right down the street from them. They told me I couldn't donate plasma there anymore. All of those women were black women. I didn't see any white women or light skin women there at all. Those black women are all racist. They profiled me due to the color of my skin.

Not even worth the stars woke up just to be told to go home location not even worth the plasma they waisted my time woke up at 8am got there at 9am had to get my heart rate up was told they can't manipulate they test and only the customer can tried to ask management because I didn't know they change so many rules was deferred for the day because of one person they had and attitude as well and that attitude made me have one as well probably won't be going back to give my plasma to csl stopped going to the la

S/o to the whole staff making my first time experience awesome ! All the ladies were very professional and helpful!

Kyle. Was great and very friendly to helping me.

This particular CSL is a joke. Full of incompetent employees (at the front desk and the nurses, doctors). I was lied to by 3 of them. And the 1-866 number for complaints? Said they would start and a case investigation and escalate it, then call me back. No phone call, and when I called back to find out what was done? Not even any notes on my call, much less an investigation. It's all about them making money off of OUR plasma, not about us at all. Steer clear of this location and CSL in general.

The process is really fast.Staff is friendly. The machines are a bit noisy but other than that it's a comfortable experience. They have water and snacks in the lobby for you when you're done.

Super cool staff? They get u in and out!

Really fast machines. As long as there isn't a line I'm typically in and out within 35min

Essence jones is one of the best worker she helps and make sure everyone get what they need and gets you processed fast she needs to be face of CSL

Friendly staff, fast, Carmyn had to be tye best phlebotomist I have ever had give me an iv. She somehow made it feel like absolutely nothing even though the needles used for plasma donation are pretty large. I hope she helps me next time.

This place is helping and doing gods work. Thank you!!

I love the new machines I stay In tennessee and I'm in indy for a while so i transferred here during my stay and I donate in Jackson tennessee down home and it usually takes an hour and a half but with these new machines it takes me half the time and the staff are very kind and courteous

Amber is always a good sticker.

Rude, slow, and understaffed. U wanna go to a csl DONT COME HERE Madison is the best facility

They do not let new donors go to the front of the line like other plasma centers do. Also, the phlebotomist are not carefully following procedures when it comes to sticking you with a needle or adjusting the needle when it vibrates in your arm.

Transferred here from another CSL location but will not be going back they stuck me wrong then deffered me for 2 weeks because they mistake after me telling them not to wedge the needle in my arm

They gave me a hematoma there, and my arm was bruised afterwards. Came back a week later and they wouldn't allow me to donate with my other arm. Turned me away even tho it was their fault to begin with.

Their techs really need more training. They do not take their time in locating a good vein, and sticking the needle in. They will bruise you very badly.

Amazing friendly staff always a great experience at this facility love coming here to donate that k you for making it a great experience every time

This is a great location. The staff is very friendly and everything is very clean. I strongly recommend it if you looking for a place to donate.

Was permanently deferred because my tattoo wasn't fully healed staff is very rude

Incompetent doctor and nurses I was told the doctor would review and make a decision if I can continue donating because I had 1 minor reaction in almost 40 donations and 3 days later still waiting to see when I can donate again with no answer what do why does the doctor work 1 day a week

New donor grast staff the process was easy and great staff especially the one who did my new donor process I didn't get to donate but will return

When up on Friday no nurse called Saturday. Said the nurse is in go up there again and then they tell me I'm considered a new donor again so I have to come back Monday after coming up there twice. Thanks.

Good people with good service.

The wait is worth it! I've been donating here for many of years and don't plan on going anywhere else.

Sometimes the wait times are long, but the staff is friendly.

I recommend 10/10 would definitely come back

Have not been to this location yet , it is closer to my house then the madison location !! Does anyone know how i would go about transfering from madison location to this location ???

Usually pretty solid. Can get a little backed up. Friendly staff

They pay the absolute least. If you do it for the money then you should go anywhere else
